Another video of Steven Crowder debating libtards and his position: “I’m pro-life, change my mind.”
He debates the argument that life begins at conception and when it is acceptable to murder a baby.
I saw a tweet recently from a womyn (I’m assuming this is a womyn, my bad if she/he is not) who goes by the name “kayl.”
“kayl” Twitter profile
Here’s the tweet:
“I love when the pro-choice argument gets construed as “killing babies” as if we’re actively murdering already born children and not fetuses that couldn’t exist on its own outside of a womb lol.”
That abbreviation is a great way to argue against the life of “fetuses.”
Guess “kayl” missed that we have/are killing already born children. The Kermit Gosnell incident ring a bell? You know, the one where THIS occurred: “Infant beheadings. Severed baby feet in jars. A child screaming after it was delivered alive during an abortion procedure.”
Hey she/he “kayl,” here’s your PROOF that an abortionist – Kermit Gosnell – was actually MURDERING ALREAY BORN CHILDREN.
From the “COURT OF COMMON PLEAS FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF PENNSYLVANIA CRIMINAL TRIAL DIVISION.” Report of the Grand Jury.
“We were able to document seven specific incidents in which Gosnell or one of his employees severed the spine of a viable baby born alive.”
Evidence introduced in Gosnell’s trial
P.S. I know a “fetus” who was born prematurely, not able to exist on its own outside of a womb (without parental/medical intervention) yet SURVIVED.
Many, many “fetuses” survive outside of a womb with parental and medical care.
Should we say “lol” to the fetuses who come out of a womb prematurely? Maybe they should be left to scrap for some existence on their own. Maybe they should get a job…

The Hyatt canceled the Gosnell movie event, even after movie producers had paid a deposit and signed a contract with the hotel.
The reason? Planned Parenthood has a $400-per-plate fundraiser featuring former CEO Cecile Richards planned at the hotel that was scheduled the same time as the movie screening.
Life News reports that more than 250 people signed up for the free pre-screening event, and dozens more registering daily. Here’s more about what happened:
“The movie’s producers, however, were told Monday by the hotel the screen was canceled for “security reasons.”
The producers told WND they paid the deposit and signed the contract to reserve the space for the screening.
“Everything that was required by the Hyatt was provided and completed as required,” a spokesman said.”
Back in 2016, Planned Parenthood’s Greater Texas Chapter held a fundraiser at the Dallas Hyatt Regency. At that event, the baby butchers raised more than $850,000, the most ever raised during a single event by the local chapter.
In March this year, the Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida held their annual dinner at a Hyatt Regency (Sarasota).
In 2012, United Airlines hosted a fundraiser for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast at the Houston Hyatt.
In November this year, Cecile Richards will speak at the Freedom From Religion Foundation’s yearly gathering at the San Francisco Hyatt.
Sounds like Planned Parenthood and the Hyatt Regency have a good business relationship. I think we can pretty much assume why the Hyatt gave preference to the baby butchers over the Kermit Gosnell movie screening.

I’d bet money on “yes.” This wouldn’t the firsttime that the New York Times has been questioned about their best-seller list.
From Fox News: It debuted at No. 3 on Amazon’s best seller list, but supporters of the true crime book “Gosnell: The Untold Story of America’s Most Prolific Serial Killer” say that the New York Times intentionally kept it off its influential bestseller list.
The book focuses on former abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell, who was convicted of murdering three infants who were born alive during procedures. It sold out on Amazon in just three days, but the book’s authors and their supporters say it never showed up on the Times’ list. “This is shocking that the coverup of the Gosnell story is continuing even after the mainstream media were so criticized for failing to cover the trial,” co-author Ann McElhinney recently told the Washington Examiner. “It’s clear that this is a blatant fake list in a fake news newspaper.”
McElhinney and her husband Phelim McAleer wrote the book after making a movie about the shocking case of late-term abortions and murder that took place at Gosnell’s Philadelphia clinic which led to his conviction and life sentence in 2013. Officials for the New York Times denied intentionally keeping the book off the list, noting it is on the most current best sellers list for nonfiction. “Those reports are inaccurate,” a New York Times spokesperson said in a statement provided to Fox News. “‘Gosnell: The Untold Story of America’s Most Prolific Serial Killer’ is #13 on the Feb. 12th Combined Print and E-book Nonfiction list.”
The statement added that the Times’s best-seller lists are based on a detailed analysis of book sales from a wide range of retailers who provide specific and confidential context of their sales each week. Despite claims that the true crime book was kept off the list by NYT brass, it currently sits on the nonfiction list at #13. The ranking is based off of sales for the first week of its release.
Other books on the bestseller list with “Gosnell” includes “The Book Of Joy” by Dalai Lama and Desmond Tutu, “Born a Crime” a memoir written by The Daily Show host Trevor Noah and “Killing the Rising Sun” from Fox News’ anchor Bill O’Reilly.
The new list will appear in the Feb. 12 print edition of the New York Times Book Review but is already posted online. The rankings are based on sales for the week ending Jan. 28 the first week of “Gosnell’s” release. Regnery Publishing, which released “Gosnell” charged in a recent news release that the Times “ignored real sales numbers.” “While Gosnell landed on the ‘Combined Print & E-Book Best Sellers’ list (at #13), the Times ignored the real sales numbers and refused to correctly list Gosnell as the fourth-bestselling nonfiction title,” reads the statement.
Amazon’s bestseller rankings are updated by the hour and include pre-sales which may be why the book ranked high upon its release.
There’s a movement, #BlackLivesMatter, that was “created in 2012 after Trayvon Martin’s murderer, George Zimmerman, was acquitted for his crime, and dead 17-year old Trayvon was post-humously placed on trial for his own murder”. From their web page: “Rooted in the experiences of Black people in this country who actively resist our de-humanization, #BlackLivesMatter is a call to action and a response to the virulent anti-Black racism that permeates our society. Black Lives Matter is a unique contribution that goes beyond extrajudicial killings of Black people by police and vigilantes. It goes beyond the narrow nationalism that can be prevalent within Black communities, which merely call on Black people to love Black, live Black and buy Black, keeping straight cis Black men in the front of the movement while our sisters, queer and trans and disabled folk take up roles in the background or not at all. Black Lives Matter affirms the lives of Black queer and trans folks, disabled folks, black-undocumented folks, folks with records, women and all Black lives along the gender spectrum. It centers those that have been marginalized within Black liberation movements. It is a tactic to (re)build the Black liberation movement. When we say Black Lives Matter, we are broadening the conversation around state violence to include all of the ways in which Black people are intentionally left powerless at the hands of the state. We are talking about the ways in which Black lives are deprived of our basic human rights and dignity. How Black poverty and genocide is state violence. How 2.8 million Black people are locked in cages in this country is state violence. How Black women bearing the burden of a relentless assault on our children and our families is state violence. How Black queer and trans folks bear a unique burden from a hetero-patriarchal society that disposes of us like garbage and simultaneously fetishizes us and profits off of us, and that is state violence. How 500,000 Black people in the US are undocumented immigrants and relegated to the shadows. How Black girls are used as negotiating chips during times of conflict and war. How Black folks living with disabilities and different abilities bear the burden of state sponsored Darwinian experiments that attempt to squeeze us into boxes of normality defined by white supremacy, and that is state violence. #BlackLivesMatter is working for a world where Black lives are no longer systematically and intentionally targeted for demise. We affirm our contributions to this society, our humanity, and our resilience in the face of deadly oppression. We have put our sweat equity and love for Black people into creating a political project–taking the hashtag off of social media and into the streets. The call for Black lives to matter is a rallying cry for ALL Black lives striving for liberation.” If they intend for a world where no black lives are intentionally targeted for demise, why haven’t they been protesting the crime in Chicago? As of December 8, there have been 419 homicides in Chicago, with a total of 2,415 people shot, the majority of them black. In case you don’t read this web site on a regular basis, I’ve done many a recap over several months of Chicago’s weekend shootings:
If they intend for a world where no black lives are intentionally targeted for demise, did they protest over the intentional death of 9 year-old Antonio Smith (#blacklivesmatter)? He was shot by a black gang member who thought Smith was warning the rival gang members. From my post: “A gangbanger on parole for a gun charge shot a 9-year-old boy as he searched for rival gang members, then fled and told his friends he ‘shot a shorty,’ prosecutors said Saturday. Police Supt. Garry McCarthy said Friday that Allmon shot the boy because he thought he was warning the rival gang members Allmon was after. He said Allmon shot the boy after Antonio said a single word: “Hey.” Antonio was shot six times — in the chest, forearm, back, shoulder and hand. Allmon, Williams and Denard have criminal convictions, according to prosecutors. Allmon was sentenced to three years in prison for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon by a gang member and released on parole on Aug. 1. Williams has two misdemeanor battery convictions. Denard, convicted of possessing a gun as a juvenile, was also on parole at the time of Antonio’s killing.” If they intend for a world where no black lives are intentionally targeted for demise, did they protest the convicted Pennsylvania abortionist Kermit Gosnell for killing three babies who were born alive in his clinic (#blacklivesmatter)? Were they concerned about the women bearing the burden of a relentless assault on our children and our families (#blacklivesmatter)?
From my post: “Gosnell routinely performed illegal abortions past Pennsylvania’s 24-week limit, that he delivered babies who were still moving, whimpering or breathing, and that he and his assistants dispatched the newborns by “snipping” their spines, as he referred to it. Gosnell has said he considered himself a pioneering inner-city doctor who helped desperate women get late-term abortions.” If they intend for a world where no black lives are intentionally targeted for demise, did they protest about the 31,328 African American babies that were killed by abortion in 2012 in New York City, while only 24,758 black babies were born (#blacklivesmatter)? From Traildust’s post:
“New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio pledged to partner with Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers to expand their businesses even further by providing them with “city-sponsored” space to set up shop. De Blasio, who was elected mayor with 73 percent of the vote, also pledged to help abortionists wipe out their main competition–pro-life crisis pregnancy centers–which he referred to as “sham” clinics that do not provide “legitimate health care.” In addition, de Blasio said that in order to ensure there is a sufficient number of abortionists to meet the high demand, he would continue to force doctors who train in city hospitals to perform abortions as a routine part of their training. The mandate is a NARAL-backed program that began under Mayor Michael Bloomberg, one which de Blasio referred to as “groundbreaking.”
Today is Halloween.
Three years ago, I wrote this in my post, “Sick Halloween“:
When did Halloween morph from a holiday for little kiddies into an obsession with the morbid, the macabre, the grotesque, and the demonic? […] All living things have the instinct to live, which expresses itself in our natural attraction to the life-affirming beauty of nature — of flora, fauna, animals, sea and sky — and a concomitant revulsion toward death.
But our society seems increasingly fixated on exactly the opposite — Thanatos — morbid images of decay, psychopathy, and death. Have you noticed the ubiquity of the skull, even in women’s fashion and baby clothes?
See also DCG’s post, “People PAY for this: ‘Extreme’ haunted house is the stuff of nightmares“.
In his insightful book, Monsters From the Id: The Rise of Horror in Fiction and Film, Dr. E. Michael Jones’ thesis is that our culture’s obsession with horror and the macabre is a result of our denial and suppression of morality. Horror is a product of a guilty conscience that will not admit its own wrongdoing.Individually and as a culture, we can escape the eternal dynamic of horror only by acknowledging the demands of an objective moral order.
In other words, Americans’ enthrallment with horror, which reaches its apogee at Halloween, is the product of our suppression and denial of an objective and transcendent morality — that there are such things as right and wrong, good and evil, irrespective of our self-serving proclivities rationalized as “moral relativism.”
Any psychologist can tell you what happens when something is suppressed: It inevitably “bubbles up” from the subterranean depths of our subconscious and “projected” outward. Our projection of the denied and suppressed morality is expressed as a morbid fascination with the macabre — with fictitious zombies and vampires, and Hollywood’s Texas chain-saw psychopaths.
But all along, the monsters are inside us: We have met the monsters, and they are us.
You want to see Halloween horror? Here’s a real-life horror that’s taking place in America.
It’s not enough that in the 40 years since Roe v. Wade, more than 54.5 million American babieswere murdered through abortion — a figure that’s more than the population of many countries, such as South Africa (pop. 51.77 million).
It’s not enough that we have in America today so-called doctors like Kermit Gosnell who abort kill babies by twisting their heads off. There are women in America today — where abortion is legal and available at your neighborhood Planned Parenthood — who give birth and then kill their babies or abandon them to die from starvation and exposure.
Winona Sheriff Dave Brand is haunted by a dead baby found floating in a bag in the Mississippi River near Winona two years ago on Sept. 5, 2011. The tiny infant was nicknamed “Angel Baby” because of angel statues that were found inside the bag in which someone had stuffed the still alive baby.
On April 7, 2012, Sheriff Brand and his wife Pamela gave “Angel Baby” a baptism, a funeral service at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, and a proper burial that was attended by other law enforcement officers and firefighters.
Winona County Sheriff’s Department honorary pallbearers carry Angel Baby’s 2-foot coffin to the burial site at Woodlawn Cemetery, April 7, 2012, in Winona, Minn.
Then there’s the Victoria’s Secret dead baby.
On October 16, 2013, a 17-year-old single mother of a two-year-old, Tiona Rodriguez, was detained at a Victoria’s Secret store in mid-town Manhattan for suspected shoplifting. The store associate found a $44.50 pair of skinny jeans in Rodriquez’s canvass bag, together with a black plastic bag that emitted a “strong odor.” Rodriguez’s bag contained a dead baby.
Tiona Rodriguez’s pic from her Facebook page
Rodriguez reportedly told police that she had suffered a miscarriage when she was six months pregnant and had not known what to do with the fetus. But the medical examiner determined that the baby had been born alive, nearly full term at eight months, and that the cause of death may have been asphyxiation.
John Jalsevac writes for LifeSiteNews, Oct 17, 2013, that that Victoria’s Secret baby is just the tip of a disturbing trend:
[…] what if I told you that this sort of thing is happening routinely, all across the country, as well as in other parts of the world? And that the only reason that it’s making national headlines this time is because the discovery of the baby’s body was at a Victoria Secret store, which gives the story that extra bizarre twist, with just a hint of weird sexuality, that will grab attention?
Take a look at the following list…which is far from complete. I’ve simply compiled some of the most shocking, and most recent incidents. Here are the incidents in just the past eight months or so:
October 17 – A 17-year-old girl is stopped at a Victoria’s Secret store in Manhattan for suspected shoplifting, and admits that in her bag she has the body of a baby that she gave birth to the day previous.
October 11 – A newborn baby is found, bleeding but alive, with part of his umbilical cord still attached, abandoned on the concrete in the back yard of a house in Queen’s, New York. The baby survived.
September 19 – The body of a baby is found at a garbage dump in West Yorkshire, in the United Kingdom.
August 28 – A woman gives birth in a bar bathroom in Pennsylvania, stuffs the baby in the water tank of a toilet, and then returns to the bar to watch a fight on TV. The body was subsequently discovered by the bar owner.
August 7 – The body of a baby is discovered at hospital rest room inTexas.
June 20 – An Iraqi-born UK woman is found guilty of causing grievous bodily harm after stuffing her baby in a garbage bag and throwing her down a 44 ft. garbage chute.
June 14 – A garbage truck driver in Thailand sees a small handemerge from a garbage bag during a pickup. The baby had a balloon tied around her throat.
June 12 – Brittany Cole is arrested in Altheimer, Arkansas, after dumping her infant son in the trash can. She reportedly told police that she was tired of caring for the baby and could no longer do so.
June 5 – Twenty-seven-year-old Virginia resident Shavaughn Robinson is charged after allegedly giving birth in a toilet, then placing her daughter in a trash can, and then taking the garbage bag with the baby in it out of the can and tossing it in a dumpster.
June 4 – A dog discovers a living baby in Thailand that had been placed in a white plastic bag in a dump. The baby, which was premature, survived.
May 30 – Police announce that charges will not be filed against a Kansas teen who gave birth and dumped the body of her baby in a trash can. The teen claimed the baby was stillborn.
May 27 – Video footage of firefighters in Jinhua, China, rescuing a baby who had become stuck in a sewage pipe, rockets around the globe. The baby’s mother apparently gave birth on the toilet, and by her own account “accidentally” flushed the baby down the toilet. The mom reportedly hid the pregnancy because the baby was not considered legal under China’s brutal One-Child Policy.
May 2 – Cherlie Lafleur, 19, is arrested in Pennsylvania after allegedly attempting to flush her newborn baby down the toilet at her school. When that didn’t work, she reportedly deposited the body in the trash can.
Dec. 10, 2012 – The body of a newborn baby is discovered on the conveyor belt of a garbage sorting facility in La Puente, California.
I’ve been working in the news business for nearly 10 years, and I can’t ever recall a similar string of incidents. […]
So why is this happening all over the place? Good question. Last month, a prominent Catholic deacon speculated that the rash of such incidents signalsthe return of the ancient pagan practice of “exposure,”in which parents would simply leave their unwanted newborn babies on a rock or in the wild to die. “It was the Christians who saved [these babies] and transformed those cultures from cultures of death into cultures of life,” wrote Deacon Keith Fournier. However, he said, the rise of the abortion culture seems to be bringing the custom back in an unofficial form, with numerous gruesome stories emerging in recent months of parents unceremoniously discarding their newborn children.“These contemporary examples substitute a trash can or a dumpster for the rock,” Fournier wrote. But, he said, this trend isn’t surprising, since “babies are treated as trash” in abortion clinics across the country.
It’s hard to argue with that logic. Take a look at these other recent incidents:
May 14, 2013 – Three former workers at a Texas abortion clinic run by abortionist Douglas Karpen step forward alleging that babies are routinely murdered after being born alive during failed late-term abortions at Karpen’s clinic. One of Karpen’s former assistants said the abortionist would even “twist” the babies heads off.
May 13 – Kermit Gosnell is found guilty of murdering three babies born alive during failed abortions by “snipping” their spinal cords. His former employees alleged that “hundreds” of babies were killed in this way. In some cases their dismembered feet were kept in jars, or their bodies stuffed into plastic containers and stored in the clinic freezer.
May 8, 2013 – Live Action release undercover footage of renowned late-term abortionist Leroy Carhart telling a woman seeking an abortion that after he kills the baby in her womb, it will soften up like “meat in a crock pot,” before the body of the baby is removedthree days later.
April 29, 2013 – Live Action releases undercover footage of a worker at a late-term abortion facility telling a woman seeking an abortion to just “flush it” if the baby is accidentally born alive during the abortion. “If it comes out, then it comes out. Flush it…if anything, you know, put it in a bag or something or somewhere and bring it to us,” the counselor says.
April 19, 2013 – A former employee of late-term abortionist Kermit Gosnell testfies in court how on one occasion a fully formed baby was born alive into a toilet. Kareema Cross said the baby was making “swimming motions” as if it was trying to get out. Another of Gosnell’s employees, Adrienne Moton, then took the baby out of the toilet, and slit its spinal cord.
Then we have the students at George Mason University (GMU) in Washington, D.C., who were captured on camera on July 24, 2013 signing a petition “demanding” that lawmakers legalize “fourth trimester” abortions. In other words, they want to legalize infanticide. (See “Americans sign petitions to kill old people and newborn babies”)
And so as Americans “celebrate” the pagan holiday of Halloween by dressing ourselves as monsters and watching horror movies, just remember that the real monsters are all around and inside us.
See “Reclaim Halloween as the holy All Hallows’ Eve!” ~Eowyn
This is why, instead of Democrats, I call them Demonrats.
Various states of our disUnited States of America have been making progress on protecting the lives of the unborn. But if Senate Demonrats have their way, all that progress will be obliterated by one bill.
On Tuesday, July 15, 2014, Senate Demonrats held a hearing on S. 1696, a bill that wipes out virtually every pro-life law across the country, including state laws that came into play in Pennsylvania that held late-term abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell accountable for killing babies who were born alive and killed during a gruesome late-term abortion procedure. S. 1696 has the deceptive Orwellian title of the “Women’s Health Protection Act” even though it revokes protections for women and their unborn children. Instead, the bill would be far-reaching in how it would topple virtually every pro-life law passed in states across the country. The bill has been heavily promoted by pro-abortion activist groups since its introduction last November, although it has been largely ignored by the mainstream news media.S. 1696 has 35 Senate cosponsors, all Demonrats, including 9 of the 10 Democrats on the Judiciary Committee. The chief sponsor of the bill is Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-Ct.). S. 1696 is an updated and expanded version of the old “Freedom of Choice Act” that was championed by Barack Obama when he was a senator. The new bill would invalidate nearly all existing state limitations on abortion, and prohibit states from adopting new limitations in the future, including various types of laws specifically upheld as constitutionally permissible by the U.S. Supreme Court. Among the laws that the bill would nullify are:
Requirements to provide women seeking abortion with specific information on their unborn child and on alternatives to abortion.
Laws providing reflection periods (waiting periods).
Laws allowing medical professionals to opt out of providing abortions.
Laws limiting the performance of abortions to licensed physicians.
Bans on elective abortion after 20 weeks.
Meaningful limits on abortion after viability.
Bans on the use of abortion as a method of sex selection.
Invalidate most previously-enacted federal limits on abortion, including federal conscience protection laws and most, if not all, limits on government funding of abortion.
The above laws that would be nullified by the truly diabolical S. 1696 generally have broad public support in the states in which they are enacted, including support from substantial majorities of women.
During the Senate hearing, Carol Tobias, president of the National Right to Life Committee, told lawmakers that the bill is a radical departure from laws that have helped stopped late-term abortions and helped hold abortion practitioners like Gosnell accountable:
“Dr. Kermit Gosnell of Philadelphia is only the most notorious recent example of a certain type of abortion provider who flourishes under the aura of political immunity generated by pro-abortion advocacy groups in some jurisdictions. There are many others who have demonstrated repeatedly that they should not be allowed anywhere near pregnant women or their unborn children, some of whom have been operating in multiple states for many years, shielded from real accountability by the timidity of state officials who are weary of offending the abortion industry and the political activist groups that fly cover for that industry.” Family Research Council President Tony Perkins says his group opposes the bill for similar reasons:
“Senator Blumenthal’s bill is extreme and out of touch with the views of millions of Americans on both sides of the abortion debate. It is deeply troubling that the Senate Judiciary Committee would consider a measure that puts vulnerable women in greater danger by undermining clinic health standards that are grounded in common sense. The measure even revokes laws requiring abortionists to be licensed physicians and any restrictions on late-term abortions. These laws are vital to avoid a future Kermit Gosnell house of horror. It is my hope that the Senate reject this bill and instead work to protect unborn children that can feel excruciating pain from abortion, and pass the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, S. 1670, sponsored by Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC).”
This is how utterly evil the pro-aborts are. An abortion clinic in Florida, the Orlando Women’s Center, is giving away $50 coupons to women to abort kill their unborn children — but only on Sunday, the Lord’s Day. Rachel Burgin reports for LifeNews, Aug. 9, 2013, that Florida Right to Life investigated this “open on Sundays” abortion center and learned that one of the doctors at this location is the notorious Dr. James Scott Pendergraft — Florida’s Kermit Gosnell.
Kermit Gosnell and his Philadelphia abortion clinic
Kermit Gosnell had operated an abortion clinic in Philadelphia. On May 13, 2013, the abortion “doctor” from Hell was found guilty of 3 counts of first degree murder and one count of involuntary manslaughter. Prosecutors say Gosnell delivered the babies alive during abortion procedures and then killed them by snipping their spinal cords with scissors.
Florida abortion “doctor” James Scott Pendergraft
James Scott Pendergraft has lost his medical license five times in Florida. In 2011, Pendergraft was hit with a judgment of $36,737,660.16 in damages after he botched a 20-week abortion that resulted in a baby who survived his abortion procedure but was severely damaged.
The conditions of his abortion center, like Gosnell’s in Philadelphia, has been described as “third-world” and it routinely does not counsel women who find themselves in a crisis pregnancy. Pendergraft also conducts abortion murder in five other abortion centers throughout Florida.
Years ago, after the Supreme Court’s Roe v Wade decision, wise people have warned that legalizing the murder of unborn human persons will transform America into a Culture of Death, wherein we increasingly lose our empathy and become callous and indifferent to degradation, suffering, and killing.
A new undercover video shows a New Mexico-based abortion practitioner telling a woman considering an abortion that killing a 27-week old baby is no different than getting a flu shot.
The pro-life group Live Action has released the latest in a series of videos exposing late-term abortion practitioners showing no compassion over killing babies late in pregnancy. In this new video, Dr. Carmen Landau, of Southwestern Women’s Options in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and a counselor employed at the same facility, are shown making shocking statements.
When asked by the Live Action investigator, “Is it a baby?,” the counselor answers:
Well what – how – what do you consider a baby? It’s definitely a fetus. … Um, it depends what the term “baby” means to you, and how you perceive it.
When asked if the possibility of the pre-born baby feeling pain bothers her, the New Mexico counselor replies:
I feel that it’s, um, necessary for the procedure to happen and, ultimately, um, safest, and kind of the most, kinda, humane way to do it, you know?
Abortion doctor Carmen Landau tells the investigator that the injection that will kill her baby is “like any shot, you know, like a flu shot, or a vaccine, really.” Contrary to a large body of evidence, she alleges that babies in the womb do not feel pain or anguish from a poisonous injection, claiming that “it’s not like you and I [sic] where when we get a flu shot, we’re kind of, ‘Ugh!’ – not – that – that – that experience of anxiety and suffering is not – it [the baby]‘s not capable of.”
Lila Rose, President of Live Action, says she hopes to educate the nation on the true nature of abortion.
“These babies,” said Rose, “whom Carmen Landau calls ‘not a thinking being,’ are unique and precious human persons. They feel, they dream, they grow…and when an abortionist tries to kill them with a needle or with forceps, they react. They fight for their lives, just as any of us would. Our investigation has exposed the disturbing willingness of abortionists to engage in illegal and inhuman acts, including misleading pregnant women, pushing them into abortion, and even infanticide. This is horrible, but Americans should know just as well the horrifying practices that are still legal, that we allow to happen every day.”
The first half of Live Action’s latest video details abortionists’ estimation of the humanity of the unborn child. Abortionist Laura Mercer assures the investigator that her 24-week baby “doesn’t even look like a baby yet.” Live Action provides several images of premature babies born as early as 23 weeks.
The Live Action video chronicles the story of Toby, a baby born prematurely at 24 weeks – the gestational age of the organization’s pregnant investigators’ babies at the time of many of the undercover investigations. “Toby puts a name and a face to the atrocious murders occurring in these facilities,” Rose said. “Every day, abortionists are brutally killing children just like him. Whether they’re called ‘fetuses’ or ‘babies,’ this fact doesn’t change, and it’s time for Americans to come to terms with it.”
“What our video investigation is uncovering,” Rose said, “along with what we have learned from the trial of late-term abortionist Kermit Gosnell and from the whistle-blowers from Douglas Karpen’s facility, is that this is abuse. Abortion doctors, counselors, and other staff describe ‘stop[ping] the fetal heart,’ a needle being inserted through the baby’s head, an ‘intrauterine demise.’ They describe babies becoming ‘mushy,’ and how they ‘literally go in and grab and pull pieces out.’ They refer to these babies as human beings, and carry out these inhuman practices on them anyway.”
“Every human being is unique and precious from the moment of conception. But abortionists will not give even these babies – 24 weeks, 27 weeks, viable, capable of surviving outside the womb – the dignity of humanity. So we want to put the question in every American’s head: if not even these babies are worthy of humanity in the abortionist’s eyes, then what is human? What does ‘human’ even mean?”
End of LifeNews article.
The abortion of a 27-week-old unborn baby is a late term abortion — as are all abortions after the 20th week of gestation. In 2003, late-term abortions finally became unlawful in the United States when the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act (PBABA) was signed into law.
Convicted Pennsylvania abortion doctor gets life in prison
Fox News: Philadelphia abortion doctor convicted of killing three babies who were born alive in his grimy clinic agreed Tuesday to give up his right to an appeal and faces life in prison but will be spared a death sentence.
Dr. Kermit Gosnell, 72, was found guilty Monday of first-degree murder in the deaths of the babies who were delivered alive and killed with scissors.
In a case that became a flashpoint in the nation’s abortion debate, former clinic employees testified that Gosnell routinely performed illegal abortions past Pennsylvania’s 24-week limit, that he delivered babies who were still moving, whimpering or breathing, and that he and his assistants dispatched the newborns by “snipping” their spines, as he referred to it. Prosecutors agreed to two life sentences without parole, and Gosnell was to be sentenced Wednesday in the death of the third baby, an involuntary manslaughter conviction in the death of a patient and hundreds of lesser counts.
Prosecutors had sought the death penalty because Gosnell killed more than one person, and his victims were especially vulnerable given their age. But Gosnell’s own advanced age had made it unlikely he would ever be executed before his appeals ran out.
Gosnell has said he considered himself a pioneering inner-city doctor who helped desperate women get late-term abortions. Defense lawyer Jack McMahon said before the sentencing deal that his client’s bid for acquittal was a battle.
Read the rest here.
In looking at the comments on HuffPo, the majority are against Gosnell, thank goodness! But there are a few that are defending the doctor, blaming conservatives or the pregnant women themselves. Take a look:
If the conservatives get their way, there will be many more just like him. This is a perfect example of why we need to make sure quality medical care is available to women.
Kermit Gosnell is the result of anti-choice attacks on women.
I feel bad for the doctor, what he did etc. There is no victory in this.
I have no problem with what he was doing. To me it’s the same as abortion, which I think should not only be legal, but be completely free. I’m a man, so it’s my opinion that my opinion doesn’t really matter on this issue. There’s already too many human beings on the planet we don’t need more, certainly not more who’s mothers who can’t or don’t want to raise them well.
Dear pro-birthers, keep making abortion harder to get and this will happen more and more.
This is what happens when you deny healthcare to the poor and illegal aliens.
I don’t condone the death penalty by no means… But what I can’t understand that these women went to this man and asked for an abortion and then state prosecuted him and slapped a life sentence.
Didn’t follow the trial but if every doctor who lost a client following an operation was found guilty of murder, we soon would have no one entering the medical profession. Had I been on his jury or that of the doctor who took care of Michael Jackson, I’d have found them both not guilty.
The jury just delivered a verdict in a murder case virtually suppressed by the State Run Media.
Vince Lattanzio reports for NBC10 Philadelphia that after 10 days of deliberations and an announcement that they were deadlocked on two charges, the jury in the murder trial of former Philadelphia abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell just reached a verdict.
Guilty! – on 3 of 4 counts of first-degree murder.
Guilty! – of involuntary manslaughter in the death of former patient Karnamaya Mongar.
The jury of seven women and five men weighed more than 250 counts against Gosnell with the most serious being four counts of first-degree murder.
Gosnell, a resident of West Philadelphia, was charged on January 14, 2011 with 263 crimes, including first-degree murder in the deaths of four babies. Prosecutors allege Gosnell delivered the babies alive during abortion procedures and then killed them by snipping their spinal cords with scissors.
The 72-year-old is also charged with third-degree murder in the of former patient Karnamaya Mongar, 41, who died after she was given a lethal dose of pain killers and anesthesia during a 2009 abortion procedure at Gosnell’s West Philadelphia clinic, the Women’s Medical Society.
The majority of the 268 charges levied against Gosnell are related to Pennsylvania abortion-law violations. Whereas his defense attorney argued Gosnell would inject a drug into his patients’ uterus to stop the fetuses’ hearts before they were delivered, prosecutors Joanne Pescatore and Ed Cameron say Gosnell regularly performed late-term abortions on babies older than 24 weeks — the cutoff age in Pennsylvania.
At 24 weeks, a baby can hiccup and begins trial breathing with his own lungs. The baby can now survive outside of the mother’s womb with medical help.
This is what a 24-week-old baby looks like. His name is Toby and he was born premature. Toby is now a healthy 4-year-old boy:
Kermit Gosnell’s crimes came to light on February 10, 2010 after investigators from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Drug Enforcement Agency raided the inner-city clinic at 3801 Lancaster Avenue following a tip that a prescription pill mill was operating inside.
Agents were met, not with an illegal narcotics drug operation, but rather, unsanitary conditions. Investigators testified they found blood-stained rooms, filthy and old equipment and untrained staff. Aborted fetuses were stored in a basement freezer in plastic food containers and bags next to employee lunches. Severed feet from aborted babies were found preserved in jars around the clinic.

The conditions found inside the clinic led Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams to call the clinic a “house of horrors” in a 2011 grand jury report.
Over the course of the trial which started on March 18 and lasted two months, former clinic employees testified against Gosnell.
Adrienne Moton, 35, was the first to testify that several abortion procedures in court including one where the mother delivered the baby into a toilet. The baby struggled in the bowl before she snipped its neck with scissors.Moton admitted to cutting 10 babies’ necks, calling the snipping “common practice” at the clinic. One baby boy was nearly 30 weeks old when he was aborted. Gosnell even joked about the baby’s size saying he was so big the baby could have walked to the bus stop.
Lynda Williams, 44, with no formal training and only an 8th grade education, testified how she would administer pain killers and anesthesia acting as the clinic’s anesthesiologist. Williams was the person who delivered four doses of drugs to Mongar during her procedure. She described how the woman’s skin turned gray and her breathing slowed following the last dose. She also admitted to snipping the neck of one of the babies Gosnell is charged with murdering.
Both women pled guilty to third-degree murder in exchange for their testimony against Gosnell. They face 60-120 years in prison.
Other workers described babies being born alive, watching them breathe and seeing their limbs move before being “snipped.” Some described the babies as “aliens” who squealed and made odd noises, others said it would “rain fetuses” in the clinic.
During her opening arguments on March 18, prosecutor Pescatore told jurors that for Gosnell, his abortion practice was all about the money. “He had high volume and maximum profit,” she said. Police found $250,000 in cash during a 2010 search of his home.
Prosecutors claimed Gosnell would upcharge for pain killers and let the patients choose the amount of anesthesia they wanted. They were broken down into four categories — local, heavy, twilight and custom.
Pescatore also said Gosnell, who is black, would treat patients differently based on their race. White women would be taken to cleaner exam rooms and be treated directly by Gosnell. Black women would get dirty rooms and unlicensed workers.
This is for all the babies murdered by Kermit Gosnell, and for the hundreds of millions of babies aborted in America and across the world: ~Eowyn
