Here’s the answer to Trail Dust’s post of Feb. 25: “Try to find anything on military cutbacks.”
The title makes me think… Didn’t that get us in trouble the last time?
My oldest son and I studied WWII…we had to stop…we were close to crying most of the time when we really dived into it.
Or as Ben Franklin stated: There is never no good war or a bad peace.
Since our Congress hasn’t declared war as required by the U.S. Constitution since 1942, it would seem we have no legal need to be at anything but “pre-war” levels. The founders did not believe in standing federal armies. None of us have lived without one.
Maybe we could stop occupying Germany and Japan since they unconditionally surrendered nearly 70 years ago.
hmmm… interesting! Thanks!
Are we playing international Hunter Games for the “elite” of the NWO? Why are we creating more enemies in more places with a weaker military unless national defense is no longer an objective? Long ago, the oceans protected the United States; today, they are a broad highway for merchant ships and submarines with missiles to be fired from sea level and underwater at a close distance.
Thank you for treating the subject Dr. Eowyn. The actions being taken are beyond insane. The only way they can feel safe making such moves is if they’ve made deals to sell us out to some “competitor” in the list of nations. Obama and his stooges may already own palaces in some other country. Perhaps they have estates in the inexplicable new Chinese cities.
Thank you Dr. Eowyn for this important post. Clearly, the king has another agenda to which this military cutback is related.
“new era” could they be any more blunt? I’d advise folks to read up on what happened in Russia back in 1910-1917, and to keep a sword (or some manner of longer-than-a-pocket-knife blade) around as well.
I guess Obummer isn’t interested in McCain’s “100 year war”… 🙂
Circa 2008: After a questioner mentioned the Bush administration’s willingness to keep troops in Iraq for 50 years, McCain said “Make it a hundred.” ( http://voices.washingtonpost.com/fact-checker/2008/04/mccains_100year_war.html )
As for “New Era,” I guess they got tired of saying, “New Order.” I do think the ax will drop someday, but I don’t think it’s quite time yet (has the US Military completed their invasions of all still-sovereign nations in order to force them to restructure themselves according to NWO goals?).
Until then, the politicians are all puppets on a stage, speaking scripted lines ‘n lies. The truth is probably 180-degrees in the other direction. They may be increasing the size of the military vs. reducing it. Consider this oldie goldie David Bay article at CuttingEdge:
“BREAKING OUT OF THE MENTAL BOX: LEARNING TO THINK IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF PROPAGANDA TO FIND THE TRUTH – In U.S. Army Intelligence, I was trained that the truth most often lies in the exact opposite direction of the public rhetoric. You must learn this technique if you are to successfully glean the truth from news reports”:
