Pornhub reports spike in DC of porn viewership during government shutdown

Those federal workers carry a real burden…

From Fox News: As the partial government shutdown heads into its 28th day, Pornhub has reported a spike in traffic — coinciding with the same time some federal workers have stayed home from work.

The site’s Insights team analyzed data from Jan. 7 to Jan. 11, and found that not only has PornHub seen an almost six percent increase in visitors, it’s also seen a “distinct shift in the hours during which people are watching porn.”

The porn-viewing site’s traffic — pre-shutdown — was usually at its peak from 10 p.m. to midnight. But, post-shutdown, “late-night traffic increased by up to 14% above average, while early morning traffic from 9am to 10am had the smallest change.”

In Washington D.C. alone, Pornhub claims its hourly traffic has increased an average of 6.32 percent, with female traffic, in particular, increasing 12.3 percent above average.

The now-longest government shutdown in U.S. history started Dec. 22, and has left more than 800,000 federal workers and contractors without pay. Some federal employees have been deemed essential to government functions and are required to work without pay. Others have been furloughed, but are still left unpaid.

Both Democrats and Republicans are at a standstill as President Donald Trump continues to demand $5.7 billion for a border wall, a request that some Democrats have described as immoral.

How revolting.
So this is what non-essential federal workers do when they have spare time.
Question: If they are non-essential, why do we need them at all?

Porn rots the mind and the soul.

I hope the government shutdown causes most of the non-essential employees in the non-essential agencies to be permanently removed. What a great way to start draining the swamp!

“Pornhub” sounds like a psy op to me, not least because of those free-floating and so phony statistics. Considering the demonstrable promotion of porn by the US gov, Rockefeller Foundation, etc as a method of socio-political control, why waste a crisis when it can be used to imply porn (and hence masturbation) is so mainstream now that it’s what everyone’s doing with their free time. I believe it was Richard Weaver who pointed out that the ancient Greeks realized that socially destructive obscenity is twofold, including depictions of gore and violence right alongside that of grungy sex.

I suppose I’d rather have them playing with themselves than legislating. Given the crop of perverts they have now can you imagine the type of sites they read? I doubt if you can distinguish this from Netflix.

PornHub’s seeing an increase in traffic cause the fed workers can’t afford hookers, no matter how cheap they offer their services. They also don’t have to worry about getting busted watching freen porn on our dime. They can’t take Fido out for a walk for 8 hours.

Trump asking for 5.7 Billion is not immoral. What the Dems. should consider immoral is, having Palosey/ (palosie)( duh, I give up) as speaker of the house.

The Feds’ “workers” are just taking a lead from one of their favorite role models, MLK.

“It was not some “right-winger” who had King’s office and hotel rooms bugged. This order was signed by then U.S. Attorney General Bobby Kennedy on Oct. 10, 1963. Evidence proved that King was under the direct orders of Soviet spies and financed by the Communist Party. The Kennedy tapings continued for 5 years and also developed shocking revelations regarding King’s sexual practices.”

One of your prior articles said that DC had more Narcissistic Psychopaths than all the other non-Fed States. I wonder if there’s a connection, in porno freaks & psychos? 🙂

Though I was surprised to see in the current stats that more WOMEN were porn-seeking. Blech! Probably all the Lezbos &/or M-to-F Trannies in DC.

Just imagine if we could see the spike in the child-porn sites these psychos are watching. One can only wonder.

BINGO, LO!!!!! I’ve said to myself and aloud to anyone else who might be listening…..I’m SOOOOOO glad the government is shut down so they (the likes of Nancy Pelosi) can’t be screwing around with our health care, our gov’t regulations…our FEDERALLY-funded abortion services/system and so many other things and “isms.” They can’t EVEN pursue “impeachment” as they’ve spouted out continually……HA! Instead, they are focused on NOT securing our southern border, and in this singular fashion, it appears that they are willing and able to continue in a very EASY “shut down” with what they think is an “easy” trade off”… Read more »

Law Introduced to Curb Porn Crisis in Govt. Agencies
FEBRUARY 24, 2015
An epidemic of federal employees watching pornography on government computers during work hours has gotten so out of control that legislation has been introduced in Congress to contain the embarrassing crisis.
Porn has for years been part of the job at some government agencies and in fact a number of federal audits have long documented the enraging details of how our tax dollars are being wasted.

There is also a company called “mindgeek” which runs a lot of the porn garbage, (see here: https://slate.com/technology/2014/10/mindgeek-porn-monopoly-its-dominance-is-a-cautionary-tale-for-other-industries.html ) Now one wonders what this says about the morality of the majority of the country, assuming that pornhub isn’t outright lying to make people think that the majority is a certain way of course, which is equally plausible given how the mainstream media is effectively the department of propaganda. One also wonders why these vile industries aren’t DDoSed on a constant basis or otherwise hacked, does that even happen to them, and if not, why not? Truth is that nobody “needs”… Read more »

This whould go over great if it applied to the Feds in DC.

An Arizona lawmaker proposes a porn tax to pay for the border wall.

“Republican Rep. Gail Griffin, R-Hereford, has introduced House Bill 2444, which would make “distributors” of devices that allow access to the internet install software to make the offending material not viewable. To remove the blocking software, a person would have to pay the state $20.”

The spike in porno viewers trickles down to much more than watching, it goes to show we are a mentally ill society getting high from practicing what “we” watch. The biggest empire Rome fell, and we are heading that way. Magpie Ocasio-Cortez said on global warming “the world is going to end in 12 years”. Our crumbling “society” will be dead by then.

What a revealing (and revolting) statistic!

Now now, don’t be too hard on these useless feds.

After all, they are just taking their “work” home with them.
