At least 6,000 Jihadist Rebels in Syria, Pose A Risk To The United States And Europe

Now you ask what’s so confusing about that. well it seems these jihadist rebels are all TANGLED UP with al-Qaida. and it seems we may have provided a lot of these weapons. Now I’m no rocket scientist , but seems to me it might not have been a good idea giving these wahoo’s even a book of MATCHeS.

TODAY Our Country Is In Grave Danger!

Written by Aaron Klein
JERUSALEM – At least 6,000 jihadist rebels in Syria, many affiliated with al-Qaida, now pose a major security risk to the United States and Europe, according to Obama administration officials and Mideast experts.
Most of the news coverage of the emerging threat fails to mention U.S. and Western support, including weapons transfers, to the Syrian rebels. Al-Qaida-linked groups reportedly are prominent among the rebel ranks.

On Tuesday, Michael Morell, the Central Intelligence Agency’s second-in-command, warned in an interview with the Wall Street Journal that al-Qaida groups in Syria, along with the civil war itself, pose the greatest threat to U.S. national security.
The Wall Street Journal reported Morell said there are now more foreigners flowing into Syria each month to fight with al-Qaida-affiliated groups than there were going to Iraq to fight with al-Qaida at the height of the war there.
Meanwhile, according to UPI, Matthew G. Olsen, director of the Nati… Syria “has become really the predominant jihadist battlefield in the world.”
“The concern going forward from a threat perspective is there are individuals traveling to Syria, becoming further radicalized, becoming trained and then returning as part of really a global jihadist movement to Western Europe and, potentially, to the United States,” said Olsen at a security conference in Aspen, Colo., this month.
Gilles de Kerchove, the European Union’s counterterrorism coordinator, told the same conference, “The scale of this is completely different from what we’ve experienced in the past.”
De Kerchove spoke of jihadists flocking to Syria from Europe. He described the European jihadist travelers as self-radicalized and traveling on their own initiative.
He said the militants now pose a threat to their home countries if they attempt to return home, and he warned that European governments lack the capabilities to monitor all of them.
USA Today further reported on at least 6,000 foreign jihadists from 50 nations, including fighters from Australia, France, Britain and the U.S.
“Australians now make up the largest contingent from any developed nation in the Syrian rebel forces,” the newspaper reported. “There are around 120 French fighters in Syria, about 100 Britons and a handful of Americans.”
There is a history of foreign fighters returning home to carry out terrorist attacks, such as the 1996 bombing of Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia, in which 19 U.S. servicemen were killed.
Unmentioned by CIA official Morell or the major news media reporting on the Syrian rebel threat is that the U.S. and Western countries have supplied vast sums of weapons to the Syrian rebels and earlier to the rebels in Libya who toppled Moammar Gadhafi’s regime.
WND reported earlier this week that U.S. and other Western arms shipments to jihadist-saturated Libyan and Syrian rebel groups may have contributed to al-Qaida’s growing worldwide threat.
Al-Qaida’s resurgence may now be culminating in the terrorist group’s reported plot to target U.S. and Western interests, prompting a weeklong shutdown of U.S. embassies across the Middle East and North Africa, WND further reported.
Indeed, informed Middle Eastern security sources told WND the current al-Qaida terrorist plot against U.S. and Western targets is a direct result of U.S.-supported efforts currently under way to purge al-Qaida affiliates from the ranks of the Syrian rebels. The sources have specific knowledge of the terrorist threat.
The sources said the U.S. has been working with Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf states to support a U.S.-armed Free Syria Army effort to cleanse al-Qaida affiliates from among the rebel ranks, including al-Nusra and other groups.
For months, the U.S. reportedly has been providing lethal support to the Syrian rebels amid widespread fears the Western weapons could fall into the hands of al-Qaida organizations known to work alongside the Free Syria Army.
Now with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad closing in on the insurgency targeting his regime, U.S. allies in the Gulf and throughout the Middle East are deeply concerned the freshly armed al-Qaida groups could turn their efforts from Assad to destabilizing the moderate Arab regimes.
To that affect, according to the Middle Eastern security sources, the U.S. has been heavily aiding the Free Syrian Army in its efforts to disarm or eliminate the al-Qaida groups fighting as Syrian rebels.
The Middle Eastern security sources said the current al-Qaida plot is an attempt to dissuade the U.S. from further supporting the disarming efforts.

Al Qaeda Drives Iraq Toward Chaos. Hmm Who would have Guessed.

U.S. withdrawal left door open to sectarian battle for power.

By Ashish Kumar Sen
The Washington Times

Thursday, August 8, 2013

Security inside Iraq is unraveling at an alarming pace, and al Qaeda terrorists there aren’t just pulling the thread; they’re setting it on fire.
More than 1,000 Iraqis were killed in bombings and shootings last month, making July the deadliest month since violence between Sunni and Shiite Muslims peaked from 2006 to 2008, the United Nations says.
On Thursday, gunmen stormed a policeman’s home in Tikrit and killed him, his wife and their three children. When neighbors later approached the house, a nearby car bomb exploded and killed eight people — a noted al Qaeda tactic, though the terrorist group has not claimed responsibility for the attack.
In the past week alone, more than 85 Iraqis have been gunned down or blown up.
“We are certainly seeing a rise of al Qaeda in Iraq,” said Anthony Cordesman, a defense analyst at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
Jessica Lewis, a research director at the Institute for the Study of War, said in a recent report that al Qaeda in Iraq is “now setting the terms of battle in Iraq for the first time since 2006.”
Iraq’s slide toward chaos began in the aftermath of the 2011 withdrawal of U.S. troops, who had mostly secured the country after its eruption of sectarian violence

Al Qaeda in Iraq, predominantly Sunni extremists, has claimed responsibility for scores of deadly attacks in its long-running efforts to disrupt the Shiite-led government of Prime Ministe

Nouri al-Maliki. Its insurgency is part of a trend in which the global terrorist network’s affiliates have asserted themselves throughout the Arab world.

This week, the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad and the American consulates in the Iraqi cities of Basra and Erbil were among more than two dozen U.S. diplomatic facilities in the Middle East, Asia and Africa that were closed because of concerns about an imminent terrorist attack. The facilities in Iraq reopened Monday.
“The growing Sunni rebellion in Iraq has fueled the resurgence [of al Qaeda in Iraq], as has the fact that the U.S. isn’t there providing intelligence, backstopping the Iraqi security forces or continuing to train and keep up their skill levels,” said Kenneth Katzman, an analyst of Middle Eastern affairs at the Congressional Research Service.
An Iraqi Embassy spokesman in Washington did not respond to a request for comment.

Former elections clerk who said Hawaii has no birth certificate says he’ll vote for Obama

Tim Adams was was employed at the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division from May 2008 through September 2008. His position was senior elections clerk, overseeing a group of 50 to 60 employees responsible for verifying the identity of voters at the Absentee Ballot Office. In other words, Adams had access to all the database in Honolulu to verify any voter’s identity and birth.

In June 2010, Adams caused quite a stir when he unequivocally said Obama had not been born in Hawaii because the Hawaii state government does not have an original or long-form birth certificate for Barack Obama Jr. Nor do the two hospitals in Honolulu, Queen’s Medical Center and Kapiolani Medical Center, have birth records or an attending physician for Obama.

Adams even said he is willing and prepared to testify in court about all this. In January 2011, he signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.

Despite all that — despite his own testimony on the lack of documentary evidence of Obama’s Hawaii birth, and the implications this has on Obama’s veracity and the integrity of our Constitution (specifically Article II’s requirement that the President of the United States of America must be a “natural born” U.S. citizen) — Tim Adams has just declared he will vote for a second term for the POS.

Here’s Tim Adams wearing his hippie-dippy beads on video (h/t ObamaReleaseYourRecords):

[youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=foEjvgycimk#!]

Adams says he’ll vote for the POS because he rejects Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.

Why is that?

Because Romney-Ryan represent the evil corporate bankers. Because Ryan admires Ayn Rand. Because Romney is “a disciple” of David Rockefeller. Because Romney-Ryan will get us into wars in the Middle East. Blah, blah, blah.

As if Barry Soetoro Obama doesn’t coddle corporate bankers (As a U.S. senator in 2008, Obama voted in favor of the Wall Street bailout called TARP; as president in 2010, Obama implemented his own Wall Street bailout). As if B.S. Obama didn’t get us into wars in the Middle East (Remember our “intervention” in Libya? Aren’t our troops still in Afghanistan, now the longest war in U.S. history? Hasn’t the POS’s support for the misnamed “Arab Spring” led to chaos, unrest, and violent anti-Americanism across the region, including attacks on our embassies and the killing of our ambassador and three other diplomatic staff members?)

None of this makes any sense. Either Tim Adams is stupid, or his testimony about Honolulu not having Obama’s original birth certificate was just part of an ENORMOUS charade where the American people were played as dupes and fools.

In 2010, Adams was an English instructor at Western Kentucky University (WKU). I just ran a search on WKU’s website but could not find him among either the faculty/staff or the students of WKU’s English Department.

What’s that weird pendant hanging from his neck? Below is a screenshot of Adams from the video, followed by a blow-up of the pendant:

Sarah tells POS to “grow one”

It’s a sad day for America when a woman tells the man in the Oval Office that he’s got no cojones and needs to “grow one”.

H/t FOTM’s Grouchy Fogie

Apparently President Obama can’t see Egypt and Libya from his house. On the anniversary of the worst terrorist attacks ever perpetrated on America, our embassy in Cairo and our consulate in Benghazi were attacked by violent Islamic mobs. In Cairo, they scaled the walls of our embassy, destroyed our flag, and replaced it with a black Islamic banner. In Benghazi, the armed gunmen set fire to our consulate and killed an American staff member. The Islamic radicals claim that these attacks are in protest to some film criticizing Islam. In response to this, the U.S. embassy in Cairo issued a statement that was so outrageous many of us thought it must be a satire. The embassy actually apologized to the violent mob attacking us, and it even went so far as to chastise those who use free speech to “hurt the religious feelings of Muslims.” (Funny, the current administration has no problem hurting the “religious feelings” of Catholics.)

But where is the president’s statement about this? These countries represent his much touted “Arab Spring.” How’s that Arab Spring working out for us now? Have we received an apology yet from our “friends” in the Muslim Brotherhood for the assault on our embassy?

It’s about time our president stood up for America and condemned these Islamic extremists. I realize there must be a lot on his mind these days – what with our economy’s abysmal jobless numbers and Moody’s new warning about yet another downgrade to our nation’s credit rating due to the current administration’s failure to come up with a credible deficit reduction plan. And, of course, he has a busy schedule – with all those rounds of golf, softball interviews with the “Pimp with the Limp,” and fundraising dinners with his corporate cronies. But our nation’s security should be of utmost importance to our Commander-in-chief. America can’t afford any more “leading from behind” in such a dangerous world. We already know that President Obama likes to “speak softly” to our enemies. If he doesn’t have a “big stick” to carry, maybe it’s time for him to grow one.

The Nun and the Soldier.

A soldier ran up to a nun. Out of breath he asked, ‘Please,
may I hide under your skirt. I’ll explain later.’
The nun agreed. A moment later two Military Police ran up and asked, Sister, have you seen a soldier?’
The nun replied, ‘He went that way.’
After the MP’s ran off, the soldier crawled out from under her skirt and said, ‘I can’t thank you enough Sister You see, I don’t want to go to Iraq .’
The nun said, ‘I understand completely.’
The soldier added, ‘I hope I’m not rude, but you have a great pair of legs!’
The nun replied, ‘If you had looked a little higher, you would have seen a great pair of cujones …I don’t want to go to Iraq either !!

Allahu Comrade Akbar

I have long referred to Islam as pre-Marxian communism, as I believe both tyrannical political systems were purposely designed to elevate a small number of people to ultimate power and keep them there.
Both systems appear to have been designed to appeal to the less intelligent, causing them to believe they are somehow gaining a form of freedom when what they invariably wind up living under is slavery and oppression.
In the century just past, communism was directly or indirectly responsible for the deaths of between 100 and 200 million people, depending on whose numbers you believe, and left a wide swath of destruction, misery, and poverty everywhere it existed, and is still doing so today.
Islam, which had a thirteen century head start on communism, has similarly left a wide swath of destruction, misery, and poverty everywhere it has been, too, and has killed God-only-knows how many people in its fourteen century existence.
Sadly, here in the “enlightened” 21st Century, both authoritarian systems are alive and well, and rapidly spreading in many areas of the world – even right here in North America.
I still hear many of my fellow Americans saying that Ronald Reagan defeated communism. He did no such thing. What he did was drive it under the surface, where it has been festering ever since, but is now re-emerging in a very unlikely place – the White House itself.
Over the last three years, I have watched as Americans have built themselves a mental wall between what they want to believe, and the reality that is Barack Hussein Obama.
For some reason, most of my fellow citizens just cannot seem to wrap their minds around the idea that just maybe we Americans voted to elevate a Muslim communist to the highest office in the land back in November of 2008.
Speaking purely for myself, I believe we did exactly that. What is more, I believed it before I went to bed on election night.
I am of the opinion that Barack Hussein Obama has essentially two tasks to carry out:

  1. To punish this country for its history of relative prosperity by bringing it as low as he possibly can.
  2. Making the world safe for the expansion of true-believing Islam.

I know to many that sounds not a little crazy, but if you look carefully at this mysterious man and his actions since he took up residence in the White House, that is exactly what he has been doing.
As to item number one, We the People will have one chance to rectify that this November.
As for the second item, it may already be too late.

Islamism: 21st century Communism
By Barry Rubin

The Region: Formation of the Muslim Brotherhood International bodes poorly for West, 250 million Arabs
Arise, you prisoners of starvation!
Arise, you wretched of the earth!
For justice thunders condemnation:
A better world’s in birth!
– opening words of “The Internationale”
On first glance, the sentiments expressed by the theme song of Communism would seem perfectly acceptable for radical Islamists, though some later verses make clear the Marxist movement’s secularism: “No Savior from on high delivers.”
The First International (International Workingmen’s Association) was founded in 1864; the Second, known as the International Socialist Congress, in 1889; the Third International, of Communist Parties, in 1919; and the Fourth Internationale, of Trotskyist Parties, in 1938.
Now, though nobody will use this terminology, it’s time for the Fifth Internationale – that of the Muslim Brotherhoods. For although the precise relationships among various Brotherhood groups have always been shadowy and despite the fact that there is no centralized organization of Brotherhood groups, there is a lot of coordination, including financial aid, among them.
Today, as always, the Egyptian branch is the largest and most powerful. Founded in 1928, having collaborated with Nazi Germany, then carried out terrorism in the 1940s and early 1950s, the Brotherhood was suppressed by Egypt’s radical nationalist regime. It was allowed to revive in the 1970s but was constantly under harassment, though at times it ran in elections. Now it has emerged as the strongest political force in Egypt, seemingly headed toward state power for the first time.
[…]
I feel like Sir Edward Grey, the British foreign secretary in 1914, who remarked at the onset of World War I: “The lamps are going out all over Europe. We shall not see them lit again in our time.”
[…]
Think about this: By the end of 2012 the overwhelming majority of Muslims in the Middle East – in Egypt, the Gaza Strip, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Tunisia and Turkey, about a quarter-billion people in all – will be governed by radical Islamist regimes that believe in waging jihad on Israel and America, wiping Israel off the map, suppressing Christians, reducing the status of women to even lower than it is now, and in their right as the true interpreters of God’s will to govern as dictators.

All Hail Emperor Obama !!

With tens of millions suffering, we are treated to this….
If you’re not sure what “big government” implies, take a look at this.

But you have already read about this in your local newspaper.
Oh no, you didn’t? OK then, you saw it on CNN… No?… INTERESTING!!!
You and I may never see health care again the way it used to be, but “Emperor Obama” took six (6) doctors with him for a 3 day visit to London – along with 494 other essential staff.

Egypt Air Wipes Israel Off Its Map

EgyptAir, the largest airline in Africa, is the flag carrier airline of Egypt.
The airline operates scheduled passenger and freight services to more than 75 destinations in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, but it no longer services the country of Israel. More than that, EgyptAir has completely wiped Israel off the face of its route map.

Praveen Swami of the UK’s Telegraph reports on March 25, 2011:

Israel has quietly dropped off Egypt Air’s route map this week.
The airline’s explanation is that “flights to Tel Aviv are operated by Air Sinai, which is a separate company.” It explains that “our website exclusively show destinations to which our own EA flights travel to.”
I’ve been unable to find a phone number, website or postal address for Air Sinai. That’s because it doesn’t seem to exist.  Wikipedia states it “ceased airline operations in its own right in 2002 and operates as a ‘paper airline’ for its parent company, Egypt Air.”
Like a fair few other people, I suspect, I’m wondering if this is a sign of things to come in the Egypt-Israel relationship, because of the growing influence of people who would like to see Israel erased from maps, not just route maps.
Egyptians who backed the movement against Hosni Mubarak, the country’s unlamented former ruler, are beginning to realise that the revolution they sacrificed so much for isn’t headed quite where they’d expected.

To read the rest of this article, CLICK HERE.
To verify the information for myself, I went onto EgyptAir’s website to see if I could book a flight to or from anywhere in Israel. The website asks which country I’m located in (presumably, my flight’s point-of origin) or which country is my destination. I discovered that Israel isn’t even listed among EygptAir’s list of countries. It’s not as if Israel is far away: the flight distance between Tel Aviv, Israel, and Cairo, Egypt, is only 251 miles — shorter than that between San Francisco, California, and Reno, Nevada.
For readers who are acquainted with occult symbolism, it should be of some interest that EgyptAir’s logo is Horus, the sky deity in ancient Egyptian mythology.
