I-90, the same I-90 that’s the MA Turnpike. The homeless encampments here are in the woods, public property, state forests and such. If you’re homeless in the Berkshires, why live next to a highway? Most of the state forests have campgrounds and sometimes churches or the Salvation Army will pay for homeless people to camp. And once they set up camp good luck getting them out. They have rights. Seattle needs a new public works director. Mohammed Nuru from SF should get his resume in. Bribery, kickbacks..very impressive. When can you start?

Attention: Hire the willing homeless (if there are any) to pick up the garbage. It’s worked in other cities.
