Sanctuary Montgomery County, MD: Eighth illegal alien charged with sex crime since July 25

Montgomery County, Maryland is a sanctuary county. And they are having a serious problem with illegal aliens and sex crimes.

Last week I told you about the seventh illegal alien who was arrested for sex crime in five weeks.

Details from that sexual assault: A Honduran national in the United States illegally was accused of raping his 15-year-old stepdaughter. The perp was previously deported in April 2017, but re-entered the United States “sometime thereafter.

Another illegal alien free to roam around in sanctuary Montgomery County and do his thing…

Now it’s been revealed by Kevin Lewis of ABC News that an eighth illegal alien has been charged with rape or sex abuse of a minor in Montgomery County since July 25. Details from Kevin’s tweets:

“Police say 26 year old Oluwakayode Adebusuyi raped an intoxicated woman in his car.

Last summer, Montgomery County Police charged Adebusuyi with 2nd-degree assault, 4th-degree sex offense and false imprisonment. Prosecutors dropped all counts in that case for unspecified reasons. Adebusuyi had been employed as a ride-share driver up until his most recent arrest.

A judge gave Adebusuyi a $250,000 bond. He remains in custody. Should Adebusuyi post bond, Montgomery County will give ICE a courtesy call, but it won’t hold the accused rapist beyond the normal jail release process. Montgomery County has also banned ICE from entering secure portions of the jail.

County Executive Marc Elrich

County Executive Marc Elrich takes no responsibility for the crimes committed by illegal aliens roaming around in his sanctuary haven. He blames the “court system” and says he’s just “simply continuing the practice of the prior administration.”

Sanctuary Montgomery County, MD: 7th illegal alien arrested for sex crime in five weeks

County Executive Elrich: Providing sanctuary to illegal aliens

From MyFoxChicago: A Honduran national in the United States illegally has been accused of raping his 15-year-old stepdaughter in suburban Maryland, the seventh such case in the area over the past five weeks.

Emilio Carrasco-Hernandez, 37, is charged with second-degree rape, sex abuse of a minor, third-degree sex offense and fourth-degree sex offense, according to WJLA.

The alleged victim spoke to Montgomery County police and claimed that her stepfather sexually assaulted her multiple times between Aug. 16 and Aug. 25. She alleged that she was unable to use the bathroom after one of the assaults because it was “very painful” and left her with a “stinging” feeling.

“Victim A stated that she could not move and Emilio Carrasco-Hernandez was squishing her with his body,” detectives reportedly said of the incident. The 200-lb. Carrasco-Hernandez allegedly kissed the girl’s body and even bit her shirt in one incident.

The victim’s mother reportedly booted Carrasco-Hernandez from their Wheaton home after finding the two of them together in a bedroom. While the age of consent in Maryland is 16 years old, the mother said she believed it was a consensual act fueled by alcohol.

More details from Fox News:

“In a statement to WJLA, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said that Carrasco-Hernandez was previously deported in April 2017, but re-entered the United States “sometime thereafter.”

Carrasco-Hernandez could face up to 56 years in state prison in convicted on all charges. He also faces up to 20 years in federal prison for re-entering the U.S. having been previously deported, an ICE official told WJLA.

The agency reportedly placed a detainer on the Honduran national and he was put in jail without bond. He faces charges of second-degree rape, third and fourth degree sex offenses, and sex abuse of a minor.

Since July 25, Montgomery County Police have arrested at least seven confirmed undocumented immigrants illegal aliens for alleged rapes and sexual assaults.

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich signed an executive order last month designating the county a “sanctuary” jurisdiction.

The order states that no county agency – including police departments – can cooperate with ICE. Immigration agents are barred from entering secure portions of county jails, and must take custody of illegal immigrants in public areas, such as jail parking lots.

Earlier this month, another undocumented immigrant illegal alien was arrested on second-degree rape and assault charges but was released days later after the Montgomery County Jail ignored ICE’s detainer request.”

Sanctuary Montgomery County: Two illegal aliens in Maryland raped 11-year-old girl

Both were known to ICE. One was a “repeat immigration violator.”

Montgomery County, Maryland gave them a safe haven to hide from authorities. Shameful.

From WJLA: Two undocumented immigrants illegal aliens are accused of raping an 11-year-old girl on different occasions, the common denominator being a friendship with the victim’s older brother.

Montgomery County Police have arrested Mauricio Barrera-Navidad, 29, of Damascus, and Carlos Palacios-Amaya, 28, of Gaithersburg, and charged each with second-degree rape.

Last month, the victim — now 12-years-old — spoke with a social worker at her middle school in Germantown. Talking through tears, the girl shared the painful details about what both men allegedly did to her.

In September 2018, the victim was introduced to her older brother’s friend, Palacios-Amaya. Over the course of the next few months, the then 27-year-old man raped the middle schooler on multiple occasions, authorities allege. The victim recalled one instance where Palacios-Amaya “used his cell phone to video record the two of them having sex,” police noted in court documents.

The victim told the social worker that Palacios-Amaya would often pressure her not to attend school so that she could stay home while her parents were at work. That gave Palacios-Amaya unsupervised access to the girl.

Investigators say while reviewing the victim’s cell phone, they located numerous photographs of Palacios-Amaya with the girl.

The other suspect, Barrera-Navidad, reportedly attended the victim’s older brother’s birthday party on July 2018. The celebration took place at a mobile home park in Germantown.

At one point in the evening, Barrera-Navidad and the 11-year-old victim entered a bedroom. According to police, Barrera-Navidad raped the girl and then continued to communicate with her via cell phone for an undisclosed period of time thereafter.

According to court documents, Barrera-Navidad was born in El Salvador, has four children and works for a demolition company. Up until his arrest, he was residing at his brother-in-law’s home along the 25900 block of Largo Court in Damascus.

Montgomery County District Court Judge Sherri Koch granted Barrera-Navidad a $100,000 (post 10 percent) bond. He remains incarcerated while awaiting trial.

Less biographical information is presently known about Palacios-Amaya, but Montgomery County District Court Judge Eric Nee denied him bond, perhaps because Palacios-Amaya is charged with four rape counts while Barrera-Navidad is charged with one.

Up until his arrest, Palacios-Amaya was residing along the 18300 block of Quondal Court in Gaithersburg.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement tells ABC7 that Barrera-Navidad and Palacios-Amaya are both living in the country illegally.

In December 2016, an immigration judge issued Barrera-Navidad a “final order of removal.” It’s unclear why the Salvadoran national remained in the country.

In 2014, federal authorities removed Palacios-Amaya from the U.S. for an undisclosed reason. The 28-year-old — who ICE referred to as a “repeat immigration violator” — returned to the U.S. on an unknown date.
