Rape suspect in Virginia freed due to Wuhan virus went on to kill his accuser

Karla Elizabeth Dominguez has died in Virginia after Ibrahim Bouaichi – who was indicted last year on charges that included rape, strangulation and abduction – shot and killed her.

From Fox News:

“The Washington Post was first to report that Ibrahim E. Bouaichi shot and killed the woman in late July, after he was released April 9, according to the newspaper and Alexandria police.

Bouaichi was indicted last year on charges that included rape, strangulation and abduction. The woman, whom police identified as Karla Elizabeth Dominguez Gonzalez, testified against him in Alexandria District Court in December.

He was jailed without bond in Alexandria – until the pandemic hit. Bouaichi’s lawyers argued that he should be freed awaiting trial because the virus endangered inmates and their attorneys. He was released on a $25,000 bond over the objections of a prosecutor.”

Bouaichi went on to shoot and kill Karla on July 29.

The good judge Nolan Dawkins who released the rapist recently retired on June 26. He served 26 years after becoming Alexandria’s first African American judge. Hope he enjoys his retirement now while Karla’s family raises money for her memorial.

Give the Judge the choice, spend a year with the victim in her coffin or the perpetrator in his cell.

Hit & Run Judges-is THIS our future?? The Family needs to sue the “judge” personally for being complicit in Karla’s murder. Did he REALLY think he could put these Criminals on the street and they’d actually
BEHAVE??

“while Karla’s family raises money for her memorial.”

Karla’s family should be raising money to sue the judge and the State of Viriginia.

This is so predictable, and so sad. Lord save us from such malignant leaders.
