FBI memo shows murdered Seth Rich’s laptop contained DNC emails

Joe Biggs is a US Army Retired Staff Sergeant who was a reporter for InfoWars, but is now a Texas-based independent journalist and a contributor to the blog BAM (Borderland Alternative Media).

Biggs was given by an FBI source a fascinating FBI memo that, though heavily redacted, strongly suggests Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich indeed was the whistleblower who provided thousands of damaging DNC emails to WikiLeaks, among which are emails showing the DNC deliberately undermined Bernie Sanders’ campaign to favor Hillary Clinton. See:

Biggs writes in his BAM post of May 26, 2017:

If the Seth Rich murder was just an armed robbery why was the FBI looking into it? why is the mainstream media so hell-bent on shutting this story down? Why is Sean Hannity being silenced for even covering the murder of Rich? There are many unanswered questions but hopefully this FBI memo can be the first step into uncovering the truth behind the murder of Seth Rich.

In a heavily redacted memo, released to me by a source within the FBI, we see Seth Rich’s name. The Email states that [Rich’s] laptop contained DNC and Wikileaks information.

At the bottom right [of the FBI memo] it has code that can be used to look up the official FBI memo SCRDC-408

What that code means is name of person being looked into. “SCR” Seth Conrad Rich. Location “DC” with “408” documents. Any FBI Memo, if it’s a target of an investigation will show a code that can be used by journalists to request a FOIA. So FOIA experts can use that code and obtain a less redacted version.

Below is the redacted classified FBI memo (I supplied the red underlining). Note the following:

  • The memo was dated July 15, 2016, five days after Seth Rich was shot on Sunday morning at about 4:19 am in the residential Columbia Heights area of Washington, DC.
  • The memo made mention of “DC police” gaining “custody” of Seth Rich’s laptop computer (“scr laptop”).
  • The memo said “data obtained” from the laptop included “detailed DNC” “emails”.
  • The memo made mention of “Wikileaks”.

Judicial Watch has taken up the Seth Rich case and should, referring to the code “SCRDC-408”, make a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request to the FBI for the unredacted memo.

Owner of bar where Seth Rich was last seen alive, may have visited Obama White House 4 days earlier

At a little past 4 AM early Sunday morning on July 10, 2016, 27-year-old Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich was shot about a block from his apartment in a residential neighborhood of Washington, D.C.

More than 10 months after he was shot, Rich’s murder is still unsolved.

Both WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and hacker Guccifer 2.0 had said Rich was the source of thousands of DNC emails that WikiLeaks published, to damaging effect on Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

See “Arkancide: Seth Rich was murdered for leaking DNC emails to WikiLeaks

According to the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department’s Public Incident report, responding to the sound of gunshots at 2134 Flagler Pl. NW., police officers were on the scene by 4:20 AM and found Rich laying on the ground in the southwest corner of the intersection of W St. and Flagler Pl. NW., having been shot in his back but alive and conscious. He was taken to Washington Hospital Center where, at 5:57 AM or an hour and 37 minutes after police had first found him, was pronounced dead by an attending physician.

See “Murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich was alive and conscious when found by police

According to an anonymous poster on 4chan who claims to be an ER surgery resident at Washington Hospital Center who had operated on Rich’s “small” non-fatal gun wounds in his liver and bowel, Rich was stable and in recovery after his surgery, only to die under suspicious “fishy” circumstances hours later.

See “ER surgeon at Seth Rich’s hospital says his wounds were not fatal

According to a Daily Mail investigation, before he was shot, Rich was a patron at Lou’s City Bar, a sports pub he frequented five or six nights a week. Daily Mail reporter Alana Goodman writes:

“Rich showed up alone that evening and sat at his usual leather stool in the corner of the bar. He was a regular at the pub, often showing up straight from the office in a shirt and tie and lugging his laptop bag.”

Rich left Lou’s City Bar at 1:45 AM (the bar closes at 2 AM on Saturday nights).  Goodman recounts:

“Clearly inebriated, he was offered a ride home but refused, saying he was heading to Wonderland, another bar about 10 minutes walk away. No one at Wonderland could recall seeing Seth that morning but the bar shut up at 2:30.”

The general manager of Lou’s City Bar is Joe Capone. See his LinkedIn page here, and his Twitter @joecapone0206 here.

Now, citizen journalists on 4chan have uncovered that the general manager of Lou’s City Bar, Joe Capone, may have visited the Obama White House at least three times, the last visit being a mere four days before Seth Rich was murdered:

  1.  White House Logs show that on November 12, 2011, a “Joseph A. Capone” visited the White House as part of a group of 356, beginning 11:30 am and ending at 11:59 pm.
  2. White House Logs show that on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, a “Joe Capone” visited the White House at 1:30 pm, as part of a group of 19 people. The appointment (number U43297) was made by caller Alison Kula at 12:00 pm the day before, on October 1, 2012 . The appointment was scheduled to begin on October 2 at 1:30 pm with Felice Gorordo in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building 430bc. According to , Capone et al.‘s visit ended at 11:59 pm. This was Capone’s first visit since records were released in 2009.
  3. White House Logs show that on July 6, 2016, a “Joseph P. Capone” visited the White House as part of a group of four, beginning at 12 noon and ending at 11:59 pm. The meeting location was the East Wing of the White House. The appointment (number U38825) had been made a week before on June 29, 2016. The other three people in Capone’s group were Allesandra J. Capone, Michael R. Capone, and Kymberlie N. Jeffery. If this Joseph P. Capone is Lou’s City Bar general manager Joe Capone, then he must be a very special person to get a meeting in the White House’s East Wing, which Wikipedia says “serves as office space for the First Lady and her staff”.

Note: The 11:59 pm may be a default ending time.

Are 2011 White House visitor “Joe Capone”, 2012 White House visitor “Joseph A. Capone” and 2016 White House visitor “Joseph P. Capone” the same person?

Spokeo found a Joseph A. Capone, 56, who lives in Vienna, VA, but has a P.O. Box in Washington, DC. Vienna, VA is 17.2 miles by car from Washington, DC.

According to Email Finder, there’s a Joseph P. Capone, who is in his mid-40s and lives in Olney, MD, which is 18 minutes by car from Washington, DC.

Update (May 20, 2017):

There is photographic proof that the “Joseph P. Capone” who visited the White House on July 6, 2016,  four days before Seth Rich was murdered, is indeed Lou’s City Bar general manager Joe Capone.

Please see “Proof that owner of bar where Seth Rich was last seen alive visited White House 4 days earlier“.

Trump makes 180° reversal on WikiLeaks, now called ‘a hostile agent’ in collusion with Russia

Donald Trump owes WikiLeaks no small amount for his winning the 2016 presidential election.

Were it not for WikiLeaks‘ publishing of Democrat emails — those of Hillary Clinton, Democratic National Committee (DNC), and John Podesta — the voter would not have known the corrupt pay-to-play Clinton Foundation, Hillary’s illegal private email server, the DNC’s corruption and betrayal of Hillary’s primary rival Bernie Sanders, and the satanic practices of Podesta and Pizzagate.

Throughout, Trump had been supportive and never critical of WikiLeaks. As an example, on January 4, 2017, Trump tweeted this:

In a speech on October 10, 2016, Trump declared, “I love WikiLeaks!” (New York Times)

Before he became the Trump administration’s CIA director, Rep. Mike Pompeo (R-Kansas) similarly was approving of the WikiLeaks emails. On July 24, 2016, Pompeo tweeted this:

Then was then, now is now.

Then, Trump needed WikiLeaks. Now that he’s President, WikiLeaks has become “a hostile agent”.

Matthew Rosenberg reports for The New York Times that in his first speech as director of the CIA yesterday, April 13, 2017, Mike Pompeo attacked WikiLeaks as a stateless hostile intelligence unit eager to do the bidding of Russia and other U.S. adversaries. Pompeo said, “It’s time to call out WikiLeaks for what it really is: a nonstate hostile intelligence service often abetted by state actors like Russia.”

“It’s time to call out WikiLeaks for what it really is: a nonstate hostile intelligence service often abetted by state actors like Russia.” You would think we’re still in the Obama administration or a Hillary Clinton administration.

To support his assessment, Pompeo cited as evidence of WikiLeaks‘ hostile intent the latter’s release of Democratic Party emails — the exact same emails that Pompeo had promoted in July 2016, but now insists had been stolen by Russian hackers, although both WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and hacker Guccifer 2.0 maintain the leaker was a DNC staffer named Seth Rich, 27.

On early Sunday morning, July 10, 2016, Seth was shot dead in the streets of Washington, DC. His assassination remains unsolved.

Pompeo also cited how WikiLeaks encouraged followers to join the C.I.A. and steal secrets, and how “it overwhelmingly focuses on the United States while seeking support from antidemocratic countries.”

Pompeo’s harshest words were reserved for Assange, whom Pompeo calls a “narcissist,” “a fraud — a coward hiding behind a screen,” and a “false wizard”.

There goes our hope and expectation that a President Trump would commend Assange and provide him political asylum and a safe refuge in America.

The 180° reversal is because the Trump administration now finds itself on the receiving end of WikiLeaks disclosures. Last month, the group released thousands of pages of documents describing sophisticated software tools and techniques used by the C.I.A. to break into the American people’s smartphones, computers and even internet-connected televisions.

4 reasons why you shouldn’t believe the Obama FBI-DHS report on Russian hacking

The “Russia intervened in 2016 election to favor Trump” conspiracy theory was the Democrats’ last-ditch effort to subvert the election.

The Washington Post led the way of the MSM’s propaganda, claiming that a “secret” CIA report named the Russian government as having:

  1. Hacked into the emails of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign chairman John Podesta, as well as then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s unsecured and unlawful private email server.
  2. Giving those hacked emails to agents, who in turn,
  3. Provided them to WikiLeaks to publish online — to damaging effects on Hillary’s campaign.

More than that, relying on a shadowy, anonymous, newly-founded website PropOrNot, the Washington Post named 200 Alternative Media sites as Russia’s witting or unwitting agents of disinformation and “fake news,” including Wikipedia, Drudge Report, as well as small humble blogs like Fellowship of the Minds.

spy-vs-spy

The problem is we are simply to put our trust in the Washington Post and other media accounts of this “secret” CIA report, when the MSM violated their own journalist ethics by making no secret of their all-out partiality for Hillary. See, for example:

Adding to our skepticism is that a careful reading of the Washington Post‘s article shows that the “secret” CIA report doesn’t actually make those claims (see “Fake News: Washington Post’s CIA report that Russia intervened in elections to help Trump“). Then there are the credible voices that insist it wasn’t Russia:

Despite the concerted efforts of the Obama administration and the complicit MSM, a Morning Consult poll in late December found that by a whopping 71% majority, the American people don’t buy Obama’s “Russia as bogeyman” conspiracy theory.

Nor did the Electoral College. On November 8, Trump was elected President by a landslide Electoral College margin of 306 to Hillary Clinton’s 232. On December 19 when the Electors formally voted, ironically the faithless electors turned out to be Democrats: the final Electoral College vote was 304 Trump to 224 Clinton.

On December 29, 2016, on the basis of a vague “secret” CIA report, the Obama administration risked war with Russia by expelling 35 Russian diplomats and closing down two Russian consulates. Thankfully, not being insane, Russian President Putin prudently refused to retaliate in kind. And so, World War III is averted — for now.

DHS-FBI Report on Russian Hacking

That same day, December 29, 2016, the Obama Administration finally released a 13-page joint DHS-FBI report on Russian hacking GRIZZLY STEPPE – Russian Malicious Cyber Activity. More than half of the 13-page report isn’t even about hacking, but consists of a list of suggestions for cyber security and preventive measures.

Note: “Grizzly Steppe” is the Obama administration’s code-name for what the administration calls Russia’s “malicious cyber activity”.

Below is the summary of the Grizzly Steppe report:

“This Joint Analysis Report (JAR) is the result of analytic efforts between the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This document provides technical details regarding the tools and infrastructure used by the Russian civilian and military intelligence Services (RIS) to compromise and exploit networks and endpoints associated with the U.S. election, as well as a range of U.S. Government, political, and private sector entities. The U.S. Government is referring to this malicious cyber activity by RIS as GRIZZLY STEPPE.
Previous JARs have not attributed malicious cyber activity to specific countries or threat actors. However, public attribution of these activities to RIS is supported by technical indicators from the U.S. Intelligence Community, DHS, FBI, the private sector, and other entities. This determination expands upon the Joint Statement released October 7, 2016, from the Department of Homeland Security and the Director of National Intelligence on Election Security.
This activity by RIS is part of an ongoing campaign of cyber-enabled operations directed at the U.S. government and its citizens. These cyber operations have included spearphishing campaigns targeting government organizations, critical infrastructure entities, think tanks, universities, political organizations, and corporations leading to the theft of information. In foreign countries, RIS actors conducted damaging and/or disruptive cyber-attacks, including attacks on critical infrastructure
networks.
In some cases, RIS actors masqueraded as third parties, hiding behind false online personas designed to cause the victim to misattribute the source of the attack. This JAR provides technical indicators related to many of these operations, recommended mitigations, suggested actions to take in response to the indicators provided, and information on how to report such incidents to the U.S. Government.”

The report then proceeds to identify two specific Russian “actors” who hacked into the Democratic Party’s emails on two separate occasions — summer of 2015 and spring of 2016:

  1. APT29: “The first actor group, known as Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) 29, entered into the party’s systems in summer 2015″
  2. APT28: A second Russian hacker(s), “known as APT28, entered in spring 2016.”

In both instances, the alleged Russian hackers gained entrance into Democrat emails via spearphishing.

Note: Phishing is a hacker’s attempt to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details by disguising as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication. We’ve all received phish emails, wherein we are given some reason (e.g., your email or bank account has been breached) and asked to click on a URL, ostensibly the URL of your account, in order to verify you’re the owner of the account. The URL, of course, is bogus — a trap to get you, if you are stupid enough, to enter your username and password. The phishing scammer then uses your username and password to hack into your account.

In the words of the Grizzly Steppe report:

In summer 2015, an APT29 spearphishing campaign directed emails containing a malicious link to over 1,000 recipients, including multiple U.S. Government victims. APT29 used legitimate domains, to include domains associated with U.S. organizations and educational institutions, to host malware and send spearphishing emails. In the course of that campaign, APT29 successfully compromised a U.S. political party. At least one targeted individual activated links to malware hosted on operational infrastructure of opened attachments containing malware. APT29 delivered malware to the political party’s systems, established persistence, escalated privileges, enumerated active directory accounts, and exfiltrated email from several accounts through encrypted connections back through operational infrastructure.

In spring 2016, APT28 compromised the same political party, again via targeted spearphishing. This time, the spearphishing email tricked recipients into changing their passwords through a fake webmail domain hosted on APT28 operational infrastructure. Using the harvested credentials, APT28 was able to gain access and steal content, likely leading to the exfiltration of information from multiple senior party members.

The report claims that on both occasions — summer 2015 and spring 2016 — “The U.S. Government assesses that information was leaked to the press and publicly disclosed.”

In other words, the email accounts of the DNC, Hillary Clinton and John Podesta were hacked because these Democrats were so stupid as to fall for phishing scams that only morons and those with senile dementia fall for. Let that idea sink in . . . .

John Podesta, in particular, is so careless with his email account that he made the job of hackers ridiculously easy by having “jpodesta” as his username and the word “p@sswOrd” as his password, as indicated in an email sent to him by his Special Assistant Eryn Sepp on Feb. 19, 2015, which WikiLeaks published:

Reasons why Grizzly Steppe report is not credible

(1) The report is prefaced by a curious Disclaimer, which says;

“This report is provided ‘as is’ for informational purposes only. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) does not provide any warranties of any kind regarding any information contained within.

(2) Cybersecurity expert John McAfee (yes, that John McAfee, as in the McAfee anti-virus software you use to protect your computer from viruses and malware), told Larry King in an RT America interview that the report is a ploy to “manipulate our opinions”:

“When the FBI or when any other agency says the Russians did it or the Chinese did something or the Iranians did something – that’s a fallacy. Any hacker capable of breaking into something is extraordinarily capable of hiding their tracks. If I were the Chinese and I wanted to make it look like the Russians did it I would use Russian language within the code. I would use Russian techniques of breaking into organizations so there is simply no way to assign a source for any attack – this is a fallacy. This is what the FBI and other agencies want us to believe so that they can manipulate our opinions, but I can promise you – if it looks like the Russians did it, then I can guarantee you it was not the Russians.

You can watch and hear McAfee for yourself by going to the RT video on Express.

McAfee also said it’s no longer possible to keep “secrets” in the online landscape and that other countries already have access to U.S. classified information:

“Our government wants to say ‘well we have secrets we must protect’ – there are no secrets anymore. If the US Government believes the Russians, the Chinese, the Iranians do not already have all of our secrets because of their hacking technologies, then our government is deluding itself.”

Furthermore, McAfee believes that the U.S. government itself is the hacker — of “influential” Americans:

“I have no privacy and neither do you, Larry. If you think that just because you’re not a political activist or not speaking out against a government agency that they may not be looking into your life – I know that they are. Why? You are an important person, you influence millions of Americans, so of course, they want to know what you’re thinking, what you’re doing, who your friends are and what you’re saying – and I’m not being paranoid – this is just that facts of life as it exists today.”

(3) Most importantly, other than naming the hackers as APT 29 and APT 28 and describing how they hacked into Democrat emails (via phishing), the report does not actually tell us how the Obama administration knows the hacks had been directed by the Russian government, or that the hackers’ motive was to influence the election in favor of Trump. This is pointed out by Bill Binney, a 36-year executive of the National Security Agency (NSA) who is widely regarded as a “legend” within the agency and its best-ever analyst and code-breaker who created the agency’s mass surveillance program for digital information. According to Binney:

“I expected to see the IP’s or other signatures of APTs 28/29 [the entities which the U.S. claims hacked the Democratic emails] and where they were located and how/when the data got transferred to them from DNC/HRC [i.e. Hillary Rodham Clinton]/etc. They seem to have been following APT 28/29 since at least 2015, so, where are they?

Further, once we see the data being transferred to them, when and how did they transfer that data to Wikileaks? This would be evidence of trying to influence our election by getting the truth of our corrupt system out. […]

In addition, since Wikileaks is (and has been) a cast iron target for NSA/GCHQ/etc for a number of years there should be no excuse for them missing data going to any one associated with Wikileaks.”

(4) Even Rolling Stones magazine, which endorsed Hillary Clinton for President, is unconvinced. As the magazine’s contributing editor Matt Taibbi correctly points out:

“But this could also just be a cynical ass-covering campaign, by a Democratic Party that has seemed keen to deflect attention from its own electoral failures.

The outgoing Democrats could just be using an over-interpreted intelligence ‘assessment’ to delegitimize the incoming Trump administration [….]

We just don’t know, which is the problem.

[…] Not only do governments lie, they won’t hesitate to burn news agencies. In a desperate moment, they’ll use any sucker they can find to get a point across. […] Which makes it surprising we’re not trying harder to avoid getting fooled again.”

When even a left-wing magazine that had endorsed Hillary Clinton for President admits that “we just don’t know” after reading the DHS-FBI Grizzly Steppe report on Russia’s alleged hacking of Democrat emails, one would have to be really gullible to place any confidence in the report.

Dog eyeroll

Clearly the Democrats’ emails had been hacked, then given to WikiLeaks to publish. Obama wants you to believe the culprits are the Russian government. But that’s really not the point, is it?

In the end, what is important are the emails themselves and what they reveal:

  • The DNC was Hillary’s tool and actively sabotaged and undermined Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign.
  • Hillary Clinton’s lies, corruption, venality, and contempt for the “little people” whom she would rule as president.
  • John Podesta’s satanic activities.

It is the contents of those emails, not who hacked the emails, which helped to defeat Hillary and elect Donald Trump.

Let’s say you are about to get married. A friend got hold of information that your fiancé is cheating on you, and gave that information to you, with which you called off the wedding. Would it make any sense for you to heap your fury on the friend, instead of on your faithless fiancé?

What the Obama administration is doing is exactly the same. They would have you blame the messenger who provided you with the critical information you should have for the 2016 presidential election.

We now know Democrat bigwigs — the DNC, Hillary Clinton, John Podesta — are really stupid, so stupid as to fall for phishing scams. Don’t allow them to think you are stupid too.

The Evil Empire strikes back: WikiLeaks’ Internet connection severed; RT’s bank accounts frozen

WikiLeaks has been releasing to the public successive batches of damaging emails of first, the Democratic National Committee; then, Hillary Clinton’s emails when she was secretary of state; and currently, the emails of John Podesta, the chair of Hillary’s presidential campaign.

To say that those revealing emails are embarrassing and damaging for the Democrats and Hillary in particular, is an understatement.

So Hillary and her minions are furiously trying to contain the damage.

The Evil Empire strikes back.

Strike One

On August 31, 2016, Hillary Clinton threatened Russia with war. Accusing Russia of “hacking into the Democratic National Committee and even some state election systems,” she said:

“So we’ve got to step up our game, make sure we are well defended and able to take the fight to those who go after us. As President, I will make it clear that United States will treat cyber attacks just like any other attack. We will be ready with serious political, economic, and military responses.

Strike TWO

On the morning of October 12, 2016, CNN’s Chris Cuomo threatened the American people that we shouldn’t read the leaked WikiLeaks emails because “it’s illegal to possess these stolen documents” — which is rich, coming from Cuomo who had openly admitted that the media are whole-hog for lawless Hillary, saying “We couldn’t help her any more than we have, she’s got just a free ride so far from the media, we’re the biggest ones promoting her campaign.”

Cuomo then said “It’s different for the media,” i.e., it’s okay for the media to “possess these stolen documents”. So, instead of reading the WikiLeaks emails for ourselves, we should just rely on him and other MSM journalists to tell us what those emails say, “so that everything you learn about this, you’re learning from us.”

What Cuomo said is nothing less than unconstitutional.

Writing for The Washington Post, UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh cites the Supreme Court’s decision in 2001’s Bartnicki v. Vopper:

“The First Amendment offers the same protection to the media as to the rest of us, including when it comes to possessing or distributing illegally obtained material (so long as you weren’t involved in the original illegal hack or interception or leak)…. But in any event, remember that, whatever First Amendment rules may apply, the media has no more First Amendment rights than the rest of us.”

Strike THREE

Last night (Oct. 16), the Alternative Media was alit with rumor that WikiLeaks co-founder and editor-in-chief Julian Assange had died.

What triggered the rumor was WikiLeaks‘ activation of “dead man switch” — decryption keys (like passwords) for three sets of files: on John Kerry,  on Ecuador, and a third file on the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).

WikiLeaks quickly put the rumor to rest with a tweet that they had activated the “dead man switch” contingency plan after Assange’s Internet service was intentionally cut off by a state actor — the government of Ecuador.

wikileaks-tweetwikileaks-tweet

RT reports this morning:

The internet is one of the few, if not only, available ways for Julian Assange, who has been locked up in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London for more than four years [since 2012], to maintain contact with the outside world. […]

The unverified claims of state sabotage come as WikiLeaks continues to release damaging documents, most recently thousands of hacked emails from Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager John Podesta.

Earlier this month, Assange claimed his organization would aim to publish documents “every week” in the run up to US Election Day on November 8.

Clinton’s campaign has made unsubstantiated claims that WikiLeaks is working with the Russian government to help defeat the Democrat in favor of Trump.

Last week the FBI reissued a statement saying it was working to “determine the accuracy, nature and scope” of cyber intrusions, but did not name any suspected perpetrators.

The ninth release of Podesta emails occurred on Sunday, bringing the total number of leaked files to over 12,000.

Among the hundreds of emails released are discussions about Clinton’s appeal among black voters, her email apologies, and Chelsea Clinton being described by one of her father’s longtime aides as a ‘backstabber’.

The batch also comes amid revelations of Clinton’s cozy relationship with the mainstream media, and how they work closely to control the media landscape and set up stories that show her in a favorable light.

Earlier this month, it emerged that Hillary Clinton reportedly wanted to “drone” WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange when she was the US secretary of state.

According to True Pundit, Clinton and the State Department were under pressure to silence the whistleblower in the months before WikiLeaks dumped some 250,000 diplomatic cables from 1966 to 2010, dubbed CableGate.

Unidentified State Department sources claimed Clinton asked “can’t we just drone this guy?”.

Strike FOUR

RT, formerly known as Russia Today, broadcasts 24-hours a day in English, Arabic and Spanish, but is primarily aimed at audiences in Europe and the United States, providing news, information and analyses that the MSM will not report.

RT has a British outlet called RT UK that broadcasts from London.

Today, as reported by AFP, in a tweet, RT‘s editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan said that all of RT’s bank accounts in Britain have been closed down. “They have closed our accounts in Britain. All the accounts.” She said the RT channel had received a ruling that “cannot be reviewed,” adding sarcastically, “Long live freedom of speech,” but gave no further details.

How any American can support and vote for Hillary Clinton is utterly beyond my comprehension.

UPDATE (Oct. 18, 2016):

In a tweet today, WikiLeaks identified the Obama administration as the “state actor” behind the cutting of Assange’s Internet connection. In the words of the tweet:

“Multiple U.S. sources tell us [U.S. Secretary of State] John Kerry asked Ecuador to stop Assange from publishing Clinton docs during FARC peace negotiations.”

“FARC peace negotiations” refers to negotiations between the Columbian government and the country’s largest Marxist rebel group — the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (in Spanish, Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia or FARC), a guerrilla movement in the continuing 5-decades long Colombian armed conflict since 1964.

Arkancide: lawyer of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange dead

The word Arkancide, probably coined by the website Arkancide, refers to potential witnesses to the Clintons’ dirty dealings in Arkansas suddenly committing suicide by shooting themselves in the back of the head.

Arkansas police and coroners, notably medical examiner Fahmy Malak who answered to then-Arkansas governor Bill Clinton, automatically called these shootings suicides. After Bill Clinton became President the phenomenon moved to Washington D.C., most notably when Hillary Clinton’s ex-lover Vincent Foster was found dead on a D.C. park bench and declared to also have committed suicide.

Now that Hillary is pursuing the presidency, Arkancides have resumed, including these recent cases:

dnc-arkancides.jpg

On August 9, 2016, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange intimated that Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich, who was shot dead in Washington, DC, was the source for thousands of hacked DNC emails that expose the DNC as the corrupt arm of Hillary Clinton. WikiLeaks released the emails to the public, to the DNC’s embarassment. See:

WikiLeaks also obtained thousands of then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s supposedly-deleted emails, which WikiLeaks has been releasing piecemeal to the public. (See, for example “Hillary aide talks about animal sacrifice to demon Moloch in WikiLeaks email”)

Assange promises that emails especially damaging to Hillary’s presidential ambitions will be released right before the November election for maximum impact.

All of which makes WikiLeaks a thorn in the sides of Hillary and the DNC.

On August 15, 2016, WikiLeaks sent out a Twitter alert about another Arkancide — the strange “suicide” by train of Assange’s lawyer, John Jones, a prominent British human rights attorney.

WikiLeaks tweet on dead lawyer

Neil Tyson reports for The Sun that on April 18, 2016, John Jones, one of Britain’s top human rights lawyers who represented Assange, had died in an apparent suicide. (Assange, 44, has been holed-up for four years in the Ecuador Embassy in London, after the Swedish government tried to extradite him for questioning on rape charges.)

A spokesman for British Transport Police (BTP) said it was called to West Hampstead rail station in north London at 7:07 a.m. on Monday, April 18, after a man was struck by a train. The spokesman added that the man “was pronounced dead at the scene. The man’s death is not being treated as suspicious. A file will be prepared for the coroner.”

The man was John Jones.

John JonesBy all indications, Jones had everything to live for. He was only 48 years old, a successful, well-regarded attorney who lived in a £1.5 million home in Hendon, north London, with his beautiful and accomplished wife, 40-year-old Dr. Misa Zgonec-Rozej, director of an international law consultancy, and their two young children.

Dr. Misa Zgonec-RozejJohn Jones worked at renowned civil rights legal firm Doughty Street in central London, alongside Hollywood actor George Clooney’s wife Amal. He specialized in extradition, war crimes and counter-terrorism, taking cases from the former Yugoslavia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Lebanon and Cambodia. At the time of his Arkancide, Jones was trying to save the lives of Colonel Gaddafi’s son Saif and Libyan spy chief Abdullah al-Senussi. Both had been ordered before a firing squad in Tripoli, but Jones was trying to divert their case to the war crimes tribunal in The Hague, Holland, which does not have the death penalty.

Doughty Street said in a statement: “John was a brilliant and creative lawyer admired and appreciated for his amazing sense of humour, professionalism and deep commitment to justice. His death is a huge loss.”

UPDATE (Aug. 25, 2016):

The mystery deepens.

The coroner in John Jones’ death, Mary Hassell, says she does not believe Jones committed suicide. Here’s WikiLeaks’ tweet:

WikiLeaks tweet on John Jones' inquest

Reporting for Ham&High on Aug. 19, 2016, Rachel Roberts has more details.

At the time of his death, Jones was being treated on a voluntary basis at a private mental hospital, The Nightingale, for “obsessive ruminating disorder,” although his attending psychiatrist Dr. Pereira had also diagnosed Jones for bipolar disorder after only an hour of examination.

At his inquest, the court was told that Jones had trouble sleeping. On the morning of his death, April 18, 2016, at 5:10 am, he left The Nightingale hospital for a walk. At approximately 7 am, Jones leapt to his death at West Hampstead Thameslink train station.

The train driver gave a written statement that it appeared to be “a deliberate act”. CCTV footage of the death was not played to the court because coroner Mary Hassell said she thought it would be “too distressing” but that she had watched it, and was satisfied that “nobody else was involved”. However, Hassell said she could not be certain that Jones had intended to kill himself because the balance of his mind was affected: “John Jones died instantaneously when he jumped in front of a moving train. However, the state of his mental health at the time meant that he lacked the necessary intent to categorise this as suicide.”

Jones’ mother, Peggy, said her son talked about suicide “only in the abstract” and told her he would never take his life because of his children. She said she was “shocked” at Dr. Pereira’s treatment of her son and by John’s appearance: “I was shocked at how thin he was. He couldn’t stop shaking, and I wondered what effect the medication was having.”

Jones’ wife, Misa, was critical of the fact that her husband was allowed to isolate himself in the hospital and had not been made to engage with the various forms of therapy on offer. She told the inquest: “I feel horrified that he was allowed out so early in the morning, in such a fragile state and without having slept properly for days. I genuinely believe that John did not want to die, and that he didn’t know what he was doing (when he jumped).”
