Obamacare's New IRS Rule

Rate this post

One of the monstrosities in Obamacare is the 1099 Rule.
Beginning on January 1, 2011, businesses and self-employed individuals must submit 1099 forms to the IRS for all business purchases of $600 or more.  The stated purpose for this is to close the ‘tax gap’ which is the difference between the amount of what is “owed” and what is paid, due to lack of reporting and under-reporting, and is estimated at $300 billion dollars a year.
Someone please tell me what business purchases have to do with health care?
This alone makes it clear, once and for all, that Obamacare is not about health care reform. Obamacare is about Big Government taking even more power from the people, which goes against the purpose, spirit, and letter of the United States Constitution.

Wake up, Americans!!!

  1. Looks like being self employed is the new evil. They will not be happy until each one of us are stripped from everything we have and are servants to the powers that be. G-d help us.

  2. What a joke! I hope the new Congress can somehow repeal this garbage…
