Why Trump supporters don't care that he made a lewd remark about a married woman 11 years ago

It’s all over the MSM.
Yesterday afternoon, NBC News released an audio and some video of Donald Trump in 2005 using vulgar language to describe how he attracts women and his sexual conquests. The recording in question was not actually part of an interview of Trump with Billy Bush of Access Hollywood, but a private conversation between the two on board a bus.
At the time, Trump had been married to Melania for only 3 months.
In the tape, Trump is heard saying, “I’m automatically attracted to beautiful women — I just start kissing them, it’s like a magnet. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything… Grab ’em by the p****.”  Trump then described how he had tried to seduce a married woman:

“I moved on her actually, she was down in Palm Beach and I failed. I’ll admit it. I did try to f*** her, she was married … and I moved on her very heavily. I took her out furniture shopping. She wanted to get some furniture and I told her ‘I’ll show you where you can get some nice furniture.’ I moved on her like a bitch, and I could not get there, and she was married. And all of a sudden I see her and she’s got the big phony tits, she’s totally changed her look.”

Trump has issued an apology:

“This was locker room banter, a private conversation that took place many years ago. Bill Clinton has said far worse to me on the golf course — not even close. I apologize if anyone was offended.”

While I’m disgusted by what Trump said 11 years ago, this is blown out of proportion by Hillary’s bitches in the MSM. As Trump said in his apology, Bill Clinton said much worse. Actually, Bill Clinton has done much worse, sexually harassing — exposing his penis to Paula Jones and ordering her to fellate (BJ) him — and raping women, e.g., Juanita Broaddrick, for which he had neither apologized nor even admitted.
And then, there’s Hillary Clinton’s spewing of foul language worse than Trump’s, according to the testimonies of Secret Service agents, all documented in books. See “The filthy mouth of Hillary Clinton“.
Hillary foul-mouth
In response to the MSM’s orgy over Trump’s lewd remarks, this was posted on Facebook which perfectly describes why millions of Americans support Trump. Help make it go viral! (Note: I corrected the Facebook post’s spelling errors.)

“We don’t care if the guy swears… or how many times he’s been married…or who he voted for, or what his income tax return shows. We want the problems fixed. Yes he’s an egomaniac, but we don’t care. We know he’s not a racist, or bad to women, or all the other things the liberal media is trying to label him with. We know he’s raised a good family, and that says a lot about him.
The country is a mess because politicians suck, the Republican Party is two faced & gutless, and illegals are everywhere and Muslims are openly trying to hurt this country and make the civilized world adjust to them. We want it all fixed!
We don’t care that Trump is crude, we don’t care that he has changed positions, we don’t care that he fights with Megyn Kelly, Rosie O’Donnell, and so many of the elected establishment. We don’t care that Rubio, Ryan, the Bushes, and so many other top old and new Republicans refuse to endorse him for their own selfish reasons, and we know what they are. We don’t care that he doesn’t know the name of some Muslim terrorists, we don’t care that he tried some businesses that didn’t work out.
This country is weak, bankrupt, our enemies are making fun of us, we are being invaded by illegals, we are becoming a nation of victims, where every Tom, Ricardo and Hasid is a special group with special rights to a point where we don’t even recognize the country we were born and raised in, AND WE JUST WANT IT FIXED. And TRUMP is the only guy who seems to understand what the people want.
We’re sick of politicians, sick of the Democratic and Republican Party. We’re angry about the Iran deal, the budget, treatment of Israel, military weakness, lobbyists, special interests, overpaid politicians with their self serving bills and back room deals, trade deals, loss of jobs, manipulated economic numbers, businesses fleeing, and even the phony pay-for-play Clinton Foundation.
Americans are no longer going to be fooled, and the movement is out to change the direction we’re taking. Trump may not be a saint, but he doesn’t have lobbyist money holding him, he doesn’t have political correctness restraining him, and all you know is that he has been very successful, a good negotiator, he has built a lot of things, he’s flexible, and he’s also not a politician. And he says he’ll fix it. And we believe him because he is too much of an egotist to be proven wrong or looked at and called a liar.
Public service has become elected greed. This may be our only chance to have a non-politician, despite his flaws, try and correct the mess, at least for 4 years. We must take the shot, because the consequences of putting Hillary Clinton in office are frightening. There is a tidal wave happening, and it’s going to overcome much of what’s happened to this country.”

In response to a challenge from an anti-Trump Republican, former RedState editor-in-chief Erick Erickson, Dilbert-creator Scott Adams sent this hilarious tweet to the redundantly-named Erick Erickson:
scott-adams-to-erick-erickson
This is what Adams said about Trump’s 11-year-old lewd remarks:

I assume that 75% of male heads of state, including our own past presidents, are total dogs in their private lives. Like it or not, Trump is normal in that world. […]
Another rich, famous, tall, handsome married guy once told me that he can literally make-out and get handsy with any woman he wants, whether she is married or not, and she will be happy about it. I doubted his ridiculous claims until I witnessed it three separate times. So don’t assume the women were unwilling. (Has anyone come forward to complain about Trump?) […]
Most men don’t talk like Trump. Most women don’t either. But based on my experience, I’m guessing a solid 20% of both genders say and do shockingly offensive things in private. Keep in mind that Billy Bush wasn’t shocked by it. […]
Trump wasn’t running for Pope. He never claimed moral authority. His proposition has been that he’s an asshole (essentially), but we need an asshole to fight ISIS, ignore lobbyists, and beat up Congress. Does it change anything to have confirmation that he is exactly what you thought he was?

For the rest of Adams’ thoughts on Trump’s 11-year-old lewd remarks, go here.

It just PO’s me off when I see all these “Holier than tho” Rino’s jump into the mix denouncing Trump falling right into Hillary’s planned trap.
These clowns have so many skeletons in their own closets they’ve had to use the Guest bedroom closet.
With “Friends” like that from your own GOP party, who needs DemonRats(enemies)?
Hillary and the New World Odor want to personally the GOP/Rinos.?

I’d rather have this tape surface than a body count list à la the Clintons.

Trump has the entire “machine” against him including his own Party.
This is truly a David and Goliath story come true.

After being gone all day to help with a church fund raiser, I came home, flipped on the news and the first thing I got was Chuck Todd saying that Trump’s campaign was finished, the Republican’s were working on how to replace him, he (Todd) was not sure if Trump would be at the debate on Sunday, and those that were still supporting Trump would no longer be supporting him by Monday morning. My first question was what is going on? When did all this happen? Then I realized it was about these eleven year-old remarks by Trump and I… Read more »

This is bringing back memories of long ago, memories not mentioned in the press; the odor of bodies from athletic competition, the smell of the communal foot bath we had to walk through to prevent athlete’s feet and ringworm on the way to the shower, the sting of the snapped towel on one’s body and the sense of victory in the return of attack … You know, old age has its benefits.

Two reasons: 1. Dumb (and relatively normal) adolescent guy talk 11 years ago, and 2. The alternative is still worse:comment image

I think that just about covers it.

I despise Hitlary but I still can’t shake the feeling that Trump owed all the wrong people a whole bunch of favors, and that’s why he’s running. I also keep thinking about all the interviews he did in the late 1980s and early 1990s where (as part of the predictive programming of the American mind and the world at large) he was often asked about running for the Presidency. That stuff doesn’t happen by accident. I no longer believe in those kinds of accidents.

Trump is secure in his Alpha-male heterosexuality, unlike most limp-wristed girly-man wussified politicians.
If we start eliminating male candidates based on years-old locker room talk, we’ll have nothing but gays running for office.

I met Trump years ago, briefly, and my take is he’s anything but an asshole. As for an example of “asshole,” I’d say the term applies to the Scott Adamses of this world who call men like Trump assholes behind their backs and grovel at their feet when they meet them in person.

Guys say things like this to get a rise from their companions. Juvenile, yes. Immature. Worthy of regret. But mostly harmless. Besides it was eleven freaking years ago. So file it under chicken shit. She on the other hand jeopardizes national security, lies to the Benghazi parents, seeks to destroy reputations, gets rich from a corrupt foundation, and treats underlings like dirt.

Love the comments, and where we all stand too. I just finished an article on this whole thing, and it’s so low on the totem pole, but the Clintons and their MSM will do anything to derail the non-globalist. It’s their MO. Just ignore the crap…let’s get back to the issues that Hillary doesn’t want to discuss…how about we talk about Gennifer Flowers, Sally Perdue Miller, Brodderick, and the rest of the women of Bill…ahem.

The pious hypocrites are offended by what Donald Trump said, but they don’t care about the vile vulgar language used by Canklesaurus toward secret service agents, FBI agents, and other ‘lower life forms’, like White House staff members. And, they don’t seem to care about all the dead bodies lying in the wake of the Clinton machine….. including three brave military men and an ambassador. Well, count me among those who don’t care about what Mr. Trump said, in a private conversation. “Guy talk”. He didn’t kill anyone. He didn’t treat any women (to my knowledge, anyway) the way Slick… Read more »

This outrageous display of sanctimony disgusts me. One knows there is no true Christian among them. The male offenders are not men, they’re spineless sniveling wimps. The females are either conniving old hags, silicone-filled bags, secret sluts or all of the above. I’m going to fight for truth, for Trump, and for our Constitution. Rising higher and stronger after a fall is a true test of mettle. And it’s the least we can do, in honor of every warrior killed in service of God and country. Defeat is not an option when circumstances demand full measures. I’m all in for… Read more »

So Trump made some stupid remarks about a woman. At least he didn’t molest or rape her and get his wife to cover it up! There is a big difference in running your mouth and putting your paws on a woman that isn’t your wife!

This is the “never Trumpers” and liberal communist’s last ditch effort at getting rid of Trump. All I can say is, “is this the best they’ve got – an ancient lewd remark?” The MSM and Congressmen like M. Lee are demanding he leave the race because of this – are they kidding us – they’re clowns in this joke and farce! They’re turning this election into a circus act and tonight’s so-called debate is nothing more than part of the circus. You can’t take anything they ask seriously and they are so waiting to crush Trump like a rabid dog.… Read more »

If college becomes free and you get what you pay for, what does that make college worth? Already so called college educated people can’t find jobs. Me thinks that they’ve been oversold on everything and what they deserve.
Myself, I chose the tradesman route and have had a pretty good life. Money ain’t everything. It’s not even the only thing. Life’s not fair. But your attitude toward it makes all the difference in the world.

For those in need of automobile repair, plumbing, electrical, gas, and carpentry work on the home, emergency medical care, and economic advice at tax time, would you demand outstanding virtue in the only man who could rescue you?

Well, Trump acted unwisely, for sure, & said very gross things, no excuses. What is more disgusting, though, is the blatant “self-righteousness” being displayed by all the Repub defectors who are sooo “offended” they are fleeing the Trump-scene el pronto lest they get labeled negatively (probably only worried about votes for their own jobs rather than for the sake of Godly righteousness). Scripture warns that self-righteousness is destructive to the self: “Be not righteous over much; neither make thyself over wise: why shouldest thou destroy thyself?” (Ecclesiastes 7:16) The reason that is so grievous in God’s eyes is because He… Read more »

That summed it up nicely, Dr. Eowyn. And while we are on the subject, Hillary, a lesbian, has probably grabbed at least as many pu**ies as Donald foolishly boasted.

The media bruhaha over lude comments by the Von Trump Family Don is much ado about nothing. Anybody who has ever visited a sports bar, a construction site or football locker room is quite familiar with this sort of male to male braggadocio, and my female friends tell me women are as just as good at same, if not worse. The hit HBO series, Sex and the City, was based on women doing and saying what was long considered to be an exclusive province of men: sex-obsessed sewer mouths trying to out do one another with ever greater stories and… Read more »
