The Illusion of Leadership

Rate this post

Like a third rate magician Obama tries to divert our attention  with tricks and illusions which are meant to give us the impression of leadership.
Message to Obama: that crap might have worked in 2008 on weak minded obamabots and other guilt ridden liberals, but America is starting to see the light as we Conservatives continue to expose you for what you really are, a charlatan.
There are three main types of leadership styles:
Participative Leadership: This is probably the best leadership style followed in the business world. In participative leadership style, though the leader is responsible for taking the final decision, he is open for suggestions from team members, which can influence the decision.
Autocratic Leadership: In this leadership, the leader solely carries out the decision making process. The autocratic leadership style is a very suitable method for managing team members who require close supervision to get the work done.
Laissez Faire Leadership: In the laissez faire leadership, the leader leaves it on the team members to do the work which they are supposed to. This is a good style to be implemented if the members are skilled enough and understand their responsibilities properly.
The trouble is, your leadership style involves partying, vacationing, golfing and playing basketball while leaving a bunch of ass-kissers in the media to carry your water and make excuses for your constant ineptness and aloofness.
In case it has escaped your attention there are several crises going on in this country as well as in the world, I’ll be glad to point out a few to you to bring you up to date on current affairs:

  • Economic crisis in this country with a debt of $14,000,000,000,000.
  • Rioting and mass murder in several countries in the Middle East.
  • Thousands dead after the Japan earthquake and Tsunami and now a looming nuclear disaster.

Just to name a few.
Now if you can drag your sorry butt away from your party hearty schedule to engage yourself  in your duties as President and Commander-in-Chief maybe the world wouldn’t be looking at us  as the laughing stock of the world. But then again maybe that’s your plan all along, to weaken us in every way possible, financially, economically and militarily. I know you don’t give a damn about this country or its people, that you are nothing but a marxist socialist Soros puppet, but we are going to correct that One Big Assed Mistake America made in 2008, next year. You can bet the house on it!

  1. I wouldn’t even give him credit for being laissez faire. His leadership skills on a scale of 1-100 is about a negaative million. As all of the world gasps and prays as we watch the videos of the earthquake damage, as we all count our blessings and pray for the victims of the tsunami, as we hold our breaths in fear and pray for the nuclear disaster, the ONE studies basketball data, the ONE celebrates with the Gridiron, the ONE plans another vacation. He is beyond despicable.

  2. I learned how to lead from the best the world has to offer. There are 14 leadership traits; an effective leader has all of them and can discern their appropriate use. JJDIDTIEBUCKLE; an acronym I’ll never forget.
I liken Obama to that of a monarch. He enjoys the spoils of a figurehead, but has neither the inclination nor the ability to actually lead anyone in anything more important than his choice of Slurpee. He is nothing more than a well-educated progressive spokesman, replete with the oration of a tent preacher and the shameful awkwardness of wannabe street-cred.
But what is most amazing is that this is just getting noticed now. He hasn’t led in anything -seemingly- his entire life. He never published anything during his time as President of the Harvard Law Review. He voted present more often than not during his brief stint in the Illinois Senate AND the US Senate. His presidential campaign was remarkably devoid of specifics -simply because he was chosen by the media and rarely challenged. As President, he’s turned over every major initiative, choosing to let Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi write and message all of the progressive legislation. He is woefully inadequate when speaking off-the-cuff, and has limited his direct question and answer sessions with the media specifically because he comes off like a blundering fool. Without the teleprompter, he’d be sitting on someone’s lap with a hand up his rear end.
This man is no leader. He hasn’t the temperament, nor the desire. He does, however, like the parties, trips and golf outings. To the victor go the spoils, I guess. I’m pretty sure that’s what he meant when he said “I won.” He and Charlie Sheen would get along famously.
