Do you think Attorney General Loretta Lynch will indict Hillary?

Rate this post

A week ago, on Jan. 5, 2016, former federal prosecutor Joseph DiGenova said some stunning things on the Laura Ingraham radio show:

  • Hillary Clinton could be indicted in the next 60 days.
  • She will not complete her presidential campaign and will not be Democratic Party’s nominee.
  • There will be massive revolt inside the FBI if Attorney General Loretta Lynch refuses to charge Hillary.

See DCG’s post on this here.
Hillary For Prison 2016DiGenova is a former federal prosecutor, U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, who led the prosecution of Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard, and was the Principal Assistant U.S. Attorney during the prosecution of attempted Reagan assassin, John W. Hinckley. In December 1992, he was appointed Independent Counsel in the Clinton Passport File Search matter.  In 2007, Mr. diGenova was retained by the New York State Senate to investigate then-Gov. Eliot Spitzer in the Troopergate matter.
Here’s the transcript of what DiGenova said on Laura Ingraham Show:

“[Hillary Clinton’s] biggest problem right now is the FBI [investigation into her emails on an unsecured network], they’re not going away. They have reached a critical mass in their investigation of the Secretary [of State Hillary] and all of her senior staff, and it’s going to come to a head, I would suggest, in the next 60 days.
And I predict Hillary will not make it to the finish line. She’s not gonna be able to complete her campaign. This criminal investigation must, out of necessity, focus on her and all the people around her. And if [FBI Director] Jim Comey is doing his job, which I expect him to do as an honorable man, she cannot be the nominee of the Democratic Party. She’s going to have to be charged with a crime.
It’s going to be a very complex matter for the Department of Justice, but they’re not going to be able to walk away from it. She and her staff have committed numerous federal crimes involving the negligent and improper handling of classified information. There are now over 1,200 classified emails, and that’s just for the ones we know about from the State Department. That doesn’t include the ones that the FBI is in fact recovering from her hard drives. She has definitely made false statements under oath both in interviews and on Capitol Hill.
She [Hillary] has not yet been interviewed by the FBI in their investigations. That will be the final step in their investigations. The Bureau has so much information about criminal conduct by her and her staff that there is no way that they walk away from this. They’re gonna make a recommendation that people be charged, and then [Attorney General] Loretta Lynch is going to have a decision of a lifetime.
I believe that the evidence that the FBI is compiling will be so compelling that unless she [Lynch] agrees to the charges, there will be a MASSIVE revolt inside the FBI which she will not be able to survive as an attorney general. It will be like Watergate. It will be unbelievable. The evidence against the Clinton staff and the Secretary [Hillary] is so overwhelming at this point that if in fact she [Lynch] chooses not to charge Hillary, they will NEVER be able to charge another federal employee with the negligent handling of classified information. The intelligence community will not stand for that. They will fight for an indictment, and they are already in the process of gearing themselves to basically revolt against the attorney general if she [Lynch] refuses to bring charges.
There is a massive breach between the intelligence community, the military community at the Department State, and the national security superstructure inside the intelligence community. There is vitriol of an intense amount developing. You can hear it in your conversations with people in the intelligence community. They will fight to the death if the attorney general attempts to bury this case. It’s going to be very, very ugly for her, and it’s going to be an awful ending to the Obama administration, but one which they richly deserve.”

  1. Knowing how this government works, I don’t think so. But you can’t blame a guy for hoping. 😀

  2. Huma’s about to go under the bus…

  3. Judging from the in-house poll, which now stands at 89.66% (26 votes out of 29 cast), she will NOT be indicted or convicted, there will not be a revolt anywhere by anyone, although there should be. This is because EVERYONE connected w/this gets a federal paycheque, and no one wants to lose it or their fat fed pensions. Period. End of story.
FotM readers are either completely cynical or complete realists in their assessments of this most recent betrayal, so that’s 2 points for our team!

  4. I sincerely hope deGenova is right. It’s not that Loretta Lynch wants to do anything: I think it all depends on Obama’s disposition. If Obama is in the mood to throw Hillary under the bus, and he believes he can pull it off, he will do so, and if Loretta “gets back to where she once belonged,” it’s no skin off of his nose.
As for the intelligence community wants to revolt, I don’t think the FBI would be the controlling agency of anything: It seems to me the CIA would be the controlling agency; What they dictate goes. I would imagine Obama has already factored this in.
Let’s wait and see: March 13th is not that far off.

  5. I think Lynch will “fumble” the paperwork until after the Nomination,(it won’t help) and will EVENTUALLY “Indict”,Killary will drop out of the race,Shotgun Joe will step in,Sanders will win the Nomination by a comparative landslide, the Democrats will either lose outright or will get busted cheating their asses off,Trump will be elected unless something very serious stops him from getting the Nomination,if Trump doesn’t win the Presidency,Cruz will take it with a pretty good margin. Trump will be more likely than Cruz to throw the book at Killary. It may take a year or so,but Trump OR Cruz will go on a search for the internal Traitors to the US and see that they get their respective days in Court. Obama’s EO-mill will be sorted and 3/4 of ’em will be revoked. MY favorite ending would be that the NEW President makes just ONE EO-That would be to repeal all prior EO’s,toss the illegal, immoral or unconstitutional ones, everything else would be submitted, reviewed and voted on in Congress, per the US Constitution, and the LAST EVER EO would be to forever close the EO option,or set up a “co-signer” sorta thing where even an EO would require a secondary signature before it’s considered legal, draft a VERY SPECIFIC list of legitimate uses for EO,and anything else can’t be done that way
    Of course,I COULD be wrong…..

  6. I’m not holding my breath that anything will happen. Zero. Nada. Zilch. Rules don’t apply in DC anymore.

  7. No doubt “lynch” will act out of fear of being lynched herself if she doesn’t do so. I’m certain there are still a “few” good patriots, within the FBI organization that will see to it.

    • Dave, I can ALWAYS rely on you for a 100% REAL answer. Many thanks, J.

    • Agree. The correct answer to this question is, “no.”
I add this question to my “bucket list,” meaning….when I go to Heaven, the first line I’m going to join up is the one waiting for answers to: Where IS Jimmy Hoffa’s body?; What REALLY happened in area 54?; Who killed JFK?; who is Barack Hussein Obama’s natural father?; who engineered the gun-exchange for “Fast and Furious?” (and HOW did Obama get away with “excusing” Holder through “executive privilege” from testifying, when this privilege is extended ONLY to National Security matters??); who gave the “Stand Down” order for Benghazi?; What REALLY happened shortly thereafter when Hillary had her “Immaculate Concussion?”; Which Lois Lerner email said, “go after/punish those bastard Republicans if they apply for tax-exempt status—using the unbridled, unelected, power of the IRS?”; Why do we even have “Czars” of ANYTHING in our American government? Between the president’s cabinet and all the rest—why are we paying for/suffering the existence of these bogus (again, unelected) positions?; What DOES the EPA do—-besides regulate rainwater puddles these days?; Why did I have a 5-seater Saturn SL 2 in 1994 with overdrive, that got 34 mpg & never had a problem in 225,000 miles….but it got put out of business in the big shuffle/save the big banks and the big businesses in the first days of Obama—- so as to save, say….that old, tired, stupid BUICK (might help to know that Saturn workers OWNED their company…..) AND, if I recall…in his FIRST State of the Union, Obama called for manufacturing an American car within a decade that would get 30 mpg—–DAH!!!!! BEEN THERE—DONE THAT!—What kind of car was HE driving at the time? Think I can GUESS—
I will spend a LOT of time in this line—b/c there is so much MORE. Feel free to add 🙂

  9. I highly doubt it, personally.

  11. Does she deserve it, yes, but she knows too much.
I have a feeling she was put out there to run and win, then suddenly unable to serve, then her mysterious VP takes over. I think there is a major plan afoot.

  12. I believe that they will not indict hillary because she has to much “stuff” on other people. I can hear her say, “If I go down,I’m taking all you SOBs with me”

  13. When Lynch was first nominated, we were told just how ethical she is and that things will be done correctly.
So far, we have seen nothing like we were promised. Just another lap dog.

  14. Thank you Dr. Eowyn for this remarkable post. Cynicism is understandable in this matter. However, since there is such a large amount of substantial evidence against Hilary, I don’t think the attorney general will have a choice not to charge her with the appropriate crimes. We must pray for justice to be done.

Lynch will not prosecute hillary because clinton gave her her job their corrupt
