Zimmerman trial; Michael Savage is a Horse’s Patootie

Don't Know His Arse From His Elbow

Don’t Know His Arse From His Elbow

FOTM’S  poetpoet has brought to my attention that Savage has said that Zimmerman was “Guilty”. So I did a little checking and sure enough the schmuck does declare him guilty.

Ummm, well there are a couple of problems with his explanation. I will give you a link to an Audio File (About 3:00 Min) It’s Savages Reasoning. Then Below that is Transcript of part of 911 call and actual recording.

Savage says Zimmerman guilty

Savage says  “OK Sir, Stay in your car do not pursue him.” He says Zimm got out after being told to stay in. Read the transcript and listen to dispatcher tape.

This has been one of the biggest misunderstandings of whole case. He was out of car. He then called 911, they said “are you out of car and he said yes” They said “go back to car ” and Zimm says “OK”and he did. He did not stalk Martin.

Zimmerman 911 call transcript

Zimmerman: He’s running.

911 dispatcher: He’s running? Which way is he running?

Zimmerman: Down toward the other entrance of the neighborhood.

911 dispatcher: OK, which entrance is that he’s headed towards?

Zimmerman: The back entrance. [Under his breath, ‘F-ing c**ns’]

911 dispatcher: Are you following him?

Zimmerman: Yeah

911 dispatcher: OK. We don’t need you to do that.

Bachmann Won't Seek Re-Election…. Boo Hoo

Just to let you know I’m not to happy about this.

Tea-Party Favorite and Onetime Presidential Candidate Says Eight Years in the House Is Enough

Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann, who won prominence as a leader of the tea-party opposition to President Barack Obama, announced Wednesday she wouldn’t seek re-election—an abrupt retreat less than two years after she briefly topped the ranks of GOP candidates seeking the 2012 presidential nomination.
Mrs. Bachmann’s bid for the White House raised her national profile but also contributed to her political troubles. She barely won re-election to her House seat last year and has since seen inquiries begin into the financial activities of her presidential campaign.
Her fans and foes agree that Mrs. Bachmann has had broad political impact by helping to elevate the tea party’s voice in Congress in its earliest days, when she embraced its founding cause—opposition to Mr. Obama’s health-care law—as her own. “She helped to grow and convert the tea party from a protest movement into a political movement,” said Sal Russo, co-founder of Tea Party Express, a national tea-party group.
But her combative tone drew complaints that it intensified political partisanship. Her “tea-party brand of extremism and obstruction have infected the entire Republican Congress, and her influence shows no signs of waning,” said Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee spokeswoman Emily Bittner.
Mrs. Bachmann’s departure comes amid a change in the public face of the tea party on Capitol Hill, as she has been eclipsed by newcomers that include Sens. Mike Lee of Utah and Ted Cruz of Texas, and Rep. Raúl Labrador (R., Idaho), who seem more inclined to shake up the congressional system from within. Mr. Labrador, for example, is trying to make a legislative mark as member of a group negotiating a bipartisan immigration bill.
By contrast, few of Mrs. Bachmann’s bills have become laws. She secured long-sought funding for a bridge in her district, but her marquee bill to repeal Mr. Obama’s health-care law is going nowhere in the Senate after passing the House this month.
Mrs. Bachmann faced a potentially bruising 2014 re-election race. It was shaping up as a rematch with hotelier Jim Graves, a Democrat, who fell short by about 4,200 votes last year. Her retirement could make it easier for Republicans to hold the seat, in a heavily Republican district outside the Twin Cities, which was in play largely because of Mrs. Bachmann’s controversial profile.
Her decision “relieves House GOP leadership of an unflattering distraction who not only perennially put an otherwise safe GOP seat at risk but damaged the party’s brand nationally,” David Wasserman, analyst of House elections for the Cook Political Report, wrote Tuesday.
Mrs. Bachmann said in a video posted on her website that she had no concerns about her ability to win re-election or about the pending investigations of her presidential campaign. Instead, she said, eight years was enough time serving a House district.
A former Bachmann aide filed a Federal Election Commission complaint in January alleging that her campaign made improper payments to an Iowa state senator. The Office of Congressional Ethics opened an investigation of alleged wrongdoing in connection with her political affairs, according to people familiar with the matter. And a law-enforcement official said Wednesday the Federal Bureau of Investigation was looking into possible campaign irregularities, but cautioned that the effort was at its initial stages and hasn’t become a full investigation. At least one interview has been conducted, and others are planned, the official said.
Her lawyer, William McGinley, wouldn’t comment on the pending investigations. In her video, Mrs. Bachmann said: “It was clearly understood that compliance with all rules and regulations was an absolute necessity for my presidential campaign, and I have no reason to believe that that was not the case.”
Mrs. Bachmann formed the Tea Party Caucus in the House and was a frequent critic on cable TV of Mr. Obama’s 2009 stimulus plan, his health-care overhaul and other administration policies. She gave her own televised “tea-party response” to Mr. Obama’s 2011 State of the Union address, a moment that crystallized her distinctness from other House Republicans but also opened her to jokes on late-night TV, because she gave the speech with her eyes cast away from the camera. She put in several strong debate performances ahead of the GOP presidential primaries and went on to win the Iowa straw poll in August 2011. But she came in sixth in the Iowa caucuses five months later, netting 5% of the vote, and ended her campaign the next day.

Thursday morning chuckle.. A twofer..

The FBI is considering three men to be hired. They bring them in to speak with the interviewer separately. The first man comes in and sits down.
The interviewer asks him “Do you love your wife?” so he replies “Yes I do, sir.” “Do you love your country?” asks the interviewer. “Yes I do, sir.”, interviewer continues, “What do you love more, your wife or your country?” he replies “My country, sir.” The interviewer looks at the
man, “Okay. We brought in your wife. Take this gun and go into the next
room and kill her.”
The man goes into the room, and all is silent for about 5 minutes. He comes back, with his tie loosened and he is all sweaty. He puts down the gun and leaves.
The second guy comes in and sits down. The interviewer asks him the same questions, and the responses are the same. The interviewer gives him a gun, and tells him to go kill his wife. The guy puts the gun down and says “I can’t do it….”
The third guy comes in, the same thing happens. The interviewer gives him a gun, and tells him to go kill his wife. The guy goes into the room, and BLAM! BLAM! BLAM! BLAM! BLAM! BLAM! This is followed by a bunch of crashing sounds that end after a few minutes.
The guy comes out of the room with his tie loosened, and puts the gun on the table. The interviewer looks at him and says “What happened?!?
To which the guy replies, “The gun you gave me was filled with blanks, so I had to strangle her!” ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

A doctor and his wife were having a big argument at breakfast. “You aren’t so good in bed either!” he shouted and stormed off to work.
By mid morning, he decided he’d better make amends and called home. “What took you so long to answer?”
“I was in bed.”
“What were you doing in bed this late?”
“Getting a second opinion.”

They pulled a fast one on Skippy.. LOL

Obama signs bill codifying and expanding existing, but frequently ignored, ban on engaging groups and individuals named unindicted co-conspirators in terror trials.
Kudos to Patrick Poole and Pajamas Media for the article below (highlights added).
by Patrick Poole———————————————————————–
When Barack Obama signed the continuing resolution this past weekend averting another potential government shutdown, it’s doubtful that he was aware that tucked into the bill, which funds several federal agencies through the fiscal year and extends the continuing resolution for the rest of the government until December 16, is a provision that may dramatically impact what Islamic groups and leaders the FBI and other law enforcement agencies can continue to work with.
Under Division B, Title II of the bill, under the Federal Bureau of Investigation-Salaries and Expenses section, is the following provision:
Liaison partnerships
– The conferees support the FBI’s policy prohibiting any formal non-investigative cooperation with unindicted co-conspirators in terrorism cases. The conferees expect the FBI to insist on full compliance with this policy by FBI field offices and to report to the Committees on Appropriations regarding any violation of the policy.
The most obvious group that this will impact is the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which was named unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case — the largest terrorism-finance trial in American history. During the trial, FBI Dallas Agent Lara Burns testified that CAIR was a front for the terrorist group Hamas.
Following the trial, which resulted in guilty verdicts on all counts and lengthy prison terms for all five Holy Land executives, the FBI was forced to cut ties with CAIR – a decision that CAIR claimed would hurt local communities and that prompted other Muslim groups, like the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC), to threaten to stop cooperation with the FBI unless CAIR was reinstated. In a February 2010 letter to members of Congress, Assistant Attorney General Robert Weich forwarded evidence submitted by federal prosecutors in the trial and court testimony concerning CAIR’s ties to the Hamas-controlled Palestine Committee and that committee’s role in supporting Hamas.
Stung by their loss of access to federal law enforcement agencies, some of the Islamic organizations named as unindicted co-conspirators in the case unsuccessfully sued to have their names removed from the list. In a 2009 unsealed decision by federal Judge Jorge Solis, the court found that the government should have submitted the unindicted co-conspirators list under seal, and ordered the list resealed (a hollow victory since the list is readily available), but declined to remove the groups and individuals named.
In fact, in his decision Judge Solis recounted the evidence submitted by the government that justified CAIR’s being named unindicted co-conspirator in the case:
The Government identifies four portions of the record from the first trail that purportedly established that CAIR was a “joint venturer and co-conspirator”: (1) a Government exhibit showing the objective of the Palestine Committee is to support Hamas; (2) a Government exhibit showing CAIR founder Omar Ahmad is part of the Palestine Committee and Mousa Abu Marzook is its head; (3) a Government exhibit listing CAIR as part of the Palestine Committee; and (4) the testimony of Special Agent Lara Burns and accompanying exhibits placing the CAIR founder at the 1993 Philadelphia conference and describing the CAIR founder’s mediation of a dispute between HLF and Ashqar over Hamas fundraising . (Resp. at 12-13.) The Government does not mention any occasion where it used the 801(d)(2)(E) hearsay exception to introduce a statement of CAIR. The four pieces of evidence the government relies on, as discussed below, do create at least a prima facie case as to CAIR’s involvement in a conspiracy to support Hamas. (p. 6-7) (emphasis added)
But it wasn’t just CAIR among the unindicted co-conspirators that Solis focused on, but also the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), which bills itself as the largest Muslim umbrella group in the country, and the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), which owns the property to more than one-quarter of all mosques in North America. Solis wrote that the government had “produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR, ISNA and NAIT with HLF, the Islamic Association for Palestine (‘IAP’), and with Hamas.” He also wrote: “The Muslim Brotherhood supervised the creation of the ‘Palestine Committee,’ which was put in charge of other organizations, such as HLF, IAP, UASR, and ISNA.” And also: “During the [1993 Philadelphia] conference, Palestine Committee members discussed using ISNA as official cover for their activities.”
What impact this new legislation will have remains to be seen, but it is clearly intended to roll back the Obama administration’s penchant for relying on groups identified by government prosecutors as fronts for designated terrorist organizations as partners for “outreach.”

Another bad week for the “Religion of Peace”

This Just in From Tea Party Nation. Wake Up America!

~Steve~

Posted by Judson Phillips on June 24, 2011 at 7:54am in Tea Party Nation Forum

Perhaps this headline should be America gets lucky again. This week, we have had not one, but two terrorist incidents and guess what? The wannabe Jihadists are Muslims.

When is America going to pay attention?

In Seattle, two Muslims, Abu Khalid Abdul-Latif and Wahlli Mujahidh have been charged with Conspiracy to murder government employees and conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction.

The men wanted to attack an Army and Air Force base in the Seattle area. Fortunately the FBI got wind of their plans and intervened. According to the FBI, the men talked about the headlines that would result from “three Muslim males” walking into a building and murdering everyone.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the country, a Muslim Marine reservist is the main suspect in a series of shootings at military buildings in Northern Virginia and Washington DC.

Yonathan Melaku was born in Ethiopia, is a corporal in the Marine Corp reserve. He was discovered last Friday with suspicious materials and a notebook with phrases written down indicating support for Al-Qaeda and the Taliban.

Of course the drive by media is not paying much attention to this one. While CNN has stories on Casey Anthony’s trial and the Southwest pilot who decided to slur gays after leaving his microphone on by accident, not a word is to be found about these stories of these attacks being done by Muslims. Fox news has some coverage on the story. Of course the headlines do not mention these were Islamists. The only way you find out is a reference they make to three Muslim males killing people. Their headline on the Washington story refers to Melaku as a “reservist” who “self radicalized” on the Internet.

The FBI in Washington was asked about Melaku’s religious motivations. He made a video where he talked about shooting at the National Museum of the Marine Corps while shouting, “Allah Akbar,” and when asked about his religious motivations to commit these crimes, the FBI said, “”Those facts and individual characteristics of the defendant are not yet readily apparent to us.”

They are apparent to anyone with a brain. He is a radicalized Muslim. He did not do this because he is upset the NFL will not be playing this fall. He did not do this because he is upset Sarah Palin’s bus tour is on hold. He did not do this because Army beat Navy. He did it because he is a radicalized Muslim!

Ditto for the two clowns in Seattle.

The real question is when are we going to wake up and realize we have a problem? Not every Muslim may be our enemy but all of our enemies are Muslim.

Both the media and the government bend over backwards to avoid calling a Muslim terrorist a Muslim terrorist. You can never defeat an enemy if you cannot identify the enemy. Islam is our enemy. America may not want to make war in Islam, but Islam is making war on America. We have two choices. We can fight or we can submit.

I am an American. I choose to fight.
