Racism: Sen. Chuck Schumer won’t vote for judge because he’s white

On February 28, 2018, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said he would not vote for Trump judicial nominee Marvin Quattlebaum because he’s a white male.

Schumer fumed:

“The nomination of Marvin Quattlebaum speaks to the overall lack of diversity in President Trump’s selections for the federal judiciary. Quattlebaum replaces not one, but two scuttled Obama nominees who were African American. As of February 14th, 83% of President Trump’s confirmed nominees were male, 92% were white. That represents the lowest share of non-white candidates in three decades. It’s long past time that the judiciary starts looking a lot more like the America it represents. Having a diversity of views and experiences on the federal bench is necessary for the equal administration of justice.

To begin, Sen. Schumer is in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination in employment on the basis of race, color, sex, or ethnic origin.

As for Schumer’s contention that those in government must “look a lot more like the America it represents,” then he should begin by looking into a mirror:

  • According to Wikipedia, Jews make up 1.7% to 2.6% of the U.S. population, numbering 5.5 to 8 million.
  • Compared to their percentage in the U.S. population, however, Jews are way over-represented in government:
    • Jews make up 33.33% (or 3 of 9) of the U.S. Supreme Court — Stephen Bryer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Elena Kagan. (Source: Jewish Virtual Library)
    • Jews make up 5.6% (or 30) of the 115th Congress: 5.1% (or 22 representatives) of the House; 8% (or 8 senators) of the Senate. (Pew Research Center)

Given the over-representation of Jews in the Senate, and since Chuck Schumer is Jewish, I urge him to resign in the interest of making the Senate “look a lot more like the America it represents”.

Arthur Marvin Quattlebaum Jr., 53, received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He was the president of the South Carolina Bar from 2011 to 2012, and is a partner at the office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP.

On August 3, 2017, President Trump nominated Quattlebaum to serve as a U.S. District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. On March 1, 2018, the Senate voted 69-28 to confirm his nomination.

Classy: Amy Schumer’s wedding vow is to give her husband BJs

On February 13, wearing a low-cut, see-through, sans-underwear gown, unfunny comedienne Amy Schumer, 36, niece of Demonrat senator Chuck Schumer (NY), married Chris Fischer, 36, in a “secret ceremony”.

They had known each other for only three months before their wedding.

During a podcast interview on the SiriusXM show, You Up with Nikki Glaser, Schumer articulately informed the public about their wedding vows (ENews):

“Mine sucked! I thought mine were good, I wrote mine in like, 20 minutes. I was crying when I wrote them, but his blew me out of the water so hard.

In my vows I go, ‘But I promise I’ll keep going down on you, even though everyone tells me I won’t.’ And his were like, heckling me too. He was like, ‘The other day I lost a tennis match and you called me a f–king loser.’ It was all like, awful sh-t.

All his stories about me that were supposed to be endearing were about me screaming at him. I just annoy him all day. I’ll be like, ‘Do you want to play a game?’ and he’s like, ‘What?’ And I’m like, ‘Guess how many times I sneezed today?’ And like, that’ll be the game. And he’ll be like, ‘Three.’ And I’ll be like, ‘Don’t remember!’ And he’s like, ‘I’m spending my life with this worthless monster?'”

A lifetime of BJs from Amy Schumer surely must be one of Dante’s circles of Hell.

Demorats propose ban on assault weapons

molon labe

Maybe demorats should start by having their precious federal government enforce current laws. Oh wait, we know how much they really care about following the law

From NY Post: Nearly two dozen Democratic senators, including Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand of New York, introduced a bill on Wednesday to ban the sale of military-style assault weapons and bump stock devices like the one used in the Las Vegas massacre, saying it “will begin removing the weapons of war on our streets.”

“We’re introducing an updated assault weapons ban for one reason: so that after every mass shooting with a military-style assault weapon, the American people will know that a tool to reduce these massacres is sitting in the Senate, ready for a debate and a vote,” said a statement released by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif).

The legislation calls for a ban on the “sale, manufacture, transfer and importation of 205 military-style assault weapons by name,” but allows owners to keep their existing weapons.

The measure also proposes to ban “bump-fire stocks and other devices that allow semi-automatic weapons to fire at fully automatic rates.”

The madman who opened fire on an open-air concert in Las Vegas last month outfitted his weapons with a bump-fire stock that allowed him to turn his semi-automatic rifles into rapid-fire weapons and spray thousands of rounds in the span of about 10 minutes. He killed 58 people and wounded hundreds more in the deadliest mass shooting in US history.

Five weeks later, a deranged Air Force veteran opened fire on a church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, using an AR-15-style assault rifle. He emptied 15 magazines and killed 26 congregants.

Democrats called on their Republican counterparts to begin a discussion on gun violence after the killings, but GOP lawmakers and President Trump responded it was “too soon” after the tragedy and would be “disrespectful to the dead.”

Trump initially said the church shooting “isn’t a gun situation” it is “a mental health problem” then rejected calls for stepped up background checks.

Asked about “extreme vetting” for gun buyers while on an overseas trip this week in South Korea, he said: “If you did what you’re suggesting, there would have been no difference three days ago and you might not have had that very brave person who happens to have a gun or a rifle in his trunk.”

The Democrats’ legislation also calls for a ban of assault weapons that take a “detachable ammunition magazine and has a pistol grip, a forward grip, a barrel shroud, a threaded barrel or a folding or telescoping stock.”

It says 2,200 types of guns used for “hunting, household defense or recreational purposes” will be exempted.

This bill won’t stop every mass shooting, but it will begin removing these weapons of war from our streets,” the statement reads. “Yes, it will be a long process to reduce the massive supply of these assault weapons in our country, but we’ve got to start somewhere.”

Feinstein and the Democrats introduced a bill in 2013 with similar provisions after the killings at Sandy Hook Elementary School in December 2012 but it was defeated in the Senate by a 60-40 vote.

Schumer slams NRA for backing federal concealed carry bill

chuck schumer hypocrite

Hypocrite Schumer: Protection for me but not for thee…

In case you haven’t noticed Chuckie, the “Wild West” is happening in strict gun-controlled Chiraq.

From NY Post (from Mark Moore): The city could turn into the Wild West if an NRA-backed plan becomes law and allows any tourist with a concealed-weapons permit to carry a hidden gun in New York, Sen. Chuck Schumer said Sunday.

“How low can you go?’’ Schumer (D-NY) said of the National Rifle Assocation, referring to its support of the proposed “Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act,’’ which would override New York’s strict gun laws.

He noted that the National Rifle Association, “just days after the deadliest mass shooting in modern American history … is engaging their allies in Congress to push through a dangerous national concealed-carry law.’’

New York has very stringent concealed-carry regulations and does not recognize out-of-state concealed-carry permits. But under the proposed legislation, New York would have to recognize carry permits issued in other states.

Schumer urged congressional lawmakers to tell the NRA that “enough is enough” for pushing the measure after Las Vegas, where a lone gunman opened fire on a country music concert, killing 58 and injuring hundreds more.

Schumer said the proposed law would allow visitors to make an end run around New York’s gun regulations, which are among the strictest in the country, and pack heat on the subway, in transportation hubs, Central Park and Times Square. “We must stop this madness, and Congress must stand up to the bosses of the NRA and say, ‘Enough is enough,’ ” he said.

Schumer said the powerful gun rights lobby signaled its intention to pursue the legislation when it released a statement on the Las Vegas shootings and asked the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to review regulations on “bump stocks,” which 64-year-old Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock used to enable his semi-automatic rifles to mimic automatic fire.

“On behalf of our five million members across the country, we urge Congress to pass National Right-to-Carry reciprocity, which will allow law-abiding Americans to defend themselves and their families from acts of violence,” the NRA said in its statement.

The NYPD and the city’s five district attorneys blasted the legislation last spring, shortly after it was introduced by US Rep. Richard Hudson (R-NC).

Schumer said the House Judiciary Committee could take up the legislation as soon as this month.

Demorats launch “A Better Deal” platform. Their top agenda item: corporate mergers

a better deal

Because corporate mergers are what Americans are truly worried about. Good luck with that platform demorats!

From MSN: Democrats rolled out a new economic platform Monday in hopes of winning over President Donald Trump‘s populist base with promises to take on big businesses, lower the cost of prescription drugs and create jobs.

The campaign — “A Better Deal” — is intended as a counterpunch to the president’s frequent criticism of the lackluster recovery and stagnant wages under President Barack Obama and Trump’s vow to restore the economy to 3 percent annual growth. Democrats are also searching for ways to reconnect with working-class voters whose deep frustration with their own economic prospects helped drive their support for Trump.

“It is an ambitious economic agenda that represents a renewed Democratic commitment to the hard-working men and women across the United States who have been left out and left behind for too long,” House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi wrote in a Washington Post op-ed.

Among Democrats’ top agenda items is greater scrutiny of corporate mergers, including tougher standards that incorporate consumer privacy, product quality and the impact on wages and jobs. Democrats are also seeking post-merger reviews and greater enforcement authority.

Those responsibilities would be carried out by a new competition advocate that Democrats have nicknamed the “Trust Buster.” One of the deals that could be targeted is AT&T (T)’s $85 billion bid for Time Warner (TWX), which is awaiting regulatory approval. Other sectors that could wind up in the crosshairs include the beer industry, airlines and eyeglasses.

“We will revisit our antitrust laws to ensure that the economic freedom of all Americans — consumers, workers and small businesses — come before big corporations that are getting even bigger,” the document read.

Prescription Drug Prices: The plan would revamp Medicare by allowing the program known as “Part D” to negotiate prices directly with drugmakers.

“It is ridiculous that Big Pharma has controlled Washington for so long and has refused to even budge on the notion that we ought to negotiate for lower prices,” Sen. Claire McCaskill of Missouri said in a YouTube video outlining the platform.

The campaign would also expand apprenticeship and vocational programs, as well as establish a tax credit for companies that provide on-the-job training. Additional pieces of the broader proposal will be unveiled in the coming months, such as addressing the cost of higher education, infrastructure investment and creating a national family leave program.

In addition to Pelosi, top Democrats Sens. Chuck Schumer and Elizabeth Warren are slated to outline the campaign later Monday, laying the groundwork for the party’s message in the 2018 midterm elections and beyond. The rollout takes place in Clarke County, Virginia, part of a congressional district that Democrats have long fought to turn blue. It is represented in the House by Republican Barbara Comstock and won by Trump in November.

However, Democrats do not directly mention Trump in their strategy documents, though the campaign’s title clearly references the president’s signature book, “The Art of the Deal.” Resistance to the Trump administration has energized the party’s base, but Democrats are hoping to complement that with a more optimistic vision of the nation’s economic potential.

“In the last two elections, Democrats, including in the Senate, failed to articulate a strong, bold economic program for the middle class and those working hard to get there,” Schumer wrote in an op-ed in The New York Times. “We also failed to communicate our values to show that we were on the side of working people, not the special interests. We will not repeat the same mistake.”

President Trump nixes Paris Climate Agreement; Hollyweird libtards’ & globalists’ heads explode

leocryingdeparted

No word on whether or not they will give up using private jets. Don’t hold your breath.

(1) Hollyweirdos:

From Hollywood Reporter: On Thursday, President Donald Trump, as expected, announced his plans to withdraw the U.S. from the Paris Climate Agreement. While reports since Wednesday had said Trump was planning to leave the deal, reached by former President Barack Obama in 2015, it wasn’t official until Thursday afternoon’s Rose Garden ceremony.

Many Hollywood stars, politicians and other notable figures had already weighed in on Trump’s expected move, criticizing the president for his anticipated action. When it was made official, though, more notables quickly took to Twitter to respond, as Democrats like Chuck Schumer, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris and Adam Schiff bashed the Trump’s decision.

Obama swiftly released a statement, reading in part: “A year and a half ago, the world came together in Paris around the first-ever global agreement to set the world on a low-carbon course and protect the world we leave to our children. … The nations that remain in the Paris Agreement will be the nations that reap the benefits in job and industries created. I believe the United States of America should be at the front of the pack. But even in the absence of American leadership; even as this Administration joins a small handful of nations that reject the future; I’m confident that our states, cities, and businesses will step up and do even more to lead the way, and help protect for future generations the one planet we got.”

Hollywood figures like Leonardo DiCaprio, George Takei, Chelsea Handler and Leslye Headland responded with jokes and harsh criticism of the president’s announcement.

“Trump is having the U.S. pull out of the Paris Climate Accord,” Takei wrote. “Too bad someone didn’t tell his father that he shoulda pulled out, too.”

The departure is a major blow to worldwide efforts to combat climate change and a significant break with U.S. allies abroad. Trump said the U.S. would try to negotiate re-entry on better terms.

Others tweeted the following:

  • Leonardo – I always fly private carriers – DiCaprio: Today, our planet suffered. It’s more important than ever to take action.
  • Chelsea Handler: I’m guessing that Donald Trump doesn’t see the irony in making his announcement to leave the Paris Agreement while standing in a garden.
  • Bette Midler: There has never in US history been such a destructive megalomaniac in the WH. Thank you to US press and other numbskulls who put him there.
  • John Legend: We have to stop this asshole. This is urgent. You have to vote in 2018.
  • Rosie O’Donnell: FIRE SCOTT PRUITT – EPA HEAD – DEAR GOD THIS IS FUCKING INSANE
  • Michael Moore: USA to Earth: FUCK YOU
  • Montel Williams: Trump is stone cold stupid. That’s right @realDonaldTrump is an intellectually impotent little man who needs to b impeached

Read about all the meltdowns here.

And if we are judged by the enemies we have, then Trump’s decision to pull the U.S. from the Paris agreement is a wise one, as the heads of non-Hollyweird globalists explode at the news:

(2) Pope Francis’ head explodes:

Pope Francis openly supports the Paris deal so much that he timed the release of his document on the environment, Laudato Si’, to influence the outcome.

Argentine Bishop Marcelo Sánchez Sorondo, Chancellor of the Pontifical Academy of Sciences and the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences, is quoted by the Italian newspaper La Repubblica that if Trump takes the United States out of the Paris deal, “it would be a disaster for everyone” and a “slap in the face for the Vatican.”

(3) EU heads explode:

In a speech in Berlin, Jean-Claude Juncker, president of the unelected European Commission, lectured Trump like he’s an idiot. Juncker said Trump doesn’t understand the treaty and that it would take “three to four years” to leave the agreement — “No, that’s not how it works! The Americans can’t just leave! So this notion, I am Trump, I am American, American first and I’m going to get out of it – that won’t happen.” (InfoWars)

In a joint statement yesterday, Italian Premier Paolo Gentiloni, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron threatened that the Paris Agreement is “irreversible and . . . cannot be renegotiated.”

Having anticipated the EU’s reaction, note that President Trump in his speech said that “we will see if we can [renegotiate] make a deal that’s fair. And if we can, that’s great. And if we can’t, that’s fine.”

(4) Bilderberg Elite’s heads explode:

As reported by InfoWars‘ Paul Joseph Watson:

Sources close to the elitist Bilderberg Group conference [meeting this week] tell Infowars that globalists see their agenda as being in “deep trouble” and that Donald Trump poses a “dangerous” risk to the international order and must be brought to heel or turfed out of office….

The reason that three members of the Trump administration – HR McMaster, Wilbur Ross and Chris Liddell have been invited to attend this year’s meeting in Chantilly, Virginia is that Bilderberg thinks there is still a chance to put pressure on Trump to force him to back down on his America-first agenda.

With the U.S. about to pull out of the Paris climate agreement, Trump is “dangerously obsessed” with derailing the current world order, according to one Bilderberger, a fear that has intensified since Trump chided world leaders at the G7 summit last week.

Notable among this year’s Bilderberg U.S. attendees are Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton (R) — elected in 2015 and, at 40 years old, the Senate’s youngest member; South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham (RINO); longtime Bilderberger Henry Kissinger; Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe (D); ex-CIA Director David Petraeus; tech billionaire Peter Thiel; and IMF head Christine Lagarde. G0, Trump!
