More evidence that Sandy Hook Elementary School was closed before shooting

A major contention of Sandy Hook skeptics is that Sandy Hook Elementary School (SHES) had been closed for some time before the shooting massacre on December 14, 2012. The skeptics point to the following evidence:

  1. Years before the massacre, the school was reported to be in disrepair and contaminated with environmental toxins, including the deadly asbestos.
  2. Absence of legally-required designated handicapped parking spaces and signage in the many aerial photographic and video images of the school’s parking lot taken by news media on the day of the massacre.
  3. Testimony from the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine of the school’s lack of Internet activity from the beginning of 2008 through all of 2012.
  4. Refusal on the part of the State of Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission to provide Halbig with documents he’d requested invoking the Freedom of Information Act: SHES maintenance orders and emails from SHES principal Dawn Hochsprung to food services provider in the months immediately preceding the “massacre”.
  5. Photographic evidence of an abandoned school from the State of Connecticut’s Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection — of a dangerous, exposed metal rod on an exterior staircase; and classrooms and hallways jammed with furniture and office supplies in clear violation of the fire safety code.
  6. Evidence obtained by Wolfgang Halbig of SHES’s closure and the removal of its teachers and students to Chalk Hill Middle School in Monroe, CT, months before the massacre:
    • An email exchange between SHES’s principal and school custodian on moving the school.
    • An invoice from Dean Foods of a food delivery to SHES at Chalk Hill Middle School in Monroe, CT.
    • A spreadsheet listing invoices of Dean Foods deliveries to SHES in Monroe.
    • An email from an employee of Dean Foods confirming that the food deliveries were sent to SHES in Monroe.
    • A USAC form indicating that services were provided Chalk Hill Middle School although that school hasn’t been used by the Monroe school district since June 2011.
    • FCC Form 471 for the funding year 2012 of Newtown Public Schools includes Chalk Hill Middle School (CHMS) although CHMS is not in Newtown and was closed in 2012.

For images of the above evidence, see:

Now, Halbig has found more photographic evidence that Sandy Hook Elementary School (SHES) was in such disrepair, it could not have been a functioning school on December 14, 2012, the day of the shootings. The photos were taken on Dec. 13, 2012, a day before the shootings (source: Dropbox):

(1) An article in Newtown Bee on SHES being so contaminated with asbestos and other environmental toxins that it must be completely torn down and replaced with a brand new building:

(2) Huge cracks in the sidewalk in front of the school:

(3) The entire ceiling of the overhang canopy at the front entrance of SHES was full of mold, mildew and rotten wood:

(4) A side wall outside SHES’s front entrance had water stains from rain pouring through the roof line to flood the entrance:

(5) March Into Reading was a nationwide reading campaign in U.S. public schools which was promoted in March 2012. But a photo taken on December 13, 2013 shows a giant sign inside Classroom 12 of SHES, which says “March Into Reading Centers” — 9 months after the campaign.

(6) The wooden door of Classroom 6 was eroded by termites; the tiled wall next to the door was filthy:

(7) The interior of a classroom is in disrepair, with a broken thermostat, an empty paper-towel dispenser, and a rotted cabinet bottom:

(8) The interior of another school room shows rusty cabinet doors and a stained wooden door (circled in yellow); a microwave oven and a printer are next to a sink (see yellow arrow), which is a hazard:

(9) Restrooms for the handicapped and special-needs schoolchildren were used for storage and had no ADA-compliant grab bars or even toilet paper:

(10) The kitchen inside SHES was filthy and devoid of stove, washer, dryer and other kitchen equipments:

(11) Although the school was in disrepair, the 5-year (2011-2016) budget plan for SHES’s building and site maintenance projects shows nothing (zero $) for Year 1: 2011-2012:

Fellowship of the Minds thanks Mr. Halbig for his permission to post the above images.

I have been in building Maintenance for over 2 decades. This building is in disarray. I have done work in buildings that are deemed to have sick building syndrome and these pictures emulate that syndrome.

Sick building syndrome indeed. This school, built in 1957 I believe, is terminally ill. And now it is no more

That SHES was an easily deconstructed FF is self-evident and we are indebted to Mr. Halbig for compiling the irrefutable evidence, and to FOTM for disseminating it. Still it has had little large-scale impact. Or perhaps it has but that impact is largely under the radar. IMO we need to make the information available to people who are at least open to questioning official narratives and not waste our energy on those who aren’t. I’m fortunate to have my tunnel vision leftist half-brother as a test subject. If I showed him these pictures he’d say they were photoshopped. Who would… Read more »

People believe whatever they want to believe, depending on their ideology. Any thinking adult could see that this school was not in current use at the time of the Sandy Hook “production,” yet the gun grabbers and media are still milking it for all it’s worth. They will never admit the truth.

I get it. Sandy Hook shooting was clearly a hoax. Too much evidence. At some point, the preponderance of this evidence not only tips the scale, but causes it to fall over. What I don’t get that I’d love to know the answer to: Why has no one, not one single individual, not one lone wolf resident of Newtown, publicly or anonymously, blown the whistle and confirmed, just for one example, that the school really had been closed for some time? Every town has people who will call BS on local or state political nonsense despite great risks to their… Read more »

Halbig and Fetzer have some visibility and that gives them limited protection. But if some courageous whistleblower from Newtown decides to tell the truth he’s likely to have an unfortunate accident or spend the next twenty years in some black hole of a sensory-deprivation prison. These people play for keeps. But don’t worry, the people know, the people always know. The original people interviewed by CNN were confused as to why there were children in SHES; it had been closed for years. Needless to say those interviews didn’t make the cut. Subscriptions and readership and ratings for major “news” outlets… Read more »

Okay, then I guess I’m an idealist. And a naïve one at that. If it were me… If I lived in Newtown… I’d have been doing my best to get the truth out for the last seven years. Most likely subtly and via back-channels, I’m naïve, but not that naïve. I guess I expected at least one person in that town to have a moral compass, a backbone, a spine. Yet none have surfaced. William, I get your point. If you’re young and have a life ahead of you, children to raise, grandchildren to look forward to, and need a… Read more »

There really is no need to get out the truth about SHES, it is already out and has been since the non-event. Now there is such a preponderance of evidence that it was a rather sloppy staged event/FF that no one with an IQ above room temperature could possibly believe the official story. But people choose to believe it and all the other monstrous lies that they are fed because if they didn’t their entire worldview, their comfortable unreality bubble, would collapse. And that’s frightening. But life is frightening, we are born but to die. Rather than face their mortality… Read more »

What a joke. I live a couple miles down the road. Nobody believes it was real. Porta potties onsite at 10am? Laughable. What tv viewers dont realize is how much its staged theatre. Being from the area you know the roads, tv viewers dont. One of my favorite scenes is where everyone is marching down the street, local cops with fbi armed agents, with rescue etc. Makes for good tv but people dont realize theyr all marching down the road to nowhere, its hilarious. If you’re a local n know the street you ask yourself where the f*k are they… Read more »

No evidence the porta pootties were there at 10am. Earliest one is seen is in dash cam video at about 1:30pm.

Until this expose by Dr. Eowyn a few years ago, I refused to believe our government did false flag operations. Call it cognitive dissonance, my inability to entertain an unthinkable thought. But my eyes have been opened, and it is difficult to trust any news stories anymore at face value. About four years ago we had a person come to our church to go over plans of how to respond to an active shooter incident. I did not attend. Reason: such drills have become precursors to actual active shooter incidents. Instead, I stayed home and prayed that the church would… Read more »

I find it interesting that, at least where I work, we are now being taught to fight back if capable or run if feasible. Which is exactly what I’ve been saying from the beginning. If you accept being “locked down”, what you’re really accepting is being a sitting duck. No thanks. If it’s my time, it’s my time, but it’s going to be on my terms, not someone else’s.

As General John Stark so eloquently put it over two centuries ago. “Live free or die. Death is not the worst of evils.”.

SH being a FF was already a slam dunk, proven here on FOTM. This just adds to the evidence. Taking into consideration some of the demographic data of the area I do not see how a building in such disarray could have children occupying it for any amount of time. There are standards. At least in California there are. I would like to think other states have the sane.

That part of CT, as opposed to “diverse” cesspits like Waterbury and Bridegeport, is loaded, leafy, liberal, and has a very high average per capita income. With correspondingly high standards. The school had missing handrails on stairs, broken windows, asbestos, leaky roofs, etc. There is no way the people would allow their children to attend classes there. It wasn’t even suitable to be used for storage

“Medical examiner in Sandy Hook massacre, other crimes dies”

He died at 67 of natural causes. He was overweight, judging by his picture.

His performance after the “massacre” was truly bizarre. It was his moment in the spotlight and he acted as if it was all a big joke, like he knew perfectly well that “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook”. I suspect he’s living somewhere with a new identity or maybe they shot him with their heart attack gun. I don’t know obviously. Note that in this episode of Forensic Files they state that the murder of Helle Crafts (wait..what?) was the first conviction obtained without a body. Sandy Hook would be the second. May God have mercy on his wretched soul
