Wisconsin Weather Report- Are Protesters Ready?

Up to foot of snow, freezing rain in forecast

The spring-like break from winter weather comes to an end in Wisconsin.
Forecasters are expecting a storm to deliver 8 to 12 inches of snow Sunday north of a line from Port Washington to Portage. Four to 8 inches of snow could fall north of a line from Brown Deer to Madison to Dodgeville with accumulations tapering off to the south.
Fluctuating temperatures to the south could produce a mix of snow, rain and freezing rain. The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning for southwest and west central Wisconsin Sunday morning through Sunday night. A winter storm watch was in effect for the rest of the state Sunday.
