Cher, 29, raped a 13-year-old boy

Sex with a minor is statutory rape, because the law regards the underage person as too young to be capable of consenting to sexual acts. It does not matter if the perpetrator believed that the victim was of the age of consent because Mistake of Fact is no defense in a statutory rape case.

The age of consent — the minimum age at which an individual is considered legally old enough to consent to participation in sexual activity — varies by state. In the state of California, the age of consent is 18 years old, which means that an adult who had sex with a minor can be prosecuted for statutory rape.

In psychology, overreaction is defined as “a response, specifically an emotional reaction, which goes beyond a proper level.” Being exaggerated and off-the-scale, overreaction is an irrational response to a stimulus, which points to some underlying dynamics within the individual’s psychology.

The overreaction of so many rabidly unhinged anti-Trumpers indicates they feel threatened by President Trump as he systematically fulfills his campaign promises to the Americans who’d voted for him — those whom Hillary Clinton contemptuously demonized as “deplorables”.

Some anti-Trumpers have a personal stake in that they have done (and may still be doing) deeds that can put them in prison. As an example, even before Trump was inaugurated President, actor Robert De Niro threatened to “punch him in the face”. Though a 74-year-old senior citizen, De Niro takes every opportunity in public venues to hurl invectives at a duly-elected sitting President, calling Trump “blatantly stupid,” “a punk,” “a dog,” “a pig,” “a con,” “a mutt,” “a bullshit artist,” “an idiot,” “mentally ill,” “soulless,” “son of a bitch,” and “Hitler” — always a favorite cliche-insult of the Left.

It should be noted that De Niro was a client of an international prostitution ring with underage girls.

Another senior-citizen actress, 72-year-old Cher, is also a rabid anti-Trumper. In 2016, while campaigning for Hillary, Cher called Trump “a fucking idiot” and wielded another of the Left’s perennial insults — that of racism, claiming that what Trump means by “Make America Great Again” is really “We want to make America straight and white”.

Note: Both De Niro and Cher are high school drop outs. Donald Trump is a graduate of the private boarding school, New York Military Academy, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. So much for Trump being an “idiot”.

It is of some interest to learn that, like De Niro, Cher also has a personal stake in thwarting President Trump.

Crazy Days and Nights (CDAN) is a Hollywood gossip website that has been described by The Daily Beast as having a track record of accuracy, and by investigative journalist Mark Ebner as “being proven right again and again”.

Yesterday, July 3, 2018, Crazy Days and Nights published a “Blind Item Revealed” identifying Cher as the “permanent A list singer” who raped a 13-year-old boy in 1975:

This permanent A list singer who is also an Oscar winner/nominee says, “it was a different time,” to explain why she would have sex with underage boys. She said that lots of men in music were doing the same thing to girls at the time and it was a different world where it was acceptable.

Cher/Anthony Kiedis (he was 13 and she was 29)

Anthony Keidis, now 55, is the lead singer and lyricist of the band Red Hot Chili Peppers. He was raised by his mother in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In 1974, when he was 11 years old, the boy moved to Hollywood to live permanently with his father, actor John Michael Kiedis.

The late entertainer Sonny Bono was a close friend of John Kiedis and godfather to Anthony. Bono’s then-wife Cher babysat Anthony.

According to an account of Anthony Kiedis by Lisa Flowers in Ranker:

  • His father was a drug dealer and introduced Anthony to drugs at a young age.
  • His dad used him as a drug-mule: “Not long after Kiedis moved to Los Angeles in 1974, his dad took him on a drug dealing trip to Kenosha, Wisconsin.” The returned to Los Angeles with $30,000 in cash. As Anthony recounts in his autobiography Scar Tissue, “My dad told me I’d be carrying the money, because if they caught someone who looked like him with all that money, he’d be busted for sure… so we rigged a belt piece, stuffed it with cash, and taped it to my abdomen.”
  • Anthony lost his virginity at 12 to his dad’s 18-year-old girlfriend, which was set up by his dad.
  • Cher was Anthony’s baby-sitter: “When Anthony was in eighth grade, Cher, who was separated from Sonny by then, offered to babysit. He and Cher enjoyed their evening together, engaging in an hours-long chat and really getting to know one another. Then Kiedis went to bed, and Cher got ready to do the same. Believing Kiedis to be asleep, Cher took off all her clothes. From his nearby bed, Anthony watched…. Cher put on a nightgown and got into bed with Anthony. And the two spent the night sleeping side-by-side.”

Now we know from CDAN that 29-year-old Cher did more than sleep side-by-side with 13-year-old Anthony. It is not just CDAN, according to Elle, Anthony Kiedis states in Scar Tissue that Cher was his first sexual encounter, when he was 13.

Simply put, Cher is a sexual predator — a pedophile. Pedophilia is legally defined as any sexual activity with a minor below the age of consent.

Cher also enabled the statutory rape of her own daughter, Chastity, who now identifies as “transgender” Chaz.

Chaz Bono said “his” first sexual experience was as a teen “girl” with Cher’s best friend, who was Cher’s age.

To "support" women, Hillary reads from a book at the Grammy Awards…and it wasn't Juanita's book

broaddrick tweet
The Grammy Awards last night was, as expected, a full-on display of Trump Derangement Syndrome. See Twitchy’s report here.
Hillary even made an appearance to read an excerpt from the fictional work of Michael Wolff (via HuffPo):
“In a sketch during the award show, host James Corden gathered music greats Cher, John Legend, DJ Khaled, Cardi B and Snoop Dogg to audition to narrate Michael Wolff’s best-selling account of President Donald Trump’s White House, Fire & Fury: Inside the Trump White House, in an effort to get nominated for the Best Spoken Word Album category. But there was one not-so-musically inclined reader in the mix too: Hillary Clinton”
See the video at the HuffPo link above as I’m not inclined to put it on this post.
At the award show, many of the attendees wore white roses as a “gesture” of the Time’s Up campaign to support women. From ABC News:
“When music’s biggest stars walked the red carpet Sunday night as they headed into the Grammy Awards, many were spotted either wearing a white rose or holding a single white rose in their hands.
The gesture is in honor of Time’s Up, which aims to spark conversation around “equality and safety in the workplace,” music executive Karen Rait said ahead of the ceremony.
Kelly Clarkson, who held her white rose, said on “E! Live from the Red Carpet” that after looking into what the white rose represented she decided to join the movement. “It represents hope and peace and sympathy and resistance,” she said. “Those are lovely things for every human to encompass.”
Funny how their support of equality didn’t translate into reality as only one woman won a main award at the show last night.
So I wonder why the host of this year’s Grammy Awards show, or any others in the past years, didn’t have any celebrities read from Juanita Broaddrick’s book “You’d Better Put Some Ice On That: How I Survived Being Raped by Bill Clinton?”
Doesn’t every survivor of sexual assault deserve to be heard, believed, and supported?
And why did the proggies celebrate Hillary reading this when it was reported, just days before, that she fired a male aide accused of sexually harassing a female? I think we all know the answer to that question.
Hillary Clinton and her Hollyweird sycophants can stuff their moral virtue signaling where the sun doesn’t shine. Their sympathy and concern for the safety of women only revolves around their own ideological views, not the REAL victims of sexual assault.
Hypocrites.

Hollyweird hypocrites: Self-proclaimed feminist stars keep attacking Sarah Sanders for her looks

chelsea handler tweet
From Fox News: Hollywood women have banded together like never before on issues including pay inequality and sexual harassment, declaring that women all over the world need to stick together and be supportive of one another. But experts say several stars aren’t practicing what they preach when it comes to Donald Trump’s press secretary, Sarah Sanders.
Self-proclaimed activist Chelsea Handler wrote in an op-ed for Thrive in Dec. 2016: “Let’s stop it with the dialogue about how women look or what they wear, or if they’ve gained or lost weight. We are more guilty of this with each other than most men are.”
Cher has often spoken out about the sexualization of womendeclaring at the Women’s March on Jan. 20 that she “believe[s] in this movement.”
But both stars recently attacked Sanders solely over her looks.
Cher tweeted to Sanders on Tuesday to “stop dressing like a sister wife.” After fans slammed Cher for the hurtful tweet, she followed up by admitting it was “kinda mean” but “so funny.”
Handler has gone even further than Cher by mocking Sanders’ “summer whore lipstick” and calling her a “harlot” on her Netflix show. Comedian Fortune Feimster even wore exaggerated makeup to play Sanders for a skit on Handler’s now-defunct series.
And “Saturday Night Live” took a similar swipe at the press secretary’s outfits by putting the show’s Sanders character in a revealing outfit to dance provocatively to a pop song in a November 2017 episode.
The show has also dressed the Sanders character, played by Aidy Bryant, in a bright pink dress to mock the press secretary’s frequent color choice.
Penny Nance, President and CEO of Concerned Women for America, told Fox News Cher’s recent insults proves Hollywood feminists don’t play by their own rules when it comes to conservative women.
“Cher’s attack on Sarah is yet another example of how liberal women in all types of powerful positions stand up for only those women who adhere to their ideology,” Nance told Fox News. “If you’re a conservative woman, prepare to be thrown out of the feminist tent. Their message is that some women will be supported. That some women will be empowered. That some women will [be] trusted. But they don’t support all women and especially those of us who support life.”
Dan Gainor, vice president of business and culture at the Media Research Center, echoed Nance’s comments adding that the recent attacks on Sanders’ looks are “especially offensive.”
They don’t just attack her for being conservative. They dare to treat her as if she’s not a woman. They blast her clothes and say she dresses like a ‘sister wife,'” Gainor said. “…Chelsea Handler called her a ‘harlot’ with ‘summer whore lipstick.’ And these are women doing this. Imagine the media outrage if conservatives dared to treat a liberal woman with such disgust.”
He added, “Liberals hate anyone who doesn’t side with them.”
Branding and public relations expert Scott Pinsker told Fox News these stars are hurting their brands by attacking Trump’s press secretary.
“An awful lot of women in America look more like Sarah Sanders than the Hollywood starlets who are bashing Trump and his supporters on all the award shows,” Pinsker explained. “If you want to disagree with Ms. Sanders’ political positions, that’s perfectly legitimate, but mocking her for being normal-looking isn’t exactly empowering to women.”

Hypocrites: Hollyweird libtards lecture us about climate change at telethon

ManBearPig approved.
From Daily Mail: The A-list celebrities who starred in the telethon for those affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma have clocked up hundreds of thousands of air miles which have fuelled rising temperatures and helped create devastating storms (the Daily Mail article will continue with this global warming theme; ignore they hypberbole).
Tuesday night’s Hand in Hand: A Benefit for Hurricane Harvey Relief included performances and messages from Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, George Clooney, Cher and Leonardo DiCaprio. They appealed to viewers to donate to help fund relief efforts after the disastrous storms hit the southern US.
But a MailOnline investigation has revealed the extent to which stars have contributed to the catastrophic weather phenomenons with their jet-setting lifestyles.
Justin Bieber is calculated to have travelled at least 136,000 miles in a plane over the last year, environmentalist DiCaprio is believed to have done more than 87,000 miles while fellow actor Clooney did 61,000 miles.
Carbon emissions from plane journeys such as the celebrities’ cause the earth’s temperature to heat and the resulting higher ocean temperatures lead to more powerful hurricanes. The higher temperatures over land and sea mean the storms generate more energy.
Bieber was the biggest culprit, having flown on approximately 45 flights in the past 52 weeks. His longest flight was from Australia to the UK at the beginning of July having been down under on his Purpose World Tour. The 10,638-mile flight burned through a massive 1.8 tonnes of carbon dioxide alone in a year that stacked up against him in terms of his carbon footprint.
Trips to Germany, Dublin, Paris, Cape Town, Mumbai, Rio de Janeiro and to his homeland Canada meant he clocked up a staggering 136,947 air miles burning through 22.45 tonnes of CO2 since September 2016.
The average annual carbon dioxide emissions per person in America is 20 metric tons, compared to a world average of four tons.  This means without even considering the miles he chugs in his cars or the emissions caused by heating and cooling his many homes, Bieber is above the average consumption.
Staunch environmentalist hypocrite Leonardo DiCaprio has been jetting across the globe around twice a month in the past year. The actor flew around 87,609 miles on various business trips and jaunts around the world which burned up 14.8 tons of carbon dioxide. His longest trip was his return journey from California to the south of France where he enjoyed the iconic Cannes film festival.
In April, DiCaprio joined thousands of climate change protesters in Washington DC to mark President Donald Trump’s 100th day in office. Large crowds gathered on Pennsylvania Avenue for the People’s Climate March, an event that saw about 300 coinciding protests around the country, according to organizers.
The mercury rose to around 90F in DC, and protesters brought their own water bottles and sunscreen as they warned about the dangers of global warming.
Holding signs that read ‘There is no planet B’, and ‘Make Earth Great Again’, the protesters say they’re objecting to the president’s rollback of restrictions on mining, oil drilling and greenhouse gas emissions at coal-fired power plants, among other things.
George Clooney spent around 61,448 in the air since September last year which included a long trip to Italy this summer. He is thought to have flown 4,265 miles from Toronto to Los Angeles to attend Tuesday night’s Hand in Hand: A Benefit for Hurricane Harvey Relief telethon at a cost of 720kg of CO2. His total air time meant his carbon emissions from flying alone was 10.31 tonnes of CO2.
Meanwhile, despite being pregnant with twins, Beyonce still managed to clock up 28,040 miles in 12 months burning through 4.55 tons of CO2.
And at 71, Cher has been a relative homebird compared to the rest of her celebrity compatriots, only appearing to fly within the US in a total of 6,546.
The total emissions only takes into account the flights the celebrities have taken and is likely to be astronomic when driving, pollution from their concerts or films and the electric in their homes are considered.

The growing list of Hollyweird hypocrites to boycott

As if you didn’t already boycott Hollyweirdos, here’s a list of those who think their opinion matters to you. Don’t waste your money on their products.
From Cosmopolitan, a list of Hollywood folk who despise Trump:

Schumer trying to make all people happy

Amy Schumer
My act will change because I’ll need to learn to speak Spanish because I will move to Spain, or somewhere. It’s beyond my comprehension if Trump won. It’s too crazy.” — Schumer on BBC’s Newsnight, a little over a month before her recent show in Tampa, where 200 people walked out after she called Trump an “orange, sexual assaulting, fake-college-starting monster.” Later Schumer, a survivor of sexual assault, asked the audience, “You know what I love? A famous guy that will just take me furniture shopping and just straight up grab my pussy.”
(Schumer later offered a sarcastic apology, saying: “Dearest Tampa, I’m sorry you didn’t want me, a comedian who talks about what she believes in, to mention the biggest thing going on in our country right now,” Schumer said reading the letter, noted People. “How could I think it was okay to spend five minutes having a peaceful conversation with someone with different views?
“After the show, I want you to know that I will go straight to a rehab facility that will teach me how to make all people happy. Both the rich, entitled, white people who are gonna vote for him and the very poor people — who’ve been tricked into it,” she added.
Schumer concluded: “… I shouldn’t have said that he was an orange, sexual-assaulting, fake-college-starting monster. Shouldn’t have said that. I will never again say that he is an orange, sexual-assaulting, fake-college-starting monster.”)

Handler not playing with a full deck of cards

“It’s kind of great to have a person like that represent everything that’s wrong in the world. It’s always a good thing to look at somebody and say, ’That’s the worst thing that could happen.’ I think we should keep [Trump] in the spotlight— not as a president, obviously.” — Chelsea Handler at Variety’s Entertainment and Tech Summit, months after posting her naked body to Instagram in protest against Trump and admitting on Live With Kelly and Michael that she “bought a house in another country just in case” Trump wins.
(The worst thing that could happen? Being “grateful” for being able to safely abort the two babies you conceived as a teen. From CNN:
At 16, “I hated my parents and I was having unprotected sex with my boyfriend, who was not someone I should’ve been having sex with in the first place, never mind unprotected sex,” she said.
I wasn’t really playing with a full deck of cards, and when I got pregnant I just thought, Why not? I can have a baby,” she recalled. “Maybe I’ll have twins and give them rhyming names!” Instead, Handler said, her parents took her to Planned Parenthood and she had an abortion.
But that didn’t stop her from getting pregnant again that same year by the same boyfriend, she wrote. “Getting unintentionally pregnant more than once is irresponsible, but it’s still necessary to make a thoughtful decision,” Handler said. “We all make mistakes all the time.”)

Damon thinking deeply about gun control

“[Trump] makes me nervous… There’s no way we can let this guy be the [president]. To let that dude have the nuclear football, are you kidding me? That’s dangerous. He’s impulsive and rash, and doesn’t seem to think deeply about too many things.” — Matt Damon on ABC’s Popcorn With Peter Travers. Damon’s feelings on Trump were made evident nearly a year earlier in an interview with a Spanish news agency when he called Trumps’ speech “xenophobic,” “dehumanizing” and “disgusting.”
(This from an actor who is anti-Second Amendment. On a promotional tour for his gun-heavy action series Bourne, he said, “It’s wonderful what Australia did because you guys haven’t had a mass shooting since you went, ‘No, we’re going to be sensible about this.’ And nobody’s rights have been infringed, you guys are fine. I wish we could be sensible like that but I don’t think that’s going to happen in my lifetime.”)
Margaret Cho

Just the nastiest. @realDonaldTrump, you literally have no moral fiber. You’re like no ply toilet paper. Just trash.” — Margaret Cho in a tweet.
Amber Rose
amber-rose
Jesus Christ, I can’t even think about it! I’m moving, I’m out! I can’t. And I am taking my son with me! I would be devastated, to be honest with you!” — Amber Rose discussing the possibility of Trump becoming president in an US Weekly interview.

Callate!

“No one living in this century should stand behind so much ignorance.” — Shakira in a tweet just a few weeks after Trump characterized Mexican immigrants to the US as “rapists” and criminals.

George Clooney’s Lake Como mansion – how many refugees are living there?

“He’s just an opportunist. Now he’s a fascist; a xenophobic fascist.” — George Clooney in an interview with British newspaper The Guardian. A few months later, Clooney, who’s publically a Clinton supporter, said, “There is not going to be a President Donald Trump. Fear is not going to drive our country.”
(George and his wife Amal fully support Merkel’s open-door policy towards refugees. Yet how many refugees have they accepted into their 30-room mansion? A big fat zero. Hypocrites.)
Eva Longoria

Longoria, whose own words apparently don’t create emotional poison

What I don’t think [Trump] understands and what people don’t understand is words create emotional poison. That’s what they do, they create emotional poison. Hitler moved a nation with words, just words. So you have to expect this backlash. If you say something like that, as he has said, you must expect a backlash.” — Eva Longoria, who almost a year later delivered an impassioned speech at the DNC in which she said that Trump’s comments insult American families like hers.
(This from a women who, as an Obama campaign co-chair, retweeted this: Women, minorities ‘stupid’ to vote for ‘racist/misogynistic’ Romney. She later deleted that tweet.)
Lena Dunham

I know a lot of people have been threatening to [move to Canada], but I really will. I know a lovely place in Vancouver and I can get my work done from there.” — Lena Dunham at the Matrix Awards, adding another comment to her long list of anti-Trump sentiments. The ’Girls’ actress is a staunch Clinton supporter and has been very vocal about Trump’s treatment of women on Twitter and other platforms.

“He’s so Patty McCormack: consummate liar, doesn’t care who she hurts, insane; a sociopathic narcissist. I just wish he’d fall off the face of the Earth.” — Cher in a speech at a Hillary Clinton fundraiser, in which she also compared the candidate to Stalin and Hitler and said, “I just think he’s a fucking idiot.” The Goddess of Pop has also made her anti-Trump stance evident on Twitter with comments like “dump Trump,” “support him!? I’d rather chew glass,” “let’s throw Trump in a volcano,” and “If he were to be elected, I’m moving to Jupiter.

Depp the accused domestic abuser and his bullied ex-wife

“If Donald Trump is elected president of the United States in a kind of historical way, it’s exciting because we will see the actual last president of the United States. It just won’t work after that.” — Johnny Depp, just a few months after he called the Republican candidate a “brat” who works through “bullydom.”
(This comes from a man who was accused of domestic violence by his former wife Amber Heard. They settled out of court claiming, “their “relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love. Neither party has made false accusations for financial gain. There was never any intent of physical or emotional harm.” Heard donated her $7 million proceeds from the divorce to charity.)

“He reminds me of a drunk uncle at a wedding, who gets up and starts talking and just loves the crowd and just goes on and on and on and says whatever he can to get a reaction. He’s like a figure from a Kurt Vonnegut novel; I can’t even address him seriously.” — Susan Sarandon when introducing Bernie Sanders at a rally in January.
Robert De Niro
High school dropout De Niro

De Niro didn’t do his homework

He’s so blatantly stupid. He’s a punk, he’s a dog, he’s a pig, he’s a con — a bullshit artist. A mutt who doesn’t know what he’s talking about, doesn’t do his homework, doesn’t care, thinks he’s gaming society, doesn’t pay his taxes. He’s an idiot.” — Robert De Niro in a video released through Anonymous Content and their voteyourfuture.us campaign. The actor continues, referring to Trump as “this fool,” “this bozo,” and saying, ” “He talks about how he wants to punch people in the face. Well, I’d like to punch him in the face.”

Hollywood Hypocrisy: Leftist “celebrities” who send their sons to military schools

Leftwing Hollyweirdos have only contempt and hatred for what’s best about the United States — the Founding Fathers and their ideological legacy; capitalism and the free market that foster economic prosperity everywhere in the world, including countries like China which, ironically, are ruled by the communist party; and the best and most powerful military in the world.

And yet, when they find themselves unable to cope with unruly and out-of-control sons, guess where the “celebrities” send them!

To the “oppressive” military schools and academies to learn self-discipline and order.

What rank hypocrites!

Rosie O’Donnell

Parker & Rose O'DonnellParker & Rosie O’Donnell

O’Donnell’s adopted son Parker made the decision to go to military school on his own, to the dismay and in spite of his America-hating mom. O’Donnell said:

“How do you really piss off your really left wing and peace-loving mother? You join the military. Parker was like, ‘Mother, I’d like to serve the Nation.’ I’m like crying, ‘Serve me instead!’ … He chose on his own. He actually begged to go to a military academy. And I was like two years of ‘No way.’ Truth is, since he was a little boy, that’s his area of interest. The same way I love Streisand and Bette Midler and entertainment, he can tell you any general in any war, what kind of tanks they had, what the battles were like. So I finally gave in and truthfully, he’s excelling and he’s very happy.

Cher

Cher & Elijah Blue AllmanCher & Elijah Blue Allman

From an account in the National Enquirer:

Elijah Blue Allman is the son of Cher and rocker Gregg Allman. Elijah and Cher weren’t close as he grew up. After attending boarding schools and military school, Elijah formed a rock band but soon got hooked on smoking heroin, painkillers, and alcohol. He’s been in and out of rehab “several times” but claims to have last used heroin in autumn 2008.

Elijah and Cher are presently estranged from and not even speaking to each other. Cher refused to even attend her son’s recent wedding.

Madonna

Rocco Richie & MadonnaRocco Ritchie & Madonna

Madonna reportedly is considering sending her “wild-child son,” Rocco, to military school after he was snapped brandishing a booze bottle.

Madonna’s ex, British director Guy Ritchie, reportedly hit the roof when Madonna posted a photo on social media of their 13-year-old son Rocco holding a gin bottle next to friends holding vodka bottles. An “insider” says Guy thinks Rocco is completely out of control, but Madonna was at her wits’ end over how to rein him in.

Knowing that Rosie O’Donnell had some problems with her kids, Madonna called Rosie for advice. Rosie told Madonna she’d sent her eldest, 18-year-old son Parker, to Valley Forge Military Academy for high school, and it was the smartest move she’d ever made, according to the source. Parker went from being sullen and belligerent to respectful and motivated in no time.

The insider says, “Madonna told Guy that Rosie suggested sending Rocco to military school, and he’s all for it. He’s fed up with Madonna’s lackadaisical parenting style and wants Rocco to have more structure.”

Stupid Hollyweirdo: Cameron Diaz has a hairy vagina

It must be their narcissism.
Not known for their formal education or IQ, many Hollyweirdos confuse their acting pretending to be someone else with being well informed and intelligent, and regularly spout off as experts on this subject or another, especially politics.
As examples, Cher — who dropped out of high school at age 16 – called former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin and Arizona Governor Jan Brewer “dumb.”
In 1989, despite her lack of any scientific credentials, Meryl Streep was invited to testify before a Senate Labor and Human Resources subcommittee against the alleged carcinogen Alar — a chemical sprayed on Washington red apples to keep them red and firm for storage.
Within weeks of Streep testifying before Congress, Uniroyal, the company that manufactured Alar, withdrew the chemical from the U.S. market, followed by the EPA ordering a ban on the chemical’s sale, distribution and use.
While Alar has been verified as a human carcinogen, lab tests found that for it to be dangerous to human health, one would have to ingest an amount that is the equivalent of drinking over 5,000 gallons of apple juice per day. But by then, the Alar scare had cost Washington apple growers $100 million in lost sales.
Here’s the latest example of a Hollywood airhead.
Cameron Diaz
41-year-old actress Cameron Diaz has a book out, no doubt ghostwritten, titled The Body Book, in which she dispenses beauty and health advice. Here’s an excerpt from the section on “In Praise of Pubes” (as in “pubic”):

I hear that there’s a big fad these days of young women undergoing laser hair removal on all of their lady bits [.…] Personally, I think permanent laser hair removal sounds like a crazy idea. Forever? I know you may think you’ll be wearing the same style of shoes forever and the same style of jeans forever, but you won’t. The idea that vaginas are preferable in a hairless state is a pretty recent phenomenon, and all fads change, people.

Pubes keep the goods private, which can entice a lover to come and take a closer look at what you have to offer. Also, let’s be honest: just like every other part of your body, your labia major is not immune to gravity. Do you really want a hairless vagina for the rest of your life?

It’s a personal decision, but I’m just putting it out there: Consider leaving your vagina fully dressed, ladies. Twenty years from now, you will still want to be presenting it to someone special, and it would be nice to let him or her unwrap it like the gift that it is.

Earth to Cameron Diaz!
Vaginas are hairless!
There’s no hair growing on women’s vaginas, unless you’re some kind of mutant.
What you meant is mons veneris or the pubic mound.
The vagina is a sex organ inside a woman’s body — a fibromuscular elastic tubular tract leading from the opening of the vulva to the cervix, the entrance to the uterus or womb.
Only in Hollywood would you find a 41-year-old woman who thinks her vagina is her pubic mound.

2 Hollywood libs mouth off on conservatives

What is it with Hollywood actors who think they know it all? If they weren’t so arrogant and contemptuous, I’d ignore them.

65 yo Cher in 2011

First, it’s high-school dropout Cher, born Cheryl Sarkisian.
On the Randi Rhodes radio show last week, the 66-year-old entertainer whose face now resembles a plastic mask after surgical implants, collagen, skin peels and facelifts, mouthed off about “the racist GOP” and called for a “revolution.”
You can hear the interview on Breitbart.com. Click here.
Message to Cher: “Revolution? Careful what you wish for. We conservatives take seriously the 2nd Amendment and are well-armed.”
Then there’s actress Emily Mortimer.
I know, I know. You’re saying “Emily who?” I’d never heard of her either, until I saw the news link on Drudge Report.
Anyhoo, Emily Mortimer is a British actress in Aaron Sorkin’s new TV series “The Newsroom” — the critically panned show that’s described as “set behind the scenes of a crusading cable news show.” (Just what America needs — yet another liberal TV show by the left-wing Sorkin, on journalists as left-wing “crusaders” instead of reporting the news. I’ll make a note to myself never to watch “The Newsroom,” not that I was going to anyway.)
In an interview with Salon.com, Mortimer called Americans uninformed and the TEA Party movement “lunatic”:
“I was very interested in the politics. I am kind of a political person. There was a time when I was in school when I thought maybe that’s what I was going to do. I got all into the idea of politics and anarchists and Kropotkin, this Russian guy who founded the anarchist party. I got completely besotted by the idea of anarchy as the way that we should all live our lives and I was ready to kind of go fight for my belief, but then I got to university and did lots of plays and kind of forgot about that.
I can remember when Bush got in for the second time, just feeling like so much of the problem about the way that politics go here is that people are improperly informed. That they didn’t know that they had been lied to, or they didn’t understand exactly to what extent they had been, and they still thought that there were weapons of mass destruction. And that was just crazy to me that people could be so under-informed. I do think that there’s a difference in America to where I’m from. There’s so much wrong with England, but I think people are informed in general. I’m going to make a huge sweeping statement, but you just get the news much more [in England]. Listening to radio stations that play pop music all day and all night, the news will come on every two hours, foreign news too. It’s part of your daily routine, being informed about what’s going on in the world. Whether you like it or not, you can’t really escape it. I don’t think the same is true here, and television broadcast news especially seems to me to be a pretty dicey area. You can’t rely on getting the facts, or getting them presented in a way that is actually objective and makes sense and puts people in a position where they can make informed decisions about who to vote for. It’s just over-sensationalized and, as our show keeps pointing out, one of the big problems is that they act like there’s just two definite sides to every discussion — and that’s just not necessarily the case, but it feeds into the way this country has just become completely polarized. This Tea Party is presented on the television as the viable alternative instead of like a lunatic fringe.”
Like so many faux revolutionaries, whether anarchist or Marxist (same difference!), 40-year-old Emily Mortimer was born into wealth and privilege, the daughter of Sir John Mortimer. Her education consisted of studying at St Paul’s Girls’ School in west London “where she appeared in several student productions,” followed by a stint (but not graduating) in Oxford University, “where she read Russian at Lincoln College and performed in several plays.”
Wow. Those sure are learnéd credentials! Compared to Mortimer, my B.A., M.A., Ph.D. and Full Professorship in Political Science definitely pale into insignificance!
Mortimer is married to a no-name American actor (Alessandro Nivola), with whom she has two kids. In 2010, Mortimer naturalised as an American citizen for “cynical reasons” in order to avoid paying inheritance tax in the event of anything happening to her husband. She now holds dual British and American citizenship. Mortimer is an atheist.
Her maternal grandfather was a pig farmer.
