Hollyweirdo Gwyneth Paltrow labeled an “extortionist” after her $5,700-per-head UK wellness summit

In my opinion, if you’re going to pay any kind of money to listen to anything Gwyneth Paltrow has to say, well, you get what you deserve.

From Daily Mail: Gwyneth Paltrow is under fire from attendees at her $5,700-a-head ‘In Goop Health’ wellness summit who say the event was nothing more than a two-day advertisement for the lifestyle brand.

The star-studded summit in at Hammersmith’s Re:Centre in London was billed as ‘a mind-body-soul reset’ where guests would hear health wisdom straight from Paltrow, including tips about ‘hydrating mindfully’ in a sound bath, ‘channeling God’ through creativity with your hands and a workout with her trainer Tracy Anderson.

However, some attendees have complained that the useful information and experiences were drowned out by relentless promos that extended beyond the designated Goop store.

The actress herself, known as GP in the Goop community, reportedly made very few appearances at the summit, and when she was there she was hidden behind a wall of security.

Paltrow hosted one seminar in which she offered helpful tips such as ‘creativity with your hands is like channeling God,’ how to ‘hydrate mindfully’ along with a sound bath, and a workout with her trainer Tracy Anderson.

‘Gwyneth acts like she’s a health goddess, but actually she’s a pretentious, greedy extortionist,’ a source told Page Six.

‘She had a ton of security . . . She was unapproachable. She did the minimum — a few fireside chats with Twiggy and Penelope Cruz, then she put on her Birkenstocks and snuck out . . . I was a huge fan of Gwyneth; now I feel like I have lost my faith in God.’

A Summit Pass for the main Saturday event cost £1,000 ($1,259) and a Wellness Weekender Package went for an eye-watering £2,500 to £4,500 ($3,148 to $5,667).

Some attendees who took organizers’ advice and booked their rooms at the luxe Kimpton Fitzroy London Hotel through the Goop website for $1,300 for two nights later learned that they could have nabbed a room for as low as $250 if they booked elsewhere. The gluten free breakfast provided in rooms booked through Goop did little to make up for the perceived price discrepancy.

One guest told Page Six that a prominent British guest texted fellow attendees saying: ‘GP is a f***ing extortionist.’

Goop has maintained that the true value of the weekend exceeded $8,000 considering the freebies, including golden facials, ‘far-infrared gemstone therapy’ and health panels with experts unaffiliated with the brand.

British modeling icon Twiggy and actress Penelope Cruz joined the actress for a candid chat about Goop onstage.

Paltrow told spectators that the day was about creating ‘a new version of yourself’ before adding that change was possible in every human being.

A rep said of the event: ‘In addition to walking around the summit, [Paltrow] also hosted an intimate workout class with Tracy, followed by a panel, where she and Tracy answered attendee questions in an honest, casual setting. We have not received negative feedback. [It] was more along the lines of: “Thanks for an amazing weekend!”‘

Previous Goop summits in 2017 and 2018 were held in Los Angeles, and this was the first year it came to the United Kingdom.

Goop was launched in 2008 as a weekly newsletter crafted in Gwyneth’s kitchen, offering fans lifestyle recommendations, health-centric recipes, shopping discoveries, health products and fitness tips.

More than 10 years later, the company has grown into a massive empire worth a staggering $250million.

Hillary's fundraising visit to Hollywood would have been greeted with evil "flying monkey" signs

Hillary “What difference does it make” Clinton is scheduled to speak tonight night at a Democratic National Committee Fundraiser event at Brentwood’s Tavern restaurant in Los Angeles.
The fundraiser event — the third major Demonrat fundraising in L.A. in a month — is sponsored by Hollywood heavyweights and diehard Demonrats director Steven Spielberg, Dreamworks Animation CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg, and Disney Studio chairman Alan Horn. Tickets for the event for monied Hollyweirdos, which include a reception, photo and dinner, cost $32,400 each — the maximum allowed individual contribution to a national party committee per calendar yer.
Below is the image that would have greeted the Hildebeast — that of an evil flying monkey from The Wizard of Oz.

According to Tina Daunt of The Hollywood Reporter, Oct. 17, 2014, the “flying monkey” sign is the creation of guerrilla street artist SABO.
Last Friday morning, SABO hung signs depicting Wizard of Oz flying monkeys holding “Hillary 2016” signs from traffic lights and pasted them on utility boxes near the Tavern Restaurant. In an email to Hollywood Reporter, SABO explains, “All these leftists, I’m tired of their s—.”
But SABO recounted that almost immediately, one poster near a Whole Foods grocery store was “violently” torn down.
Louisiana native SABO, the conservatives’ answer to liberal artists like Shepard Fairey, had moved to Los Angeles in 1987 to attend the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena.
SABO recently made headlines with his Gwyneth Paltrow “Obama Drone” poster. (See DCG’s post, “Angry neighbors slam Gwyneth Paltrow after she throws political party for Barack Obama“.)
Funny stuff: Posters put up in Paltrow's neighborhood
Some of SABO’s other works include:

  • A caricature of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi twerking, which helped launch the conservative website Breitbart California, triggered demands for an apology from a cross section of angry Demonrats.

  •  Last year, when Texas pro-abort lawmaker Wendy Davis came to L.A. to raise money, SABO lampooned her as “Abortion Barbie.”

  • In addition to the flying monkey posters, SABO has been busy working on a fake Tavern website, which ridicules Hillary and the Democratic Party.
  • He also has an entire section of his website Unsavory Agents dedicated to Hillary. “It sickens me to see just about every California Republican I run across pull out the white flag in surrender to the coming coronation of Hillary Clinton,” SABO wrote on his website. “They’ve all but given up without a hint of a fight. Let this image be a reminder to them that our lady in waiting is not invincible. Obama came out of nowhere and knocked her off her perch without so much as trying.”

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, SABO said Hollywood and politics have become a focal point of his guerrilla art, particularly with his “Drone” campaign, which also features Samuel L. Jackson, Alec Baldwin and Jon Stewart.
“I think the drone campaign encapsulates how I feel about Hollywood,” he says. “You know, it’s kind of like a double or triple entendre in that, I mean, if you listen to one of these celebrities go on, they’re like, droning on and on and on about how they love Obama or the left or the Democrats, or they drone on about how much Republicans suck, and in a way, much the way an unmanned aircraft flies through the air, these people fly through the airwaves.”
Alas, a mere day after SABO had put up the Hillary flying monkey signs, all of the posters and banners were either removed or painted over.
Because in America today, and especially in Demonrat-worshipping Hollywood, you just can’t have those satiric but entirely accurate flying monkey signs offend Queen Hillary, free speech be damned.
