Who is Obama? Even healthcare.gov can’t verify his identity

Phantom Obama

Over the Christmas holiday, you might have heard that the POS finally signed up for a new health insurance in the nick of time — on the last day when Americans could do so on the Obamacare website, HealthCare.gov.

But what you probably don’t know is that Obama himself didn’t do that. Instead, he had his White House staff minion do it.

Why?

Because HealthCare.gov could not verify the identity of the man who calls himself Barack Hussein Obama.

As explained by Wikipedia, “Healthcare.gov is a healthcare exchange website created by and operated under the United States federal government as per the provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (better known as Obamacare), to serve the residents of the 36 U.S. states that opted not to create their own state exchanges.” The healthcare.gov site “functions as a clearing house to allow Americans to compare prices on health insurance plans in their states, to begin enrollment in a chosen plan, and to simultaneously find out if they qualify for government healthcare subsidies. Visitors sign up and create their own specific user account first, listing some personal information, before receiving detailed information about what is available in their area.

The personal information required by healthcare.gov consists of a Social Security Number, employer and income verification, and the policy numbers of any current health-insurance plans — information that would be included in a government database for any U.S. citizen prior to applying for health insurance.

In the case of Obama, however, Jerome Corsi writes for WND, Dec. 24, 2013, that:

The White House appears to have dropped a bombshell when it explained to the press why White House staff in Washington enrolled President Obama in Obamacare instead of Obama himself.

Officials said it was because HealthCare.gov could not verify Obama’s identity.

Here is what Ed Henry, Fox News White House correspondent, reported on air:

“Somebody who’s not waiting in line to enroll is the president of the United States. We learned today from the White House. Initially, they said he signed up for what they called a bronze plan, paying about four hundred dollars a month in premiums. But, then they came back to us and said – ‘Well, wait. He didn’t actually enroll. They said his staff did it and that’s because of his unique circumstance obviously, as commander-in-chief, that his personal information is not in various government databases, so Healthcare.gov could not actually verify his identity, oddly enough. So, he had to do it in person this weekend, so he was signing up for the D.C. exchange, but his staff did it.”

A CBS report in Washington, likewise, explained White House staff had to go to an “in-person” Obamacare site to sign up Obama for coverage.

The Fox News report, noted by the Gateway Pundit, set off a round of speculation on the Internet.

What information was so sensitive for Obama that it had to be excluded from government databases?

Clearly, the information was not his [Connecticut] Social Security Number or his birth records, because the White House has claimed to have made public both. […] On April 27, 2011, the White House released a form the White House claimed was Obama’s long-form birth certificate, making public Obama’s date and place of birth.

The White House also releases annually on a timely basis the income tax returns for Obama and Vice President Joe Biden, with the Social Security Numbers missing. Yet for the purpose of filing the IRS return, there appears to be no exception allowing the president or the vice president to omit their Social Security Numbers.

While the policy numbers of existing health-insurance plans covering members of the household would be protected for all citizens under various state and federal privacy statutes, the information does not appear to reach the threshold where national-security concerns would require keeping the information secret for the commander in chief under a national-security classification.

Does Obamacare call for gas chambers, guillotines, poisoning?

Death-Panel

Nancy Pelosi famously said in 2009 that “we must pass it [Obamacare] in order to find out what’s in it.”

Since the passage of the unAffordable Care Act, every day Americans are finding out the horrible things that are “in it” — taxes, higher health insurance premiums, cancellations of healthcare plans, loss of the doctors we like, all of which are contrary to what Pres. Lucifer had blithely promised.

So it’s understandable that our suspicions are now on high alert, bracing ourselves for more “surprises” to come while fearing the worst.

The other day, Dec. 29, 2013, FOTM commenter Tina wrote this alarming comment:

his so called obamacare, is in 150 diff languages so far. There is a medical code calling for gas chambers, guillotines, poisoning ….

Another commenter James Mappy , who says he’s a 17-year Medical Claims Examiner for one of the top 2 HMOs in Minnesota, seconded Tina that indeed there is such a code. It is ICD-9-CM Diagnosis Code E978: Legal execution.  Mappy states “I verify that this ICD9 code is […] accurate.”

So what is ICD?

It is the World Heath Organization’s International Classification of Diseases.

From Wikipedia:

The International Classification of Diseases (also known by the abbreviation ICD) is the United Nations-sponsored World Health Organization’s “standard diagnostic tool for epidemiology, health management and clinical purposes.” The ICD is designed as a health care classification system, providing a system of diagnostic codes for classifying diseases, including nuanced classifications of a wide variety of signs, symptoms, abnormal findings, complaints, social circumstances, and external causes of injury or disease. This system is designed to map health conditions to corresponding generic categories together with specific variations, assigning for these a designated code, up to six characters long. Thus, major categories are designed to include a set of similar diseases.

The International Classification of Diseases is published by the World Health Organization (WHO) and used worldwide for morbidity and mortality statistics, reimbursement systems, and automated decision support in health care. This system is designed to promote international comparability in the collection, processing, classification, and presentation of these statistics. As in the case of the analogous (but limited to mental and behavioral disorders) Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM, currently in version 5), the ICD is a major project to statistically classify health disorders, and provide diagnostic assistance. […] The ICD is revised periodically and is currently in its tenth revision. […]

What is ICD-9-CM?

From Wikipedia:

International Classification of Diseases, Clinical Modification (ICD-9-CM) is an adaption created by the U.S. National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) and used in assigning diagnostic and procedure codes associated with inpatient, outpatient, and physician office utilization in the United States. The ICD-9-CM is based on the ICD-9 but provides for additional morbidity detail. It is updated annually on October 1.

Anyone can look up ICD-9-CM by going on the ICD9data website, which calls itself “The Web’s Free 2014 Medical Coding Reference” that:

takes the official 2006-2014 ICD-9-CM and HCPCS coding books and adds 5.3+ million links between codes. Combine that with a Google-powered search engine, drill-down navigation system and instant coding notes and it’s easier than ever to quickly find the medical coding information you need. ICD-9-CM codes are used in medical billing and coding to describe diseases, injuries, symptoms and conditions.

What is ICD-9-CM Diagnostic Code E978?

On the aforementioned ICD9data.com website, the ICD-9-CM Diagnosis Code numbers E000-E999 are for “Supplementary Classification Of External Causes Of Injury And Poisoning.”

The 2013 ICD-9-CM Diagnosis Code E978 is “Legal execution”.

This is how the website describes ICD-9-CM Diagnosis Code E978:

ICD-9-CM E978 is one of thousands of ICD-9-CM codes used in healthcare.

ICD-9-CM E978 is a billable medical code that can be used to specify a diagnosis on a reimbursement claim.

In an update for the year 2014, the ICD9data.com website says:

2014 ICD-9-CM Diagnosis Code E978 (Final Revision)

Legal execution

  • This is the final revision to ICD-9-CM E978.
  • Beginning October 1, 2014, use an equivalent ICD-10-CM code (or codes) instead of E978.
  • Until then, ICD-9-CM E978 is considered a billable medical code and can be used to specify a diagnosis on a reimbursement claim.

That same Diagnosis Code E978: Legal Execution is found on the website of the federal government’s Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services, CMS.gov.

Together with the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) are the U.S. federal governmental agencies responsible for overseeing all changes and modifications to the ICD-9-CM. The CMS is located at 7500 Security Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21244.

Here’s a screenshot I took from CMS.gov (click to enlarge):

legal execution

This is how Wikipedia describes the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services:

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), previously known as the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA), is a federal agency within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) that administers the Medicare program and works in partnership with state governments to administer Medicaid, the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP), and health insurance portability standards. In addition to these programs, CMS has other responsibilities, including the administrative simplification standards from the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), quality standards in long-term care facilities (more commonly referred to as nursing homes) through its survey and certification process, clinical laboratory quality standards under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments, and oversight of Healthcare.gov.

Indeed, on the CMS’s “About” page, it lists the Obamacare website Healthcare.gov as one of the CMS’s websites.

To conclude, while there is no medical code in Obamacare “calling for gas chambers, guillotines, poisoning,” there is a medical code (E978) for “legal execution.”

We don’t know what the term “legal execution” means.

“Execution” means to put to death. Murder by the state is deemed “legal” by the state. See, for example, the National Defense Authorization Act — that grotesque piece of legislation approved by both houses of Congress and signed into law by President Lucifer, which “authorizes” the U.S. government to arrest and indefinitely detain U.S. citizens, without trial.

“Legal execution” can take many forms, among which conceivably can be “gas chamber, guillotine, poisoning.”

We should all ask why the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (and therefore the Obamacare website that the CMS oversees) has a medical code for legal execution — a medical code that “is considered a billable medical code and can be used to specify a diagnosis on a reimbursement claim.”

Just How Bad Is ObamaCare Website? Well Let Me Tell You. It’s Unfixable According To Some Experts.

Why? Because it is a big fat bloated pig with 500 Million Lines of code.

Ok I’m no techno weenie so just how big is 500 million lines of code? Keep reading and you will find out.

Opp's there goes another one.

Opp’s there goes another one.

OK, the dog did not eat it.

OK, the dog did not eat it.

——————————————————————————————

NEW YORK (CNNMoney    First Published: October 23, 2013: 7:04 AM ET

Experts say the major problems with the Obamacare website can’t reasonably be solved before the end of 2013, and the best fix would be to start over from scratch.

Yeah, what he said. Uh Huh!

Yeah, what he said. Uh Huh!

After assessing the website, Dave Kennedy, the CEO of information-security companyTrusted Sec, estimates that about 20% of Healthcare.gov needs to be rewritten. With a whopping 500 million lines of code, according to a recent New York Times report, Kennedy believes fixing the site would probably take six months to a year.

But would-be Obamacare enrollees only have until Dec. 15 to sign up for coverage starting at the beginning of 2014. Nish Bhalla, CEO of information-security firm Security Compass, said it “does not sound realistic at all” that Healthcare.gov will be fully operational before that point.

“We don’t even know where all of the problems lie, so how can we solve them?” Bhalla said. “It’s like a drive-by shooting: You’re going fast and you might hit it, you might miss it. But you can’t fix what you can’t identify.”

Several computer engineers said it would likely be easier to rebuild Healthcare.gov than to fix the issues in the current system. But it’s unlikely that the government would toss out more than $300 million worth of work.

The sheer size of Healthcare.gov is indicative of a major rush job. Rolling the site out too quickly likely increased the number of errors, and that makes the fixes more difficult to implement.

“Projects that are done rapidly

( May I ask didn’t they have like 3 years to build this?)

usually have a lot of [repetitive] code,” said Arron Kallenberg, a software engineer and tech entrepreneur. “So when you have a problem, instead of debugging something in a single location, you’re tracking it down all through the code base.”

To put 500 million lines of code into perspective, it took just 500,000 lines of code to send the Curiosity rover to Mars. Microsoft’s

(MSFTFortune 500)

Windows 8 operating system reportedly has about 80 million lines of code.

And an online banking system might feature between 75 million and 100 million lines.

A “more normal range” for a project like Healthcare.gov is about 25 million to 50 million lines of code, Kennedy said.

“The [500 million lines of code] says right off the bat that something is egregiously wrong,” said Kennedy. “I jumped back when I read that figure. It’s just so excessive.”

Applicants might be able to at least register for Obamacare sooner than that, even if the site isn’t 100% perfect. The New York Times report said five million lines of code need to be replaced just so the site can run properly.

But the Obamacare website has bigger problems than simply getting people registered for health care. The code is also riddled with security holes, according to Kennedy, who outlined his cybersecurity concerns on Trusted Sec’s company blog.

“If someone can’t register, that’s obviously bad –– but if the information gets hacked, you’re talking about one of the biggest breaches in American history,” Kennedy said. “I think security is an afterthought at this point.”

( The security and hacking is a story unto itself. It is very bad. I’ll do a follow up tomorrow)

That might not be a major issue now, as people are still having trouble logging onto the site. But once it’s up and running, that code had better be made more secure.

“At this point, the car isn’t even moving,” Bhalla said. “But once we’re speeding down the road, you’re going to want that seatbelt to work.” To top of page

Here is a graph to help you understand how much code is in things. The more code, the more things go wrong. KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid.

It’s time to euthanize Obamacare

All signs are that the monstrosity called Obamacare (or the Affordable Care Act) is on ICU life support.

euthanasize Obamacare

Even Time magazine calls Obamacare Obama’s “broken promise.” Below is the cover of the latest edition of Time:

Time

The White House knew the Obamacare website had problems, but launched it anyway.

Obama had said in a press conference last week that the Obamacare website’s problems were a surprise to him: “We would not have rolled out something, knowing very well it wasn’t going to work out the way it’s supposed to.”

But Ed Henry reports for FoxNews that “new documents obtained by Fox suggest people inside this administration just one week before the website launch had fears that it may fail, more fears than they may have led on publicly.”

Specifically, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services director Henry Chao wrote in an email on September 25, 2013 about “this fear the White House has about HC.gov [HealthCare.gov] being unavailable. I think we should have a more comprehensive answer as to how we will ensure high availability on the site.”

Nor has the website been fixed, despite Obama’s assurances it will.

On Tuesday, Nov. 19, seven weeks to the day since HealthCare.gov was launched, at a much-publicized meeting with Obamacare “navigators,” the website crashed while HHS director Kathleen Sebelius tried to help a woman to sign up online. LOL

sebelius CBS4

Worse still, if you go on the Obamacare website, the personal info you enter is not secure!

John Parkinson reports for ABC News that at a Congressional hearing on Nov. 19, 2013, cyber security experts said the Obama administration should take Healthcare.gov offline until privacy vulnerabilities are addressed and detection capabilities are improved. David Kennedy, a so-called “white hat hacker” who tests security flaws by hacking online systems to help identify weaknesses, warned that there are critical flaws and exposures “currently on the website that hackers could use to extract sensitive information. […] Just by looking at the website, we can see that there is just fundamental security principles that are not being followed.”

Even worse, an Obamacare navigator is conspiring to release your private data.

Who needs computer hackers when Obamacare’s navigators are using your private data for political gain?

The latest sting video from James O’Keefe and his intrepid Project Veritas team caught on tape Chris Tarango, the communications director of Texas Enroll America, agreeing to help obtain a private list of potential Obamacare enrollee data for election/political purposes. Tarango goes so far to say he’ll “do whatever it f****** takes.”

Even more medical plan cancellations are coming, 50-100 million more!

Fox News reports, Nov. 20, 2013, that “a new and independent analysis of ObamaCare warns of a ticking time bomb, predicting a second wave of 50 million to 100 million insurance policy cancellations next fall — right before the mid-term elections. The next round of cancellations and premium hikes is expected to hit employees, particularly of small businesses.”

Supporters of Obamacare are paid to do so with your tax dollars.

Floyd Brown reports for Capitol Hill Daily: “By now, we’re all very familiar with Obamacare’s failed rollout. Yet one mystery remains: Why are some publications still praising the disgraced law? Well, the answer is simple: These publications collect millions from the government’s coffers.” WebMD, which has become a non-stop cheerleader for Obamacare, is an example.

93% of Americans want Obamacare changed or repealed.

John Nolte reports for Breitbart.com that a new CBS poll finds that only 7% of the American public want ObamaCare “kept in place.” A full 93% either believe that changes are needed to the law (48%) or want a full repeal (43%). This pits Obama and Democrat lawmakers — who thus far have refused to make any meaningful changes — against 93% of the American people and 72% of Democrats.

It’s high time to just put this Obamacare monstrosity out of its misery.

Wanna see what made the Most Hated Woman in America scowl?

Sebelius1

This is what made the woman in charge of Obamacare, Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius, even uglier than what she already is:

Sebelius2

A copy of the book, Web Sites for Dummies, given to Sebelius by Republican Tennessee State Senator Brian Kelsey, to help her with the constantly-crashing Obamacare website, HealthCare.gov.

Way to go, Senator Kelsey! 😀

The most hated woman in America

That was the headline on Drudge Report yesterday.

Matt Drudge was referring to Kathleen Sebelius, secretary of the Obama regime’s Department of Health and Human Service (HHS) and, as such, the woman in charge of the disaster called the Affordable Care Act or Obamacare.

SebeliusAgain, the tongue. What is it with Obama’s minions and their snake tongues?

In the past week, FOTM has chronicled how arrogant and contemptuous of the American people Sebelius is:

  • In a CNN interview, when asked about the malfunctioning Obamacare sign-up website, HealthCare.gov, which keeps crashing and which even Consumer Reports is warning us to avoid, the witch casually said: “I have not tried signing up because I have insurance” — because Sebelius — like her boss the POS, Congress, Supreme Court, federal employees, and all their families — is exempt from Obamacare that they’ve foisted on the American people. They have their own nonObamacare cadillac medical plans.
  • Two days later, when asked whether she would resign because of her gross mismanagement, the witch gave the finger again to the American people, saying: “The majority of people calling for me to resign I would say are people who I don’t work for.”

This woman isn’t just evil, she’s a delusional, pathological liar who thinks we’re stupid.

Yesterday, Sebelius appeared in front of the House Energy and Commerce Committee to testify on the status of Healthcare.gov and Obamacare.

Here are the delusional things and outright lies Sebelius said, along with more “F-you” to the American people:

1. The HealthCare.gov website will be fully operational by the end of November!

2. About Obama’s assurance lie that we can keep our health plans after Obamacare became law: The witch airily dismissed the fact that hundreds of thousands of Americans have had their health insurances cancelled because of Obamacare, and elderly Americans are in a panic over losing their doctors because of Obamacare. Sebelius unfeelingly said insurance companies cancel and terminate plans all the time. (Update: The Obama White House knew in 2010 that 93 million Americans would lose their health plans under Obamacare.)

3. About the Obamacare website’s warning that those who sign up have no “reasonable expectation of privacy”: The witch called the warning mere “boilerplate” language and said she is “fully committed to the privacy of Americans” and has asked the website operator CGI to remove the warning.

4. She’s delusional: Sebelius proclaimed that “Clearly there is a demand for affordable care and it is HHS’s mission to deliver on that implementation.”

5. When asked by Republican representatives “If Obamacare is so great, why don’t you enroll in a plan through the exchanges?,” Sebelius said she can’t enroll in Obamacare because it would be illegal for her to shop in the exchange because she is offered health insurance through work.

She’s wrong!

As made clear on Healthcare.gov, you may enroll in coverage through the exchanges even if you are offered coverage through work. Your offer of work-based coverage may make you ineligible for a subsidy, but that doesn’t stop you from enrolling. This isn’t a minor technical point, but instead is one of the key issues in Obamacare. That Sebelius– the top official overseeing implementation of Obamacare — doesn’t know this is shocking.

And the BIGGEST lie of all from the most hated woman in America:

6. Sebelius said: “I would suggest the website has never crashed. It is functional but at a very slow speed and low reliability.”

Another F-you from the woman in charge of Obamacare

Kathleen SibeliusAs the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Kathleen Sebelius is the woman in charge of the utter disaster of the unAffordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare.

Last Tuesday, Oct. 22, in a CNN interview, Sebelius gave her first F-you to the American people.

She said she hasn’t actually tried to sign up for a health care plan on the glitch-plagued Obamacare site, HealthCare.gov because she — like her boss the POS, Congress, Supreme Court, federal employees and all their families too — is exempt from Obamacare that they’ve foisted on the American people:

“I’ve created an account on the site, I have not tried signing up because I have insurance.”

The next day, a group of 33 House Republicans sent a letter to the POS calling for Sibelius’ resignation. They wrote: “The scope of the problem is so great that, were this a private company or military command, the CEO or general would have been fired. We are, therefore, calling on you to hold Secretary Sebelius accountable for the fiasco that is HealthCare.gov and ask for her resignation.”

Yesterday, the witch responded with another F-you to the American people.

Asked whether she will resign because of her gross mismanagement of the inoperative Obamacare website, Sibelius said:

“The majority of people calling for me to resign I would say are people who I don’t work for . . . .”

I have news for Sibelius:

You work for us — Americans who pay taxes and therefore your grossly-inflated salary.

And another thing, you evil arrogant witch: It’s “people for whom I don’t work,” not “people who I don’t work for.”

Here’s what one American for whom you work thinks of you:
