Second Larger Oil Leak in Gulf

An oil industry expert, Matt Simmons, says there’s another much bigger oil leak in the Gulf — as big as the states of Maryland and Delaware — 5 to 6 miles away from the BP Deepwater Horizon hole.
Matt Simmons was an energy adviser to President George W. Bush, is an adviser to the Oil Depletion Analysis Centre, and is a member of the National Petroleum Council and the Council on Foreign Relations. Simmons is chairman and CEO of Simmons & Company International, an investment bank catering to oil companies.
Simmons thinks the bigger leak could have been caused by the destruction of the well casing when the BP oil rig exploded. Or it could be caused by a natural oil seep, although the odds of a seep of that size occurring right around the time of the Deep Horizon disaster is nearly zero.
There also appears to be a gigantic lake of oil now lingering below the ocean surface around 3,000 feet deep.

The ‘top-kill” is not working.
My wife is a physical therapist – she has a patient who is high up in the FBI. He told her the other day that there is alot they are not telling the public about this ordeal. I am going to see if she can get any specifics. I’ll let ya know.

We all are probably aware of the fact that full disclosure with the public doesn’t immediately – if ever – take place with things like this, but it makes me even more curious when someone in his position says so.

This is insane! Why have we all just sat around letting these evil people destroy our oceans. It is our fault too. Everyone of us and those that live near the gulf, those that depend on the gulf for their living and those that enjoy visiting are even more to blame. Our voices should have been raised in protest. Those that did speak out were not supported loudly enough by the rest of us. Why? Now it is maybe to late to save the gulf. When the evil doers that we have invited into our congress and white house finish… Read more »
