A soldier in Iraq had an HP printer that quit working.
He contacted HP tech support for help to fix it. HP told the soldier he would have to pay them for the advice.
Here’s the soldier’s response!
HP eventually reacted to all the bad publicity by giving free phone support to all active overseas U.S. military personnel, even those whose warranties had expired. LOL
