‘Arab Spring’ in America: NAACP joins Soros-funded coalition for massive protests in D.C.

You are forewarned.

The Left, funded by the evil international currency-speculator George Soros, are planning MASSIVE unrests to achieve the same ill purpose as the Middle East’s disastrous so-called Arab Spring.

George Soros evil

Aaron Klein reports for Breitbart, April 5, 2016, that beginning April 11, Washington, DC, will be the locus of wave after wave of leftwing craziness — of protests and mass civil disobedience organized by two groups that call themselves “Democracy Spring” and “Democracy Awakening.”

Democracy Spring, which is currently in the midst of a 10-day protest march from Philadelphia to DC, with plans for a major escalation in DC on April 11. On that date, the group says it is plotting “one of the largest civil disobedience actions in a generation.” As of this writing, 3,404 “activists” had pledged online to participate.

After Democracy Spring begins to wind down, its sister movement Democracy Awakening plans a second wave of 3-day protests starting on Saturday, April 16.

Kai NewkirkKai Newkirk, Democracy Spring’s campaign director, said his group and Democracy Awakening are “like two wings of the same bird” with “very substantial overlap within the organizations and the leaders”.

Blacks and liberal Jews have always made common cause. The planned Arab Spring-like protests in D.C. are no different.

Democracy Awakening, a coalition of leftwing groups, is now joined by America’s largest and long-established black activist group, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP).

The coalition claims it is “coming together to demand a democracy that works for all of us – a nation where our votes are not denied and money doesn’t buy access and power.”

Raquel CoombsAsked why the group decided to take part in Democracy Awakening, Raquel Coombs, the NAACP’s vice president for communications and digital media, told Breitbart News:

This Presidential election will be the first in 50 years without the full protections of the Voting Rights Act. States with the worst histories of discrimination are pushing for new barriers to block the young, the poor, the elderly and minority voters from the ballot in 2016.  Congress has solutions to restore the integrity of the voting process and remove those barriers but has so far failed to act on any of those legislative proposals.

Democracy Awakening is our way of coming together across all faiths, political affiliation, and race and claim a democracy where every voice is heard and every vote counts equally.

Robert WeissmanRobert Weissman, president of Public Citizen, a group that says it champions citizen interests, is a lead organizer of Democracy Awakening. Weissman told Breitbart News that the Awakening movement’s specific plans for “direct action” are not yet finalized, but it will include civil disobedience and activists risking arrest.

Many of the participating groups are funded by billionaire international currency speculator George Soros, including Weissman’s Public CitizenMoveOn, AVAAZ, Campaign for America’s Future, Common Cause, Democracy for America, Democracy 21, Demos, Institute for Policy Studies, People for the American Way, Project Vote, and UHCAN.

Soros’ Open Society has also given numerous grants to the NAACP.

Remember my recent post, “New breed of crisis actors: Fake political protesters”?

So how many of the “Democracy Spring” and “Democracy Awakening” protesters will be fake?

Egyptian government shuts down 27,000 mosques

Meanwhile, Obama actually invited to meet with him in the White House, Muslims with close ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas. Both are terrorist organizations.

Hey, but he did promise to “fundamentally transform” America!

Thanks a lot, all you who’d voted for the POS.

Consortium of Defense Analysts

Having experienced what it’s like to be ruled by the Muslim Brotherhood in the tumultuous but brief one-year presidency of Mohamed Morsi that followed the so-called Arab Spring — an Arab Spring that had the full support of the Obama administration — Egypt’s secular government is now doing something that West European countries and the United States should well consider.

In an effort to stamp down extremist militant Islamists, Cairo closed down 27,000 small mosques across the country.

Like woman in car, man who set himself on fire in D.C. is also Black

On Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013, an unarmed young woman named Miriam Carey rammed the White House with her car, then led D.C. police in a chase through 12 city blocks. Police shot her dead. (See Trail Dust’s post, here.)

Miriam Carey was black.

Yesterday, a man sat on the grass of the National Mall in the heart of Washington, D.C., poured a can of gasoline on himself, then set himself on fire.

The still-unidentified man was also black, as you can see in the pics below. The men around the self-immolator are joggers who tried to douse the flames out with their shirts.

manonfire1manonfire2Touchingly, the man reportedly thanked the joggers before he was taken to MedStar Washington Hospital Center by a U.S. Park Police helicopter that landed on the Mall.

Sadly, he died in the hospital. Police say his injuries were so severe, authorities will have to use DNA and dental records to identify him.

Strangely, an eyewitness — DOJ attorney Katy Scheflen — says she saw another man setting up a tripod to film the self-immolation BEFORE the man poured gasoline on himself.

In two successive days, two black Americans died horribly in D.C. — one shot by police; the other committed suicide in the most horrific way imaginable.

What is going on?

Tyler Durden of ZeroHedge reminds us that it was Mohamed Bouazizi‘s self-immolation on December 17, 2010 in Tunisia (and subsequent death 18 days later) that sparked the conflagration called Arab Spring.

Many in U.S. Army are secret members of Anonymous; more leaks are coming

Anonymous in L.A.

The group-name “Anonymous” refers to a loosely associated, decentralized network of hacktivists — political activists who hack into secured websites, then leak the information free to the public.

The group originated in 2003 on the Internet forum 4chan, representing the concept of many online and offline community users simultaneously existing as an anarchic, digitized global brain. The group became known for a series of well-publicized hacks and denial-of-service attacks on government, religious, and corporate websites, including U.S. and Israeli government agencies, the Church of Scientology, child porn sites, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, and military contractors.

Supporters have called the group “freedom fighters” and digital Robin Hoods, but critics have described them as “a cyber lynch-mob” or “cyber terrorists”. In 2012, Time magazine called Anonymous one of the “100 most influential people” in the world.

Anonymous members (known as “Anons”) can be distinguished in public by the wearing of stylised Guy Fawkes masks. Guy Fawkes is the best-known member of the Gunpowder Plot, an attempt to blow up the British House of Lords in London in 1605.

Now a member of Anonymous, who is an active-duty captain in the U.S. Army, has given an interview to BuzzFeed, anonymously of course. He claims that there are many Anons in the U.S. military, including middle- to high-ranking NCOs (non-commissioned officers), who are profoundly alienated from the military. He promises that more leaks are forthcoming.

Anonymous’ Secret Presence In The U.S. Army

Justine Sharrock interviews the anonymous U.S. Army Anon for BuzzFeed, Aug. 9, 2013.

Are there a lot of members of Anonymous in the Army?
There are more than you would think, more heavily in the techie world [of the military] — especially at Fort Huachuca [U.S. Army installation in S.E. Arizona], where all the intel people are. A lot of them wanted to get the job [there] because they want to learn secret stuff and have a better personal understanding of how the world actually works.

How do you know who is in Anonymous?
Initially we have the handshaking phase. The lingo is still relatively unknown. In conversation, you drop in jokes. If you are with someone on a mission, you’re like, “Man, there are over 9,000 reasons that this is a bad idea.” That initially establishes friendship. Once you feel comfortable with the person and they aren’t just posing as part of the culture, then you talk about what they’ve done and how much a part of it they are. It gets to the point where you are discussing individual operations.

What are the most popular operations amongst soldiers?
Anonymous is so distributed and leaderless that everyone has operations they love and hate. Operation Cartel, especially at Fort Bliss [in El Paso, Texas]. Operation Dark Net was universally loved. And Operation Payback was pretty well received.

What about you?
I was involved in the Arab Spring opening up internet communications. I was a facilitator for a lot of people who have more skills than me in the cyber world. I knew people who I met through 4chan, 9Chan, and 7Chan and then a lot of AnonOps IRCs and who they needed to talk to — the organizations that would help them, and people in government would give them resources and access — and was able to convince them to talk to people in Anonymous. I got people in the right [internet relay chat] rooms at the right time.

Would the military consider you a white or black hat?
The military sees me as black hat.

Is that a fair assessment?
All hats are gray. Every white hacker I know has a night job that is very much a black-hat job.

What were the results of what you did for the Arab Spring?
From what I heard they were able to establish ways to assist the activists to have a method where they could get information out of Egypt and have certain Twitter accounts tweet that information on their behalf. But I don’t know for sure. As soon as I was like, “Hey, this is this person,” and vice versa, they did tweet confirmation to make sure that certain Twitter accounts were controlled by certain people, and then I headed out of the room so there would be no “taint” of having a fed there.

Why do Anonymous members outside the military trust you?
My credibility is incredibly suspect in the group. I admit I work for the feds, and I provide information on myself so that they are comfortable. There are people who I only know as screen names but I have put my career in their hands.

What specific actions have other soldiers taken?
There are several [soldiers] I know that probably did things, but I don’t know know that they did. I can legally say, probably under a [lie] detector, I have no proof that they did it. We keep our activities totally separate because at any point in time I can be put in the chair that I can’t lie in. You have to keep the /b/ [4chan’s “Random” board] brotherhood strong.

Does the military know about the Anonymous presence?
Pre-Manning, there were several academic papers put out trying to analyze it and school the leadership. Because the Army is a very top-down organization, they assume that [Anonymous] is too. Leadership wasn’t concerned with it until Manning happened. Then they read everything under the [lens] of what Manning did and it just scared them — scared them blind. They know we are in there and they assume that we are all going to do a Manning or a Snowden.

How have they addressed it?
Every six months you are mandated to get a Threat Awareness and Reporting Procedures Brief. It used to be very much like how to … spot the Iraqi contractor who is pacing off your base. Now it is, “Look at the person at your left and right. Are they espousing social beliefs that don’t line up with Army values? What websites do they go to at work?” With the caveat that it is OK to have political beliefs that are different. You get a heavy-handed feeling.

I have had more than a few officers come up to me and as we are trying to talk about [Anonymous] they are worried, like, “Are you CID [working undercover for the Central Investigative Division]?” Because you always worry about that.

Are the retaliations against Manning and Snowden discouraging Anonymous activity and the desire to leak information?
A lot [of Anonymous members] have been in long enough and are jaded. They are watching as the government comes down harder and harder. There is a growing sense of disdain and hatred because we are complicit in it. There are some secrets that need to be secrets but the stuff [the military] keeps secret just to protect the bottom line — you just feel like you are selling your soul every day. That is a lot of the motivation. Especially for people of the generation that believe that information should be free.

Are we going to see more leaks?
Yes. A lot [of Anonymous members] are mid- to high-rank NCOs. They are well-respected, have connections, and overly large security clearances. A lot of people who are part of the [Anonymous] culture are just dying at this point for something to come across their table that isn’t already out there. It is so easy to leak information that if you want to, you can do it.

President Lucifer’s fingerprints found on Arab Spring

Army, riot police prep for expected showdown Sunday

egyptian_protesters-340x161JERUSALEM – A group that is one of the main youth movements helping to organize the anti-government protests planned for Egypt this weekend participated in a 2008 U.S. State Department-sponsored training summit on how to use social media to organize societal change, WND has learned.

Pres. Lucifer

To sum this up quickly: the State Department has been behind the Arab Spring since 2008, teaching “Springers” how to use social media to disrupt and overthrow governments, and instigate revolution. Seminars were held for them in New York, led by Obama’s social media advisors, and were sponsored by the State Department(your tax dollars), Facebook, YouTube, Google and WordPress.

The “Arab Spring” turned quickly from a breath of fresh air, to the stifling of all freedoms under radical islam, and the looming threat of a Mediterranean  Caliphate.

‘A dark and incomprehensible spirit has possessed
the souls of Egypt’

The horrifying video can be viewed on Dr. Eowyn’s first comment below.

A former Muslim Brotherhood terrorist claims a bizarre video released out of Egypt demonstrates the “demonic” spirit that has gripped the nation since its 2011 Islamic revolution. The video shows a wedding celebration in which a group of men in a frenzy tear apart a live chicken by hand, then scrabble over its pieces to eat its raw flesh.

“The video is a glimpse into the dark and incomprehensible spirit that has possessed the souls of Egypt,” claims Walid Shoebat, a former Palestinian Liberation Organization operative who has since renounced his terrorist ways. “Lawlessness has abounded, excesses have gone unrestricted and the full force of Islam has greatly dimmed the land with its dark clouds, thundering about and striking without discrimination.”

Brace yourself for 15% increase in food prices

Remember this?

Brace yourself for some painful

and this?

Those are pics of the Great Drought of 2012, America’s worst drought since 1936. More than half (54.6%) of the contiguous 48 states was in drought by the end of June.

That kind of extensive and extended drought has consequences, and we’ll all be experiencing one of them soon. Brace yourself for higher food prices coming to your local supermarket, of a projected 15% increase. If your weekly grocery bill is $200, this means it’ll go up to $230.

Along with rising food prices will be social-political unrest. Last summer, two researchers from the New England Complex Systems Institute published a short paper examining the correlation between rising food prices and civil unrest.

Emma Rowley and Garry White report for the UK’s Telegraph, Sept. 23, 2012, that the world is “on track” for “agflation” — agricultural commodity inflation (of grain and oilseed) that will translate into record food prices within a year due to the US drought and similar water shortages in the farming belts of Russia and South America.

World food prices look set to hit an all-time high in the first quarter of next year – and then keep rising, according to the analysis from Rabobank, a specialist in agricultural commodities. By June 2013, the basket of food prices tracked by the United Nations could climb 15% from current levels.

Rabobank predicts “the coming year will see the world economy re-enter a period of agflation as grain and oilseed stocks decline to critically low levels, pushing the FAO [Food and Agricultural Organization] Food Price Index above record nominal highs set in February 2011.” The index offers a useful proxy for the prices paid by world consumers for food.

For policy-makers, the pick up in food inflation signals problems, as high food prices tend to magnify social unrest. “Politics and economics are inextricably linked as exemplified by the Arab Spring, which was preceded by a rise in food prices,” note Hermes fund managers in a recent report.

The good news is that Rabobank thinks the consumer impact could be less painful this time around compared to 2008, when there were severe shortages of wheat and rice. That is because today’s shortages are being seen more in crops used as animal feed, such as corn and soybeans, whereas in 2008, falling wheat stocks and various bans on rice exports capped the amount of grains available for direct consumption by people.

However, rising prices in animal feed crops will lead to higher meat and dairy prices, although consumers feeling the squeeze can switch from animal protein to staple grains. In the shorter term, higher slaughter rates as producers respond to rising feed costs should temporarily increase the meat supply. But the ultimate result will be smaller animal herd sizes, which will reduce meat and dairy production and ramp up prices.

None of this will translate into a rise in official inflation because, conveniently, the federal government does not include food and gas prices in its inflation calculation.

Simon Black of Sovereign Man has some advice for us:

Individuals can hedge their exposure in a number of different ways. The simple option is to invest in agricultural ETFs or long-term futures contracts. But I can hardly recommend this as a course of action given the massive systemic risk in the financial system.

Just as we often recommend holding physical gold and silver rather than owning a gold ETF, it’s much better to own physical agricultural assets.

If you’re on a budget, small gardens can be planted for a pittance as long as you’re willing to roll up your sleeves. Even if you live in an urban area surrounded by a sea of concrete, tabletop hydroponic and aquaponic systems can be set up on the cheap… and they’re easy to maintain.

If you have more capital to deploy, consider buying agricultural property, preferably overseas. Buying foreign real estate is a great way to move money overseas, plus it gives you a place to go if you really need to escape.
