Whoopi Goldberg defends Creepy Joe Biden (of course); doesn’t want him to change his ways

From Yahoo (via HuffPo): Whoopi Goldberg defended former Vice President Joe Biden following an allegation that he inappropriately touched and kissed a former Nevada assemblywoman, saying she doesn’t want the likely 2020 Democratic presidential candidate to change his behavior.

Goldberg, a co-host on ‘The View,’ was irked when colleague Sunny Hostin predicted during Monday’s program that Biden would curb his tactile tendencies with women after Lucy Flores said she felt uncomfortable when Biden placed his hands on her shoulders, smelled her hair and kissing the back of her head at a 2014 campaign event. Flores was the Democratic nominee for lieutenant governor in Nevada and Biden was appearing on her behalf.

“I don’t know that we will see any more smelling of hair and kisses on the forehead,” Hostin said of the controversy, eliciting a strong rebuke from Goldberg.

“That pisses me off,” she said. “I don’t want Joe to stop doing that.”

Meghan McCain, another “View” co-host and daughter of the late Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), agreed, suggesting Biden’s behavior was simply part of his brand.

“There’s a certain type of retail politician that loves people,” she said. “I would put Bill Clinton in that category, I would put my father in that category, I would certainly put Joe Biden in that category. When he came on this show, he was the only politician other than my father to go into the crowd and shake everyone’s hand.”

Bill Clinton…a “hands on kind of guy”

Goldberg also noted that Biden is known to be “a hands-on kind of guy,” which is evident from photos of his interpersonal interactions spanning years, some of which show him touching shoulders and at least one in which he is pictured holding a reporter’s waist.

“In the old days, we would call Joe ― some folks of a certain age would say he’s a little overly familiar,” Goldberg said.

Goldberg said that she took Flores’ account seriously. But she also argued that Flores, who lost the lieutenant governor’s race, should have directly told Biden to stop.

“My point is, I want women to get to the place where they can say, ‘Hey, you just made me uncomfortable.’ This idea that you have to tippy-toe away from this or you have to carry [it] ― you do not have to carry it. If someone makes you uncomfortable, tell them.

On Sunday, moments before Flores appeared on CNN to discuss the allegation that she first detailed in a New York magazine article published Friday, Biden released a statement saying he would “listen respectfully” to women alleging he had displayed inappropriate affection toward them but that it had never been his intention to do so.

He also said that “not once ― never ― did I believe I acted inappropriately.

During her CNN interview, Flores suggested that Biden’s comments indicate he lacks awareness of how women ought to be treated. She also said that her experience wasn’t the first time he crossed boundaries.

Biden’s defense of himself was bolstered on Sunday by Stephanie Carter, whose husband served as defense secretary during President Barack Obama’s second term in office. Biden, as vice president, attended the swearing-in ceremony for Ash Carter, and a widely circulated photo showed him resting his hands on her shoulders from behind and whispering into her ear.

Questions were raised at the time about Biden’s action. But in an essay in Medium, Stephanie Carter disputed that Biden had acted inappropriately. “The Joe Biden in my picture is a close friend helping someone get through a big day, for which I will always be grateful,” she wrote.

Johns Hopkins professor Zackary Berger is an anti-white racist

Zackary Dov Berger, M.D., Ph.D., is an associate professor of medicine at Johns Hopkins.

Berger is also a rabid anti-Trumper and anti-white racist.

Below are some of Berger’s tweets (click here for his Twitter feed):

“Water is wet / Tuberculosis is bad / Fried chicken is tasty / Trump is a white supremacist” – 9/13/17

“BREAKING / White people keep voting wrong.” -11/8/17

“At this moment, I know where all my children are. No one is trying to kidnap or shoot or arrest them. White privilege, USA” -5/27/18

“I mean, white people are fucking stupid. Isn’t that what she said? I guess I’m going to have to read the Times again b/c she seems to be truthtelling.” -8/2/18

“More chain migrants, less white people, please.”  -10/16/18

“I’m sick of this government. I’m sick of the torturers and cruel zealots. I’m sick of the white supremacists.”

“Again, racism and white supremacy are part of our history. Ignoring them won’t make them go away. Perhaps not electing them might help.”

“Pretty psyched that my amazing Jewish partner married me even though I’m Jewish. Thank God I’m blond.” -4/2/18

Source of above image: Voat

If a white guy were to say those hateful things about Jews, it would be all over the news and we would never hear the end of it. So why is it okay for this Jewish medical doctor and professor to say hateful things about “whites”?

More recently, on March 28, 2019:

  • Berger did not deny or disavow the above composite of some of his anti-white racist tweets, but doubled down instead. Responding to a tweeter who said Berger’s racist tweets “did not age well,” Berger replied: “Nah, these are all good.”
  • Berger called Ben Shapiro one of the #TrumpJews.
  • Berger retweeted Rhea Boyd, MD, an “African American” pediatrician practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area who maintains “white supremacists” hold sway over medicine and science:

“The answer is white supremacy, a foundational value in US society from which medicine is not immune. It is used to invalidate the expertise of non-whites and demand ‘evidence’ of their claims. But our evidence will never be sufficient in a field predicated on our inferiority.” “The solution then is to expose, name, and end white supremacy, in its every manifestation in medicine. Doing so will literally change what is considered science and who are considered scientists.” -3/28/19

It is profoundly disturbing that medical doctors like Berger and Rhea Boyd politicize medicine and science, calling for the elimination of “white supremacists” from those fields, which would then result in the remaking (“literally change”) of “what is considered science” — whatever that means.

Can you imagine Berger or Boyd being your physician, who practice medicine that they believe to be fundamentally warped because of “white supremacy”? Can you imagine pediatrician Rhea Boyd treating your children?

Johns Hopkins must be so proud to have this rank racist, Zakary Berger, as a professor.

Barbara Bush blamed Donald Trump for her ‘heart attack’

America’s Ruling Class at the George W. Bush Presidential Library dedication, Dallas, Texas, April 25, 2013.

Add Barbara Bush (BB) to our long, long list of Demonrat crazies.

The New York Post reports, March 27, 2019, that in a book by USA Today’s Washington bureau chief Susan Page, The Matriarch: Barbara Bush and the Making of an American Dynasty, which is based on interviews in the last 6 months of her life, BB blamed Donald Trump for her “heart attack” after he “relentlessly” ridiculed her son Jeb during the 2016 Republican primaries with the nickname “Low Energy Jeb”.

But Page points out: “It wasn’t technically a heart attack, though she called it that. It was a crisis in her long battle with congestive heart failure and chronic pulmonary disease that hit her like a sledgehammer one day in June 2016,” when Trump had secured the GOP nomination.

An excerpt from Page’s book:

Afterward, Jeb, whose presidential campaign was already history, urged her [BB] to let it go, to focus on herself and have faith in the country.

“Jeb said, ‘Mom, don’t worry about things you can’t do anything about,’” [Barbara] Bush recalled. “He’s right. Just do good, make life better for someone else.”

Page says that BB’s “negative opinion of Trump” actually “dated back decades”:

  • In 1988, Trump volunteered to be George H.W. Bush’s running mate, which, according to BB, George dismissed as “strange and unbelievable.
  • In 1990, BB wrote in her diary that Trump is “the real symbol of greed in the ’80s.”
  • BB told Page she was incredulous that Trump won the presidency: “I woke up and discovered, to my horror, that Trump had won. I don’t understand why people are for him.”
  •  After Trump was elected, a friend gave BB a red, white and blue digital “Trump countdown clock” that displayed how many days, hours, minutes and seconds remained in his term. BB placed it on a table at her bedside, where she could see it every day to the day she died.
  • When asked how she thought things were going during the Trump presidency as his first anniversary in office approached, BB said: “I’m trying not to think about it. We’re a strong country, and I think it will all work out.”

BB’s Trump Derangement Syndrome actually led her to leave the Republican Party. Although in October 2017, BB told Page she considered herself a Republican, four months later (and two months before she died), BB said: “I’d probably say no today.”

Net rumor is that satanist Aleister Crowley was Barbara Bush’s biological father

Conservatives attacked on campus: Sucker-punched at UC Berkeley; Tulane U. dorm room door set on fire

Did you see this on TV news?

But the demon MSM persist in portraying the Right, not the Left, as violent loonies.

(1) Assault on U. C. Berkeley

On February 19, 2019, Hayden Williams, a conservative activist was viciously assaulted while recruiting for conservative student group Turning Point USA on the University of California-Berkeley campus.

Williams was passing out information about the group when he was approached by two angry men. A verbal altercation ensued. One of the men, Zachary Greenberg, viciously assaulted Williams with a sucker punch, as seen in this video footage and a GIF I had made from the video.

Donlad Trump Jr. tweeted about the assault:

On March 1, 2019, Zachary Greenberg, 28, was identified and arrested by UC Police — law enforcement booked him into jail at 1 PM. He is a former employee of UC Berkeley as a lab assistant in the Psychology Department who was briefly a non-degree seeking student at UC-Berkeley. (Heavy)

(2) Arson in Tulane University

Just after midnight on Saturday, March 25, 2019, three students set fire to the dorm room door of Tulane University sophomore, Peyton Lofton, whom university spokesman Mike Strecker “confirmed” as the president of Tulane’s chapter of the “right wing group Turning Point USA” and a member of a Libertarian organization called the Young Americans for Liberty (YAL). (WVUE Fox 8)

Fortunately, flames were quickly put out. No injuries were reported, and the door only had “minor damage.”

Strecker said the incident was caught on security cameras, and the suspects were identified as Tulane University students Robert Money, 21, and David Shelton, 20, and Brown University student Naimi Okami, 20.

All three were arrested late Saturday for aggravated arson — a crime defined by Louisiana statute as intentionally setting a fire where it is foreseeable that human life is endangered — and booked into New Orleans Justice Center jail. They appeared in court the next day, where Orleans Parish Magistrate Commissioner Robert Jonathan Friedman set their bonds at $10,000 each. As of Sunday night, it appeared all three had been released on bail.

Lofton’s roommate, Jackson Arnold, told the university’s student newspaper Tulane Hullabaloo: “I think it was probably a drunk prank. I don’t want to rule out the idea that it was politically motivated. Don’t have any proof that it is, don’t have any proof that it isn’t.” Arnold said he did not have a relationship with any of the charged individuals and doesn’t believe Lofton did either.

According to Strecker, Tulane Police are still investigating the incident, and as of Sunday night, the reason for the crime was “not yet clear.” Strecker insists there is “no indication” the act was politically motivated, despite reports Lofton was targeted for his involvement in multiple conservative groups on campus. However, Strecker said the university is taking the incident very seriously and campus police are “thoroughly investigating” it:

“Tulane University is committed to protecting the safety of all in our community and to protecting free speech on campus. Our campuses are and should remain places where ideas can be expressed free of disruption, intimidation and violence.”

In a statement released by YAL, however, Lofton called the arsonists “radical activists”. He said:

“It’s a sad day in American when radical activists are lighting dorm room doors on fire because they disagree with you politically. I’m proud of the work I’m doing on and off campus with YAL and TPUSA to bring students to the principles of the Constitution and individual liberty. This only encourages me to continue the battle to reach my classmates with the message of freedom.”

Young Americans for Liberty (YAL) claims the door was set on fire after Lofton was identified as a member of YAL online. In a tweet, Turning Point USA executive director and founder Charlie Kirk also says Lofton was “doxxed by the violent left for being a conservative.” and calls the suspects “sick and dangerous”.

Donald Trump Jr. retweeted Kirk’s post, calling the incident a “horrible crime” and asks “Wonder if the media will report this horrible crime against a campus conservative?”.

Doxxing refers to the publishing of an individual’s personal information (e.g., name, address, phone number) online, which is typically done to encourage harassment or even physical harm.

Strecker would not comment on any possible disciplinary actions that may be taken against the students involved, saying federal law prohibits universities from disclosing such matters.

(3) President Trump Executive Order to Protect Free Speech

All of which finally prompted President Trump, on March 21, 2019, to sign an executive order to protect free speech on college campuses and universities, directing his cabinet agencies to tie federal grants for education and research to more aggressive enforcement of the First Amendment. (See Executive Order on Improving Free Inquiry, Transparency, and Accountability at Colleges and Universities)

But as noted by The Daily Wire‘s Ashe Schow, the executive order was largely ignored by the mainstream media.

Happy Sunday: Mueller report finds no Trump/Russia collusion nor that President Trump committed crimes

Breaking report from Twitchy. There is a tweet in the Twitchy link to the letter that the DoJ sent to the Judiciary Committee.

There was never a doubt in my mind that President Trump colluded or committed a crime. I did doubt whether or not Mueller could complete an unbiased investigation.

And now we know.

Colorado governor signs law that gives state’s electoral votes to national popular vote winner

Over two years later, butt hurt from Hillary’s loss still alive and well.

From MSN (via CNN): Colorado could be part of voting history next general election day, joining 11 other states looking to ensure that their electoral college votes echo the will of the American majority to elect the next president.

Gov. Jared Polis (demorat) signed a law Friday that would allot the state’s electoral college votes to whichever candidate won the national popular vote. The Washington Post previously reported the law’s signing.

The trend comes as Americans have shown greater support in recent years for a more democratic presidential election process, without the translational risks of the electoral college. But the daunting requirement of changing the Constitution, where the electoral college is formally codified, has posed a challenge to both public and political support for the issue.

The state’s legislation would only take effect if enough other states sign on to secure the cumulative 270 electors needed to elect a president, and Colorado’s votes raise the current total to 181 electors. Most states have winner-take-all laws in place dictating that their electors go towards whichever candidate takes the state’s popular majority, while Maine and Nebraska opt to proportionally split their electors based on the vote.

The eleven other states that have signed on — California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington state — as well as the District of Columbia and now Colorado, make up the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. New Mexico, which has five electoral votes, sent a bill to the governor’s desk to elect the president by popular vote and may soon join the group as well.

And the electoral college had been contentious not long ago. In 2016, President Donald Trump won the presidential vote with 306 electoral votes to Hillary Clinton’s 232 votes. But Clinton won the popular vote, garnering 48.5% of the vote to Trump’s 46.4%.
