Fake news CNN unlawfully threatens maker of Trump wrestling GIF; Alt-Media vows revenge

On Sunday morning, July 2, 2017, President Trump tweeted a photoshopped GIF of him downing a wrestler whose face bore the CNN logo.

That’s CNN — the peddler of fake news, whose producer recently admitted on Project Veritas’ hidden camera that the network’s Trump-Russia story is ‘bullshit’ fake news, and contemptuously describes American voters as “Stupid as shit”.

Thin-skinned CNN went on the war path to track down the source of the Trump wrestler GIF to a Reddit poster, rumored to be a 15-year-old teen, who calls himself HanAssholeSolo (HAS). The network’s investigative KFile team then uncovered HAS’s real identity by using identifying information of key biographical details HAS had posted on Reddit and a Facebook search.

On July 4, two days after Trump’s tweet, CNN published an article written by Andrew Kaczynski, the head of CNN’s KFile team — “How CNN found the Reddit user behind the Trump wrestling GIF“.  In the article, Kaczynski describes how his KFile team uncovered HAS’s real identity and contacted HAS, after which HAS publicly apologized for the GIF and confirmed his identity.

Kaczynski writes:

“In the interview [with CNN], ‘HanA**holeSolo’ sounded nervous about his identity being revealed and asked to not be named out of fear for his personal safety and for the public embarrassment it would bring to him and his family.”

Despite the fact that HAS apologized to CNN for the GIF — which HAS is under no obligation to do, as he was simply exercising his Constitutional First Amendment right of free speech when he made the GIF — CNN (via Kacsynski) still threatens to dox (publicly reveal the identity) HAS if he does not behave properly in the future:

“CNN is not publishing ‘HanA**holeSolo’s’ name because he is a private citizen who has issued an extensive statement of apology, showed his remorse by saying he has taken down all his offending posts, and because he said he is not going to repeat this ugly behavior on social media again. In addition, he said his statement could serve as an example to others not to do the same.

CNN reserves the right to publish his identity should any of that change.

Kacsynski also claims that HansAssholeSolo is not 15 but a middle-aged man — which may or may not be true, as there is no way for us to verify the claim, unless HAS actually comes forth and reveals his age and identity.

Kacsynski’s threat was followed by an official statement from CNN:

As WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange points out, CNN and Kacsynski’s standing threat to dox HansAssholeSolo if he ever so much as make fun of CNN again is illegal. According to New York Penal Law §135.60, CNN’s threat is coercion in the second degree and a class A misdemeanor. PEN §135.60 states:

A person is guilty of coercion in the second degree when he or she compels or induces a person to engage in conduct which the latter has a legal right to abstain from engaging in, or to abstain from engaging in conduct in which he or she has a legal right to engage, or compels or induces a person to join a group, organization or criminal enterprise which such latter person has a right to abstain from joining, by means of instilling in him or her a fear that, if the demand is not complied with, the actor or another will:

1. Cause physical injury to a person;  or

2. Cause damage to property;  or

3. Engage in other conduct constituting a crime;  or

4. Accuse some person of a crime or cause criminal charges to be instituted against him or her;  or

5. Expose a secret or publicize an asserted fact, whether true or false, tending to subject some person to hatred, contempt or ridicule;  or

6. Cause a strike, boycott or other collective labor group action injurious to some person’s business;  except that such a threat shall not be deemed coercive when the act or omission compelled is for the benefit of the group in whose interest the actor purports to act;  or

7. Testify or provide information or withhold testimony or information with respect to another’s legal claim or defense;  or

8. Use or abuse his or her position as a public servant by performing some act within or related to his or her official duties, or by failing or refusing to perform an official duty, in such manner as to affect some person adversely;  or

9. Perform any other act which would not in itself materially benefit the actor but which is calculated to harm another person materially with respect to his or her health, safety, business, calling, career, financial condition, reputation or personal relationships.

The backlash against CNN-Kacsynski’s threat is swift and furious:

(1) On July 4, 2017, the chat forum 4chan‘s very resourceful /pol/ politically incorrect section declared war on CNN, vowing to utterly destroy the network. Here’s their “Declaration of War on CNN“:

“Sirs and madams,

Herein contained in this post is /pol/’s formal declaration of war against CNN. Your news agency has for years produced propaganda designed to brainwash the public at large into your sick worldview, and has non-stop endlessly harassed the good men and women of our website and in the right-wing at large. Your latest threat to dox an individual for creating a harmless meme is just another example of your malignant nature and the urgent need to shut your organization down for good.

That is why the ascendant nation of /pol/ has unanimously agreed that all of our resources will be put to the goal of ending your reign of terror. Do not take this lightly. We have the best cyber hackers in the world. We have access to memes that will forever damage the psyche of your company and its employees. We could bring you to heel with zero casualties if we so wanted. As such, we are offering you a chance to surrender now by our terms.

-Total surrender/ dismantlement of CNN and its sister companies and investigative organs
-Criminal prosecution by an impartial tribunal to accordingly sentence everyone involved in CNN and its crimes
-Immediate retraction of all hit pieces and false stories against the President of the United States along with an apology
-Cede all of CNN’s current economic and fiduciary assets to a private fund organized by representatives of /pol/ to be used for the development of new, alternative media organizations which will replace CNN
-Well-written apology to the person CNN threatened to dox

You have one week from the time of this posting. Our people will make certain that you see this message. Remember, we are anonymous. We do not forgive and we do not forget.

We’re waiting.”

And as promised, 4chan and other netcitizens delivered and will continue to exact retribution against CNN.

(2) On July 4, a 4chan poster discovered that Andrew Kaczynski follows the Church of Satan on Twitter. Is Kaczynski, like John Podesta, also a spirit-cooker?

(3) On July 5, netcitizens gave Andrew Kaczynski a taste of his own “dox” medicine by posting Kaczynski’s personal info. to pastebin and here.

(4) Someone did the research and discovered CNN is an All Jew Network, which defies the law of probability (click image below to enlarge):

(5) Reporting for the liberal Daily Caller on July 5, 2017, Betsy Rothstein claims that CNN staff have had their home addresses published and received anti-Semitic threats and accusations:

“Several anchors and reporters at CNN have had their home addresses published and have received threats of rape and other violence in the wake of a story published by Andrew Kaczynski . . . . Anti-network trolls are encouraging viewers to wrongly accuse CNN staffers of pedophilia and child pornography. There is also ‘tons of anti-Semitism.’”

Indeed, a 4chan netcitizen posted this list of home addresses of six CNN hosts and correspondents.

(6) Meme-makers got busy and created even more Trump vs. CNN pictures and GIFs. If the network had a hissy fit over the Trump wrestling GIF, this compilation is sure to give CNN honchos a stroke:

In this war, my bets are on 4chan.

Bring out the popcorn!

UPDATE:

CNN’s ratings are plummeting. From Daily Caller, July 6, 2017:

CNN has fallen to #13 in cable TV rankings, according to weekly numbers posted on Thursday by TV Newser.

The ratings slide comes as the network has come under heavy scrutiny for a variety of journalistic missteps, including the retraction of an article alleging that a Trump associate had illicit Russian business ties.

Fox News and MSNBC are listed as first and second, respectively, in the cable rankings, which measured average audience sizes for the period between June 26 and July 2. Fox News drew an audience of around 1.82 million while MSNBC drew an audience of 1.34 million. CNN had only 711,000 viewers on an average day during the measurement period.

To give some perspective to CNN’s average daily rating of 711,000 viewers:

Fellowship of the Minds, this humble little-known blog with a handful of unpaid volunteer writers, had its best day on August 21, 2014, when we got a phenomenal 355,340 unique views. That’s half of the 711,000 average daily rating of international cable TV and corporate giant CNN, whose anchors are paid $millions.

CNN producer admits Trump-Russia story is ‘bullshit’ fake news

Despite the fact that the FBI is not and has never investigated Donald Trump, last night in a unanimous resolution, the Oakland City Council joined other California cities in calling on Congress to investigate and impeach President Trump.

Grandstanding for the TV camera, Councilmember Dan Kalb, a co-sponsor of the resolution, specifically highlighted among the impeachable offenses Trump’s “releasing confidential information to Russia”.

Earth to low-info Dan Kalb:

“The Trump-Russia story is fake news, which a CNN producer admitted on camera is ‘bullshit’.”

On June 26, 2017, a day before Dan Kalb’s grandstanding, James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas released an undercover video of CNN Supervising Producer John Bonifield admitting on hidden camera that there is no proof to CNN’s Russia narrative.

Calling the Russia narrative “mostly bullshit” and that “we don’t have any giant proof,” Bonifield admits “I haven’t seen any good enough evidence to show that the President committed a crime.” He continues:

“I just feel like they don’t really have it but they want to keep digging. And so I think the President is probably right to say, like, look you are witch hunting me. You have no smoking gun, you have no real proof.”

Bonifield also states that the instructions to “bullshit” the Russia-Trump fake news came straight from the top — CNN’s CEO Jeff Zucker:

“Just to give you some context, President Trump pulled out of the climate accords and for a day and a half we covered the climate accords. And the CEO of CNN (Jeff Zucker) said in our internal meeting, he said good job everybody covering the climate accords, but we’re done with that, let’s get back to Russia.

Bonifeld also admits the driving factor at CNN is ratings and business is booming because “Trump is good for business right now,” and that talk of journalistic ethics is just “adorable” propaganda fluff:

“It’s a business, people are like the media has an ethical phssssss… All the nice cutesy little ethics that used to get talked about in journalism school you’re just like, that’s adorable. That’s adorable. This is a business.”

In fact, at last week’s Cannes Lions festival in France, lying Jeff Zucker crowed that viewers trust CNN “more than ever”.

Project Veritas’ founder James O’Keefe, 32, points out what should be obvious, but evidently is not to liberal so-called journalists:

“To report not on facts, but instead on narratives that yield high ratings, is exactly the definition of fake news. We said we are going after the media, and there is a lot more to come.”

Fake News: CNN Becky Anderson stages fake Muslim ‘peace protest’ in London

Journalists are supposed to report, not make up, news.

Yesterday morning (June 4, 2017), UK independent journalist Mark @markantro tweeted a video he took of CNN staging a phony demonstration of a Muslim peace group in London. He writes:

CNN creating the narrative

Note the white police officers leaving before the CNN shot & the Asian officers coming in. They then left after they went off air!

The video shows CNN journalist Becky Anderson staging the street theater. See her giving directions to police (or crisis actors) in yellow jackets, and a group of Muslims (a child, men, and women in head scarves), as each lays down flowers to terrorist victims and holds up professionally-printed #TurnToLove #ForLondon signs.

Here’s a GIF of Anderson giving directions, in case YouTube takes down the video:

Anderson then proceeded to report the fake protest she’d just staged as real news. Here’s her tweet:

CNN Anderson’s fake news is being disseminated as real news by other media.

BBC reported it as real news. Scotsman Donald @DonOftheDead tweets:

AP journalist Raphael Satter also reported CNN Anderson’s fakery as real news by posting to his Twitter account a picture of the staged photo-op.

CNN is a habitual purveyor of fake news. See:

CNN president Jeff Zucker threatens President Trump

journalists-creed

In the 2016 election, many in the mainstream media were in-your-face with their pro-Hillary partisan bias. See:

All boastful hyperbole aside, it was the Alternative Media’s reporting, especially the emails of the DNC, Hillary, and John Podesta released by the heroic WikiLeaks, which played an estimable role in helping Donald Trump defeat Hillary Clinton.

Although the New York Times has expressed regret for its biased reporting, others have not, notably the Washington Post and CNN (Cable News Network) who have only redoubled their undisguised and adamant opposition against President Trump.

It was Washington Post that approvingly and with malice cited an anonymous website’s (PropOrNot) defamation of of 200 AltMedia websites as intentional or unintentional agents of the Russian government in the 2016 election. See:

CNN also makes clear its continuing bias and hostility against Trump. See:

jeff-zucker

On January 17, 2017, CNN’s president Jeff Zucker went beyond the network’s biased reporting when he issued a veiled but real threat against President Trump.

In a discussion with Gabriel Sherman of New York magazine on Jan. 18, 2017, Zucker defended CNN’s report of a Russian dossier by Obama administration intelligence agencies containing an unverified fabrication of Trump, while in Moscow, hiring prostitutes to urinate on a hotel bed that Obama allegedly had slept in.

See “CNN Fake News: U.S. intelligence memo says Russia has ‘compromising’ information on Trump

When he was asked why CNN saw fit to publish allegations that “weren’t verified,” Zucker answered that “We didn’t pass judgment on the allegations. We reported we had not been able to corroborate them.”

Then he was asked if he’s “concerned about getting access to Trump,” given Trump bypassing a CNN reporter at his press conference the week before. This is what President of CNN Worldwide Jeff Zucker said:

I think the era of access journalism as we’ve known it is over. It doesn’t worry me that Donald Trump hasn’t done an interview with CNN in eight months. I think our credibility is higher than ever, and our viewership is higher than ever, and our reporting is as strong as ever. One of the things I think this administration hasn’t figured out yet is that there’s only one television network that is seen in Beijing, Moscow, Seoul, Tokyo, Pyongyang, Baghdad, Tehran, and Damascus — and that’s CNN. The perception of Donald Trump in capitals around the world is shaped, in many ways, by CNN. Continuing to have an adversarial relationship with that network is a mistake.

I take Zucker’s statement “Continuing to have an adversarial relationship with that network is a mistake” to be a threat that implies that CNN — a cable and satellite television channel owned by the Turner Broadcasting System division of a U.S. company, Time Warner  — will continue to engage in biased reporting in order to create and foment a negative perception of the President of the United States “in capitals around the world”.

MSM’s lie about how many attended Trump’s inauguration

Don’t believe the MSM’s lies about the sparse number of people who attended Trump’s presidential inauguration yesterday.

THE LIE

The pic below is a screenshot I took from a Daily Mail article. The pic is CNN’s; the caption is Daily Mail‘s.

cnn-daily-mail-lie-on-attendance-at-trumps-inauguration-1-20-2017

THE TRUTH

Below is a screenshot I took from C-SPAN’s live coverage of Trump’s inauguration yesterday.

↓ Click image to enlarge ↓

trump-inauguration-1-20-2017

To lie is to deceive, and there are many ways to deceive and to lie.

Even if we assume that the CNN pic is real, taken at the inauguration, it is a misleading and dissembling type of lie, the purpose of which is to get us to believe in an untruth. The perspective from which the CNN photo was taken minimizes the crowd. In this age of super-clear digital photography, it is curious that the CNN pic is so blurry that the people look like clumps of autumn leaves.

In contrast, the screenshot I took from C-SPAN’s live feed of the inauguration is from the perspective of the Capitol building. It also clearly shows the people in attendance, instead of depicting them as indecipherable clumps.

The CNN pic therefore is a misleading/dissembling lie, to lead us to think that, in the words of Daily Mail‘s caption, “The National Mall was noticeably sparse with people during Trump’s inauguration,” which it most definitely was not.

CNN has a disturbing and proven record of biased partisanship and fake news. See:

UPDATE (Jan. 22, 2017):

The number of attendees at Trump’s inauguration is estimated to be about 800,000, according to The Blaze, which is less than Obama’s, but more than the inaugurations of George W. Bush and Bill Clinton:

President Bill Clinton, 1993: 800,000 people
President Bill Clinton, 1997: 250,000 people
President George W. Bush, 2001: 300,000 people
President George W. Bush, 2005: 400,000 people
President Barack Obama, 2009: 1.8 million people
President Barack Obama, 2013: 1 million people

However, the New York Times points out that we may never get an accurate count of Trump’s inauguration because:

“The cloudy skies above this year’s inauguration means that there will likely be no clear satellite imagery of Washington. Without satellite imagery it is difficult to make a complete and accurate estimate of crowd size.”

A man who tried but did not get into the National Mall for the inauguration told freelance journalist Jim Stone that many more people showed up but could not get in because of exra-tight security:

“There were 10’s of thousands of people on the non ticket line, and the line was incredibly slow.

Everyone behind me for about 7 blocks, 5-7 wide on the sidewalks did not get in either. I was three blocks away when the inauguration started. I followed many others and many stayed.

I tried to make my way to the parade route, and that was a cluster fuck as well. Slow lines, searching everything, taking everyone’s umbrellas.

Jim Stone believes that security did not allow many into the National Mall because of concerns about umbrella guns.

Finally, attendance at an inauguration is not the only indicator of enthusiasm. EW (Entertainment Weekly) reports that:

“Donald Trump’s inauguration [TV] ratings were the second-highest in 36 years, according to Nielsen.

The swearing-in of the 45th president was seen by 30.6 million viewers across 12 networks.”

The only inauguration over the last three decades that tops Trump’s number was Barack Obama’s first inauguration back in 2009, which was seen by 37.8 million viewers.

UPDATE (Jan.26, 2017):

Here’s the highest quality photo of Trump’s inauguration, finally released by CNN (click to enlarge):

Trump’s war with the CIA

During the 2016 presidential campaign, the MSM made no secret of their partiality for Hillary Clinton.

Relations between Trump and the media came to a head yesterday, over a CNN report that the Russian government has “compromising” information on Trump — information that is detailed in a “classified” 35-page dossier, a synopsis of which was handed to Trump when he met last week with four top intelligence officials (Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, and NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers).

The dossier allegedly had been compiled by a former British intelligence (MI6) official for Trump’s GOP primary campaign opponents, and later for Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Another media outlet, Buzzfeed, published the dossier, including the salacious allegation only a pimply-faced teenager living in his mom’s basement would conjure — that Trump, during a visit to Moscow, had hired hookers to urinate on a bed Obama had slept in.

The CNN report completely fell apart less than 24 hours after it was published:

  • Trump denounced it as “fake news” and a “political witch hunt”. In his press conference yesterday morning, Trump called CNN “fake news,” and Buzzfeed a “failing pile of garbage”.
  • The Kremlin denies having a “compromising” dossier on Trump and calls the intelligence report a “complete fabrication”.
  • A poster on 4chan claims to have concocted the Trump “golden showers” story, which he sent to Rick Wilson — the GOP consultant who called for assassinating Trump — who sent it to the CIA, which then put it in their official classified intelligence report on the election. (ZeroHedge)
  • Carl Bernstein, who co-wrote the CNN report, said the MI6 spook, Chris Steele, had given the dossier of memos to Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), who is overtly anti-Trump. McCain, in turn, handed it to the FBI. (New York Post)
  • In a phone conversation with Trump yesterday (Jan. 11) evening, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper called the 35-page dossier “a private security company document” that “is not a U.S. Intelligence Community product”. Clapper said the intelligence community (IC) “has not made any judgment that the information in this document is reliable, and we did not rely upon it in any way for our conclusions.” He also said he does not believe the leaks came from within the IC. (DNI Clapper Statement on Conversation with President-elect Trump)

Despite Clapper’s “make nice” phone call to Trump, it’s no secret that the intelligence agencies of the Obama administration, with their allegations of Russia hacking and intervening in the election to favor Trump, are hell-bent on subverting the November 8 election.

Trump, for his part, has said that he will reform the intelligence agencies, beginning with the CIA.

chuck-shumer

On January 3, 2017, responding to MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow‘s description of  Trump as “taking these shots, antagonisms, taunting the intelligence community,” Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said something quite ominous:

“Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday of getting back at you. So, even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he’s being really dumb to do this.”

Is that a threat?

Former Senator Ron Paul (R) thinks so.

In the “Liberty Report” on January 5, 2017, Paul had an interesting exchange with Daniel McAdams, Executive Directive of the Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity.

9:28 mark: McAdams says Chuck Schumer is “plugged in pretty well to the deep state,” then quotes what Schumer said on MSNBC, that Trump is “really dumb” to take on the intelligence community because the latter “have six ways from Sunday of getting back at you.”

McAdams observes, “That is very chilling,” and asks Paul if what Schumer said is “a threat” at Donald Trump.

Paul: “This is not a lie. I think he [Schumer] is speaking the truth there — better watch out. I think Trump knows about it. That’s why he has private security.

Paul also had plenty of other interesting things to say about the CIA:

“They’ve gotten us into so much trouble. The evidence is so overwhelming that they’ve been involved in many assassinations, not only…the Kennedy assassination, maybe both Kennedys’ for all we know.”

Paul said the CIA is so secretive that “even as a member of Congress,” he couldn’t find out “what was really going on and sometimes I don’t even know what was going on…. I don’t think they give us information. They hide information from us…and they mislead us.” So Paul applauds Trump’s plan to look into and shrink the intelligence agencies. But he warns that Trump’s reform will be met with “great resistance”.

McAdams said something that I’ve read on other blogs and sites, that there are factions within the intelligence agencies. McAdams said that parts of the CIA “have been in open warfare against Trump through the campaign. So many ‘anonymous’ leaks from intelligence officials.” Implying that Trump knows what he’s up against, McAdams noted that Trump has “surrounded himself very closely with military types, military officers,” and that there’s an “ongoing tension between Pentagon intelligence analysis and what the CIA does,” as in Syria “where the CIA troops are fighting the Pentagon troops on the ground”.

Paul said there are 17 intelligence agencies altogether and that “the deep state is involved”. Paul also said that he does not believe the Obama administration’s claims that Russia hacked and intervened in the 2016 election — “I don’t think they have the evidence”. He points out that it is the U.S. government and the CIA that repeatedly intervene in other countries’ elections — as many as 81 elections since WWII and 50 assassinations.

McAdams points out the hypocrisy of John McCain accusing Russia of intervening in our election when McCain “went to Ukraine and actually participated in the overthrow of an elected government” and “did the same thing and went into Syria and met with a bunch of terrorists” because McCain wants to overthrow the Assad government.”

8:45 mark: Paul said Trump “will have problems achieving” reform of the intelligence agencies “because there’s so many obstacles and he won’t know who really represents the CIA unless he is well attuned to the deep state because the real orders and assassinations” are given to the CIA by the deep state.

In its post, “The Final Takedown of Trump Begins in Earnest,” State of the Nation concludes:

“There can be only one reason for the fake dossier that was fabricated by rogue elements within the U.S. intelligence community. To use it as a pretext to delegitimize the presidency of Donald Trump by traitors within the Obama Administration and DNC, as well as rogue intelligence agencies.

That this unvetted fraud was then quickly disseminated throughout the global MSM provides further evidence of a highly organized coup against the president-elect. […]

Make no mistake about it: from now until Inauguration Day will be the most dangerous times for Donald Trump and his transition team. The very future of the United States of America now hangs in the balance as never before.”
