President Trump discharging federal student loan debt of totally and permanently disabled veterans

Excerpts from the White House Memorandum:

“For the last decade, veterans seeking loan discharges have been required to submit an application to the Secretary of Education with proof of their disabilities obtained from the Department of Veterans Affairs. The process has been overly complicated and difficult, and prevented too many of our veterans from receiving the relief for which they are eligible. This has inflicted significant hardship and serious harm on these veterans and has frustrated the intent of the Congress that their Federal student loan debt be discharged.

Only half of the approximately 50,000 totally and permanently disabled veterans who currently qualify for the discharge of their Federal student loan debt have availed themselves of the benefits provided to them by the Higher Education Act.

Accordingly, by the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and to express the gratitude of our Nation for the service of our totally and permanently disabled veterans, I hereby direct the following:

It shall be the policy of the Federal Government to facilitate — in a manner that is quick, efficient, and minimally burdensome — the discharge of Federal student loan debt for totally and permanently disabled veterans.

The Secretary of Education is hereby directed to develop as soon as practicable a process, consistent with applicable law, to facilitate the swift and effective discharge of the Federal student loan debt of totally and permanently disabled veterans pursuant to [USC sections listed].”

According to Breitbart, President Trump made the following statement: “Veterans who have made such enormous sacrifices for our country should not be asked to pay any more, rather it is America who owes our heroes a supreme debt of gratitude.”

President Trump tweeted the following:

“It was my honor to sign a Presidential Memorandum facilitating the cancellation of student loan debt for 25K of our most severely disabled Veterans. With today’s order, we express the everlasting love & loyalty of a truly grateful Nation. God bless our Vets, & God Bless America!”

40 federal agencies have armed divisions

We know that certain agencies in the federal government are armed — and for good reason. They include the FBI, Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

More and more, however, other federal agencies are getting armed — to the teeth.

It began more than 3 years ago, in March 2010, when news came that the U.S. Department of Education purchased 27 Remington 870 shotguns.

This is what a Remington 870 shotgun looks like

This is what a Remington 870 shotgun looks like

A year later, news came that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) ordered 450 million rounds of .40 caliber ammunition.

Four months later, DHS added high-powered battle rifles to its arsenal, followed by its purchase of yet millions more rounds of hollow-point bullets a month later, and sightings of heavily-armored DHS vehicles another month later.

In April 2013, we learned that DHS used 1,000 more rounds per person than the U.S. Army!

But DHS and the Dept. of Education are not the only federal agencies acquiring arms:

EPA raidFox News reports on Sept. 14, 2013, that according to a June 2012 Justice Department report, 40 federal agencies – including nearly a dozen typically not associated with law enforcement, such as the Library of Congress (!), Federal Reserve Board, and the National Institutes of Health — have armed divisions.

The agencies employ about 120,000 full-time officers authorized to carry guns and make arrests.

The FBI, Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Land Management and Park Service are among 24 federal agencies employing more than 250 full-time armed officers with arrest authority, according the DOJ report, which is based on the 2008 Census of Federal Law Enforcement Officers.

The other 16 agencies have less than 250 officers and include NOAA as well as the Library of Congress, the Federal Reserve Board and the National Institutes of Health.

The number of federal department with armed personnel climbs to 73 when adding in the 33 offices of inspector general, the government watchdogs for agencies as large as the Postal Service to the Government Printing Office, whose IG has only five full-time officers.

The Department of Homeland Security employs nearly half of all federal officers, through Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the most recent statistics show. The statistics also show the number of CBP officers increased by 33% from 2004 to 2008. The number for ICE was 20% over the same period.

Charlotte Iserbyt's Infowars Interview Leads with Post from Fellowship of the Minds

I knew Charlotte Iserbyt was a scheduled guest on Alex Jones’ Infowars.com radio broadcast last night.  I just watched the Youtube version this morning and Wow! They led with our post about the Newtown tragedy “Creating a Shooter” and that was just for openers.
Via email this morning, Charlotte described this interview as follows, “Please forward to your lists.  This interview covers the deliberate dumbing down of our children, the deliberate creation of immorality through federally-funded programs, and the dangers of school choice being supported by Obama, CFR, and the Heritage Foundation.”
She lays out the history of the deliberate destruction of our education system to achieve a “planned economy” and explains the roles played by both  Democrats and Republicans and quotes  Pope Benedict XVI, “[T]oday’s culture—characterized among other things by a utilitarianindividualism and technocratic economics—tends not to value the person, who…is conceived of as a “fluid” being with no permanent substance. Paradoxically, man today often seem…s to be an isolated being because he is indifferent to the constitutive relationship of his being, which is the root of all his other relationships: his relationship with God. The human being today is considered mainly in a biological perspective, or as “human capital”, “a resource”, part of a productive and financial mechanism that towers over him.”

Charlotte Iserbyt Dishes Dynamite!

Last Thursday Roger Fredinburg did a two hour interview with Charlotte Iserbyt.  All I can say is Wow! She spells it all out and has the documents to back it up.  Even better, the documents are onscreen for public view and offered freely for anyone to download at https://americandeception.com/
She recently published a new updated paperback version of the big hardback classic, “Deliberate Dumbing-Down of America.”  I gave my copy to my neice’s husband, a history major just entering his first teaching job.

This education scenario was absolutely necessary to enable Agenda 21

Update:  Charlotte just sent this email link in a post titled ” The End of Traditional Catholic Education”   They took the federal money in the form or vouchers so they will have to meeet the federal education requirements, just like every school that takes federal money.

Why does the USDA need 300,000 rounds of ammo?

In March 2010 came news that the Department of Education had ordered 27 Remington 870 shot guns to augment its existing inventory of shot guns and certified armor.
Two years later, in March 2012, came news that the Department of Homeland Security, a federal government agency that’s largely focused on domestic operations, recently ordered 450 million rounds of hollow point ammunition, and has another bid out for 175 million rounds of . 223 rifle ammo. (All this is on top of the 2 million rounds ordered in 2009). The DHS is refusing to answer requests for an explanation.
Now, the IntelHub reports, April 4, 2012, that Homeland Security is not the only domestic government agency that has bought a large amount of ammunition in the last 7 months.

According to a post published on the now infamous Fbo.gov website, the US Forest Service (USDA) solicited and secured a bid for over 300,000 rounds of ammunition, including:
  1. 40 caliber, 180 grain, 120,000 rounds or equivalent.
  2. 9 mm, 124 grain, 50,000 rounds or equivalent.
  3. .38 caliber, 135 grain, 10,000 rounds or equivalent.
  4. .380 caliber, 90 grain, 6,000 rounds or equivalent.
  5. .223 caliber, 64 grain, 87,500 rounds or equivalent.
  6. 12 gauge 00 buck, 15,000 rounds or equivalent.
  7. 40 caliber frangible, 10,000 rounds or equivalent.
  8. 9 caliber frangible, 10,000 rounds or equivalent.
  9. .223 caliber frangible, 10,000 rounds or equivalent.
  10. 12-gauge 1 oz slug, 7,500 rounds or equivalent.

The ammunition are to be delivered to Albuquerque, NM.

Should we be alarmed by this, as we were alarmed by the Department of Education’s shot guns and Homeland Security’s millions of rounds of ammunition?
I looked up the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) on Wikipedia.
The USFS is an agency within the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The USFS administers America’s 193 million acres of 155 national forests and 20 national grasslands. Major divisions of the agency include the National Forest System, State and Private Forestry, Research and Development, and Law Enforcement and Investigations.
The USFS’s Law Enforcement & Investigations unit (LEI), headquartered in Washington, D.C., is a federal law enforcement agency of the U.S. government. It is responsible for enforcement of federal laws and regulations governing national forest lands and resources. LEI’s operations are divided into two major functional areas:

  1. Law Enforcement: uniformed high visibility enforcement of laws and
  2. Investigations: special agents who investigate crimes against property, visitors and employees.

Given the Law Enforcement and Investigations unit, the USFS’s purchase of 300,000 rounds of ammunition does not seem unreasonable. What do you think?

Feds Using Schools to Track Kids & Families

Back in 1992 under George H.W. Bush and Lamar Alexander’s AMERICA 2000 restructuring of public education, a national system to track individual students, including their infant vaccine records, grades, teacher evaluations, test scores, etc. was specified, probably based on the Florida model that was initiated in 1988.   It was called the Speede Express.  It has continued to grow over the years.  This new story clarifies just how much information the Feds now require schools  to provide.

Buried within the enormous 2009 stimulus bill were provisions encouraging states to develop data systems for collecting copious information on public-school kids. To qualify for stimulus money, states had to agree to build such systems according to federally dictated standards. So all 50 states either now maintain or are capable of maintaining extensive databases on public-school students.
The administration wants this data to include much more than name, address and test scores. According to the National Data Collection Model, the government should collect information on health-care history, family income and family voting status. In its view, public schools offer a golden opportunity to mine reams of data from a captive audience.
The department’s eagerness to get control of all this information is almost palpable. But current federal law prohibits a nationwide student database and strictly limits disclosure of a student’s personal information. So the department has determined that it can overcome the legal obstacles by simply bypassing Congress and essentially rewriting the federal privacy statute.

Charlotte Iserbyt's Video with PDF Transcript is Here!

Earlier this year Alex Jones sent a camera crew to Maine to meet with Charlotte Iserbyt, Senior Policy Advisor at the Dept of Education in the first Reagan administration.   When she saw what was going on in the belly of the beast, she blew the whistle.
Transcript of Video: Charlotte Iserbyt- America’s Road to Ruin
She has two websites with the pdf files of many of the documents mentioned in the video:
This transcript is invaluable because it’s in searchable PDF format.  So much information is presented.   Pretty juicy!
Also from Charlotte regarding Agenda 21:
We are starting a project in Maine, a bumper sticker project, which will tell it like it is:  regionalism is communism, and we will have a small hammer and sickle after regionalism.  We hope other states will follow.  They can use other words if they wish, but always the word communism and the hammer and sickle.  I.E.,  Land use regulations are communism; sustainable development is communism; regionalism is communism;  reinventing government is communism; restructuring is communism; perestroika is communism.
