Obama also claims to be part Cherokee

Take a good look at the woman in the pics below.
Does she look Native American, specifically, Cherokee Indian to you?

The photos above are of a young (l) and old (r) Madelyne Payne Dunham, Obama’s maternal grandmother.
Massachusetts Democratic Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren is in political hot water for her questionable claim of having Cherokee blood. For years, the Harvard law professor has reaped career “diversity” benefits by claiming to be 1/32 Cherokee.
Other than two recipes she offered in a 1984 cookbook, Pow Wow Chow, which she claimed to have been passed down to her through the Five Tribes families, Warren stated that she didn’t need to provide documentation of her 1/32 Cherokee ancestry because family “lore” backed her up.
It turns out Elizabeth Warren isn’t the only politician claiming to be part Cherokee. Barack Hussein Obama, the dog eater, also claims to be part Cherokee! Unlike Warren, however, Obama does not say what fraction of him is Cherokee.
Michael Patrick Leahy writes for Breitbart.com, May 21, 2012, that in his 1995 memoir, Dreams from My Father, Obama claims to be part Cherokee (see pages 12 and 13 of the 2004 paperback edition):

If asked, Toot [Obama’s maternal grandmother, Madelyne Payne Dunham] would turn her head in profile to show off her beaked nose, which, along with a pair of jet-black eyes, was offered as proof of Cherokee blood.
But an old, sepia toned photograph on the bookshelf spoke most eloquently of their [maternal grandparents Stanley and Madelyne Dunham’s] roots.  It showed Toot’s grandparents, of Scottish and English stock, standing in front of a ramshackle homestead, unsmiling and dressed in coarse wool, their eyes squinting at the sun baked flinty life that stretched before them…in their eyes one could see truths that I would have to learn later as facts…that while one of my great-great grandfathers, Christopher Columbus Clark, had been a decorated Union soldier, his wife’s mother was rumored to have been a second cousin of Jefferson Davis…that although another distant ancestor had indeed been a full-blooded Cherokee, such lineage was a source of shame to Toot’s mother [Leona McCurry Payne] who blanched whenever someone mentioned the subject and hoped to carry the secret to her grave.

If Obama does have Cherokee ancestry, it is most likely to come from the ancestors of Christina Wilson McCurry who was born in 1795 in North Carolina. But most amateur genealogists who have looked into this are skeptical such proof exists. The McCurry line appears to be listed in all census records as white.
One amateur genealogist following this story noted that “other than a couple of people listed as born or living in North Carolina, I don’t see anyone [from among Obama’s ancestors] living anywhere the Cherokees were living. And not all people who lived in North Carolina were Cherokees. When families are from the Southeast and have a family story if it pans out there is Indian blood, it isn’t always Cherokee, even if that is what the family was told.”
Leahy writes that “Phone calls and emails to the White House for President Obama to provide evidence of his claim that one of his ancestors was ‘full-blooded Cherokee’ remain unreturned.”
If Obama had a son, it is getting more and more confusing just what he’d look like!

  1. Too many lies come from Skippy’s mouth and pen. Too hard to keep track of all of them!

  2. He is way too ignorant to be Cherokee. Look at what he has done to the American Nation. The Cherokee will in no way accept a controlling bureaucrat as one of their own. Rember the Bureau of Indian Affairs! Long live the Cherokee Nation! Long live America!

  3. He’s part everything in an election year. Haven’t you ever heard that song “I Am The World”?? Michael Jackson wrote it about him.

  4. Yeah, that’s it! ROFL

  5. Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!

JEEZ! The man will say ANYTHING to broaden his base! Happily, most of his proclamations bite him in the arse! He’s alienated much of the Military claiming that HE killed Bin Laden – He’s alienated Christians by supporting homosexuals and demanding free contraceptives and abortions from Christian establishments – He’s alienated blacks by keeping their unemployment numbers in the teens – He’s alienated the working man by supporting the violent, unruly, anarchist “Occupiers” and kissing the arse of socialist bankers – He’s alienated many one-time friendly countries by either ignoring them or siding with ‘unfriendlies’ and so on ad infinitum! So do you think his claim of Indian heritage will be taken well with those of true heritage … I think NOT!

  7. What’s next, claiming he’s Jewish? I just want to hear him admit he’s a Jew hating muslim (an no I will not capitalize the M) A little truth isn’t too much to ask is it?

A little Muslim, a little Kenyan, a little Indian, a little African, a (very) little American, a little Klingon, a little Dalek all stirred around and mushed up into a brown pile not dissimilar to what you find in a pasture!

  8. Wow! The versatility of this man is beyond human understanding – he just goes on evolving! Has “Cherokee” show up on one of his birth certificates then?

  9. That’s why he has no son…he ate him.

  10. Was he scalped at some point? Maybe he’s a reincarnated dead Cherokee? He did get an American Indian name sometime ago, Black Eagle? Whatever…………………………..Next David Cameron will announce his diverse ancestry. Are these guys channelling a spirt guilde or something, it’s really weird.

Part Cherokee? What an insult to the integrity of the Cherokee people! Part Cherokee….OK, …Did you know I’m part Canaanite?

  12. Something is rotten in America.

  13. I’m part Mohican….just not sure which part,though…
    pretty sure I’m part Adamite , too…
but I’ve got no idea what a caucasian is supposed to look like

  14. We are all of the same clay. How can one of more note more than the other?

  15. Obama’s making it up as he goes along. What a terribly confused individual. How does he get out of bed in the morning?

  16. Which part is Cherokee?

  17. more absurd lies from the liar in chief. what will he claim next dalek was a very good guess or maybe he is part klingon the son of warf or maybe part race horse the sire of i’ll have another the first potential triple crown winner in many years or maybe he will say he discussed racing strategies with the race horse and claim the victory if the horse wins at belmont on june 9th (i think the race is june 9th) can’t you just picture skippy standing next to the horse and saying that it wasn’t the horse that won but skippy claiming victory and someone laying the horseshoe of flowers aroound skippys neck as he struts around claiming a triple crown victory

    • Oh yeah, and it’ll be his stimulus that caused the first Triple Crown win in a bazillion years. I’d say his lineage comes from Twenty Grand, adjusted for inflation Twenty Trillion.

  18. i think he meant to say that he was part jeep cherokee with all wheel drive..
like a transformer only better because he is the dog eating skippy and part jeep cherokee
