Stop blaming racism for your own bad behavior!

On August 28, 1963, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered his famous speech, I Have a Dream, in which he said:

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”

Sadly, half a century later, Dr. King’s dream remains an aspiration to be fulfilled. Too many black Americans and their allies on the Left are still relying on the “color of their skin,” scapegoating anyone who judges “the content of their character” with the noxious label of “racist.”

My bud Mark S. McGrew sent me this outstanding essay by Rev. Sam Sewell. He urges that y’all send this post to:

That’s the special email address that Eric Holder and the Department of Injustice so thoughtfully set up for all patriotic Americans to send in their “tips” on George Zimmerman, whom a jury acquitted last Saturday. DOJ wants your “tips” so that the Obama regime can sic him with federal civil rights charges — even though the DOJ’s own FBI has found no evidence that Zimmerman is racist.

No Matter What Color You Are

By Rev. Sam Sewell

We need to begin accepting that there is an underclass of people who are racist, criminal, use more than they produce, feed at the public trough, produce fatherless children, see themselves as victims, use dangerous drugs, promote prostitution, whose speech is full of vulgarities and reeks of ignorance, and hate white Americans. Gee, who could that class of people be? Do we have a name for them? Or is the name unspeakable?

Quote from a Psychology Professor I once had;  “People are not who you think they are. People are not who they think they are. People are what they do. That is why this is called the behavioral science”. Forget the labels. They are all misleading. Pay attention to the behavior. Describe these people according to their behavior and all the racist politics dissolve into the nothingness from which they came. The word “racist” was invented by democrats to buy votes.

No Matter What Color You Are:

If you participate in criminal behavior you are a criminal and you don’t deserve to be treated as an equal with law abiding citizens.

If your demographic group commits more crime than other demographic groups you will be looked upon with suspicion even if you personally are not a criminal.

If your demographic group has a large number of dysfunctional families your children will not be well adjusted nor do well in school or the workplace.

If your demographic group has a large percentage of “fatherless” children your culture is sick and does not deserve equality.

If your demographic group has a high drop-out rate for high school you are not the equal of educated people.

If your demographic group uses illegal drugs and abuses alcohol you will not be the equal of sober responsible people.

If you cannot properly read, write, and speak the language of your country do not expect equal treatment when you apply for a job or interact with those who are fluent with the primary language.

If you behave hatefully toward other demographic groups you will not be respected.

If you use more than you produce or accept handouts you are of no value to your society and cannot expect to be treated as an equal.

If your demographic group makes up 12% of the population and accounts for 49% of all homicides, and if  93%  of those murders a committed by other people in  the same demographic group, your group is pathologically violent and should not be seen as equal to other less violent groups.

If it is safer to be in the military than in your neighborhood, enlist now.  If you get through boot camp you will be treated as an equal.

If you are blaming other people for your dysfunctional behavior you have serious psychological problems and don’t deserve to be treated as an equal.

Equity doesn’t come to you because of your color, no matter what it is.  Laws cannot bestow equality, no matter how much politicians will lie to you to get your vote.  You will be respected because of your behavior.  You will be equal when your behavior is equal to other people in the nation.

There are dozens of demographic studies that have not been cited above, but make the same point.  Don’t blame your color for your lack of equality.  Blame your own behavior.

The good news is that there is a way out.  You do have equal opportunity.  Change your behavior and you will leave your demographic group behind and become an equal.

You may be right that “simple will power” is not adequate to reverse decades of social pathology. But I do know that validating pathology and subsidizing it will prevent any tactic from being efficacious. The sub culture we are discussing is sick to its core. However, the solution is available within this very same demographic group. Not everybody is sick. One of the most valuable areas of research for epidemiologists is studying those who don’t get sick. How are the functional people in this demographic group behaving?  Mostly they succeed because of hard work, good values, and responsible living. And that is a universal recipe for success and is not confined to any demographic group. Those are the nongovernmental solutions that can heal a sick society.

Blaming the pathology on other people is not a solution.

Blaming the pathology on history is not a solution.

Black minister Rev. Manning defends Zimmerman

I love the good Reverend and Dr. James David Manning.

If you feel as I do about this wonderful man, please consider making a donation, no matter how small, to his ATLAH World Missionary Church in Harlem, NY. Click here.

I wouldn’t ask you if I hadn’t made a donation myself — and got a very gracious “thank you” from the pastor. 🙂

Nancy Grace makes racist slur about Zimmerman

When did Nancy Grace turn into this scary looking, vicious she-devil?

Nancy GraceShortly before George Zimmerman’s “not guilty” verdict was read last Saturday night, Nancy Grace –the HLN legal show host and former prosecutor– claimed that Zimmerman had called African-Americans ‘f—king coons’ while on the phone with police.

But as you can hear for yourself on this CNN audio, what Zimmerman said is either unintelligible or more like “f—king COLD” instead of the racist slur “coons.”

Not only is she a race-baiter, Nancy Grace is a hypocrite.

At the same time as she’s pinning the noxious label of “racist” on the half-Hispanic Zimmerman, it turns out Grace herself is a racist bigot.

Mediaite reports that during a little-watched and little-noted broadcast a day before the jury verdict, on July 12, 2013, Grace used her own racist stereotype to refer to Zimmerman during her reaction to the closing statement from defense attorney Mark O’Mara.

In his final words to the members of the jury, O’Mara said: “‘I want you to really, really look at those instructions, apply them, and just say he [Zimmerman] acted in self-defense. Find him not guilty. Let him go back and get back to his life.”

At those last words, Grace went postal, barking:

“Give George Zimmerman back his life? Give Zimmerman back his life? He’s [been] out on bond, driving through Taco Bell every night, having a churro.”

What Grace said is akin to someone saying that Barack Obama, who’s half-black, spends every night “driving through KFC, having fried chicken” and watermelon.

Shame on you, Nancy Grace!

If celebrity chef Paula Deen was ousted by her TV network and lost millions in sponsorship contracts and book deals because she had used racial language (the N-word) more than 20 years ago, why is it O.K. for Nancy Grace to use a Hispanic ethnic slur against Zimmerman?

Zimmerman, parents, attorneys, Sanford police chief all got death threats

In an exclusive interview with ABC’s Barbara Walters, George Zimmerman’s parents, Robert and Gladys, said they don’t know where their son is because he is in hiding, having received death threats.

George’s parents, too, have received death threats, as have George’s attorneys and the police chief of Sanford, FL, where the shooting of 17-year-old, 5′ 11″ Trayvon Martin took place in a gated community last year.

Robert Zimmerman said, “We have had an enormous amount of death threats. George’s legal counsel has had death threats, the police chief of Sanford, many people have had death threats. ‘Everyone with Georgie’s DNA should be killed’ — Just every kind of horrible thing you can imagine.”

The Zimmermans said they are too afraid to return to their Orlando home, and they haven’t even spoken to their son, who also is in hiding: “Under the circumstances, we have not been able to talk to him. To tell you the truth, we don’t trust anything, not even the phones.”

Gladys Zimmerman said her son lives off small stipends from his legal defense fund and is unemployed and without health insurance. Asked if he can ever have a normal life again, she said, “Only time will tell. Even for us, we have not been living a normal life for the past months. It is hard. We have lost everything, everything — the whole family, not only George. The whole family. We have lost everything.”

Robert Zimmerman said the decision to bring charges against his son was based on politics rather than the facts: “I never thought that we would see so much hatred, and the hatred is not brought on by any racial incident. It was brought on by attorneys being totally untruthful, other people being involved, having a certain narrative, having a certain agenda, and making this situation race-based and a political issue.”

Asked what they would say to Martin’s family, Gladys Zimmerman said, “We are deeply sorry for this tragedy. We pray for Trayvon Martin to be in a better place. He is always in our prayers.”

Meanwhile, as everyone associated with George Zimmerman are getting death threats, what do the U.S. president and the U.S. attorney general have to say?

POS & Holder

As U.S. Attorney General and head of the Department of Justice, Eric Holder is America’s chief cop. This is what he said about the Zimmerman verdict yesterday, during a previously scheduled speech in Washington before the Delta Sigma Theta sorority’s convention:

“This tragedy provides yet another opportunity for our nation to speak honestly about the complicated and emotionally-charged issues that this case has raised. We must not – as we have too often in the past – let this opportunity pass.”

Holder called on the country “to prevent future tragedies and to deal with the underlying attitudes, mistaken beliefs and stereotypes that serve as the basis for these too common incidents,” and urged a national discussion to be conducted “with the same dignity that those who have lost the most, Trayvon’s parents, have demonstrated throughout the last year. [The Justice Department] “will continue to act in a manner that is consistent with the facts and the law.”

In other words, for Holder, it’s still all about Trayvon and how blacks are treated.

What about the President of the United States?

In a statement posted on the White House web site following the jury’s acquittal of Zimmerman, Obama called the death of Trayvon Martin a tragedy” and urged “calm reflection,” saying “We are a nation of laws, and a jury has spoken.”

Obama then used the occasion to renew his call for gun control! He said, “We should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence that claims too many lives.”

Gang of blacks in Baltimore beat up Hispanic man “for Trayvon”

A gang of black youths in Baltimore, MD, chased a Hispanic man and beat him with the butt of a handgun, while shouting, “This is for Trayvon!”

Matt Blake reports for the Daily Mail that on the evening of July 15, 2013, just before 9 pm, real estate agent Christina Dudley was returning to her car from walking her dog when she saw several young black males and two black females chasing a 37-year-old Hispanic man down the street at the crossroads of E. Fairmount Ave. and N. Streeper St. in Baltimore.

Crime scene: Estate agent Christina Dudley said she was walking to her car just before 9pm last night

Dudley immediately posted an account of what she witnessed on a community Facebook page.

She told police “One of the boys had a handgun out and it was pointed at the back of” the Hispanic victim. The gang then set upon the man, punching, kicking and stamping on him, yelling expletives. “They were just yelling and calling him names as they ran after him, but once they were hitting him and after that they started repeatedly yelling, ‘This is for Trayvon!’.”

So Dudley shouted to the gang that she was calling police, and the attackers scattered.

According to the police report, the unnamed victim told officers that he was standing in the cross roads of Fairmont and N. Potomac Street when a group of five black males approached him. He said they were all between 16 and 18 years old. One of them, about 6 foot tall and with a mohawk, lifted his shirt to reveal a silver handgun in his waistband as he said: “What’s up?”

Three of the attackers are described as “skinny” and one as “fat.” Police are yet to make any arrests.

The Baltimore incident is only the latest in a series of apparent “revenge attacks” over the acquittal of George Zimmerman for the shooting death of 17-year-old, 5′ 11″ black teenager Trayvon Martin last year.

Long before Zimmerman’s trial and the “not guilty” verdict, back in April 2012, a 78-year-old man, Dallas Watts, was brutally attacked by six young thugs in East Toledo, Ohio.

While Watts was down on the ground, the “boys” kicked him over and over, shouting, “[Get] that white [man]. This is for Trayvon … Trayvon lives, white [man]. Kill that white [man],” according to a police report.

Dallas Watts, 78, points to where he was kicked in the chest.

However, two days after the beating, Toledo police said the robbery and assault of Watts was not racially motivated and that Watts’ account of what happened “appears to be a little bit exaggerated” (whatever that means), although police confirmed the old man indeed had been assaulted and robbed.

George Zimmerman found not guilty of murder in Trayvon Martin’s death

By Greg Botelho, CNN

updated 10:18 PM EDT, Sat July 13, 2013

(CNN) — George Zimmerman is not guilty of murder in the death of Trayvon Martin, a Florida jury decided late Saturday.

The fact that Zimmerman fired the bullet that killed Martin was never in question, but the verdict means the six-person jury had reasonable doubt that the shooting amounted to a criminal act.

The verdict caps a case that has inflamed passions for well over a year, much of it focused on race and gun rights.

The six-person jury — all women — had three choices: to find Zimmerman guilty of second-degree murder; to find him guilty of the lesser charge of manslaughter; or to find him not guilty.

The jurors deliberated for 16½ hours total, including 13 on Saturday alone, before delivering their verdict.

When he learned his fate, a subdued Zimmerman had little visible reaction. His face was mostly expressionless. He turned and shook one of his attorney’s hand before sitting back down. His parents, Robert and Gladys Zimmerman, were seated nearby, but Martin’s parents were not in the courtroom.

Earlier in the day, the jury had asked the court for clarification on its instructions regarding manslaughter. The jury couldn’t have even posed such a query a few days ago: Judge Debra Nelson ruled Thursday, over the defense’s vehement objection, to include manslaughter as an option for jurors, in addition to a second-degree murder charge.

To convict Zimmerman of manslaughter, the jurors would have had to believe that he “intentionally committed an act or acts that caused the death of Trayvon Martin.” That charge could have carried a sentence of up to 30 years in prison, though the jury was not told of that possible sentence.

For second-degree murder, the jurors would have had to believe that Martin’s unlawful killing was “done from ill will, hatred, spite or an evil intent” and would be “of such a nature that the act itself indicates an indifference to human life.”

Ultimately, they believed neither. And that means Zimmerman can walk free.

How long other juries deliberated for in other high-profile cases

Who are the members of the Zimmerman jury?

John GuyFlorida Assistant State Attorney John Guy

In the racially-charged trial of George Zimmerman for the second degree murder of 17-year-old “child” Trayvon Martin — that’s what prosecutor Assistant State Attorney John Guy called the 5′ 11″ punk (Zimmerman is 5′ 7″) — defense and prosecution have both rested their respective cases.

Zimmerman’s fate is now in the hands of the six-member jury.

Zimmerman juryThose six were drawn from the final 40 potential jurors — 24 of whom were women, 16 were men; 27 were white, 7 were black, 3 were of mixed race, and 3 were Hispanic.

This is what we know about the Zimmerman jury:

  • All six are female.
  • 5 of the 6 are married.
  • 5 of the 6 are “white.”
  • “Almost all” (according to CNN) have children.
  • Juror E-6 is blonde; has two children (ages 11 and 13); is married to an engineer; and is a “church member.”
  • Juror B-29 is Black (CNN) or Hispanic (Fox News); married for 10 years; has 8 children, 7 of whom are minors (younger than 18); and is originally from Chicago. She is the only racial “minority” on the jury.
  • Juror B-76 is married; unemployed, but used to run a construction company with her husband; loves animals; and has a son who’s an attorney.
  • Juror B-37 is the daughter of an Air Force captain; has two children — one a pet groomer, the other attends the University of Central Florida.
  • Juror E-40 is married to a chemical engineer; has one son; and likes to watch football, read, and travel.
  • Juror B-51 is the only unmarried member of this jury; a retired real estate agent who had moved to Florida from Atlanta.

Attorney and Fox News legal analyst Tamara Holder has already faulted the jury composition: “This case should not be about race, but the attorneys’ failure to pick a more diverse group of six people is certain to reignite the issue, especially if the 100 percent all-female/non-African-American jury finds Mr. Zimmerman not guilty.”

When asked about the lack of Black jurors, George Zimmerman’s attorney, Mark O’Mara, responded: “The state struck the first Black juror and then we got our six…. I had questions about two Black jurors on their ability to be fair and impartial and we talked about that. That’s been I think now put on the record when it comes to my thoughts and the judge agreed that they were race neutral reasons. So while people can look at it and have this reaction: there’s no Blacks on the jury, there’s no this, or there’s no that, tell me we did something wrong in the [jury selection] process and I’ll agree with you. If you look at this process and I’ll agree with you if you look at the process and say it was done fairly than the result was fair.”

Sources: CNN, Fox News, JetMag.

Meanwhile, it is now said that even if the jury acquits George Zimmerman, his troubles aren’t over. The Obama regime might still prosecute him in federal court for “violating” Martin’s “civil rights.” For more about this nightmarish possibility, go here. (H/t FOTM’s joworth)

Obama’s DOJ goons fomented anti-Zimmerman racial protests

Do you remember all those anti-Zimmerman Black protests in the aftermath of the Feb. 26, 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin, in Sanford, Florida? Here’s an account (in green) from my post of March 26, 2012:

How the shooting became a racist cause célèbre:

The shooting death of Trayvon Martin has ignited into a racial conflagration, with George Zimmerman and Sanford law enforcement being accused of racism. Zimmerman is accused of racially profiling Martin. Allegations were also made that the Sanford police were protecting Zimmerman. Thousands of people attended rallies around the country to demand Zimmerman’s arrest, including a gathering on March 22 of “civil rights leaders” including Al Sharpton, Martin Luther King III, Dick Gregory, and others. A petition by the left-wing Change.org has gathered more than 1.3 million signatures demanding Zimmerman’s arrest. The NAACP sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder stating that they “have no confidence that, absent federal oversight, the Sanford Police Department will devote the necessary degree of care to its investigation” and requesting that personnel be detailed to Sanford to review the case without bias. Many people, from self-styled civil rights leaders to public officials, are piling on with incendiary comments and statements about the shooting. They include:

  • Al Sharpton, one of the most outspoken activists in the Martin case, has devoted entire hour of his MSNBC show “PoliticsNation” to coverage of the shooting and interviews with Martin’s parents. On March 22, he participated in a rally in Sanford, Florida with Martin’s family and friends. CNN’s media watchdog Howard Kurtz questions Sharpton’s role as both reporter and activist.
  • Jesse Jackson, who called Trayvon a “martyr” and said “blacks are under attack.”
  • And Barack Obama, who on March 23, briefly addressed the Martin killing in response to a reporter’s question. Obama said, “Obviously, this is a tragedy. I can only imagine what these parents are going through. And when I think about this boy, I think about my own kids…. If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon.” Imagine if a white President had said that about a white victim of a black shooting!

The racist New Black Panther Party has offered a $10,000 reward for the capture of George Zimmerman. On the steps of Sanford City Hall, New Black Panthers (NBP) handed out “wanted dead or alive” fliers that had Zimmerman’s picture. When asked whether he was inciting violence, NBP leader Mikhail Muhammad replied defiantly saying: “An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.” The bounty announcement came moments after NBP members called for the mobilization of 10,000 black men to capture Zimmerman. Muhammad said members of his group would search for Zimmerman themselves in Maitland and Jacksonville — where Zimmerman had worked before the shooting.

Thanks to the nonpartisan watchdog group Judicial Watch, we now know that President Lucifer’s Department of Justice (DOJ) is behind those protests.

There is a secret “large and growing” division within the DOJ, called the Community Relations Service (CRS), whose “job” is to “train protesters” on the ground for the purpose of fomenting unrest — all paid for by taxpayers. Here’s Judicial Watch’s synopsis of its report titled, “DOJ sends secret “peacekeepers” where Trayvon Martin was killed,” July 10, 2013: Judicial Watch, Inc. (Judicial Watch) on April 24, 2012 launched an investigation into the Trayvon Martin case based on reports that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) had sent a secret team of “peacekeepers” to Sanford, Florida, where Martin was shot on February 26, 2012 after wandering in a gated community after dark.  George Zimmerman, a resident of the community and its neighborhood watch captain, is currently on trial for Martin’s death though he maintains he acted in self-defense. Records obtained by Judicial Watch in response to local, state and federal public records requests show that the so-called peacekeepers are part of a large and growing division within DOJ called the Community Relations Service (CRS).  Though CRS purports to spot and quell racial tensions nationwide before they arise, the documents obtained by Judicial Watch show the group actively worked to foment unrest, spending thousands of taxpayer dollars on travel and hotel rooms to train protestors throughout Florida.  The peacekeepers also met with officials of the Republican National Convention, scheduled for several months later in Tampa, to warn them to expect protests in connection with Martin’s death.

  • CRS employee spent $1,142.84 to travel to Sanford, Florida from March 25-28, 2012 “to work marches, demonstrations, and rallies”;
  • CRS employee spent $751.60 to travel to Sanford, Florida from March 30-April 1, 2012 “to provide technical assistance to the City of Sanford, event organizers, and law enforcement agencies for the march and rally on March 31”;
  • CRS employee spent $1,307.40 to travel to Sanford, Florida from April 3-12, 2012 “to provide technical assistance, conciliation, and onsite mediation during demonstrations planned in Sanford”;
  • CRS employee spent $672.24 to travel to Tampa, Florida from April 18-20, 2012 “to meet with RNC official related to possible protests and demonstrations during the RNC”

In response to a Florida Sunshine Law request to the City of Sanford, Judicial Watch also obtained an audio recording of a “community meeting” held at Second Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Sanford on April 19, 2012.  The meeting, which opens with a gospel hymn and organ music, is reported to have led to the official ouster of Sanford’s Police Chief Bill Lee.  A week earlier, a group calling themselves the “Dream Defenders” had barricaded the entrance to the police department demanding he be fired for failing to file murder charges against Zimmerman.  The church meeting produced a nine-point plan, the main demand being the firing of Chief Lee.

~End of Judicial Watch synopsis~

The Director of CRS is Grande H. Lum, who has a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley, and a J.D. from Obama’s alma mater, Harvard Law School. Before joining CRS, Lum was a clinical professor at the University of California Hastings School of the Law, where he directed its Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. Here’s an organizational flow-chart of CRS (think of all the cushy bureaucrats with big salaries all paid by taxpayers!): CRS flow chart The DOJ website refers to its Community Relations Service as “America’s Peacemaking Agency” and describes its mission as follows: The Community Relations Service is the Department’s “peacemaker” for community conflicts and tensions arising from differences of race, color, and national origin. Created by the Civil Rights Act of 1964, CRS is the only Federal agency dedicated to assist State and local units of government, private and public organizations, and community groups with preventing and resolving racial and ethnic tensions, incidents, and civil disorders, and in restoring racial stability and harmony.

“Working” marches, demonstrations, and rallies is now called “peacemaking.” God help us.
