Obama’s IRS leaked Mozilla CEO’s pro-traditional marriage Prop 8 donation

gaymafialogoLast month, Brendan Eich, a co-founder of Mozilla — the company that invented the Firefox web browser — was promoted from the company’s chief technology officer to Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Then all hell broke loose.

As DCG recounted in her post of April 4, the online dating site OkCupid.com asked its customers to boycott Firefox because SIX YEARS AGO in 2008, Eich had donated $1000 to California’s Proposition 8 that affirmed traditional marriage. (The proposition was approved by a majority of California voters but struck down by an admittedly homosexual judge.)

OkCupid.com’s boycott in turn led to a “backlash” among Mozilla’s intolerant employees against their new CEO, never mind that:

  • Eich had made the donation as a private citizen;
  • Eich had never let his private political views intrude into his work at Mozilla; and
  • The First Amendment of the United States Constitution promises and guarantees freedom of belief to Eich and all Americans.

Faced with the avalanche of disapproval and hostility from Mozilla employees, Eich resigned.

Has it occurred to you how OkCupid.com discovered Eich’s PRIVATE donation to Prop 8?

Answer: Obama’s IRS leaked the information.

Dr. John C. Eastman reports for FoxNews, Oct. 3, 2013, that in the many state ballot battles across America to preserve marriage as an institution between man and woman, the pro-traditional marriage National Organization for Marriage (NOM) was winning. Since 2004, 32 states had voted by large margins to reaffirm the traditional definition of marriage, and no state had voted to approve “same-sex marriage.”

NOM’s principal adversary, the pro-homosexual marriage Human Rights Campaign (HRC) was waging an uphill battle. So HRC started a website, “NOM Exposed,” designed to publicly identify NOM and its supporters and donors so they and their businesses could be harassed.

To do so, HRC needed access to NOM’s confidential list of donors, lists that NOM is required to file with the IRS but are not public information.

Joe Solmonese with the POSThen, HRC president Joe Solmonese was named a national co-chair for the Obama reelection campaign and, magically, NOM’s tax return and its confidential list of donors and their addresses showed-up on the HRC website.

Eastman writes: “we know that the tax return on HRC’s website originated from within the IRS because it had been redacted to hide internal codes that are placed on documents only after they are received by the IRS.”

Donations to NOM and to the ballot campaigns then underway became increasingly hard to come by, to the point that the “same-sex marriage” forces were able to outspend NOM and its allies by more than $20 million dollars (a nearly 4 to 1 advantage) in the 4 states where marriage was on the ballot in November 2012, resulting in the first electoral losses for traditional marriage ever

Since unauthorized disclosure of a tax return is a serious felony, punishable by up to five years in prison, NOM demanded an investigation by the Department of Justice and the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration. NOM was given a case number, and its principal officers were interviewed.

Eighteen months later, no criminal charges have been filed. The person(s) responsible for leaking NOM’s donors to HRC is still not held to account. Even worse, the IRS now takes the position that the release of the identity of the culprit is itself barred by the same federal statute that the culprit violated.

On October 3, 2013, National Organization for Marriage filed suit against the IRS, as permitted by federal law, to obtain compensation for the injuries it suffered as a result of these felonies. The lawsuit also enables NOM to pursue discovery that will help identify the culprit and ascertain the extent to which IRS officials (and perhaps others elsewhere in the Obama administration) had colluded with what even the leftwing unfunny comedian Bill Maher now calls “the gay mafia.”

A&E firing of "Duck Dynasty" Phil – Fallout

Phil Robertson

This post is an update of the one our Steve did yesterday on Cable TV network A&E acceding to the Left’s LGBT Tyranny by “indefinitely suspending” Phil Robertson, the star of the reality show Duck Dynasty, for his “anti-gay” comments in an interview with GQ magazine.

___________

Side note: Rush Limbaugh is right. When will conservatives learn that mainstream media outlets like GQ magazine are not our friends, and that we are set up for a fall when they interview us? We need to stop feeling flattered by their attention. We need to stop regarding them as even worthy of our attention!

___________

An unnamed A&E network executive told TheWrap that it was Phil Robertson’s comparison of homosexuality to bestiality that ultimately led Nancy Dubuc, the CEO of A&E Networks, to suspend him because Robertson’s remarks were in conflict with “the fundamental values of the company.” Dubuc was responding in part to the concern of “employees within the company.” The decision to suspend Robertson came Wednesday night, hours after an early-morning phone call between A&E executives and GLAAD, the homosexual civil rights group.

The unnamed A&E executive who spoke with The Wrap also said arguments that A&E had somehow taken Robertson’s free speech away are ridiculous, as a suspension from a television show did not curtail his ability to speak out freely. And any notion that A&E had a conflict with Christianity is also absurd, considering A&E’s History just aired the hit miniseries, “The Bible.”

A&E CEO Nancy Dubuc is “one of the most powerful television executives in Hollywood, overseeing A&E, Lifetime and History channels. Her dynasty is powered largely by “Duck Dynasty,” the highest-rated reality show on the air.

Here are three pics I found of Nancy Dubuc. From left to right: a pic from about 2011 (source: Grain’s NY Business); a more recent, rather mannish-looking pic (source: TheWrap); an up-to-date totally glamorized airbrushed pic on A+E Networks:

Support for Phil Robertson is coming from everywhere:

  • The Robertson family is standing behind him. They told A&E they can’t imagine continuing the show without Phil. (Read more HERE.)
  • National Organization for Marriage has a petition we can sign, asking A&E to apologize to and reinstate Robertson. Click here to sign the petition.
  • “Duck Dynasty” advertisers are not withdrawing their sponsorship. In fact, one sponsor, Skyjacker, which builds truck suspensions, tells TMZ it stands solidly behind Phil and the show. Skyjacker’s brass says this goes beyond the Constitution … to the Creator:  “We are a Christian-based company and actively share our faith so standing with Phil Robertson is an easy choice for us.” (H/t FOTM’s swampygirl)
  • The number of “likes” on the “Boycott A&E Until Phil Robertson Is Put Back On Duck Dynasty” Facebook page went over a million in less than 24 hours. For being so popular, the page’s administrator, Michael, was actually banned from Facebook for 12 hours because the page was generating 4,500 likes in one hour. The last I looked, the number of “likes” has risen to 1. 3 million.

Betty Crocker goes Sodom

betty-crockerGeneral Mills, Inc., founded in 1856, is an American Fortune 500 corporation, headquartered in Golden Valley, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis. GM’s food products  include baking mixes, breakfast cereals, yogurt, refrigerated dough, soup, pizza, snack foods, ice cream, soy products, vegetables, and flour.
The corporate giant, with revenue of $14.880 billion in 2011, owns more than 100 well-known U.S. food brands, such as Yoplait, Pillsbury, Green Giant, Häagen-Dazs, Betty Crocker, Cheerios, Trix, and Lucky Charms.
Another way to look at General Mills is as a many-headed hydra.
hydraA year ago, General Mills decided to go whole hog for homosexual marriage. As part of its corporate campaign in support of “gay pride,” the hydra corporation’s Kraft Foods posted a pic of a rainbow-colored Oreo cookie on the Oreo fan page on Facebook, along with the caption, “Proudly Support Love.”
gay OreoIn early July of this year, General Mills announced that Lucky Charms – with little rainbow marshmallows – will be the face for a new gay pride campaign, called #LuckyToBe.
Now GM has unleashed one of America’s most beloved icons, Betty Crocker, to promote homosexual marriage.
Dave Tombers reports for WND, Aug. 4, 2013, that at midnight last Thursday, the State of Minnesota legalized homosexual marriage. So Betty Crocker went all out and treated homosexual couples getting married to free wedding cakes.
The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported that General Mills and the Edina, Minn., bakery Queen of Cakes donated cakes to the first three couples to marry at Minneapolis City Hall the moment same-sex marriage became legal.
In a blog post titled “Betty Crocker Toasts Marriage Equality With Wedding Cake Tasting,” the homosexual advocacy organization GLAAD said that three homosexual couples visited the Betty Crocker kitchens in Golden Valley, Minn., to sample wedding cakes on Monday, and that “Betty Crocker is performing this donation as a part of ‘The Families Project’. The company states that it wanted ‘to celebrate with these families and mark this moment in the state’s history’.”
The General Mills website “The Family Project” proclaims: “Families are changing a lot. But they’ve still got one thing in common – the love that makes a home. At Betty Crocker, we believe that a family is a family, no matter how it’s arranged. Marriage & Family have changed more in the last 35 years than in the last 350.”
The maker of Cheerios and Lucky Charms then reminds readers that “less than half of all households in the U.S. include a husband and wife,” but “the number of same-sex couples living together has increased by 800 percent since 2000. […] And, to many of us, it seems like a homemaker can only be part of a certain kind of family. But these days, a homemaker is anyone who makes a home.” And although 71% of Americans say they have “old-fashioned values about marriage and family,” the GM website quickly points out that “we” don’t really want to be “old-fashioned,” but simply want to be “together.”
That’s when the company says there’s a “new normal” when it comes to families, a “new normal” that “makes us happy,” because the “love that exists between family members is a lot more important than how they’re arranged.”
The brand manager for Betty Crocker, Laura Forero, told Minnesota Public Radio that the image of “Betty” is constantly evolving, but diversity and inclusion are in the brand’s DNA: “Celebrating these three families today, seemed very appropriate as Betty celebrates all families.”
The National Organization for Marriage (NOM) has a “Dump General Mills” campaign, which seeks to educate the American consumer about how the profit on food sales is spent by the company.
NOM’s petition to “Dump General Mills,” signed by tens of thousands of Americans, states:

I never thought that by eating Cheerios for breakfast I would be supporting gay marriage. Your decision to pander to same-sex marriage activists has forced me to choose between your food products and my conscience. As long as food is produced by other companies my conscience is going to win out over the desire for another bowl of Lucky Charms. Until you stop supporting this radical social agenda I must, in good conscience, look for substitutes that I can purchase instead of the following brands. – See more at: https://www.dumpgeneralmills.com/?REF=EB120625NANT#sthash.5bSEIVu1.dpuf

Ken Powell2General Mills’ CEO Ken Powell

General Mills’ chairman and CEO is Kendall J. Powell, 59. Powell joined General Mills in 1979; was named president of the General Mills Big G cereal division in 1997; was elected president and chief operating officer of General Mills in 2006; and elected chief executive officer in September 2007 and chairman in May 2008.
In September 2012, at General Mills’ meeting with its shareholders, a few shareholders took issue with the food company’s decision to advocate against the Minnesota’s proposed constitutional amendment that would ban gay marriage. During the question-and-answer session at the end of the meeting, one woman who identified herself as a shareholder from Prior Lake said she was saddened by General Mills’ decision to take a stance on the gay marriage amendment. She said the company’s mission should be focused on selling food, not on political issues. Powell defended General Mills’ stance, which was posted on the company’s blog in June.
Wikipedia‘s brief profile on Powell says nothing about his personal life — whether he has a wife and/or children.

Groups & individuals targeted by Obama's IRS witchhunt

Eye of Obama
The mission of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is to collect taxes from individuals and groups, but to do so fairly by applying the the tax law with integrity and without prejudice. According to IRS Policy Statement 1-1, IRS employees accomplish this mission by being impartial and handling tax matters in a manner that will promote public confidence.
It is not the mission of the IRS to use political criteria to target certain individuals and groups for special scrutiny or audit.
On May 10, 2013, Americans learned that, instead of being apolitical, the Obama regime’s IRS had singled out for special scrutiny the tax documents of some 75 groups who, for the lack of a better term, are not fans of President Lucifer.

That day, the IRS issued an apology to conservative political groups — groups with names that had words like “tea party” and “patriot” — for having been subjected to extra scrutiny. But the IRS insisted that “Mistakes were made initially, but they were in no way due to any political or partisan rationale.”

Since last Friday, each new day brings more information of the IRS’s misdeeds. They include the following:

  • The IRS witch hunt began in April 2010, with the formation of a team of specialists within the IRS called the Determination Unit. (Source: ZeroHedge)
  • High-level Obama regime officials were involved. (Source: ZeroHedge)
  • By June 2011, the IRS expanded its criteria for extra scrutiny beyond “Tea Party,” “patriot,” and “9/12 Project” (referring to a group started by Glenn Beck) groups to include also organizations critical of government spending, government debt, taxes, and “how the country is run,” as well as groups seeking to “make America a better place to live” and to educate Americans about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. (Source: FoxNews)
  • The IRS also targeted a pro-life group, Cherish Life Ministries, that provides help to a coalition of churches that supports mothers struggling with unexpected pregnancies, promotes abstinence and advocates for an end to abortion. (Source: WND) H/t FOTM’s joworth
  • The IRS was targeting the Jews, too! An IRS agent told the pro-Israel Jewish organization Z Street that the applications of Israel-related organizations were assigned to “a special unit in the D.C. office to determine whether the organization’s activities contradict the Obama’s Administration’s public policies.” (Source: Atlas Shrugs)
  • Even worse, the IRS went beyond using political criteria to single out certain groups for extra scrutiny. The IRS violated confidentiality by giving the confidential applications for tax-exempt status of nine conservative groups to a George Soros-funded journalism group, ProPublica. (Source: Breitbart)
  • The IRS also leaked the 2008 confidential financial documents of the National Organization for Marriage, a pro-traditional marriage organization, to the leftwing Human Rights Campaign (HRC). Those documents were published on the Huffington Post on March 30, 2012. Joe Solmonese, HRC’s president and a co-chairman of Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign, then used the leaked document to attack GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney. (Source: Breitbart) H/t FOTM reader Kathleen Myers.
Joe Solmonese with Pres. Lucifer

Joe Solmonese with Pres. Lucifer

  • Wayne Allyn Root — the Libertarian Party’s 2008 VP candidate who attended Columbia University in the same years as Pres. Lucifer but has publicly stated he’d never met his supposed fellow-student nor does he know any Columbia alumnus who had — was also a target of the IRS’s unusual audits, beginning in January 2011, despite a “spotless” 30-year tax record. Root believes the order to audit him came from Obama himself: “I believe this is not rogue agents, who would be risking their pension and careers.” (Source: WND)
  • Televangelist Billy Graham endorsed Mitt Romney in the 2012 presidential election. Now his son, Franklin Graham, has come forth with the revelation that in the midst of the heated presidential campaign in September 2012, the IRS notified the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and the family’s international humanitarian organization Samaritan’s Purse, that it was conducting a “review” of their activities for tax year 2010. (Source: Politico)
  • In 2010, the IRS targeted for auditing Dr. Anne Hendershott, a devout Catholic professor and author whose writings are critical of Obama and Soros-funded “liberal” Catholic groups. The IRS demanded to know who was paying her and “what their politics were.” Although Hendershott and her husband (who brings in the vast majority of the family’s income) file joint tax returns, only she was audited. The audit was so emotionally and financially expensive that she was frightened into silence. (Source: The Blaze)
  • Dr. James Dobson says his Christian FamilyTalk group was also targeted. The IRS threatened the group’s non-profit status because it didn’t represent “all views.” (Source: WND)
  • The Catholic League was notified, just weeks after Obama was elected president in 2008, by the IRS that it was under investigation for violating the IRS Code on political activities as it relates to 501(c)(3) organizations. It was the George Soros-funded leftwing United that contacted the IRS to launch its investigation of the Catholic League. (Source: America Conservative 2 Conservative)
  • A 180-year-old Baptist newspaper, The Biblical Recorder, was targeted by the IRS for extra scrutiny. In summer 2012, the paper gained national attention after it published an interview with Chick-fil-A President Dan Cathy who said he supports traditional family values. The paper also published ads from the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association — which also was targeted by the IRS. (Source: Fox News)

Gay Activist: We really are out to indoctrinate your children

If you’re still sitting on the fence, in a quandary about whether there’s a homosexual agenda in America’s schools and society, wonder no more.
Queerty is a gay advocacy website that carries this self-description beneath its title: “Free of an Agenda Except that Gay One.” Wikipedia describes Queerty as “a popular online magazine covering gay-oriented lifestyle and news, founded in 2005 by David Hauslaib.” It is frequently referenced and quoted by mainstream media including the Los Angeles Times, ABC News, Entertainment Weekly, and Salon. Newsweek called it “a leading site for gay issues”.

Self-described "queer journalist" Daniel Villarreal

On May 12, 2011, writing in Queerty, Daniel Villarreal sarcastically called an anti-gay marriage group “the so-called” National Organization for Marriage (NOM) and accuses NOM of repeating “lies about indoctrinating schoolchildren that they ran in 2009.”
Villarreal then writes:

“They accuse us of exploiting children and in response we say, ‘NOOO! We’re not gonna make kids learn about homosexuality, we swear! It’s not like we’re trying to recruit your children or anything.’ But let’s face it—that’s a lie. We want educators to teach future generations of children to accept queer sexuality. In fact, our very future depends on it. […]

Recruiting children? You bet we are.

Why would we push anti-bullying programs or social studies classes that teach kids about the historical contributions of famous queers unless we wanted to deliberately educate children to accept queer sexuality as normal?

Remember, Prop 8 passed along age lines with the very old voting largely in favor of it. The younger generation doesn’t fear homosexuality as much because they’re exposed to fags on TV, online, and at school. And I don’t know a single lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender person who wants that to stop. I for one certainly want tons of school children to learn that it’s OK to be gay, that people of the same sex should be allowed to legally marry each other, and that anyone can kiss a person of the same sex without feeling like a freak. And I would very much like for many of these young boys to grow up and start fucking men. I want lots of young ladies to develop into young women who voraciously munch box. I want this just as badly as many parents want their own kids to grow up and rub urinary tracts together to trade proteins and forcefully excrete a baby.”

+++
All that being said, it is curious why the education indoctrination Daniel Villarreal wants for our children doesn’t include the really important, absolutely essential information about gays that kids (and adults too) really need to know. I dare Villarreal to include this information in the gay curriculum! See my post, “What They’ll Never Tell You in ‘Homosexual Education’.”
