From the free pdf version of Charlotte Iserbyt’s Deliberate Dumbing Down of America, I came across an article, written by one of the Roosevelts, proving the Carnegie Foundation was literally throwing kerosene on the fire of poverty and racial strife! They funded a reading curriculum that used neuro-linguistic programming to embed violent actions and rebellion in the minds of little black children in inner-city school districts! Much like Charter Schools today, the behavioral laboratory in Palo Alto contracted to deliver primary curriculum to urban schools in Gary, Indiana in the early 1970s. Read this and weep. ~LTG
