Betrayal: Brett Kavanaugh cast deciding Supreme Court vote enabling Medicaid funding of Planned Parenthood

Et tu, Kavanaugh?

Medicaid is a government welfare program that provides health care services for “the poor”. Jointly funded by the states and the federal government, Medicaid is largely administered by the states. About 70 million people — one out of every five Americans — are enrolled in the program, including two million women who use Planned Parenthood clinics.

Planned Parenthood is America’s largest abortion provider.

Two states, Kansas and Louisiana, seek to exclude Planned Parenthood (PP) from their Medicaid “health care” providers, after a series of undercover videos show PP abortion clinics engaged in illegal sales of fetal tissue for allegedly medical research. In the words of Jeanne Mancini, the president of March for Life: “Abortion is not healthcare, it is a human rights abuse. Until Planned Parenthood ceases to perform abortions they should not receive any money from taxpayers.”

Kansas and Louisiana brought suit to in an effort to exclude Planned Parenthood from Medicaid, but preserve their Medicaid funding. The cases are Andersen v. Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri (17-1340) and Gee v. Planned Parenthood of Gulf Coast Inc. (17-1492). But their cases were tossed by lower courts.

Similar defunding laws in Arizona, Ohio, Texas, and Indiana have also been tossed by the lower courts. Only Arkansas’ law has been allowed to go into effect, but that is being challenged in the courts.

To quote Andersen v. Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri: (pp. 1-2)

Medicaid offers the States a bargain: Congress provides federal funds in exchange for the States’ agreement to spend them in accordance with congressionally imposed conditions…. When a state fails to comply with the terms of Medicaid, the statute provides one remedy: the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services may withhold funds from the state…. [T]he Tenth Circuit below held that §23(A) of the Medicaid Act…requires states to provide in their administrative plans the ability of eligible patients to obtain services from “any institution, agency, community pharmacy, or person, qualified to perform the service or services required…who undertakes to provide him such services.” 42 U.S.C. §1396a(a)(23)(A). Although the Medicaid Act elsewhere grants a state substantial leeway in deciding when to exclude individual providers from the Medicaid program, see id. §1396a(p)(1), the Tenth Circuit’s decision permits patients to challenge those decisions in federal court….

Fox News reports that on Monday, December 10, 2018, in a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court declined to review the appeals from Kansas and Louisiana, effectively giving a victory to Planned Parenthood.

According to Supreme Court rules, 4 of the 9 justices must vote “yes” for the Court to accept a case (source: United States Courts). That means that the Court’s newest justice, Brett Kavanaugh, cast the deciding vote.

Dr. Leana Wen, president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, crowed: “We are pleased that lower court rulings protecting patients remain in place. Every person has a fundamental right to health care, no matter who they are, where they live, or how much they earn.”

The three conservative justices who dissented are Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch. They maintain the Supreme Court should get involved in the legal fight on states’ rights grounds. Justice Clarence Thomas said: “These cases are not about abortion rights. They are about private rights of action under the Medicaid Act. Some tenuous connection to a politically fraught issue does not justify abdicating our judicial duty.”

The six members voting to deny the petitions did not comment. They are the four “liberals” (Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan) and two other ostensibly conservative members—Kavanaugh and Chief Justice John Roberts.

During the Senate confirmation hearings on Kavanaugh, Planned Parenthood had threatened senators if they voted to confirm him to the Supreme Court. Planned Parenthood needn’t have bothered as Kavanaugh poses no threat to their funding and slaughter.

Cory Booker signaling a presidential 2020 run with visit to New Hampshire?

Go for it, Spartacus. You ain’t got a chance…

From NY Post: Cory Booker is returning to the first-in-the-nation primary state for a trip that could turn out to be a tuneup for the New Jersey senator’s potential Democratic presidential campaign.

Booker’s been invited by the New Hampshire Democratic Party to headline their post-midterm election “Victory Celebration” Saturday in Manchester. He’ll also be the main attraction at house parties in Concord, Nashua, and Keene.

Booker’s said repeatedly in recent weeks that he’ll take the holiday season to assess whether he launches a White House campaign.

The visit is Booker’s second to New Hampshire in two months. He campaigned with now-Congressman-elect Chris Pappas and gubernatorial nominee Molly Kelly at a rally at the University of New Hampshire, and with Congresswoman Annie Kuster at Dartmouth College in late October, shortly before the midterm elections.

Remember his “Spartacus” moment? From Fox News:

“Booker, as a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, was one of the leaders in the push against the confirmation of now-Justice Brett Kavanaugh — and raised eyebrows by, in one particular flourish, comparing himself to Thracian gladiator Spartacus.

The Associated Press reported that Booker has been particularly aggressive in his push for a 2020 bid and has been courting activists and prospective staff. Booker told PIX11 that he will take time over the holidays to “sit back and meet with family, friends and advisors and decide whether to run for re-election which has been my sole focus or now begin to think about running for president.”

“This holiday season will be a great time for me to sit down … bring together folks and make a decision,” Booker said. “Not about what’s best for me but really with what I believe in my heart is best for the country demorat agenda.”

#BelieveSurvivors: California Democratic Party Chairman Eric Bauman accused of sexual assault

Demorat Eric Bauman

Eric Bauman was all for destroying Justice Kavanaugh based on flimsy allegations. Some of his tweets/retweets during the confirmation process:

“This says it all: #DefeatKavanaugh. Time for justice for the 1 in 6 women who are victims of sexual violence. #MeToo #BelieveSurvivors #TimesUp #WhyIDidntReport”

“Any person listening to #ChristinaBlaseyFord testify who does not hear & feel her pain & see her deep emotion as she relives this trauma, is heartless & utterly inhuman. The contrast between the sensitivity of the Democratic Senators & the GOP prosecutor is stark. #KavaNOPE

‘The safety and dignity of women is no longer secondary to the needs of powerful men.’ @timesupnow is calling for Brett Kavanaugh to withdraw his nomination to the Supreme Court”

“A vicious, vile and soulless attack on Dr. Christine Blasey Ford. Is it any wonder that she was terrified to come forward, and that other sexual assault survivors are as well? She is a remarkable profile in courage. He (President Trump) is a profile in cowardice.”

Wonder if Bauman still wants us to #BelieveSurvivors now that he’s being accused of sexual harassment? Is it time for Kavanaugh-style justice or for Bauman to have his due process?

From SF Chronicle: California Democratic Party Chairman Eric Bauman has been accused of sexually assaulting or harassing staff members by Vice Chairman Daraka Larimore-Hall, the party’s third-in-command.

In an email sent Saturday to the party’s executive board, Larimore-Hall said he has filed a complaint with the party’s human resources department, calling for Bauman to be removed as chairman in light of what Larimore-Hall called “credible, corroborated and utterly heart-breaking allegations.”

“I take seriously any allegation brought forward by anyone who believes they have been caused pain,” Bauman, the state party’s first openly gay chairman, said in a statement Saturday evening. He said an independent investigation of the allegations had been undertaken by a “respected outside investigator” to ensure that staffers making the charges are “free from any concerns of retaliation.”

“Procedures are in place to handle these matters, and independent counsel will ensure that they are followed. I look forward to putting these allegations behind us and moving forward as unified Democrats.

Larimore-Hall did not respond to requests for comment, but in the email to the executive board he said that he had been recently approached by “a number of party staff” who said they had been sexually harassed or assaulted by Bauman at party functions.

“I will forever be inspired by the bravery of these young political professionals, many of whom are at the very beginnings of their careers,” Larimore-Hall wrote.

Larimore-Hall included no details about the alleged incidents or the staff members who reportedly were assaulted. In his email, he said that he would allow the victims to decide whether to come forward. “Obviously, it is completely unacceptable for Chairman Bauman to remain in office” given the allegations, he said.

Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Fremont, called the allegations “shocking” on Twitter Friday evening and suggested Bauman be replaced by Michele Dauber, a law professor at Stanford who spearheaded the effort to recall Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Aaron Persky. The judge sparked national outrage after he sentenced a Stanford athlete to six months in jail for sexually assaulting and attempting to rape an unconscious woman.

“We need a bold feminist to lead for 2020,” Khanna said. He also said he’d also support Kimberly Ellis of Richmond, whom Bauman bested in the contentious race for the party’s top job by just 62 votes last year at the state party convention.

That race exposed deep fault lines within the state’s Democratic Party. Bauman, a longtime party insider, was seen by the party’s more left-leaning faction as insufficiently progressive, too cozy with business interests and willing to disregard the demands of the party’s grassroots members.

Hene Kelly, an executive board member and regional director for the party in the Bay Area, said the allegations ought to be investigated but worried that they would sap some of the momentum built up in the wake of state Democrat’s resounding victories during the midterms.

“I’m absolutely torn up about this, because this is not what we need right now,” she said.

Military tribunals and Trump dissuaded against ordering the prosecution of Hillary Clinton

During the 2016 presidential campaign, Donald Trump and his “deplorable” supporters repeatedly called for “locking up” Hillary Clinton for her illegal use of a private email server when she was Obama’s secretary of state.

If you’ve wondered why President Trump hadn’t “locked her up,” you should know it is not for his lack of will.

Citing second-hand hearsay, Michael Schmidt and Maggie Haberman of the New York Times reported yesterday that in spring of this year, President Trump attempted to have Hillary Clinton and former FBI director James Comey prosecuted by the Justice Department, but was dissuaded by White House counsel Donald McGahn — “according to two people familiar with the conversation”.

McGahn warned President Trump he had no authority to order a prosecution and warned that the move could lead to impeachment.

Mr. McGahn’s lawyer, William A. Burck, said: “Mr. McGahn will not comment on his legal advice to the president. Like any client, the president is entitled to confidentiality. Mr. McGahn would point out, though, that the president never, to his knowledge, ordered that anyone prosecute Hillary Clinton or James Comey.”

Does this mean Hillary will never be prosecuted?

Military tribunals in the United States are military courts designed to try members of enemy forces during wartime, operating outside the scope of conventional criminal and civil proceedings. The judges are military officers and fulfill the role of jurors. Military tribunals are not courts martial. The Military Commissions Act of 2006 limits military tribunal trials to non-citizens only.

But on September 5, 2018, during Day 2 of the Senate confirmation hearing for Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) asked Kavanaugh a series of very interesting questions that seem to make a case for American citizens being subject to military tribunals.

Here’s my transcript of the Graham-Kavanaugh Q & A:

Graham: So when somebody says, post-9/11, that we’d been at war, and it’s called the War on Terrorism, do you generally agree with that concept?

Kavanaugh: I do, senator, because Congress passed the authorization for use of military force, which is still in effect. That was passed, of course, on September 14, 2001, three days later.

Graham: Let’s talk about the law and war. Is there a body of law called the law of armed conflict?

Kavanaugh: There is such a body, senator.

Graham: A body of law that’s called basic criminal law?

Kavanaugh: Yes, senator.

Graham: Are there differences between those two bodies of law?

Kavanaugh: Yes, senator.

Graham: From an American citizen’s point of view, do your constitutional rights follow you? If you’re in Paris, does the Fourth Amendment protect you as an American from your own government?

Kavanaugh: From your own government, yes.

Graham: So, if you’re in Afghanistan, do your constitutional rights protect you against your own government?

Kavanaugh: If you’re an American in Afghanistan, you have constitutional rights as against the U.S. government.

Graham: Isn’t there also a long settled law that goes back to the Eisentrager case (I can’t remember the name of it)….

Kavanaugh: Johnson v. Eisentrager.

Graham: Right, that American citizens who collaborate with the enemy are considered enemy combatants?

Kavanaugh: They can be, they’re often, sometimes criminally prosecuted, sometimes treated in the military.

Graham: Let’s talk about can be. I think there’s a Supreme Court decision that said that American citizens who collaborated with Nazi saboteurs were tried by the military, is that correct?

Kavanaugh: That is correct.

Graham: I think a couple of them were executed.

Kavanaugh: Yeah.

Graham: So, if anybody doubts there’s a longstanding history in this country that your constitutional rights follow you wherever you go, but you don’t have a constitutional right to turn on your own government and collaborate with the enemy of the nation. You’ll be treated differently. What’s the name of the case, if you can recall, that reaffirmed the concept that you can hold one of our own as an enemy combatant if they were engaged in terrorist activities in Afghanistan. Are you familiar with that case?

Kavanaugh: Yes, Hamdi [v. Rumsfeld].

Graham: So the bottom line is on every American citizen know you have constitutional rights, but you do not have a constitutional right to collaborate with the enemy. There is a body of law well developed long before 9/11 that understood the difference between basic criminal law and the law of armed conflict. Do you understand those difference?

Kavanaugh: I do understand that there are different bodies of law of course, senator.

Interestingly, both Mark Taylor (the firefighter prophet who predicted Trump’s presidency in 2011) and former CIA officer Robert David Steele believe the Left’s rabid but unsuccessful takedown of now Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was because of their fear of military tribunals.

Beginning at the 2:13 mark, Mark Taylor said:

“We just gotta walk in faith right now. With everything that is coming, people need to prepare themselves for what’s coming…. The Kavanaugh thing — everybody thought that it was about Roe versus Wade. Well it is, but it isn’t. You have to go back to the line of questioning that Lindsey Graham did. I’m paraphrasing: he asked him [Kavanaugh] in front of the entire nation. He said if a civilian is charged with treason, can they be charged under civil law or military law, and he said military law.

Sure, that was a nuclear bomb that went off in the spirit for the enemy, for the Cabal, the elites, the globalists, everyone who’s been in the corruption in this country who’s a leader and abroad…. That sent shock waves…. They were disguising it as Roe versus Wade, trying to pull on people’s emotions and their heartstrings, ‘Oh no, we can’t get rid of Roe versus Wade!”. It had nothing to do with that from these elites, people like Dianne Feinstein. It had nothing to do with that. It had everything to do with the military tribunals that are coming. They know they needed a solid 5-4 [Supreme Court] vote because he [Kavanaugh] was replacing a swing vote [Anthony Kennedy] if you remember. Now, [with Kavanaugh in the Supreme Court] we have a solid 5-4 vote for anything that would come up through the Supreme Court right now and that’s what the President needed in place….

The second that Kavanaugh is confirmed, the clock starts. When he got confirmed, the clock has started. So now all these things that are starting to take place, you’re starting to see movement now, even publicly you’re starting to see movement. There was some stuff on Jeff Sessions today…. Now comes the pain. Pain is coming for these people, the justice is fixing to be served. So we have to be patient and just realize there’s a plan in place, but this Kavanaugh, Judge Kavanaugh, was a huge, huge deal.”

Beginning at the 12:30 mark in the video above, Steele is asked what is the real reason why the Democrats went after Kavanaugh. Steele said:

“This is not about Roe v Wade, this is about military tribunals…. Senator Lindsey Graham had that exchange with him [Kavanaugh]…. John McCain was executed and Lindsey Graham was pardoned, okay. [Ohio governor] John Kasich was on CNN saying McCain was executed, alright. Bottom line: McCain is dead and Lindsey Graham is now the apple of Donald Trump’s eye….

McCain sold out to the Saudis, to the Israelis, to a whole bunch of other people. McCain sold out on the POWs. McCain supported Hillary Clinton in selling Syria and Yemen to Saudi Arabia, and selling Libya to the French, and selling Uranium One to Russia. McCain and [Hillary] Clinton were actually much, much closer than people realized. He was essentially a traitor to the United States of America at mutiple levels across decades.

Lindsey Graham has had his issues, but if you look at Lindsey Graham carefully right now, you will see that he has made his peace with Donald Trump and he is now rendering vital service to the nation and God bless him…. In my humble opinion, Lindsey Graham has been born again, all is forgiven. He is now serving the Republic in a very, very important way. And the reason Kavanaugh is being taken down is because the deep state which relies heavily on the Democrats is terrified of military tribunals. We are still in a state of war. Technically, the United States is in a state of war.”

Indeed, on September 6, 2018, interviewed by CNN’s Chris Cuomo, Ohio Governor John Kasich said: “Its like 24 hours since John McCain was put to death“. See my post, “Did John McCain really die from brain cancer?“.

Meanwhile, in October Defense Secretary James Mattis named Col. Douglas K. Watkins, 56, as Guantanamo’s new chief war court judge. Watkins, who has experience in handling terrorism cases, succeeded Army Col. James L. Pohl who had been chief Gitmo judge until he retired in September.

Judge Watkins has served for 37 years in the Army. He enlisted after high school in 1981 and has been an active duty MP as well as a combat engineer in the Texas National Guard. He got a law degree at Texas Tech University in Lubbock and was commissioned as a judge advocate in 1995.

Military Commissions judges are drawn from a pool of all four services and serve at Gitmo as an extra duty — meaning they commute to the U.S. base in southeast Cuba for hearings and trials. (Military.com)

One last thing:

Sen. Lindsey Graham will be Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee in the upcoming 116th Congress, beginning January 3, 2019, where Republicans are rid of RINOs John McCain and Jeff Flake and will have an even bigger majority (53-47) in the Senate.

Justice Kavanaugh declines more than $600,000 raised in GoFundMe campaign

From Yahoo: Citing judicial ethics concerns, Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh declined more than $600,000 that was donated to aid his family during the firestorm over sexual misconduct allegations that plagued his confirmation. The judge’s decision was announced on Tuesday in a message posted on the online fundraising page that gathered the funds.

John Hawkins, a veteran conservative blogger who runs a Kavanaugh-inspired “men’s website” called Brass Pills, organized the fundraising campaign. On Tuesday, Hawkins posted what he referred to as an “official statement” from Kavanaugh’s representatives distancing the justice from the effort:

“Justice Kavanaugh did not authorize the use of his name to raise funds in connection with the GoFundMe campaign. He was not able to do so for judicial ethics reasons. Judicial ethics rules caution judges against permitting the use of the prestige of judicial office for fund-raising purposes. Justice Kavanaugh will not accept any proceeds from the campaign, nor will he direct that any proceeds from the campaign be provided to any third party. Although he appreciates the sentiment, Justice Kavanaugh requests that you discontinue the use of his name for any fund-raising purpose.”

Hawkins had raised $611,645 in small donations from approximately 13,250 donors, many of them anonymous, for “Brett Kavanaugh’s family to use for security or however they see fit.” The GoFundMe appeared online on Sept. 24, the day after the New Yorker published Deborah Ramirez’s allegations that Kavanaugh exposed himself and put his penis in her face at a college gathering. That story emerged a week after the Washington Post published Christine Blasey Ford’s accusation that Kavanaugh had tried to force himself on her at a high school party.

Unhinged Left: Man arrested for death threats against GOP senators who supported Justice Kavanaugh

Deranged and stupid DeRisi/Suffolk County Police photo

From NY Post: A Long Island man was busted for making death threats against GOP U.S. Senators Chuck Grassley and Susan Collins for their support of then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, The Post has learned.

Ronald DeRisi, 74, was taken into custody early Friday, and is expected to be arraigned later in the day in Central Islip federal court before Magistrate judge Gary R. Brown.

The Smithtown man is accused of leaving disturbing voicemails on the senators’ office phones following their public support of Kavanaugh’s nomination and confirmation, in an attempt to discourage the pols from voting in the jurist’s favor, a source familiar with the case revealed.

In one message left on September 27, DeRisi allegedly said that he had a “present” for Iowa’s Grassley, growling, “It’s a 9 millimeter. Side of your f—ing skull you scumbag motherf—–r.”

The message concluded: “Yeah, Kavanaugh – I don’t think so.”

In another rant aimed at the 85-year-old senator, DeRisi was recorded saying “We’re tired of this guy sucking taxpayers’ money! Getting a free f—ing ride! How many more years you gonna do it? None! He’s a dead man! 9 millimeter, side of the f—-ing head! If f—ing Kavanaugh gets in, he’s dead f—ing meat! Actually even if Kavanaugh doesn’t get in he’s dead f—ing meat. 9 millimeter, side of the head, you f—ing old bastard.”

Most of the calls were placed from a pre-paid cell phone, according to court docs.

DeRisi took a different tone with Collins, of Maine, calling her a “twit” on the day of the vote.

“I’m gonna get you,” he’s accused of saying. “You better pray this guy don’t get in.”

He left another message two minutes later, saying: “tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock.”

Less than an hour later, Collins received another message from DeRisi.

“Listen, you dumb son of a bitch, don’t you know that guy’s a sex offender? How could you not know that…you f–king twit.”

DeRisi pleaded guilty in Nassau County in 2015 to one count of aggravated harassment, for repeatedly calling his target’s office more than 15 times, and leaving threatening voicemails. It’s not clear if that victim was also a public figure. A message to DeRisi’s residence was not immediately returned.

Reps for Collins did not return requests for comment, while Grassley’s office referred the Post to the Public Information Office of the United States Capitol Police, who also declined to comment.

“Representative democracy cannot work if elected officials are threatened with death for simply doing their job,” United States Attorney Richard Donoghue said in a statement. “The First Amendment – the pinnacle of American achievement – protects debate, disagreement and dissent, not death threats. We and all those dedicated to the rule of law will not tolerate the use violence and threats of violence in attempts to prevail in political disputes.”

Stormy Daniels must pay Trump’s legal fees after judge dismissed her defamation lawsuit

There is actually a sensible, constitutional judge in California!

John Fritze reports for USA Today that on Monday, Oct. 15, 2018, a federal judge in California dismissed a defamation lawsuit pornographic actress “Stormy Daniels” (real name Stephanie Clifford) had filed against President Donald Trump. U.S. District Court Judge S. James Otero ruled that the president’s criticism of Daniels is protected by the First Amendment.

Stormy filed the defamation lawsuit in April after Trump tweeted that she’s a “con job”, in reference to her remarks in television interviews alleging that she had been confronted and threatened by a mystery man for her allegations of a sexual encounter with Trump 12 years ago.

On ABC’s execrable daytime show The View, Stormy even unveiled a sketch of the mystery man, who strangely looks just like her porn-actor husband Brendon Miller.

In his tweet, President Trump called the man in the sketch a “non-existent man” and Stormy as a “total con job”.

During arguments last month, Judge Otero indicated that Trump’s tweet is Constitutionally protected speech. In his ruling Monday, Otero further described the tweet as a hyperbolic statement aimed at a public figure:

“If this court were to prevent Mr. Trump from engaging in this type of ‘rhetorical hyperbole’ against a political adversary, it would significantly hamper the office of the president. Any strongly-worded response by a president to another politician or public figure could constitute an action for defamation.”

Soon after Judge Otero’s ruling, Stormy’s attorney Michael Avenatti, who also represents Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s false accuser and perjurer Julie Swetnick, filed an appeal to the infamous 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

“My, what big man-hands you have, Stormy!”

Judge Otero’s ruling also ordered Stormy to pay Trump’s legal fees.

As reported by the UK’s Independent, on March 14, 2018, Stormy established a Crowd Justice page, asking for donations to pay her attorney’s fees, security expenses, out-of-pocket costs associated with the lawsuit, and possible “damages for speaking out”. The page raised more than $10,000 that day.

In effect, the useful-idiot Trump “resisters” who donated to Stormy are paying Trump’s legal fees. HA HA HA HA HA!

Thousands of witches to put a hex on Justice Kavanaugh, Oct. 20

PRAY!

We ask our Lord Jesus Christ to send His mighty angels against the forces of darkness being invoked by the witches, willing tools of demons.

Feminism has devolved into not just man-hating (see “Feminist professor screams at her 71-year-old husband: ‘I hate all men and wish you all dead!’“), but also Satanism, in the guise of Wicca and witches. See:

Citing Quartz and Pew research data, LifeSiteNews reports that recent decades have seen a dramatic rise in paganism and the number of Americans identifying as witches while Christian denominations have been losing members. The United States’ Wiccan population skyrocketed from 8,000 in 1990 to 340,000 in 2008, a year that also found roughly 340,000 self-described Pagans. Currently, 0.3% of Americans identify themselves as Wiccans or Pagans; as many as 22.8% self-identify as atheist, agnostic, or religiously unaffiliated.

The 2016 presidential election was not just a political battle, it was spiritual war. Did you know that Satanists were among those in the Washington, DC, protest against Trump’s presidential inauguration? (Source of pics: PJMedia)

To hex is to cast a curse on someone via black “magic”.

Witches tried to hex President Trump, but failed.

Now, thousands of witches plan to gather in Brooklyn on October 20 to put a hex on newly-confirmed Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Douglas Ernst reports for The Washington Times, Oct. 11, 2018, that Catland, an occult bookstore and “spiritual community space” in Brooklyn, NY, will host a “ritual” to hex Justice Kavanaugh on October 20.

The witchcraft shop’s invitation on its Facebook page reads:

Please join us for a public hex on Brett Kavanaugh, upon all rapists and the patriarchy at large which emboldens, rewards and protects them. We are embracing witchcraft’s true roots as the magik [sic] of the poor, the downtrodden and disenfranchised and it’s [sic] history as often the only weapon, the only means of exacting justice available to those of us who have been wronged by men just like him. He will be the focal point, but by no means the only target, so bring your rage and and all of the axes you’ve got to grind. There will also be a second ritual afterward — ‘The Rites of the Scorned One’ which seeks to validate, affirm, uphold and support those of us who have been wronged and who refuse to be silent any longer.

Admission costs $10 per person, but Catland says no one will be turned away at the door for lack of funds. The shop says 25% of all proceeds will go to the Ali Forney Center, a non-profit organization for homeless LGBT youths; another 25% will be donated to Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion business in America, killing 320,000 unborn babies every year, 900 babies every day, and “subsidized” by taxpayers to the tune of $400 million a year, thanks to these four senators.

Reporting on October 11, Washington Times said more than 10,000 people had shown interest in attending the event, and over 900 people have RSVP’d.

According to Huffington Post, the hexing event is organized by Dakota Bracciale, a Brooklyn-based witch who is organizing the Oct. 20 event, said the October 20 hex will involve photos and effigies of Kavanaugh, along with graveyard dirt and coffin nails.

Bracciale dismisses what “good” witches believe — that whatever curse you cast on another will boomerang back onto you three folds.

On a now discontinued GoFundMe fundraising page, Bracciale describes himself as “a queer, non-binary, disabled witch living and working in Brooklyn with my partner and our two cats, Handsome and Dahlia.”

Those poor cats….

Please keep President Trump, Justice Kavanaugh, and America in your prayers.

Feminist professor screams at her 71-year-old husband: ‘I hate all men and wish you all dead!’

Nearly a hundred years after the suffragettes won women the right to vote with the passage of the 19th Amendment in 1920, this is what feminism has degenerated into.

Note: In 1869, Wyoming was the first U.S. state to grant women voting rights.

Victoria Bissell Brown, 69 (she will be 70 in January), is a retired history professor at Grinnell College, a private liberal arts college in Grinnell, Iowa. She now lives in Havertown, PA, with her 71-year-old husband, James Wilton Brown.

Victoria Brown completely bought Christine Blasey Ford’s lying testimony at the Senate hearing on now-Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court, although Ford has no corroborating witnesses and cannot remember the date or place of the alleged sexual assault.

Below is Brown’s Oct. 12 op-ed in the Washington Post, “Thanks for not raping us, all you ‘good men.’ But it’s not enough,” describing her spitting rage at her thoroughly browbeaten husband, whom she admits is a “good man”:

I yelled at my husband last night. Not pick-up-your-socks yell. Not how-could-you-ignore-that-red-light yell. This was real yelling. This was 30 minutes of from-the-gut yelling. Triggered by a small, thoughtless, dismissive, annoyed, patronizing comment. Really small. A micro-wave that triggered a hurricane. I blew. Hard and fast. And it terrified me. I’m still terrified by what I felt and what I said. I am almost 70 years old. I am a grandmother. Yet in that roiling moment, screaming at my husband as if he represented every clueless male on the planet (and I every angry woman of 2018), I announced that I hate all men and wish all men were dead. If one of my grandchildren yelled something that ridiculous, I’d have to stifle a laugh.

My husband of 50 years did not have to stifle a laugh. He took it dead seriously. He did not defend his remark, he did not defend men. He sat, hunched and hurt, and he listened. For a moment, it occurred to me to be grateful that I’m married to a man who will listen to a woman. The winds calmed ever so slightly in that moment. And then the storm surge welled up in me as I realized the pathetic impotence of nice men’s plan to rebuild the wreckage by listening to women. As my rage rushed through the streets of my mind, toppling every memory of every good thing my husband has ever done (and there are scores of memories), I said the meanest thing I’ve ever said to him: Don’t you dare sit there and sympathetically promise to change. Don’t say you will stop yourself before you blurt out some impatient, annoyed, controlling remark. No, I said, you can’t change. You are unable to change. You don’t have the skills and you won’t do it. You, I said, are one of the good men. You respect women, you believe in women, you like women, you don’t hit women or rape women or in any way abuse women. You have applauded and funded feminism for a half-century. You are one of the good men. And you cannot change. You can listen all you want, but that will not create one iota of change.

In the centuries of feminist movements that have washed up and away, good men have not once organized their own mass movement to change themselves and their sons or to attack the mean-spirited, teasing, punching thing that passes for male culture. Not once. Bastards. Don’t listen to me. Listen to each other. Talk to each other. Earn your power for once.

The gender war that has broken out in this country is flooding all our houses. It’s rising on the torrent of memories that every woman has. Those memories have come loose from the attic and the basement where we’ve stashed them. They are floating all around us and there is no place left to store them out of sight. Not just memories of sexual abuse. Memories of being dismissed, disdained, distrusted. Memories of having to endure put-downs at the office, catcalls in the parking lot, barked orders at a dinner party. And, for some reason, the most chilling memory of all, the one Christine Blasey Ford called up and that we all recognized: the laughter. The laughter of men who are bonding with each other by mocking us. When Ford testified under oath that the laughter is the sharpest memory of her high school assault, every woman within the sound of her voice could hear that laughter, had heard that laughter, somewhere, somehow.

No man right now understands the flood that is rushing through women’s brains, and only women in the deepest denial have evacuated their minds before the flood could reach them.

When good men like Sen. Christopher A. Coons (D-Del.) give heartfelt, sincere speeches about how we must listen to women, I don’t know whether to coo or laugh or cry or yell. Think about “listen to women” as a program for change. It says to women: You will continue to suffer these abuses, men will continue to do disgusting things to you, the storms will keep coming, the tide will continue to rise, but now, we will listen and help you rebuild.

Pay attention people: If we do not raise boys to walk humbly and care deeply, if we do not demand that men do more than just listen, we will all drown in the flood. And there is no patriarchal Noah to save us.

Were he not already gelded and fitted with a pussy hat, Victoria Brown’s husband should have her arrested for spousal and elder abuse.
