Dear, dear Mike!
One of my favorite visuals is that of Christ walking beside us as we make our way through our valley. I would like to share with you the url to several articles on grief:
As we were going through our son’s death I kept telling myself that I had to hold on to His hand, that if I did that then we would come through this tragedy. For whatever reason, that visual of holding on to Christ’s wounded hand got me through some searing moments.
God bless you, dear Mike! Am so glad you are in the FOTM family!
With much love,
God Bless I will be praying
Always remember to stay strong in faith and thank God for His blessings even during the difficult times. For your Aunt is in heaven with the Lord and your Uncle will follow. Rejoice, for they will be together soon. I am praying for you and your family to remain strong during this difficult time. IJN Amen.
Mike – how are you doing?
Yes, Patricia. Thank you for your concern. You’re the best!
Thank you everyone for such an outpouring of love and support.
Hey buddy, how you doing? You and your family are still in our prayers. 🙁
Thank you, Steve!
Mike – what’s the latest on your uncle – and how is he holding up?
I’m estimating he has a couple of weeks, but I might be wrong. I’m pretty sure he’s going to Heaven, so it’s not really a bad thing. Still, it’s a bit sad. Thank you for asking, Patricia.
Mike – what’s the latest on your uncle?
Thank you, Patricia. He’s hanging in there, not making much sense.
