Dr. Terry Lakin comes home

Rate this post

On May 14, 2011, the first domestic political prisoner of the Obama administration, former U.S. Army surgeon Dr. Terry Lakin came home, after serving a sentence of six months for “Missing Movement by Design.”
On December 7, 2010, Bronze Star-recipient Lakin was convicted, sentenced, and dismissed from the military for daring to challenge his deployment orders on the grounds of Obama’s unproven constitutional eligibility for the presidency, and thus dubious authority as commander-in-chief.
The good doctor was court martialed but denied the right of discovery. Military judge Denise Lind refused to grant the defense discovery documents comprised of Obama’s birth certificate and school records — not even his kindergarten records — because, as she put it, those documents might be “an embarrassment” to Obama. In so doing, Lind effectively stripped Lakin’s attorneys from mounting a defense.
All of which makes the trial a travesty of justice and Lakin a political prisoner of the Obama administration.
In October 2011, the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts denied Lakin a license to practice medicine in that state because of his actions.
I finally found a video of Dr. Lakin’s homecoming. Look at his three precious children!

  1. Many blessings on you for following up on this, as I’d lost track. He’s a fine candidate for Congress, where he could be in a position to create laws that help others who face the Hell he was put into for daring to speak truth to power.

  2. I doubt it. But if Obama is ever found to be officially guilty and prosecuted.
Well, Larkin and others will have recourse to screw the perpetrators of the crime commited on them and us all. The backlash would be great and give hope for our country. But the powers will never let that happen.

  3. What a brave true patriot. Dr.Larkin’s story was not covered on MSM? That’s a shock. Wish that one judge would be as brave as Larkin is and not be bought off by the adminstration.

  4. Yeppers, I caught that and immediately thought: “Another bad phone call at 11:00 pm, maybe w/threats….” It’s the same old, same old, never changes.

  5. I hope he runs for Congress and wins, then gets to vote to impeach the Kenyan Muslim commie SOB that did this to him.

  6. This doctor was harassed and not given his rights to a fair trial by the military. The trial was a farce and they never intended for him to have due justice. He should file a lawsuit against obama the minute he gets out of office because obama is a fraud, identity fraud, and has lied about who he is when he was a us senator and now that he is a president. This man needs due justice and needs to sue him personally and the government cant prevent it. Too bad the mlitary isnt impartial and was on obamas side, when he has lied , cheated and no telling what else imo. This man should have NEVER gone to jail. Obama should be in jail now but he will reap what he has sown.

  7. I doubt we will ever see a film from Hollywood about this brave man’s courage or this outrageous situation.

    • An excellent idea! Why don’t we send letters suggesting so and so should star in the role? I’m sure that once a leading actor gets the urge to do so, he will find or make a way for it to happen.

  8. Glad to see you are home with the ones who matter. This country has fallen and is likely to stay down or never recover due to this want-to-be leader. Stay proud for standing up for what you believe is right. So many would rather do the opposite because it is easy! Keep in touch. :C:
