Alabama passes bill requiring child molesters be castrated

On May 15, 2019, Alabama’s Republican governor Kay Ivey signed into law the Alabama Human Life Protection Act— America’s most restrictive anti-abortion law that makes it a felony for doctors to perform or attempt to perform an abortion in the state. The new law allows no exceptions for rape or incest but does allow for abortions in cases where the mother’s life is at risk.

Alabama’s anti-abortion law provoked these responses from the Left:

  • Feminist, attorney, and NYT columnist Jill Filipovic proposeed a requirement that a quarter inch be cut off of a mans’s penis for every pregnancy he creates.
  • Being the exhibitionist narcissist that she is, actress Emily Ratajkowski posted to Instagram a nude photo of herself in protest.
  • U.N. human rights spokeswoman Ravina Shamdasani expressed “concern” that Alabama and several other states, including Georgia, passed laws “severely restricting access to safe abortion for women,” which would “jeopardize” women’s life, health and safety by driving them underground.

Now, Alabama is doing another good thing.

The New York Daily News reports (via Syracuse.com) today that the Alabama Legislature has passed a bill that would require chemical castration of child molesters over age 21 who have abused a child younger than 13.

The bill, known as HB379, would make the measure a condition of parole. Convicted sex offenders would have to undergo chemical castration before leaving prison, both as punishment and to prevent them from harming more children in the future.

The legislation has been introduced before, but this is the first time it has passed both the state House and Senate.

It now awaits Gov. Kay Ivey’s signature.

Attorney Raymond Johnson told WIAT the measure could be seen as a violation of the Eighth Amendment, which prohibits cruel and unusual punishment, and predicted it would be challenged in court: “They’re going to claim that it is cruel and unusual punishment for someone who has served their time and for the rest of their life have to be castrated.”

But State Rep. Steve Hurst (R-Calhoun County), HB 379’s chief sponsor, maintains that the bill would prevent other children from being hurt. He told WIAT:

“They have marked this child for life and the punishment should fit the crime. I had people call me in the past when I introduced it and said, don’t you think this is inhumane? I asked them what’s more inhumane than when you take a little infant child, and you sexually molest that infant child when the child cannot defend themselves or get away, and they have to go through all the things they have to go through? If you want to talk about inhumane—that’s inhumane.”

Some objections to the bill were framed around whether or not the measure would actually work. State Rep. Sam Jones (D-Mobile) said: “A molester is still going to molest. Medication won’t do it.”

According to to a July 2010 Harvard Medical School Mental Health Letter, “Pessimism about pedophilia“, drugs that suppress production of the male hormone testosterone are used to reduce the frequency or intensity of a pedophile’s sexual desire, but it may take 3 to 10 months for testosterone suppression to reduce sexual desire. The health letter notes that “physical castration is another option“.

The Harvard mental health letter says pedophilia is incurable:

There is no cure, so the focus is on protecting children.

Pedophilia, the sexual attraction to children who have not yet reached puberty, remains a vexing challenge for clinicians and public officials. Classified as a paraphilia, an abnormal sexual behavior, researchers have found no effective treatment. Like other sexual orientations, pedophilia is unlikely to change. The goal of treatment, therefore, is to prevent someone from acting on pedophile urges — either by decreasing sexual arousal around children or increasing the ability to manage that arousal. But neither is as effective for reducing harm as preventing access to children, or providing close supervision.

Here are other interesting points in the Harvard health letter:

  • Estimates of recidivism of convicted pedophiles vary because studies define “recidivism” term in different ways. The estimates range from 10% to 50%. One long-term study of previously convicted pedophiles (with an average follow-up of 25 years) found a 25% recidivism rate for heterosexual pedophiles, and 50% recidivism for homosexual or bisexual pedophiles.
  • Experts estimate that only one in 20 cases of child sexual abuse is reported.
  • Nearly all people with pedophilic tendencies are male. Studies of child molesters have reported that only 1% to 6% of perpetrators are female.
  • Several reports have concluded that most people with pedophilic tendencies eventually act on their sexual urges in some way.
  • Fears about predatory behavior are valid. Most pedophiles who act on their impulses do so by manipulating children and gradually desensitizing them to inappropriate behavior. Then they escalate it. Pedophiles are able to do this because in most cases they already know the children or have access to them. In about 60% to 70% of child sexual abuse cases involving pedophiles, the perpetrator is a relative, neighbor, family friend, teacher, coach, clergyman, or someone else in regular contact with the child.

What happened to #LoveTrumpsHate? Jim Carrey tweets drawing depicting Alabama governor being aborted

Yesterday Hollyweird libtard Jim Carrey tweeted the following in response to Alabama’s Gov. Kay Ivey signing the Alabama Human Life Protection Act:

“I think If you’re going to terminate a pregnancy, it should be done sometime before the fetus becomes Governor of Alabama.”

At least he’s admitting abortion kills someone.

As I’ve been saying for awhile, this guy needs to up his meds.

ABC The View’s Joy Behar wants pro-life men sterilized

The Cambridge Dictionary defines “feminine” as “having characteristics that are traditionally thought to be typical of or suitable for a woman”, such as soft, caring, loving, and maternal.

By the speech and behavior of contemporary feminists, the word “feminine” should be redefined as “hateful, malevolent, vicious, venomous, and evil”.

Self-professed feminists are in a meltdown over two recent pro-life laws:

  • On May 7, 2019, Georgia’s Republican Governor Brian Kemp signed into law HB 481: Living Infants Fairness and Equality (LIFE) Act, aka fetal heartbeat bill, to which feminists, led by has-been actress Alyssa Milano, reacted by threatening a sex strike and a boycott of the state of Georgia.
  • On May 15, 2019, Alabama’s Republican governor Kay Ivey signed into law the Alabama Human Life Protection Act— America’s most restrictive anti-abortion law that makes it a felony for doctors to perform or attempt to perform an abortion in the state. The new law allows no exceptions for rape or incest but does allow for abortions in cases where the mother’s life is at risk.

The Alabama pro-life law so enraged feminist and author Jill Filipovic that she proclaims men are to be made incontinent, their pubic bones crushed, and a quarter inch be “required” to be “cut off of a man’s penis for every pregnancy he creates”.

Not to be outdone by Filipovic in viciousness, Joy Behar, the medusa co-host of the execrable ABC daytime talkshow, The View, calls for the forced sterilization of the men who’d voted for the Alabama Human Life Protection Act.

As reported by Kristine Marsh for NewsBusters, on May 15, 2019, the hosts of ABC’s The View criticized the abortion banning bill that was passed in the Alabama Senate the night before. Co-host Joy Behar cried sexism, while Whoopi Goldberg complained about religion influencing politics.

After introducing the topic, Behar sneered that the men who voted for this bill should be forced to be sterilized. She asked, “Can we look at the panel of men who did this? What do they have in common?” as the producers put a giant image of the twenty-five Republican Senators who passed the bill.

Behar answered her own question: “They’re all men. All white guys.”

The audience of women chuckled.

Behar then said: “Maybe we should make it a law they should all be required to get a vasectomy. That would solve the problem.”

The audience cheered uproariously and applauded their approval.

Here’s what Joy Behar and the audience of The View really look like:

Feminist Jill Filipovic reacts to Alabama pro-life law: Cut ¼ inch off a man’s penis for every pregnancy!

Liberalism is way, way worse than a mental disorder.

The Left are evil.

Already hysterical over Georgia Republican Governor Brian Kemp’s signing of the fetal heartbeat bill into law, with has-been actress Alyssa Milano calling for a sex strike in protest, the Left are now foaming-in-the-mouth rabid over Alabama’s near-total ban on abortion.

Two days ago, on May 15, 2019, Alabama’s Republican governor Kay Ivey signed into law the Alabama Human Life Protection Act— America’s most restrictive anti-abortion law that makes it a felony for doctors to perform or attempt to perform an abortion in the state. The new law allows no exceptions for rape or incest but does allow for abortions in cases where the mother’s life is at risk.

See DCG’s post on prominent pro-aborts’ reaction to Alabama’s new law, and my post, “Ohio Will Permanently Defund All 26 Planned Parenthood Clinics“.

Jill Filipovic, 35, is an avowed feminist, an attorney and writer. She’s a New York Times columnist, blogs at Cosmopolitan and The Huffington Post, and is the author of The H Spot: The Feminist Pursuit of Happiness who once asked American women to “divorce [their] Republican husbands” over now Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination.

Seven hours after Governor Ivey tweeted that she had signed the Alabama Human Life Protection Act into law, Filipovic posted this venomous and truly evil tweet:

Pregnancy and childbirth cause serious and permanent changes to many women’s bodies. Require that a quarter inch be cut off of a man’s penis for every pregnancy he creates and see how quick we are to force women to indelibly risk and chance their bodies.

Here’s a screenshot of Filipovic’s tweet in the event she takes it down:

Filipovic promptly followed her “cut off men’s penis” tweet with another one calling for men to be made incontinent and their pubic bones be fractured:

Honestly what if we just forced a quarter of men to be incontinent with every pregnancy they created? Fractured a third of their public [sic] bones for every child? That would be unconscionable. It’s also what’s pregnancy means for women.

Would you believe Filipovic actually has a husband?

In February 2018, she married Ty McCormich, a foreign correspondent who was the Africa editor at Foreign Policy magazine from 2015 to 2018.

Imagine his terror if he ever impregnates her.

Alabama abortion law causes libtards to freak out: ‘Imagine the indignity of being forced to carry your rapist’s baby to term’

Hollyweird types and progressives who don’t live or vote in Alabama reacted as predicted to the new Alabama Human Life Protection Act. Read about their responses on the link.

Many were upset that white republican men signed off on this law (which was signed by a woman governor). Libtards wanted to know how men would react if they had to carry a baby to full term if they were raped.

My question is: Why can’t one imagine the love and potential for a child conceived from rape?

Here are some stories of people, conceived by rape, who survived the “indignity” of being carried to full term.

Eartha Kitt: Eartha was born on a cotton plantation near the small town of North, South Carolina, or St. Matthews on January 17, 1927.

Her mother Annie Mae Keith was of Cherokee and African descent. Though she had little knowledge of her father, it was reported that he was a son of the owner of the farm where she had been born, and that Kitt was conceived by rape.

Angelina Jolie’s adopted daughter Zahara: In 2007 the mother of Angelina’s Ethopian adopted daughter spoke out about her rape which led to the birth of Zahara. She said, “I think my daughter is a very fortunate human being to be adopted by a world famous lady. I wish them both all the success they deserve.”

Martin Sheen and his wife Janet, who was conceived by rape

Liberal actor Martin Sheen’s wife, Janet: Despite Martin being a devout liberal, he is also a devout Catholic. From Life Site News in 2011:

“Sheen, a complex character whose Catholic devotional life and pro-life views have not stopped him from backing the presidency of Barack Obama, was interviewed by Gay Byrne; the interview was released on Irish broadcaster RTE’s website April 3.

Byrne asked Sheen: “The liberal causes that you espouse are readily identifiable with people in the movie business, but your anti-abortion stance is very strong indeed. And tell me what you told me on the late late show in 1987 as to why that is.”

Sheen replied, “Well we had pregnancies with our grandsons, three specifically. And we welcomed these children and encouraged the mothers to have the children and gave them support. The lads were not happy at the time but they came to love these children. We have three grown grandchildren, two of them are married, they’re some of the greatest source of joy in our lives.”

Sheen went on to note that his wife Janet struggled after the conception of their fourth child, but chose life despite the circumstances after speaking with a therapist.

However, Byrne asked about Janet, “was she not born because of a rape?” Sheen responded that his wife would rather that he not speak about it, but does admit that she was conceived in rape. Byrne followed up, suggesting that “if there had been an abortion she would not exist.”

Sheen relates further that even after birth Janet’s mother contemplated “dumping her in the Ohio River.” She was raised by aunts till she was six, after which her mother, with a new husband, “came to collect her,” he said.”

Valerie Gatto, conceived from rape

Valeria Gatto, former Miss Pennsylvania: From CBN News in 2014:

Valerie Gatto shouldn’t be alive today. The model and former Miss Pennsylvania is considered successful by today’s standards, but most people would never guess she is a child of rape.

Her mother was brutally attacked at knife point when she was just 19 years old. Her attacker intended to kill her. Somehow, she got away thanks to the help of a bright light.

“Whenever my mom managed to get away, he was going to murder her, but there was just this bright flash of light, and he got scared and didn’t want any onlookers to see her and what he was doing to her. So, that light gave my mom the opportunity to run away and escape — and if that bright light didn’t appear, she would have been murdered,” Gatto told Trib Live.

Her mom later realized she escaped with not just her life, but a pregnancy. Gatto’s mom did not want to abort her but decided to raise her with the support of her family.

Today, Gatto is a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and pageant winner. While her life had a tragic beginning, Gatto chooses to focus on the positive.

I live my life not thinking of it as something negative but looking at how to turn a negative into a positive. … A lot of people could benefit from this type of story — not just young women story — about how to protect themselves and how to prevent the crimes. It’s a story that could inspire a lot of people and, if I stay a strong person, I can inspire many other people,” she said.

Faith Daniels: “It doesn’t matter how you were conceived.”

Faith Daniels, former TV news anchor: From People Magazine in 1993:

“AT AN OCTOBER TAPING OF HER DAILY NBC talk show, scheduled to air March 4, Faith Daniels was moderating a discussion of a disturbing topic: women who become pregnant as the result of rape. She seemed every inch the dispassionate observer, moving smoothly between one woman, who had opted for an abortion, and another, who had chosen to carry her pregnancy to term. But just before cutting to a commercial, Daniels, 35, made a startling disclosure to her guests. “There are many adoptees—including this one—who were conceived in the exact same way,” she said, a slight tremor in her voice. “It really doesn’t matter how you were conceived. Only what you’ve become.

Though Daniels has spoken openly of her adoption in the past, she had never before divulged publicly what she learned only in 1985 about its circumstances: that her own birth mother, then an unwed 17-year-old, had become pregnant with Faith after being beaten and raped by a young man she had been dating.

If Daniels’s viewers were stunned by the revelation, the reporter herself has remained a model of equanimity. “[The circumstance of conception] isn’t something that’s a cross to carry or that I dwell on,” she says now. “Date rape is truly an awful thing. But if a child is the result, and is placed in a loving home, there should be no stigma.”
