Family embraces monkey after 3 weeks’ absence

We are told non-human creatures do not feel human emotions of love and grief.

A monkey in the Umsizi Umkomaas Vervet Rescue Centre in Umkomaas, Kwazulu Natal, a province of South Africa, was away from his family for weeks recovering from an injury.

Watch how his family reacted when the monkey returned home.

His family had been waiting for and missing him all those weeks.

Would that our human biological families had even a fraction of the love displayed by this family of monkeys — creatures without sin….

Awe inspiring! And in our “human world” we encounter meanness, evil, hate, just for the hell of it!

There is a supreme sadness that us humans do not act as loving and conciliatory towards others of their family, as we see animals treat those of their families.
