Kincade fire revisited

On October 23,2019 a fire ignited in Northern California. The location was next to John Kincade Road. southeast of the town of Cloverdale in Sonoma county. A place that I am very familiar. It’s where I grew up and called home for many years..  Spending about 35 years in Sonoma county(home of the Bohemian Grove) , there are few places within the county I haven’t left my footprint. That would include The Geysers geothermal field located in California’s Mayacamas Mountains which John Kincade Road passes through. The birth of the Kincade Fire.
Cal fire reports fire starting at 9:27 pm..  If you do a Google search you will find the media reporting start times at 9:24 pn and 9:27 pm.   When the fire was called in, we are told the caller reported a power line was down.  The caller or  the report of the power line being down has not been confirmed.   Unconfirmed or not , the media still reports it as if it were factual evidence.  The media is also leading people to believe it was at a location of a PG & E  high power transmission tower PG &E claims that one of its  lines e failed  at exactly 9:20 pm.   Four  or seven  minutes (depending which media organization is reporting it) before the fire started.  Here is a photo of  the tower and the location. Image 1A

Image 1A

There is a video that is being circulated that shows the exact time and location the fire started.  The various media organizations claim this  video proves where, how, why and when the fire started.  They insinuate the power line broke on the transmission line tower, shut the light off at powerplant  building (seen in the photo) and that the broken power line started the fire 4 minutes or 7 minutes later,  at that very location.  I’m going to use that video and show you that the fire started at/or  before their 4 minute or  7 minute claim.  I’ll also show you that the fire ignited at a different location. Vindicating PG & E for being the cause of this fire.

The video they/we are using was filmed from around 20 to 21 miles away.  The camera was located on a tower in Santa Rosa.  It’s part of a network of cameras placed throughout California set up to spot fires. The  Image 2A is a nightshot of the location of the transmission tower from 20 miles away.    The bright light is the location of the building by the transmission tower.  On the right in the image there is a map.  The yellow triangle at the bottom is the camera’s location and the yellow balloon is where the light is located at.  This is the camera that captured the frames in the video.

camloc3

Image 2A

The  video is a time lapse video.  It’s presented at a higher speed. When played at the speed presented, it appears that the light went out and the fire started at the same location.  I’ve provided the video below.

The video can be deceiving when only viewed at the higher speed. What I did was slow the video down, closer to actual time, to get a better understanding of  the actual time the fire bwecame visable.  I managed to capture four frames back to back. One frame was at 21:19:51(the last time the light was on).  Next frame was at 21:19:55(no light, no fire visable).   Next frame was at 21:20:09(first time fire becomes visable but difficult to see so I tossed it).  Final frame is at 21:20:13(when the fire becomes clearly visable).

Keeping three frames I stacked them  frame by frame so that you can see all three events occurred within a 18 second time period.  Image 3A  The bottom frame is when the fire becomes visable.  The middle frame(red box) shows the time between the light being visable and the fire being visable.  The top frame show the last time the light was visable. Notice the times.  The fire becomes visable within 18 seconds after the light shut off.  Proving the fire started long before 9:24 pm or 9:27 pm. There was no 4 or 7 minutes later.  Also, notice the locations of the light and the fire.  Two different locations.  Remember, this is being filmed from 20 miles away.  The fire and light appear close together.  As you get closer to the event, the distance between the two locations is far greater.

Image 3A

In the next image I took 1/2 of the first frame and 1/2 the last frame and matched them together to show the 2 different locations. Image 4A

Image 4A

The video and images clearly show that the fire started at a different loication and long beforew the 4 or 7 minutes. So where was the ignition point?  Taking the informatioin I had available, I did the following. I knew the distance from the camera was around 20 to 21 miles away. The angle was about 2 degrees difference between the fire and the light.  I used the method in Image 5A and came up with the results in Image 6A.

Image 5A

In Image 6A the red ballon is the location of the powereplant building with the light that shut off and the transmission tower that supposedly started the fire.  My results led me to believe  fire started in the area circled in green.  My location is pretty close to the location Cal Fire post as being the ignition point of the fire as seen in  Image 7A( Cal Fire, red ballon. The blue circle is location  the media is pushing).

image 7A

Something I should also mention is that the fire became visable from 20 miles away within 18 seconds.  The fire had to have been burning a lot longer than 18 seconds to be visable at that distance.  The only other way to get a fire to flash that quickly is by using  an accelerant.  In the case of an accelerant, there would have been a huge flash when the fire was ignited.  Exactly what a witness in this next video mentioned.

Additional talking points

Calpine

The media is focused on that single location as being to ignition point.  Why don’t they put some attention on the owner of the powerplant building where the light shut off?  The owner is Calpine.  Calpine ownes the majority of the powerplants at The Geysers.  They claim to have shut their facilities down due to high winds.  Why?  Winds have zero effect on geothermal plants.  PG & E owns all the high power transmission lines.  Wind would have no impact on the powerplant.  Also, the powerplants generate their own power.  PG &E high power transmission line failing would not shut the lights off at the power plant.  Even if it was connected to the plant.  Powerplants provide electricity to PG &E, not the opposite way around..  Any line failure of PG &E would never shut the power off at the powerplant.

Calpine is owned by Energy Capital Partrners(ECP). ECP has owned assets in every major power market in the USA. Their portfolio can be viewed here.

Cal Fire

It’ was fairly easy to eliminate the transmission tower as being the cause of the fire.  Why doesn’t Cal Fire speak up?

Cal Fire resources  .

“CAL FIRE owns and operates over 3,000 fire and emergency response and resource protection vehicles. In support of its ground forces, the CAL FIRE emergency response air program includes 23 Grumman S-2T 1,200 gallon airtankers, 11 UH-1H Super Huey helicopters, and 14 OV-10A airtactical. From 13 air attack and nine helitack bases located statewide, aircraft can reach most fires within 20 minutes”.

In addition I found the following.  They have 61 dozers,  50 fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft which include  , 2 Air King A200 and   1 or more of the  following, Dornier Do-228, C-23A Sherpa (SD3-30), Air Tractor AT-802A “FireBoss” ,  Grumman S-2T, Lockheed P-2 Neptune, CL-215/ Bombardier 415 “Superscooper”, Douglas DC-7,McDonnell Douglas MD-87, British Aerospace Bae 146/ Avro RJ85, L188 Electra,  Lockheed C-130 Hercules, Boeing 747, DC-10,  AH-1 Firewatch “Cobra” ,Sikorsky S-61, Sikorsky S-64, Sikorsky S -70 “Firehawk”,Eurocopter AS-332L,  Boeing-Vertol BV 107, Boeing 234 “Chinook”, Kaman “K-Max”, Bell 212, Bell 205 A++, Bell 412, Bell 407, Bell 206B “JetRanger”,  Bell 206L-III “LongRanger”, Eurocopter AS350 AStar, MD 500D,    Aérospatiale SA 315B “Lama”, Alouette 316B, Lockheed C-130, UH -60 “Blackhawk”, Boeing CH-46 “Sea Knight”, CH -47 “Chinook”, Sikorsky CH-53E “Super Stallion” (Sikorsky S-80E).  For details click here.

Cal Fire’s budget is up to 2.6 billion dollars.

Besides wondering why Cal Fire has all the military class aircraft that we never see,   I have to ask ” with all the money spent on Cal Fire and the inventory of helicopters and dozers that they own,  why did the decide to contract out for fire suppression instead of using their own inventory?”  Cal Fire didn’t use any of their dozers or helicopters for the kincade fire,

CalFire

California has become a “hustling ground” for the state leadership(Democrats).   Clearly it looks as if they are using Cal Fire and  fire disasters to scame money out of Californians as well as tax payers throughout the USA.  The residents in California end up suffering the most.  Cal Fire knows exactly what caused the Kincade fire. Democrats have made it clear that they want to control/ownership the power supply in California.  Cal Fire’s silence only helps them attain that goal.  Cal Fire’s leadership is a joke.  Back in the day we used to have smoke jumpers that would have shut this fire down. Where are they?  More time was spent talking about, watching the fire then was spent on fighting it.  Totally disgusting.  Having some experience fighting forest fires I understand it’s difficult work so I commend those that actually fought the fire. My appreciation goes out to you.

I am in no way a fan of PG &E.  I am far less a fan of the democrat leadership.   It would be nice to see a little bit of integrity coming from their way. I don’t believe for one second that PG &E is responsible for the Kincade fire.  PG &E had shut the power down at 5:00 pm earlier that day. The light we saw in the video had to be running on the powerplants own electricity. Also, the high power transmission lines are built to handle winds up to 145 mph.  Another thing that never gets mentioned is that there are other companies that have power lines in the same area.

PG &E initiated its power shut offs were more than likely done because high winds automatically shut down their wind generators thoughout the state.  It wasn’t fire they were worried about.  They were worried about not being able to supply the power needed.

The high winds have zero to do with climate change,  If a person wants to know what causes the weather all they would need to do is see who was flying “weather modification” missions earlier that week.  That’s the cause of California droughts and all the dead trees through out California.  That’s why we have man made aluminum dust covering a large part of the state.

My last to thoughts today are “Never believe anything that comes out of the mouth of a California politician or State official, at any level.  They are always lying to you” and “The fire evacuations during the Kincade fire were not done to save people.  They were done because they didn’t want you to see what they were doing.”   Even if you saw something…….

More than 100 of the approximately 430 cell sites in Sonoma County were knocked out of service because of a loss of power Monday, the peak day for cellphone network outages during the 11-day period since the Kincade fire erupted on Oct. 23, according to Federal Communications Commission records.

The Guardian: Want to fight climate change? Have fewer babies!

white babies picture from the guardian stop images

The Guardian’s photo of choice/Stop Images

Notice the picture that The Guardian chose to use: it’s only white babies. What are they trying to tell us?
From The Guardian: The greatest impact individuals can have in fighting climate change is to have one fewer child, according to a new study that identifies the most effective ways people can cut their carbon emissions.
The next best actions are selling your car, avoiding long flights (paging Leo), and eating a vegetarian diet. These reduce emissions many times more than common green activities, such as recycling, using low energy light bulbs or drying washing on a line. However, the high impact actions are rarely mentioned in government advice and school textbooks, researchers found.
Carbon emissions must fall to two tonnes of CO2 per person by 2050 to avoid severe global warming, but in the US and Australia emissions are currently 16 tonnes per person and in the UK seven tonnes. “That’s obviously a really big change and we wanted to show that individuals have an opportunity to be a part of that,” said Kimberly Nicholas, at Lund University in Sweden and one of the research team.
The new study, published in Environmental Research Letters, sets out the impact of different actions on a comparable basis. By far the biggest ultimate impact is having one fewer child, which the researchers calculated equated to a reduction of 58 tonnes of CO2 for each year of a parent’s life.
The figure was calculated by totting up the emissions of the child and all their descendants, then dividing this total by the parent’s lifespan. Each parent was ascribed 50% of the child’s emissions, 25% of their grandchildren’s emissions and so on.
“We recognise these are deeply personal choices. But we can’t ignore the climate effect our lifestyle actually has,” said Nicholas. “It is our job as scientists to honestly report the data. Like a doctor who sees the patient is in poor health and might not like the message ‘smoking is bad for you’, we are forced to confront the fact that current emission levels are really bad for the planet and human society.”
“In life, there are many values on which people make decisions and carbon is only one of them,” she added. “I don’t have children, but it is a choice I am considering and discussing with my fiance. Because we care so much about climate change that will certainly be one factor we consider in the decision, but it won’t be the only one.”

Bill Nye becomes science warrior in Netflix series

bill nye
It’s Hollyweird…a faux scientist can become a real one in the land of make believe.
From CNN: Can Bill Nye really save the world? Probably not by preaching to the choir, which doesn’t make his half-hour Netflix show “Bill Nye Saves the World” any less noteworthy as a breezy blow struck on behalf of science, despite a few structural miscalculations.
The title alone speaks volumes: Premiering more than 20 years after “Bill Nye the Science Guy” started on PBS, the new series is pitched primarily toward adults, casting the bow-tie-wearing Nye as an advocate and science warrior, trying to beat back the anti-scientific thought and quackery that’s prevalent, especially within the political sphere.
Nye turns his attention to a different topic in each installment. They include the need to vaccinate children, the reality of climate change (inevitably) and applying a “Quack-O-Meter” to alternative medicines.
The episodes feature the host engaging in low-key, roundtable discussions with experts, and also taped pieces — dispatching a correspondent to India, for example, to document the success vaccination has registered there in preventing polio. Nye’s explanations are clear, simple and often funny, capitalizing on a sort-of nerd-chic personality that’s well suited to the program’s micro-budget, including perhaps the world’s tiniest studio audience.
The producers, however, apparently felt pressure to up the ante on entertainment value, and rather unfortunately chose to add what amount to little comedy sketches to illustrate their points. Those segments range from celebrity cameos (Zach Braff drops by to rail about the climate) to having different actors portray various diseases, modeling T-shirts with names like “POLIO” and “INFLUENZA.”
These vignettes are harmlessly goofy but also wholly unnecessary, feeling like a form of pandering in a series that seeks to arm its audience with greater scientific knowledge.
Like astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, Nye has a lot to offer at this moment in time, when there’s such a strong, politically motivated culture of science denial. His eagerness to deliver straight talk on these matters — from asking whether vaccinations should be mandatory to lambasting the U.S. for failing to lead on climate change — will surely feel like a tonic to those share his concerns.
While “Bill Nye Saves the World” is a relatively modest enterprise by Netflix’s standards, it is, overall, an admirable addition to its lineup. If it’s not quite a rescue mission, Nye appears to have taken to heart the concept of trying to provide a small beacon of light rather than just cursing the darkness.

Agenda 21: Rio+20 and ICLEI Hypocrites

[youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QGkAchO1bg]

ICLEI Members Admit “Bait and Switch”
6/18/2012   Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
To advance public action on global warming, participants attending the ICLEI World Congress admitted today that they are deliberately employing new terminology to misdirect opponents and gain acceptance of their efforts to reduce energy use and greenhouse gases. By utilizing terms like “sustainability” and “sustainable development,” the group wants to mask its objectives and disarm would-be critics who might otherwise oppose their agenda, ICLEI attendees confided with CFACT representatives at the conference.
Huxley Lawler, Executive Coordinator of Environment and Climate Change of the Gold Coast City Council in Australia (an ICLEI member), told CFACT Executive Director Craig Rucker bluntly that we don’t use the term climate change anymore. It’s sustainable development.” Rucker and CFACT staffer Abdul Kamara confirmed this in conversations with other delegates, including Paul Chambers, a Sustainability Manager for the Auckland Council in New Zealand. Chambers said it is important to use inexact environment protection terminology when dealing with conservative governments…….

"Those Diabolical Tea Partiers Ruin Our Meetings" Cries Urban Planner

Disrupting the Delphi Technique is Working

The following are small excerpts from a much longer article by an Urban Planner -Smart Growth guru complaining about how the Tea Party is ruining everything!

I highly recommend reading it as a quick pick-me-up for those discouraged in the Agenda 21 battle.    There are tons of sassy comments from ornery tea partiers!   ~LTG

How the Tea Party Is Upending Urban Planning

…Across the country, Tea Party activists have been storming planning meetings of all kinds, opposing various plans by local and regional government having anything to do with density, smart growth, sustainability or urbanism. In California, Tea Party activists gained enough signatures for a ballot measure repealing the state’s baseline environmental regulations, while also targeting the Senate Bill 375, the 2008 law that seeks to combat climate change by promoting density and regional planning.
…We’ve spent a lot of time and effort on fostering civic engagement, through a program for mediating land use disputes, or helping community residents visualize future scenarios. Since Jacobs, giving people a voice has been paramount in planning. Local Tea Party leaders attack those kinds of efforts as a ruse – that planners have draped the public process with the trappings of citizen input, while in fact all the decisions to promote smart growth have already been made. Some might wonder whether there’s some truth to that.
Yet, as in national politics, the Tea Party view doesn’t leave room for compromise. Even the most open-minded and free-speech supporting planner can’t operate when the framework for the dialogue itself has been invalidated. Where does one go from there? The skirmishes at town halls around the country over the past year or so means that planners will have to try even harder to make their case. But in the mean time, the chairman of that sleepy planning board hearing might be eying the exits, looking for a black helicopter, to make a run for it.       Full Article

Agenda 21 In One Easy Lesson

Awareness of Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development is racing across the nation as citizens in community after community are learning what their city planners are actually up to. As awareness grows, I am receiving more and more calls for tools to help activists fight back. Many complain that elected officials just won’t read detailed reports or watch long videos. “Can you give us something that is quick, and easy to read that we can hand out,” I’m asked.
So here it is. A one page, quick description of Agenda 21 that fits on one page. I’ve also included for the back side of your hand out a list of quotes for the perpetrators of Agenda 21 that should back up my brief descriptions.

Where did Agenda 21 come from daddy? Well, honey, it all started with a man named Maurice Strong

Canadian internationalist and Rockefeller errand boy, Maurice Strong, is the father of Agenda 21.  This plan has been in the works since the early 1970s;  premised on climate change, the old Rockefeller hobby horse — population control, redistribution of wealth and social justice. ~LTG

Al Gore Hissy Fit – Recorded for Our Delight

[youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VKiepplqmow]
Verbatim Text provided on Michelle Malkin’s website:

The model of media manipulation used then [cigarette companies delaying implementation of the surgeon general’s report on the hazards of smoking], Gore said, “was transported whole cloth into the climate debate. And some of the exact same people — I can go down a list of their names — are involved in this. And so what do they do? They pay pseudo-scientists to pretend to be scientists to put out the message: ‘This climate thing, it’s nonsense. Man-made CO2 doesn’t trap heat. It may be volcanoes.’ Bullshit! ‘It may be sun spots.’ Bullshit! ‘It’s not getting warmer.’ Bullshit!” Gore exclaimed.
“When you go and talk to any audience about climate, you hear them washing back at you the same crap over and over and over again,” he continued. “There’s no longer a shared reality on an issue like climate even though the very existence of our civilization is threatened. People have no idea! … It’s no longer acceptable in mixed company, meaning bipartisan company, to use the goddamn word climate. It is not acceptable. They have polluted it to the point where we cannot possibly come to an agreement on it.”

Kiss of Death: Gore Loves Romney

Real Conservatives already know 2012 candidate Mitt Romney is a RINO.

But many Republicans are still deluded, or Romney’s poll numbers wouldn’t be so high. So this information is for all you sheeple Repubs out there.

In his first townhall meeting, in New Hampshire, since announcing he’s running — again — for the presidency, Romney said “he believes the world is getting warmer and that humans are contributing to that pattern.”

That got an enthusiastic knod of approval from none other than the phony Green guru, Al Gore, who owns four luxury mansions, travels in carbon-burning jet planes, and became a multimillionaire from peddling his Manmade Global Warming tripe.

This is what Gore wrote on his Al Gore’s Blog:

Good for Mitt Romney — though we’ve long passed the point where weak lip-service is enough on the Climate Crisis

June 15, 2011 : 12:49 PM

Yea, baby.

Way to go, Mitt Romney!
