Like most famous globe-trotting celebrities, Canadian rocker Neil Young blasts others for contributing to man-made global warming while spewing more carbon emissions in a year than you and I ever will in our lifetimes.

Young lost his Malibu home in the Woosley fire and, of course, blamed President Trump. From MSN:

Music icon Neil Young lost his home in the Woolsey fire Sunday and came down hard on President Trump for denying the devastating effects of climate change.

“California is vulnerable — not because of poor forest management as DT (our so-called president) would have us think,” Young posted on his website. “As a matter of fact this is not a forest fire that rages on as I write this. We are vulnerable because of Climate Change; the extreme weather events and our extended drought is part of it.

Young goes on to call Trump a “Denier,” saying he hopes the new Congress can bring a “reckoning” to this “this unfit leader” who he said doesn’t understand the seriousness of climate change.

“California is a paradise for us all. A gift,” Young wrote, adding that humans are defenseless against “Mother Nature’s wrath.”

“Fire fighters have never seen anything like this in their lives,” Young wrote. “I have heard that said countless times in the past two days, and I have lost my home before to a California fire, now another.

“Imagine a leader who defies science, saying these solutions shouldn’t be part of his decision-making on our behalf,” he continued. “Imagine a leader who cares more for his own, convenient opinion then he does for the people he leaves. Imagine an unfit leader. Now imagine a fit one.”

Young shared the Malibu home with his wife of three months, actress/director Daryl Hannah. He also owns a ranch in the Santa Cruz Mountains, south of San Francisco.

The Malibu homes of director Scott Derrickson and Robin Thicke were also destroyed in the blaze.

The 83,275-acre fire near the border of Ventura and Los Angeles counties, which has destroyed 177 structures and prompted the evacuation of 265,000 residents. According to officials, the fires were only 10 percent contained as of Sunday night.”

While his Malibu home was destroyed, I’m sure Young will survive in one of his other homes. From what I was able to find he has a home in Redwood, California. No doubt he has a home in his home country of Canada.

He also flies (private jets) around the world to perform concerts. According to a report by Calgary Herald in 2014, Young talks a good talk about climate change while contributing to the problem. From their report:

“While Neil Young spoke to a Calgary news conference at the Jack Singer Concert Hall prior to his Sunday night show, five rock star-style motorhomes were left running outside, spewing fumes into the Calgary air, even though they were mostly unoccupied.

Inside the concert hall, the 68-year-old rock ‘n’ roll legend was talking about the “elephant in the room,” which he later explained was man-made global warming. The only elephant I could see was his enormous carbon footprint and his even bigger hypocrisy between his walk and his talk.”

Typical Hollyweird HYPOCRITE.

  1. Winter is coming, NO Sunspots creates Grand Solar Minimum.

I won’t stop trying to educate some sense into good people on GSM.
Best plant potatoes & calorie dense food crops in gardens & learn how to store, root cellars is a waning practice.

  2. Hypocrite extraordinaire! I’ve never listened to a single one of his songs, but I do frequently listen to one that mentions the lowlife:———–
Well I heard Mister Young sing about her
Well I heard ole Neil put her down
Well, I hope Neil Young will remember
A southern man don’t need him around anyhow.

    Sweet Home Alabama

  3. That picture is of his house in Woodside CA, well at least that is the address. The property is far enough west that it might actually be La Honda. There is also a recording studio on the property as well as a large barn that actually holds real train cars. Neil was really into trains, and even was part owner of Lionel trains at one time.

  4. It’s disappointing to read how stupid some people are. There is no proof at all for “man made climate change”. All they have are speculations. No one even understands what a “natural” climate change looks like over time. Hence, they don’t know what “normal” is, so how can they be hysterical over “perceived” man-made changes?

If tomorrow they categorically proved that the climate was changing due to man’s influence, how would that be deemed “unnatural”? Man is part of nature too.

Lastly, if they “proved” that “man did it”, what would they do about it? “Believing” in something is best left to the realm of faith. Somehow, this Gore-inspired doctrine has become a test of orthodoxy. I don’t care if someone wants to “believe” this (with no proof), why do they insist on imposing it on everyone?

This is a total scam to take money, lower our standard of living and further eliminate our freedom.

  5. Neil Young was a big fan of Charles Manson! (The musician as was Dennis Wilson)
“Dr. John Brignell, a British engineering professor, runs a website called numberwatch. He has compiled what has to be the most complete collection of links to media stories ascribing the cause of everything under the sun to global warming. He has already posted more than six-hundred links.
The site’s stated mission is to expose all the “scares, scams, junk, panics and flummery cooked up by the media, politicians, bureaucrats and so-called scientists and others that try to confuse the public with wrong numbers” Professor Brignell’s motto is “Working to Combat Math Hysteria.”
This exercise is not merely a lark to show the abject absurdity of this global warming nonsense. Brignell wrote a great book titled Sorry Wrong Number, The Abuse of Measurement on this very subject.”

    • I really didn’t plan to adopt him. I like his music. As a musician it is interesting. I don’t have to do the Vulcan mind meld with everyone or hate them. He is who he is and he thinks what he thinks. The same applies to me.

    • I was extremely perplexed when Neil Young wrote his tribute song to the “heros” of 9-11 about an event that never actually happened. Then I read the works of Dave McGowan about the contrived rocker sons and daughters of the military intelligence elite. That explained everything.

Thirty years of chem-trail spraying of aluminum particulates is what causes these super-hot fires. The forests of the west are a tinderbox waiting to explode.

      • Neil Young ran in the LC circles as did Charles Manson (MK-Ultra?), and Neil thought Manson was an incredible songwriter/musician. Manson also had a interesting connection to the Dennis Wilson of the Beach Boys. Yes, your post is spot on, and the 60’s “liberal” counter-culture revolution was not “organic” but contrived by the Frankfurt School/Military Intell as I have stated on other articles.

  6. Are grampaw Young’s SUVs and airplanes powered by unicorn farts?
Are his guitar amps and recording studios powered by solar panels?

  7. A couple of months ago, I heard Mark Taylor, who is a retired Florida fireman, say that all of these fires in CA are set on purpose. He said they are spraying the trees with a particulate of some kind that causes the fires to burn many times hotter and spread much more quickly than an average fire. He told specifically what it is, but I can’t remember exactly without watching the video again. I believe he said that other firefighters had told him all about it.

Christian author and researcher, L.A. Marzulli, lives in Santa Monica, and I saw on Sunday night that his house burned in this fire. He and his wife were here in Dallas when it happened. Please pray for them.

    • That may be very well true. In addition I would add, some of these have been set by immigrants, and some could be blamed on lunatic liberal policies of non-controlled burns, & other formerly adopted practices of the Forestry Service which is what our Commander-in-Chief (the Bolsheviks do not like that title to be used for Trump, but loved using it for their pet golem Obozo) was alluding to.

  8. He was ‘one note’ back then and he’s still the same now. Hack.

  9. The photo of that sad looking old man made me think of Hillary, probably because of the trajectory between his and Hillary’s physical and mental decrepitude and the drug-fueled 1960s hubris they and their commie friends had about being forever young. Diapers help, I’m sure, especially when they’re on stage.

I’m shocked that that whining old bastard Young is still at it, politicizing even the weather. I knew even back in the late ‘60s that some powerfully evil forces were at play when some momma’s boys in little girl haircuts singing off key through their noses like Crosby Stills Nash and Young could fill stadiums. My guess is that these days they play mainly to similarly decrepit seniors in college towns, reliving the glory days that were more like wallowing in their own sh*t. Pray they start something.

    • We all get old (trust me), unless we’re unlucky. He had a good run. He just released another album. It’s pretty good. I’m still playing and I’m as old as he is. life is good.

  10. Neils off his meds again. He’s plugging in his electric guitar to a source provided by those evil power companies so he can sing about them destroying the environment. Never mind the voltage his sound and lighting systems use.

  11. If mankind is the cause of global warming, why did the glaciers melt?

  12. Neil can always live in a teepee with his wife Daryl Hannah – I think she has done so for a long time.
