While the race baiters are hustlin', George W. Bush pays surprise visit to children's hospital to hand out toys

Ho! Ho! Ho!

Ho! Ho! Ho!

Daily Mail: George W. Bush is nothing if not a good sport. And in no better way was that illustrated when the former President donned a Santa suit for a hospital visit in Dallas. The 68-year-old was handing out toys at the Children’s Medical Center of Dallas to patients who have to spend Christmas at the facility.
The family that posted the picture of Bush to Facebook lost one of their twin daughters earlier this year to a heart disease called restrictive cardomyopathy. ‘Guess who just came and gave Emily a Christmas present dressed in a Santa suit with Secret Service and all?!?!?………. Pres. George Bush,’ mom Natalie Smith posted to Facebook on December 16.
Her daughter, Shayde, died in January. Her surviving daughter, Emily, has undergone a heart replacement, but is constantly in and out of hospital as her body rejects the organ. The family have been raising money for Emily’s medical expenses on GoFundMe.
There were reports on Twitter that Bush’s secret service detail dressed as elves to accompany him. Bush, who was succeeded by Barrack Obama in 2009, has lifetime secret service protection, as do all former Presidents. The Republican, who lives in Dallas, has kept a low profile since leaving office.
Last weekend, Bush made a surprise visit to the Sept. 11 museum in New York City.  A museum spokesman says the man who was president at the time of the terrorist attacks arrived unannounced around 6 p.m. Sunday.
He was greeted by museum President Joe Daniels and Director Alice Greenwald. Spokesman Michael Frazier says Bush toured the museum and exhibit and ‘took the time to shake a lot of hands’ from people who thanked him for his service.
The museum announced in September that it had gotten its millionth visitor in less than four months after opening to the public.  Visitors have come from all 50 states and more than 130 countries.
Bush also does work with veterans.

Sorry but I’m not buying it for a minute.
Jeb sucks too.

I absolutely do not want the Bush dynasty to be added, with Jeb or some other Bush as president. However, whatever your objections are about George W., his affection and regard for the military are genuine and palpable — an affection that is returned by the service members.

I suppose you chose to ignore the fact of how much President Bush has done and continues to do for those suffering in Africa, or how much he gave to protect people with nets from malaria. Or the billions he made sure went to AIDS. And you probably have chosen to ignore the fact when the first Ft. Hood shooting happened, he and Laura rushed there in the still of the night and met with every family until BO found out and ordered them to leave. He did and does many things behind the scenes the media and you have… Read more »

This shows the distinct difference between the Bush’s and the Obama’s. The Bush’s have class and charisma; the Obama’s do not. The Obama’s are perfect examples of how you can take the thugs out of the hood, but you can’t take the hood out of the thugs.
However, this still does not in any way shape or forum mean that I want another Bush prez. The Bush’s may have charm, class and charisma, but their political views are still RHINO based and orientated to a One World Gov.

Pretty scary, no? I could not stand Gee Dubya Bush but he’s a saint compared to Barry “Lucifer” Soetoro aka barak insane Obama
I also do want to see another Bush in the white house, and definitely do NOT want to see Barry as infinite sovereign dictator. Killary Klintom is Obama in whiteface

I don’t care how genuine George W. Bush’s affections for veteran’s or children may be. He lied to have two wars started which have killed many veterans and over one million people, all in order to impose a British-American hegemony in the Middle East. (And Congress bought it, even after he said that the “War on Terror” “might last fifty years.” For all practical purposes, Cheney was really the effective President and W. was just the sock puppet. A MODEST PROPOSAL “No person shall be qualified to be President or Vice-President who shall have been proved to be related to… Read more »

You should really bone up on your history. All through the Clinton admin. He and Killery and the DEMs all screamed for 8 years, the need to go into Iraq. Even Killery admitted in Her book she only changed her mind because she had decided to run and to do so was political. The videos are out there, look them up. President Bush did so on the Intel of several countries and with the full approval of Congress. Unlike BO who wanted to go into Syria on his own and all his other anti Constitutional acts. We had Iraq won… Read more »

Totally agree Glenn47. Mr. Boiles also needs to be reminded that they did find Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq. They found them when Bush was still the president. They found the remanents of another WMD factory earlier this year. This old WMD factory is now in ISIS/ISIL/IS hands and according to some, there is enough material left for ISIS/ISIL/IS to start making WMD’s. Now that obama has let the king bomb/WMD expert out of Gitmo, it should get very interesting.
