“…the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire. A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him….” -Daniel 1:9-10

Psalm 138

I will give thanks to you, O Lord,
with all my heart,
for you have heard the words of my mouth;
in the presence of the angels
I will sing your praise;
I will worship at your holy temple
and give thanks to your name.

Because of your kindness and your truth;
for you have made great above all things
your name and your promise.
When I called, you answered me
you built up strength within me.

All the kings of the earth
shall give thanks to you, O Lord,
when they heard the words of the Lord:
“Great is the glory of the Lord.”

Yesterday, Sept. 28, was the feast day of the Archangels. This Tuesday, October 2, is the feast day of our Guardian Angels!
