scrooge“then one foggy christmas eve santa came to say, “rudolph with your nose so bright, won’t you guide my sleigh tonight?” and rudolph was like, “actually no, i’ve been doing some reading and i realized i don’t need to be a cog in your capitalist machine. i know i have inherent worth despite being ostracized by my peers for my inability to conform. i’m going to go free the elf labor you’re exploiting, later bourgeois trash”
Why do you say “socialism” isn’t that economic system? Well for the purposes of this blog I will use my own personal definition. Similar to how racism and sexism refer to discrimination on the grounds of race or sex, my definition of socialism refers to discrimination based upon the social personality type.”
say what
“One thing I highly dislike about rightist rhetoric on leftist ideology is their focus upon on society vs individuality, but I would like to note that believing in a collective is not in opposition to individuality. The very fact that we are in constact contact with each other, have language, have knowledge, it is proof that we think with one another from the wisdom of our ancestors. It is the recognition that without the tools of the past, we would not have the society we have today, so we must continue building upon this. Free freeeducation to help us all come to an understanding and build upon the societies of our history, free healthcare to insure that each person is not burdened with the pain of existence and harsh realities of biology that we have all worked together to end, and free necessities because we did not choose to exist, but we have the ability to provide for one another. It is after this point that we are individuals, and it is most ethical to do so.”
church and state
“birth control violates religious beliefs” yea ok but remember that thing called the separation of church and state
“Men want to run the country, but they can’t tell the difference between a threatening form of harassment and a compliment.”
“Stop parents from emotionally manipulating their kids by saying things like “i buy your food and put clothes on your back” like you were the one who chose to have a kid shut ur fucking mouth
And just because they know better than you do:
7 Things I Wish Parents Would Stop Teaching Their Children:

  1. That nudity is inherently sexual
  2. That people should be judged for their personal decisions
  3. That yelling solves problems
  4. That they are too young to be talking about the things they’re already starting to ask questions about
  5. That age correlates to importance
  6. That interacting with someone of the opposite sex is inherently romantic
  7. That the default for someone is straight or cisgender

  1. Much ado in this post. Whew 🙂

  2. Reading these makes my head hurt every time.😁 What the hell did they just say?????

  3. A fitting response to most Gen Y half-witticisms:

  4. There’s less to people than meets the eye!

  5. this is really stupied

  6. Just have to add a conversation from our dysfunctional holiday drink with the neighbors. The young woman considers herself to be an intellectual because she reads the Huffington Post. She wears the attitude out loud. When she asked where I got the holiday chocolates and candy bars for the kids, I told her from the Russian Deli in a nearby city. She said, “How did you get Russian candy bars, I thought we had sanctions with them?” Yep.

  7. One just cannot make up stoopid like this. Sheesh, now I know I be from another time and place. Thank goodness for that.

  8. Not to mention a Chick-fil-A manager having to tell his Gen Y crew how to speak properly at work:

  9. And, I am OTL—‘Out to Lunch.” In my classroom, if I don’t “get it,” then it was NOT successfully communicated. I ignore it. Boo Hoo. Try again.
Life sucks, and then you die. Moral is…if you can not communicate to another successfully, all other life will go on, & pass you up. This will be “OK” if you don’t care about it. If you do & have not corrected your ways…it will just happen again…. So sorry, but in the real world there are no I.E.P’s (Individual Educational Programs) like there were in school days, when all the teachers and your fellow kids had to wrap around YOUR problems/needs so you could learn at YOUR own pace in your own way, no matter what it did to the other 39 kids in the room…..in REAL LIFE, you just have to suck it up and produce, or perish. Welcome to the World.
