The late CBS anchorman Walter Cronkite with the avuncular demeanor was called “the most trusted man in America”. He retired from anchoring the CBS Evening News in March 1981, succeeded by Dan “fake news” Rather.
Cronkite was a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
On October 19, 1999, Cronkite accepted the Norman Cousins Global Governance Award from the World Federalists Association at a ceremony at the United Nations in what WND reported as a “total media blackout”.
In his speech, Cronkite declared his support and allegiance to a one-world government. He blamed the refusal of the U.S. Congress to ratify one-world-government treaties on “a handful” of obdurate senators who “pander” to the Christian Coalition and the “religious right wing”.
Identifying Pat Robertson as the leader of the Christian Coalition, Cronkite quoted Robertson, that “any attempt to achieve world order before that time must be the work of the Devil.” Cronkite then mocked Robertson by declaring, “I’m glad to sit here at the right hand of Satan.”
Below are two videos of Cronkite’s remarks, followed by my transcription of his words.
Introduced by a speaker declaring that a one “world government is the structure necessary for global justice,” Cronkite said:
I’m in a position to speak my mind and, by god, I’m going to do it. (Audience laugh uproariously)
First, we Americans are going to have to yield up some of our sovereignty. That’s going to be for many a bitter pill.
Today, we must develop federal structures on a global level to deal with world problems. We need asystem of enforceable world law, a democratic federal world government. Most important, we should sign and ratify the treaty for a permanent international criminal court. That is now at the core of the world federalist movement’s drive. That court will enable the world to hold individuals accountable for their crimes against humanity.
And the third point: Just consider if you will, after 55 years, the possibility of a more representative and democratic system of decision-making at the UN. This should include both revision of the veto in the Security Council and adoption of a weighted voting system in the General Assembly.
Some of you may ask, although I think most of you know the answer, why the Senate is not ratifying these important treaties, and why the Congress is not even paying UN dues, even as with the American rejection, so many years now, the League of Nations after World War I.
Our failure to live up to our obligations to the United Nations is led by a handful of willful senators who choose to pursue their narrow, selfish political objectives at the cost of our nation’s conscience. They pander to and are supported by the Christian Coalition and the rest of the religious right wing. Their leader, Pat Robertson, has written in a book a few years ago that we should have a world government but only when the Messiah arrives. (Derisive laughs from the audience.) He (Robertson) wrote, “Any attempt to achieve world order before that time must be the work of the devil.”
Well, join me. I’m glad to sit here at the right hand of Satan. (Audience applause)
Curiously, the version of Cronkite’s 1999 speech on the website of Renew America, an organization founded by Alan Keyes, leaves out Cronkite’s “right hand of Satan” declaration.
[U]p until his death Cronkite served as honorary chair of the Interfaith Alliance, an organization dedicated to countering the influence of conservative Christianity on federal politics. In 2007, the Alliance initiated a campaignto force Christianity out of the public sphere by promoting policies that would silence the Christian voice…[and the banning of] faith-based schools….
Part and parcel with Cronkite’s campaign against religion in public life was his outspoken vocal support of abortion and same-sex marriage.
According to Kurt Nimmo of InfoWars, Walter Cronkite was part of the Deep State:
Cronkite was a former intelligence officer who was lured away from his UPI Moscow desk by the CIA Operation Mockingbird’s Phil Graham…. [T]he corporate media, at least at the level Walter Cronkite occupied, is rife with spooks, government agents, and disinfo operatives. The CIA has “important assets” inside every major news publication in the country, a fact established by numerous FOIA documents. A rare glimpse was also provided by Frank Church’s committee in the mid-70s.
Walter Cronkite died on July 17, 2009, ten years after his “I’m glad to sit at the right hand of Satan” speech. May he, like Saul Alinsky and Fidel Castro, be granted his wish.

Ever since Donald Trump assumed the presidency, the U.S. stock markets have been going gangbusters.
Just 16 days ago, on January 17, the Dow Jones industrial average surged more than 300 points to close above 26,000 for the first time in its 121-year history.
And yet yesterday, the Dow Jones industrial average plummeted 665.75 or 666 points to 25,520.96, the biggest one-day points drop in ten years, since Dec. 1, 2008 or the beginning of the Great Recession.
Kevin Dugan reports for the New York Post, Feb. 2, 2018, that “Stock markets had their worst day on Friday since the dawn of the Great Recession, as fears mounted that the Federal Reserve may be forced to act more aggressively to cool down an economy that’s heating up faster than investors expected.”
On a percentage basis, yesterday’s 2.5% drop in the Dow was the biggest since the day after the UK voted to exit the European Union — an event that sent markets in a free-fall the world over.
Prudential Financial chief market strategist Quincy Krosby said:
“We all know that many bull markets have ended by the Federal Reserve as they raise the rates to the point of slowing the economy down perhaps too much. It’s come on quickly and it caught the market off guard.”
Blah, blah, blah.
Krosby neglected, however, to inform you that yesterday, the Federal Reserve had met and decided AGAINST raising interest rates.
Dow’s steep fall yesterday was not a reaction to bad economic news. On the contrary, the U.S. had added 200,000 jobs in January, and wages rose 2.9%.
So what happened yesterday that could have triggered the largest stock market plunge in ten years?
The House Intelligence Committee’s release of the infamous FISA memo, which reveals how the Obama Administration, on the basis of an unverified “dossier” prepared by a former British spook known to be biased against Donald Trump, abused the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to get a court warrant to conduct electronic surveillance on a Trump advisor. As some had intimated, the contents of the memo should lead to not just the firing of senior FBI-DOJ officials, but their imprisonment.
So who engineered yesterday’s stock market plunge?
On January 3, 2017, responding to MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow‘s description of Trump as “taking these shots, antagonisms, taunting the intelligence community,” Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY)said something quite ominous:
“Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday of getting back at you. So, even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he’s [Trump] being really dumb to do this.”
Two days later, on January 5, 2017, former Sen. Rand Paulobserved that Schumer “is speaking the truth there — better watch out. I think Trump knows about it. That’s why he has private security.” Paul said Trump “will have problems achieving” reform of the intelligence agencies “because there’s so many obstacles and he won’t know who really represents the CIA unless he is well attuned to the deep state because the real orders and assassinations” are given to the CIA by the deep state.
Isaac Green has a channel on YouTube called “Anti School“. His Anti School is also carried on The Washington Pundit blog, as you can see in the blog’s banner (click to enlarge):
In a recent Anti School video, Green interviews a man who claims Obama is a Luciferian. The man’s visage is concealed from the camera for fear of his life, and is identified as the co-founder of Washington Pundit and a “former manager” of the “Barack Obama Foundation”. (H/t Voat)
Note:The Washington Pundit does not identify its founders or even its posts’ authors by name. The blog’s “About” page is a blank.
There are two Barack Obama Foundations:
(1) The non-profit Barack Obama Foundation in Chicago was created in January 2014 to oversee the creation of the Barack Obama Presidential Center (or library) and the construction of its campus, in partnership with the University of Chicago. Curiously, the center will not be part of the presidential library network operated by the National Archives and Records Administration.
The Foundation’s “leadership team” makes no mention of a “manager”. The team consists of:
David Simas, CEO
Robbin Cohen, Executive Director
Jordan Kaplan, Chief Development Officer
Michael Strautmanis, Vice-President of Public Engagement
Thelma Golden, director and chief curator of Studio Museum in Harlem.
Mahalia Hines, board president of non-profit Common Ground Foundation and a former high school principal.
Glenn Hutchins, director of AT&T and of Federal Bank of New York.
Deval Patrick, former governor of Massachusetts.
David Plouffe, Democrat Party operative and Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign manager.
Penny Pritzker, Democrat Party donor; former Obama Administration Secretary of Commerce; founder/chairman of global investment firm PSP Capital and Pritzker Realty Group.
J. Kevin Poorman, president and CEO of PSP Capital Partners.
John Rogers, investment managers.
Michael Sacks, investment manager.
Juan Salgado, chancellor of City Colleges of Chicago.
Juliana Smoot, Democrat Party fundraiser and former White House staffer.
Maya Soetoro-Ng, Obama’s half-sister.
Robert Wolf, founder/CEO of 32 Advisors.
(2) The non-profit Barack H. Obama Foundation in Virginia, which is about charity work for Kenya and unconnected to the construction of the Obama Presidential Center:
The founder of this foundation is Obama’s older half-brother, Abon’go Malik Obama. The two men share the same father, Barack Hussein Obama Sr., but have different mothers; Malik’s mother was Obama Sr.’s first wife, Kezia. In the 2016 presidential election, Malik supported Donald Trump and attended the third Trump-Hillary debate as Trump’s guest. On March 9, 2017, Malik tweeted an image of Barack’s Kenya birth certificate.
The Barack H. Obama Foundation website makes no mention of a “manager”.
Here’s Isaac Green’s video:
Green begins by saying that the Barack Obama Foundation is “a money laundering front” for “criminal activities”. This is what the interviewee (let’s call him Mr. X) said:
“I was the manager of the Barack H. Obama Foundation,” which was named after the father of Barack and Malik.
As manager of the foundation, Mr. X had worked with and was friends with Malik Obama who provided him with “all the intel” on former President Obama (henceforth, we’ll refer to him as “Barry”).
Malik “does not know” if Barry was born in the U.S. “Others” say Barry was born in Indonesia, and came to the U.S. on foreign exchange as “Barry Soetoro”. (Soetoro was the name of Barry’s Indonesia step-father, the supposed second husband of Barry’s mom.)
Malik said he’s “technically” Barry’s half-brother, but the two men actually have different fathers. In other words, according to Malik, Barry’s bio dad is not the Kenyan, Barack Hussein Obama, Sr.
Barry’s maternal family, the Dunhams, “is CIA” — his grandfather Stanley Dunham was in the U.S. military but worked as “an informant for the CIA”; Barry’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was a CIA “operative”; Barry’s real father was Frank Marshall Davis, “a Soviet spy who worked for the CIA”. (Note: Davis was a card-carrying member of the Communist Party USA.)
Who is Obama’s real dad?
Barry himself is “in reality, a CIA operative through and through”. His real name is Barry Soetoro. (Note: Barry had registered at Occidental College as “Barry Soetoro”. It is rumored that his name at Columbia University was also “Barry Soetoro”.)
The CIA “forged” Barry’s Hawaiian birth certificate.
Note: According to InfoWars, Dec. 12, 2017, former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s investigators discovered “bombshell” evidence that the CIA and/or other government entities had illegally hacked into Hawaii Department of Health records searching for birth records on Barack Obama.
As a “community organizer” in Chicago, Barry actually was “in charge of the Chicago mafia”. After Barry became POTUS, Rahm Emmanuel, the mayor Chicago, took over as head of the mob.
Both Obama Foundations are fronts for money laundering — the Barack Obama Foundation (that oversees construction of the Obama Presidential Center) and Malik’s Barack H. Obama Foundation, of which Mr. X claims to be a former manager.
Mr. X says Malik is a “good person” but not “on the good side” and that the foundation gets only $200 in donations a day. Malik has dual U.S.-Kenyan citizenship and lives in a Section 8 (government subsidized) apartment in Alexandria, VA. The enmity between Malik and Barry, and why Malik supported Trump, stems from Barry’s refusal to support, but actually “blocking,” Malik’s Barack H. Obama Foundation.
According to Malik, Barry is “completely different” and “the opposite” of his benign on-camera public persona.
Although he was raised a Muslim by his mother, Barry, i.e., former President Barack Obama, is not a Muslim. “He is a Luciferian,” i.e., a satanist — “he sacrifices children” and “does all the spirit cooking stuff you hear about in the Podesta emails”. Obama had “children brought to the White House all the time. The White House under Obama was an epicenter for child sacrifice.”
The $65,000 to fly “hotdogs” and “pizzas” from Chicago to the White House was “not food” because no outside food is allowed in the Obama White House because of his fear of being poisoned. But Mr. X said the $65,000 “hotdogs” and “pizzas” were “not children”.
Obama took out Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi because Gaddafi wanted to create his own currency and refused to buckle to the West. Post-Gaddafi Libya is chaotic and has become a major venue of child and slave trafficking.
The Obama Administration “instigated” the Libyan, Egyptian and Syrian uprisings, of which only the uprising in Syria failed because of Syrian President Assad.
The CIA, “Obama’s handlers,” trained ISIS and the Taliban. Although Obama had not “founded” or created ISIS, he built them up with financing and weapons.
Note: The Obama Administration’s role in supplying weapons to ISIS is confirmed in the December 2017 report, Weapons of the Islamic State, the product of a 3-year investigation in Iraq and Syria.
On whether Michelle Obama is really a man, Mr. X thinks it’s “just a joke,” but the daughters Malia and Sacha are “actors”. Mr. X admits “I don’t have proof on that”.
The United States is supposed to be fighting Muslim jihadists like ISIS/Islamic State and Al Qaeda. Under Obama, however, the CIA has been arming and training so-called rebels in Syria who, we are told, are “moderates,” but in reality are jihadists. See:
The proof? — An email from Jacob Sullivan to “H” (Hillary Clinton?), dated February 12, 2012, in which Sullivan states “AQ [Al Qaeda] is on our side in Syria”.
Note:Jacob Sullivan, 40, had worked under Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as the State Department’s Director of Policy Planning from Feb. 4, 2011 to Feb. 15, 2013. (Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State from Jan. 21, 2009 to Feb. 1, 2013.) Sullivan was senior policy adviser to Hillary’s failed 2016 presidential campaign. If Hillary had won the election, Sullivan would be a contender for the position of National Security Advisor.
Below is Sullivan’s email:
Now, President Trump is ending Obama’s insane policy of arming Syrian jihadists. The Washington Postreports, July 19, 2017, that “President Trump has decided to end the CIA’s covert program to arm and train moderate Syrian rebels battling the government of Bashar al-Assad.”
But this being the anti-Trump Washington Post, the paper snidely calls President Trump’s decision “a move long sought by Russia,” as if Trump does not have a mind of his own. WaPo continues:
“The program [of arming Syrian “rebels”] was a central plank of a policy begun by the Obama administration in 2013 to put pressure on Assad to step aside, but even its backers have questioned its efficacy since Russia deployed forces in Syria two years later. Officials said the phasing out of the secret program reflects Trump’s interest in finding ways to work with Russia, which saw the anti-Assad program as an assault on its interests. The shuttering of the program is also an acknowledgment of Washington’s limited leverage and desire to remove Assad from power. […]
Officials said Trump made the decision to scrap the CIA program nearly a month ago, after an Oval Office meeting with CIA Director Mike Pompeo and national security adviser H.R. McMaster ahead of a July 7 meeting in Germany with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Spokesmen for the National Security Council and the CIA declined to comment.
After the Trump-Putin meeting, the United States and Russia announced an agreement to back a new cease-fire in southwest Syria, along the Jordanian border, where many of the CIA-backed rebels have long operated. Trump described the limited cease-fire deal as one of the benefits of a constructive working relationship with Moscow. […]
The decision on the CIA-backed rebels will be welcomed by Moscow, which focused its firepower on those fighters after it intervened in Syria in 2015. […] With the end of the CIA program, U.S. involvement in Syria now consists of a vigorous air campaign against the Islamic State and a Pentagon-run train-and-equip program in support of the largely Kurdish rebel force that is advancing on Islamic State strongholds in Raqqa and along the Euphrates River valley.”
Father Daniel Maes, a Flemish priest who had lived in Syria since 2010, will certainly welcome President Trump’s ending of Obama’s insane policy of arming Syrian jihadists.
According to 79-year-old Fr. Maes, the western media’s coverage of the Syrian war is based on lies. The problem is not Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, who does not persecute Christians. Rather, the problem is U.S.-NATO politicians who support ISIS and Al Nusra (the name of Al Qaeda in Syria) in their quest to topple the Syrian government. As Fr. Maes puts it,
“Christians in Syria suffer from the fact that their fellow-Christians in the West forsake them. They simply do not understand. The real terrorist leaders are in the West and Saudi Arabia. Without Putin, Syria would have ceased to exist.”
Asked by journalist Eric van de Beek why so many countries (U.S., NATO, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Israel) want to get rid of Assad, Fr. Maes replies:
“In 2009, Qatar asked Bashar al-Assad to permit running a pipeline through Syria to the Mediterranean. Assad said, ‘We are not going to do that because we are already working on such a pipeline with Russia and Iran.’ Then the war began. Not in 2011.
We must not forget: Homs [a city in western Syria] is an important location for the passage of the pipeline. It’s no coincidence that the violence started right there, and that Qatar’s TV station Al Jazeera was on top of it. For the West, it is unacceptable that Syria is still one of the few countries with a central bank that is truly independent and that the country had no state debt and thus did not need to be ‘saved’.
And the Turks. They just want to revive the Ottoman empire. It’s scandalous what they did in Aleppo. The city of Aleppo was the industrial heart of Syria. The Turks dismantled all of the factories in a few days and took them to Turkey. Israel is also a very important motor behind the conflict. The Zionists want a pure Jewish state from the Nile to the Euphrates. They want to chop up Syria into a group of small, weak states, fighting each other. Likewise the old Roman motto: Divide et empera. Divide and rule.
While acknowledging that the Russians are aiding Assad partly out of self-interest, Fr. Maes nevertheless points out that:
“Putin is a true Christian, wanting to defend Christianity. And he also wants a multipolar world order, in which no country dominates the rest. It annoys Putin that the Americans do not play by international rules. They overthrew the Ukrainian government, and then had the nerve to say that the Russians responded so aggressively. Syria is a sovereign country. That is what Putin emphasises. He also says: ‘We are not there for the protection of Assad, but for the protection of the Syrian statehood.’ Russia doesn’t want another failed state, like Iraq and Libya. And let’s not forget: The Russian military is the only foreign army in Syria with the consent of the Syrian government. What are other countries doing there? The Americans? The French? The Saudis? They have no right to be there. They are working on the destruction of Syria.”
Cydonia is a region in the northern hemisphere of the planet Mars that has attracted both scientific and popular interest because it contains the “Face on Mars” feature. Some planetologists believe that the northern plains may once have been ocean beds and that Cydonia may once have been a coastal zone.
The Viking 1 and Viking 2 orbiters first took images, 18 in total, of the Cydonia region. In one of the images (035A72) taken by Viking 1 on July 25, 1976, a 1.2-miles long mesa, situated at40.75° north latitude and 9.46° west longitude, had the appearance of a humanoid face. Viking chief scientist Gerry Soffen dismissed the “face on Mars” as a “trick of light and shadow”. However, a second image, 070A13, also shows the “face”, although it was acquired 35 Viking orbits later at a different sun-angle from the 035A72 image. This latter discovery was made independently by Vincent DiPietro and Gregory Molenaar, two computer engineers at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center.
Some commentators, most notably Richard C. Hoagland, believe the “face on Mars” and other features, such as apparent pyramids, to be parts of a ruined city — evidence of a long-lost Martian civilization.
Face on Mars
More than 20 years after the Viking 1 images were taken, new and better-resolution images of the Cydonia region were taken by a succession of spacecraft, including NASA’s Mars Global Surveyor (1997–2006) and Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (2006-), and the European Space Agency’s Mars Express probe (2003-). According to NASA, the higher-resolution images show that the face isn’t a face at all, but just a blurry mound — “a natural looking Martian hill whose illusory face-like appearance depends on the viewing angle and angle of illumination“. Below is a higher-resolution of the “face on Mars” taken by the Mars Express in 2006, accompanied by NASA’s sardonic and quite patronizing text:
Higher-resolution image of “face on Mars” taken by Mars Express in 2006
Since it was originally first imaged, the “face” has been accepted by scientists as an optical illusion, an example of the psychological phenomenon of pareidolia — the human propensity to see discernible objects in random patterns and shapes. The original Viking 1 images of Cydonia show not only “the face,” but also what appeared to be pyramids (see below).
Intriguingly, a recently discovered declassified CIA document chronicles just that — pyramids on Mars, and more.
The document “Mars Exploration” is dated May 22, 1984, and consists of the transcript of an interview conducted that day by a CIA monitor with a remote viewer (RV).
Note: In remote viewing, the remote reviewer is asked to give information about an unseen and distant object, event, person or location, which the remote reviewer purportedly can access by using extrasensory perception (ESP). In 1975, the U.S. government sponsored the $20 million Stargate Project research, in an attempt to determine any potential military application of psychic phenomena, including remote viewing. In 1995, the CIA hired the American Institutes for Research (AIR) to perform a retrospective evaluation of the results generated by the Stargate Project. The AIR determined that remote viewing experiments lacked proper controls and replicability, and there is no scientific evidence that remote viewing exists. The program was terminated that same year because it failed to produce any actionable intelligence information.
Immediately before the CIA interview, the remote viewer (RV) was given a sealed envelope containing a 3×5 card on which was written the following information:
The planet Mars
Time of interest approximately 1 million years B.C.
The envelope remained sealed throughout the interview and was not opened until AFTER the interview, which means that the remote viewer did not know the subject and time about which he was asked to “view” were, respectively, Mars and 1 million years B.C.
Throughout the interview, the CIA monitor would verbally give the RV various geographic coordinates and ask what the RV “saw” at those coordinates, using the information (Mars; 1 million years B.C.) contained in the sealed, unopenedenvelope. This was what the RV said he “saw”:
(1) At 40.89° north and 9.55° west (recall that the geographic coordinates of Viking 1’s “face on Mars” are 40.75º north and 9.46º west, i.e., Cydonia):
The RV saw an oblique view of a very high, yellowish pyramid “sitting in a large depressed area,” and of “severe clouds” or dust storms — the “after effect of a major geologic problem”. So the CIA monitor instructs the RV to go back to the time indicated in the sealed envelope (1 million years B.C.), before the “major geologic problem”. The RV reports that “the mountains of dirt” disappeared. Instead of the (later) dust storms, he saw smooth “large flat surfaces” — huge “megalithic” “walls” — and ” a shadow” of “very tall” and thin people. The RV explains that by “shadow” he meant the people were “only a shadow” — “It’s as if they were there and they’re not there anymore”.
The CIA monitor tells the RV to go back to a time when the people “are there”. The RV reports that he sees “very large, thin and tall” people “wearing strange clothes”. The monitor then tells the RV to stay in the same time period, but move to a different physical space at a new set of geographic coordinates.
(2) At 46.45º north and 353.22° east: The RV saw “deep inside” a cavern or canyon, a “steep wall” that seems “to go on forever”, and “very large structures” “like a rabbit warren” of “really huge” “rooms”, with a “very high” ceiling and very wide walls.
(3) At 45.86º north and 354.1º east: The RV saw “the end of a very large road” and a very large Washington Monument-like obelisk.
(4) At 35.26º north and 213.24º east: The RV finds himself in the middle of “a very, very, very large” circular basin, ringed by very tall and ragged mountains.
(5) At 34.6º north and 213.09º east: The RV saw “a cluster of squares up and down” which seem connected, and “something very white or reflects light”.
(6) At 34.57 north and 212.22 east: The RV saw “a radiating pattern” of strange “intersecting” aqueducts.
(7) At 80º south and 64º east: The RV saw “huge” “pyramids” designed to be “like shelters from storms”. Inside the pyramids are “chambers” with no furnishings — “strictly functional” places for sleeping or “hibernation” from “savage storms” by very tall, very large, thin people dressed in “a real light silk” that’s not flowing but “cut to fit”. The people are “ancient” and are “dying” — “past their time or age”. They are “very philosophic about it,” “looking for a way to survive”. But “they just can’t seem to find their way out” and are “hanging on,” waiting for the return of a group of them who had gone to find a new place to live. But the “environment” on Mars is corrupt and “failing very rapidly”. Asked about the cause of the failing environment, the RV says he sees “a globe that goes through a comet’s tail” or a cosmic “river”.
The CIA monitor then instructs the RV to ask the Martian person “if he knows who you are and is there any way you can help him in his present predicament”. The RV replies that the Martian doesn’t know who the RV is, thinks the RV is a hallucination, and says “they must just wait”.
The RV says the Martians who went to find a better place left in a large “boat” with “round” “shiny metal” walls. The CIA monitor tells the RV to go with them on their journey and find out where they went. The RV gets the impression of a “very volatile” “really crazy place with volcanoes and gas pockets and strange plants” — “like going from the frying pan into the fire”.
At that point, the CIA monitor tells the RV to listen to the sound of his voice into present time, and ends the interview.
Here’s a YouTube video about the CIA “Mars Exploration” document:
Meanwhile, netcitizens have combed through the many images of Mars taken by satellites and discovered strange objects that don’t look natural, including:
(a) Bright lights on Mars:
(b) Vehicle tracks:
(c) A reflective rectangular object on the face of a rock:
(d) A Stonehedge-like rock formation:
(e) An obelisk (note the long shadow cast by the shiny square):
(f) Massive walls:
(g) Martian fungi that corroded the metal wheels of NASA’s Curiosity Rover:
(h) Animal-like fossils: a rodent, a lizard, a trilobite, and a bunny rabbit that moves and then disappears!:
Here’s the video from which I took the above screenshots (except the light and the rodent):
From Fox News: Susan Rice, the Obama national security adviser under fire over her alleged involvement in the “unmasking” of Trump associates during the 2016 presidential election, suggested in a fresh interview that race and gender might be playing a role in the scrutiny she’s faced.
In an interview with journalist Michael Tomasky for New York Magazine, Rice reportedly questioned the criticism she’s faced dating back to the Benghazi controversy. “Why me? Why not Jay Carney, for example, who was then our press secretary, who stood up more?” she asked.
Tomasky noted in the piece that Carney “isn’t an African-American woman, of course” and apparently asked Rice whether that is the key factor. Rice, in response, left the door open: “I don’t know… I do not leap to the simple explanation that it’s only about race and gender. I’m trying to keep my theories to myself until I’m ready to come out with them. It’s not because I don’t have any.”
But Rice mentioned other prominent female figures – like Hillary Clinton and Condoleezza Rice – who faced “ad hominem” attacks, suggesting a correlation.
Asked about the comments, a Republican Capitol Hill source pushed back. “This is screaming out for attention… She’s saying I don’t know why they all started picking on me to begin with.” As to the suggestion of race and gender being a factor, the source countered, then “why would there be a subpoena for a white male?”
That was a reference to the fact that Rice is not the only focus of the congressional probe into unmasking. Investigators have issued subpoenas to three different agencies: NSA, CIA and FBI.
Those subpoenas have asked for unmasking information related to three individuals: former CIA Director John Brennan, former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power, and Rice. She’s not the only focus of congressional frustration, either. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., had a tense exchange with a top intelligence community lawyer at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday where he complained he still doesn’t have an answer on whether his communications have been monitored.
“Am I ever gonna get [the response] in my lifetime?” he asked.
Rice told Judy Woodruff on PBS on March 22 that she “knew nothing” about the unmasking of Trump associates. But weeks later on MSNBC, she admitted she sometimes sought out the identities of Trump associates who communicated with foreigners, a request known as “unmasking” in the intelligence community. But “I leaked nothing to nobody,” Rice told MSNBC.
Rice initially became a target of Republican criticism back in 2012 for giving misleading information about the origin of the Benghazi terror attack. On Sept. 16, 2012, just days after the attack, Rice appeared on all five Sunday political talk shows to claim the Benghazi attack spun out of a protest over an anti-Muslim video produced in California.
Former CIA Director David Petraeus reportedly told lawmakers later that the intelligence community considered the attack an act of terrorism at the time. Four Americans were killed in Benghazi, including U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens.
John R. Schindler (@20committee) is a former National Security Agency (NSA) analyst and counterintelligence officer who clearly still maintains the worldview of the NSA — one that, despite a paucity of evidence, insists on Russia as an enemy of the United States who intervened in the 2016 election in favor of Trump. And although he no longer works at the NSA, Schindler nevertheless adopts the agency’s antipathy toward a sitting and duly elected POTUS, calling President Trump “a demented asshole” in a recent tweet.
In an ominous op/ed titled “The Spy Revolt Against Trump Begins” for the Observer, published on Feb. 12, 2017, a day before Gen. Mike Flynn’s forced resignation from being President Trump’s national security adviser, Schindler writes:
“[T]he still-forming Trump administration is already doing serious harm to America’s longstanding global intelligence partnerships. In particular, fears that the White House is too friendly to Moscow are causing close allies to curtail some of their espionage relationships with Washington—a development with grave implications for international security, particularly in the all-important realm of counterterrorism.
Now those concerns are causing problems much closer to home—in fact, inside the Beltway itself. Our Intelligence Community is so worried by the unprecedented problems of the Trump administration—not only do senior officials possess troubling ties to the Kremlin, there are nagging questions about basic competence regarding Team Trump—that it is beginning to withhold intelligence from a White House which our spies do not trust…. The president has repeatedlygone out of his way to antagonize our spies, mocking them and demeaning their work.“
Next, Schindler trashes Mike Flynn, describing Flynn as “widely disliked in Washington for his brash personality,” “managerial incompetence,” “poor judgment,” and “preference for conspiracy-theorizing over intelligence facts” (probably a reference to Pizzagate). Then Schindler just about outright admits that it was the NSA that wiretapped Flynn’s phone calls with Sergei Kislyak, Russia’s ambassador to the U.S., which led to Flynn’s resignation:
“In pretty much every capital worldwide, embassies that provide sanctuary to hostile intelligence services are subject to counterintelligence surveillance, including monitoring phone calls. Our spy services conduct signals intelligence—SIGINT for short—against the Russian embassy in Washington, just as the Russians do against our embassy in Moscow. Ambassadors’ calls are always monitored: that’s how the SpyWar works, everywhere.
Ambassador Kislyak surely knew his conversations with Flynn were being intercepted, and it’s incomprehensible that a career military intelligence officer who once headed a major intelligence agency didn’t realize the same.”
Then Schindler redoubles on that secret 35-page “golden shower” dossier on Trump (so secret CNN reported on it and Buzzfeed published in its entirety) which was compiled by ex-British spook Christopher Steele from rumors, which Obama’s Director of National Intelligence James Clapper had admitted is unverified. Schindler writes:
“A new report by CNN indicates that important parts of the infamous spy dossier that professed to shed light on President Trump’s shady Moscow ties have been corroborated by communications intercepts. In other words, SIGINT strikes again, providing key evidence that backs up some of the claims made in that 35-page report compiled by Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence official with extensive Russia experience.”
Schindler also redoubles on the wholly unsubstantiated claim that the Kremlin had intervened in the 2016 election in favor of Trump:
“Now SIGINT confirms that some of the non-salacious parts of what Steele reported, in particular how senior Russian officials conspired to assist Trump in last year’s election, are substantially based in fact. This is bad news for the White House, which has already lashed out in angry panic, with Press Secretary Sean Spicer stating, ‘We continue to be disgusted by CNN’s fake news reporting.’”
Schindler then ominously asserts that the intelligence agencies that supposedly work for their boss, President Trump, effectively have declared war against him:
“Our spies have had enough of these shady Russian connections—and they are starting to push back.“
According to Schindler, thus far, the spooks’ war against President Trump consists of:
The CIA denying a security clearance to one of Flynn’s men, Rob Townley, a former Marine intelligence officer selected to head up the National Security Council’s Africa desk. Townley was denied a clearance to see Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), which is required to have access to SIGINT. Schindler maintains that new CIA Director Mike Pompeo endorses the Townley SCI denial.
Even worse, Schindler claims that “some of our spy agencies have begun withholding intelligence from the Oval Office,” ostensibly because of Trump’s “lackadaisical attitude” toward the President’s Daily Brief (PDB), the most sensitive of all intelligence documents. Schindler claims that Trump has received the PDBs “haphazardly” and “has frequently blown off the PDB altogether, tasking Flynn with condensing it into a one-page summary with no more than nine bullet-points.” Schindler writes:
“A senior National Security Agency official explained that NSA was systematically holding back some of the ‘good stuff’ from the White House, in an unprecedented move. For decades, NSA has prepared special reports for the president’s eyes only, containing enormously sensitive intelligence. In the last three weeks, however, NSA has ceased doing this, fearing Trump and his staff cannot keep their best SIGINT secrets.
Since NSA provides something like 80 percent of the actionable intelligence in our government, what’s being kept from the White House may be very significant indeed. However, such concerns are widely shared across the IC, and NSA doesn’t appear to be the only agency withholding intelligence from the administration out of security fears.”
That “Trump and his staff cannot keep their best SIGINT secrets” is a reference to the persistent leaks vexing the Trump administration — leaks that most likely are the work of the NSA and other intelligence agencies. The same intelligence agencies now use those leaks as their excuse to withhold sensitive intelligence from President Trump. That’s chutzpah!
Schindler then concludes with giving himself a pat on the back, and a threat:
“I previously warned the Trump administration not to go to war with the nation’s spies, and here’s why. This is a risky situation, particularly since President Trump is prone to creating crises foreign and domestic with his incautious tweets. In the event of a serious international crisis of the sort which eventually befalls almost every administration, the White House will need the best intelligence possible to prevent war, possibly even nuclear war. It may not get the information it needs in that hour of crisis, and for that it has nobody to blame but itself.”
On February 15, 3 days after his op/ed was published, John Schindler sent out a tweet, saying that the intelligence community (IC) is going “nuclear” on President Trump, and that a message from a “senior IC friend” says Trump “will die in jail”.
On February 16, the Wall St. Journalconfirms what Schindler claims:
“U.S. intelligence officials have withheld sensitive intelligence from President Donald Trump because they are concerned it could be leaked or compromised, according to current and former officials familiar with the matter.”
It appears John Schindler is another Anthony-Weiner exhibitionist pervert.
In June 2014, a text message conversation with a photo of a penis and John Schindler’s name atop it was circulated on Twitter. An unnamed blogger sent a complaint to the administrators of the U.S. Navy War College (NWC) where Schindler was teaching as a professor of national security affairs. Gawker obtained the emails the blogger had sent to the NWC under a Freedom of Information Act request. The emails refer to Schindler’s habit of calling himself a “spy”; detail his correspondence with an unnamed woman (who apparently received his penis photo); and accuse Schindler of staging “cyber warfare” against his online enemies, using “thuggish tactics” to silence NSA critics, and violating various federal laws.
NWC’s president ordered an investigation and placed Schindler on administrative leave. On August 29, 2014, the college announced that Schindler voluntarily resigned. (Source: Stars and Stripes)
Paul Craig Roberts, former Reagan administration assistant treasury secretary, is so pessimistic about the war between Trump and the spooks that he declares the presidency of Donald Trump effectively dead. See “The Trump Presidency: RIP“.
On February 13, General Mike Flynn resigned from being President Trump’s national security adviser and apologized for telling then-VP-elect Mike Pence an untruth — that Flynn had not discussed the issue of sanctions with Russia’s ambassador to the United States. Reportedly, Flynn resigned in lieu of being outright fired.
President Trump did the right thing in removing Flynn because he cannot have as his adviser someone who lies and who might have violated the law (Logan Act) in speaking with and negotiating with the Russian ambassador without Trump’s authorization.
But this matter is more than “just” the removal of a dishonest aide because it has to do with how Flynn’s conversation with the Russian ambassador came to light in the first place. Only U.S. intelligence agencies could have accessed, by illegally wiretapping, Flynn’s conversation, and then leaked the transcript of the conversation to the MSM who are just chafing at the bit to find anything to take down Trump’s presidency.
In the last weeks of the Obama administration, the intelligence agencies were complicit in an effort to subvert the November 8 election with wholly unverified and unfounded allegations that Russia had intervened in the election by hacking and leaking to WikiLeaks damaging emails of the DNC, Hillary Clinton, and the chair of her campaign John Podesta. Trump responded that, as President, he will reform the intelligence agencies, beginning with the CIA.
At the time, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) darkly warned that Trump would be “really dumb” to take on the intelligence community because “they have six ways from Sunday of getting back at you.” Asked if this was a threat against Trump, former Senator Ron Paul (R) said, “I think he [Schumer] is speaking the truth there — better watch out. I think Trump knows about it. That’s why he has private security.” (See my post “Trump’s war with the CIA”)
The take-down of Mike Flynn was the first shot at the Trump administration from the intelligence agencies that are bureaucracies in the executive branch of the U.S. government over which President Trump presumably is the head. The intelligence agencies’ illegal wiretapping of Flynn’s phone conversation and transmission of the transcript to the MSM therefore is an act of revolt, pure and simple. As Thomas Lifson of the American Thinker points out:
Make no mistake: we have just witnessed an operation by members of the CIA to take out a high official of our own government. An agency widely believed to have brought down democratically elected governments overseas is now practicing the same dark arts in domestic American politics. Almost certainly, its new head, [CIA Director] Mike Pompeo, was not consulted . . . .
Note that the law was broken by whoever leaked the transcripts to the media. Not only is the crime underlying the “scandal” being ignored, but the criminals are being hailed. On Morning Joe‘s first hour today, the host, a former congressman (i.e., a lawmaker) himself, called the leakers “heroes.” …
The Flynn Affair is a huge scandal, all right. But the media are misdirecting our attention toward the lesser dimension while they studiously ignore the real threat to our democracy. This interference in domestic politics by the CIA should be regarded as a major threat to our democracy, but of course our Trump-hating domestic media are reveling in a major point scored against the new president.
To make matters even worse, the leak of Flynn’s conversation is only one of several leaks from the Trump administration. In a series of tweets, President Trump identifies the problem:
On the intelligence agencies’ takedown of Flynn, neo-conservative Bill Kristol, founder and editor at large of The Weekly Standard and a network political commentator, tweeted: Kristol’s declaration that he prefers the unelected “deep state” to the constitutional government of duly-elected President Trump is nothing other than Kristol’s admission that he supports a coup d’état.
One of Donald Trump’s campaign slogans was “Drain the Swamp”. President Trump must thoroughly excise the rot in the intelligence agencies, beginning with the CIA and the National Security Agency (NSA) — Gen. Flynn would have been director of the NSA. Attorney General Jeff Sessions and the FBI must arrest the wiretappers and leakers, the reporters who solicited and received the transcript from an illegal wiretap, as well as Bill Kristol for openly advocating and fomenting treason against the United States (as per Article IIIof the U.S. Constitution).
The continuation of Trump’s presidency and his very life depend on it.
Pray for President Trump. Pray for America!
From the mouth of feminist icon Gloria Steinem, 82, an admission that she had worked for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
Below is my transcript of the undated interview with a young Gloria Steinem.
Beginning at the 0:14 mark:
Interviewer: “When did your association with the CIA start and in what fashion — they come to you, or did you go to them?”
Steinem: “In 1958, when I came home from India, I discussed with student leaders past and present, many of them with the National Student Association, this kind of small foundation to encourage Americans to go. They thought it was a good idea too. I was then told by foundations and professors and friends that I should not do this, that I would get in trouble with the House UnAmerican Activities Committee, the American Legion, all of those ’50s people. And I became convinced that it was impossible. It was at that point that the student leaders said to me that they had in the past received funds for international programs from the CIA, and that they felt this was important and could also be partly funded by the CIA.”
Note: The National Student Association (NSA) was a confederation of college and university student governments that was in operation from 1947 to 1978. From the early 1950s until 1967, the international program of the NSA, and some of its domestic activities, were underwritten by clandestine funding from the CIA. The revelation of the NSA’s ties to the CIA sparked a national scandal but did not measurably damage the NSA’s standing with student governments. The NSA formally cut its ties with the CIA. In 1969, the NSA held its annual meeting in El Paso, Texas, where thousands of student delegates overwhelmed the city, particularly the Hotel Cortez, with music, drugs, and free love. The NSA originally housed the United States Student Press Association (USSPA), and its news agency, College Press Service (CPS). In 1978 the NSA merged with the National Student Lobby (NSL), to form the United States Student Association (USSA).
Interviewer: “Did you feel that you really tried. I mean did you go around to all the wealthy private foundations, wealthy private people, and explain your point of view, and explain why you felt it was important that the United States be represented in a certain way. What did they tell you?”
Steiner: “Uh, they told me that, well, the Ford Foundation for instance told me that they thought we were too liberal and too controversial and that we would endanger their cultural programs in Austria — the first festival was being held in Vienna. It was not encouraging at all, and the private individuals to whom I went often had particular points of view to put forward which would have been much, much more restricting than the CIA funds which were free — I mean no one was told what to say.”
Interviewer: “Do you mean to say it was easier for you to work with the CIA than a private –”
Steinem: “That’s right, that’s right, and the reason I think that comes as a surprise. It did to me at the time. I had the conventional liberal view that the CIA is a right-wing incendiary group, and I was amazed to discover that this was far from the case, that they were enlightened liberals, non-partisan activists of the sort who characterized the Kennedy Administration, for instance”
Interviewer: “You have not been working there for the CIA since 1962. You still criticized, you were there in Washington.”
Steiner: “Yes, when the story broke that I had once been, for years, a Central Intelligence agent, I was demonstrating outside the Pentagon underneath Mr. McNamara’s office against bombing in Vietnam. And this didn’t precisely fit with the image of a CIA agent, but then neither did the CIA.”
Note:Robert McNamara (1916–2009) was U.S. Secretary of Defense under John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson; and president of the World Bank.
In May 1975, Redstockings, a radical feminist group, published a report on the Vienna Youth Festival that Steinem and others had put together for the Independent Research Service. Though she acknowledged having worked for the CIA-financed foundation in the late 1950s and early 1960s in interviews given to the New York Times and Washington Post in 1967 in the wake of the Ramparts magazine CIA exposures (nearly two years before Steinem attended her first Redstockings or feminist meeting), Steinem in 1975 denied any continuing involvement. An essay, ‘The Religious Crusades of the CIA,’ in the popular online magazine Indiafacts has noted that Gloria Steinem visited Kerala [India] and worked with an American Protestant missionary in 1957 which falls into the time frame described by Daniel Patrick Moynihan in his admission that the CIA interfered in Indian politics.
