On October 26, 2020, two Philadelphia police officers responded to a domestic dispute call. When they arrived, they found a black man, Walter Wallace Jr., 27, armed with a knife. The officers asked Wallace to put down his knife, but Wallace ignored the order and advanced towards the officers with the knife. The officers fired several rounds at Wallace in the shoulder and chest. He later died in the hospital.
Wallace, 27, had nine children, and was an aspiring rapper who rapped about killing police. At the time of his death, he was awaiting trial for making terroristic threats. (Wikipedia)
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris published a statement, saying, “Our hearts are broken for the family of Walter Wallace Jr….We cannot accept that in this country a mental health crisis ends in death.”
Using this justified police shooting as the pretext, demonstrations occurred throughout Philadelphia on the nights of October 26 and 27, which escalated into violence and looting.
As many as 1,000 people looted businesses in Port Richmond, including this looter carting off a large appliance because, as we all know, racial justice is all about stealing large appliances. [Sarc]
Melvin Singleton, the deputy police commissioner of Democrat-run Philadelphia, ordered the police to stand down and to NOT arrest looters.

30 police officers were injured by the rioters with bricks and rocks, including a 56-year-old female police officer whose leg was broken after being hit by a pickup truck.
The injured police officers should sue Deputy Police Commissioner Melvin Singleton, and Mayor Jim Kenney, a Demonrat.
