The Singing "Cats"

Les Petits Chanteurs à la Croix de Bois (“The Small Singers of the Wooden Cross”) is a famous French boys’ choir, widely regarded as one of the world’s premier choirs.
On November 30, 1996, the choir performed this delightful “Le Duo des Chats” (“Duet for two cats”) in Seoul, South Korea, as part of their 100th anniversary world tour.

The Duetto buffo di due gatti (“humorous duet for two cats”) is a popular performance piece for sopranos. It is often performed as a concert encore.
Just goes to show a good singer can make sublime music out of anything, even caterwauling!
H/t my dear friend Sol!

Eo, thanks for sharing! I was caught up in watching the boys trying to keep a straight face.

  2. And to think I thought my month long youth choir tour to Germany and Austria in 1979 was rough.
LOL – At least we had access to the German brew hidden in the back of the busses.
    🙂
But the 13 hour flight home was hell.
    🙁
