Everyone will scream, but let's take another look at Newt

I am not endorsing Newt by any means. I have just seen a few things lately that have me going Hmm. I dismissed him months ago. RINO, blah, blah.
This is an interesting Vid. It is part 5 and will look for rest.
Humor me and watch. Then you can curse me out. 😀
PS. Justin Phillips of Tea Party Nation endorsed a while ago. I was
like well not reading that anymore. Just saying, that’s all.

  1. He knows exactly what to say.

  2. He’s always been a dynamite speaker; knowledgeable and often inspiring. My problem is that I just don’t trust him.

    • Yep… me either LTG…
Funny how so many thought BO a ‘good speaker’ too… (NOT! )…well, as long as his teleprompter is present and in working order, LOL 😉

  3. Yeah, he’s a great speaker & good at the debates. Just can’t get that pic of him & Pelosi on the couch together out of my head 🙂

  4. I actually met Newt once at a book signing and I can honestly say he struck me as one of the knowledgeable people I have ever seen, a brillant historian.
Like some brillant academics I think Newt sometimes blunders himself into bad situations as evidenced by some of the skeletons in his closet(infidelity, his stand on environmental issues and ethics). Personally he is probably a great guy, but I don’t think he will ever be president. I would love to see him and Obama in a debate though, just the thought of seeing Newt mop the floor with that bumbling fool and reduce Obama to nothing more that babbling idiot would be worth the price of admission.

    • Concise summation of my objection to Newt, sage.
Some people like to think that our private moral conduct is a thing apart from how we conduct ourselves publicly.
      Not.
      Private immorality = public irresponsibility/malfeasance.
“The man who is dishonest as a statesman would be a dishonest man in any station. It is strangely absurd to suppose that a million of human beings collected together are not under the same moral laws which bind each of them separately.” ¬Thomas Jefferson, letter to George Logan, 12 November 1816.

  5. He is absolutely brilliant, and he would make a fantastic Sec of State…
He definitely needs to be in the cabinet of our next president, historical perspective is what has been lacking in past administrations…

  6. Let’s face it Newt is BRILLIANT. He is oen of the few who really understands the underpinnings of virtually everything to do with government. He’s armed with knowledge and allthe other skills to be a great president. I am still on the fence about all of them. I favor he and Cain. Btu Newt is by far the savviest and most experienced of any of them.
He’s very matter of fact about what he says, he doesn’t BS around.

  7. If the knowledgeable were always wise…but I agree with his non-rottarian stance on abolishing the 9th…but I like Paul’s of abolishing the Fed,TSA,HUD,DOE,EPA…. Victory or Death

  8. Newt may be “brilliant” but his chance of (a) being the GOP nominee; and (b) being elected POTUS in 2012 is:
    zero

  9. OK dear friends at Fellowship–I know y’all will yell at me and think that I am wrong and/or crazy, but I support Gingrich and have for a long time. I know he has had his problems, but I believe he is better than any of the others. Let the yelling at me begin!!!

  10. George H.W.Bush whom should be serving for treason, and espionage, ushered the New World order right in the front door,Gingrich was very close to him,and worked very hard for him. Is anyone familiar with George H.W.Bush’s father?? the story is chilling. Matter of fact,I do believe it has a whole lot to do with where our Country is today. Please don’t take my word,do heavy research.

  11. LOL I hear ya Steve… It’s akin to finding a treasure box sticking out of the ground, and your first thoughts are, “OOO wow!” – only to dig it up and discover it is just an old box filled w/no treasure at all…

  12. his book “valley forge” was really good we need a candidate that not only knows what he’s doing but also must be able to beat obama. first thing is to get the inept criminal known as obama out of the white house and unto a prison ship banished from america for the rest of his life…

  13. Newt is a great idea guy, and one of the smartest people on the planet.
It’s just that baggage thingy that is following him around, which the MSM would exploit to the hilt.
I would love to see Newt and/or Ron Paul be put in charge of slashing federal agencies. 🙂
