No justice: Chicago prosecutors drop all charges against fake hate-crime actor Jussie Smollett

On February 21, 2019, actor Jussie Smollett, 36, turned himself in to Chicago police after he was charged with a felony for lying to police when he claimed to be the victim of a racist and homophobic attack.

Smollett, best known for the Fox TV show Empire, who is both black and “gay”, had told police that on January 29, at around 1:30 a.m., he was accosted by two men in downtown Chicago who shouted racist and homophobic slurs, beat him up, poured bleach on him, wrapped a noose around his neck, and warned him that “This is MAGA country!”– a reference to President Trump’s “Make America Great Again” slogan.

But Smollett’s story completely fell apart: Not only had he purchased the “lyncing” rope wrapped around his neck, Smollett had paid $3500 to two Nigerian brothers, Olabinjo and Abimbola Osundairo, who are also black, to stage the fake racist-homophobic attack on him. (See my post “Fake Hate Crime: Hollyweirdo Jussie Smollett arrested“)

On the day of his arrest, at a press conference, Chicago police superintendent Eddie Johnson fumed with righteous indigation that as a black man who’s grown up in Chicago, he’s “offended” and “angry” with Smollett taking advantage of the pain and anger and racism to promote his acting career.

We were told Smollett could face probation or up to three years in prison if convicted. But the news today is that Chicago prosecutors have dropped all charges — and the fingerprints of the Obamas and George Soros are all over this stunning reversal.

Page Six reports:

The criminal case against “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett took a stunning turn Tuesday when Chicago prosecutors abruptly dropped all of the charges — after slapping him with 16 felony counts for allegedly staging a hate crime attack.

The Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office only offered a vague explanation why it was allowing Smollett to skate in the case following a surprise, five-minute court appearance in which Judge Steven Watkins sealed the case file.

“After reviewing all of the facts and circumstances of the case, including Mr. Smollet’s volunteer service in the community and agreement to forfeit his bond to the City of Chicago, we believe this outcome is a just disposition and appropriate resolution to this case,” the office said.

The move comes just a week after Chicago’s police union demanded a federal probe into the county’s top prosecutor for allegedly interfering in the case after being contacted by Michelle Obama’s former chief of staff.

The Fraternal Order of Police, which represents the department’s rank-and-file, sent a letter asking the Department of Justice to probe Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx.

Foxx tried to convince Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson to turn Smollett’s case over to the FBI — after Tina Tchen, the former senior Obama aide, reached out to her, saying the “Empire” star’s family had “concerns.”

Foxx had recused herself from the case in February because she had reached out to one of Smollett’s relatives and acted as a go-between with the cops.

All charges against Smollett will be wiped clean. His two attorneys said: “The state dismissed the charges. We believe it was the correct result.… We are very anxious for Jussie to get on with his life.”

First Assistant State’s Attorney Joseph Magats (rhymes with “maggots”) — who took over the case after Foxx recused herself — said his office considered the incident a “nonviolent crime” and that Smollett has no felony criminal background. Magats insisted that dropping the charges does not mean Smollett was, in fact, the victim of a crime. He said: “Absolutely not. We stand behind the CPD investigation done in this case, we stand behind the approval of charges in this case. They did a fantastic job. The fact there was an alternative disposition in this case is not and should not be viewed as some kind of admission there was something wrong with the case, or something wrong with the investigation that the Chicago police did.”

Blah, blah, blah.

But Smollett’s attorneys, Holmes and Glandian, are sticking to Smollett’s fake story and portraying him as the real victim. They said:

“Jussie was attacked by two people he was unable to identify on January 29. He was a victim who was vilified and made to appear as a perpetrator as a result of false and inappropriate remarks made to the public causing an inappropriate rush to judgment.

Jussie and many others were hurt by these unfair and unwarranted actions. This entire situation is a reminder that there should never be an attempt to prove a case in the court of public opinion. That is wrong. It is a reminder that a victim, in this case Jussie, deserves dignity and respect. Dismissal of charges against the victim in this case was the only just result.”

For their part, Smollett’s family shamelessly proclaims Jussie’s innocence. They said:

“Our son and brother is an innocent man whose name and character has been unjustly smeared. Jussie is a son, a brother, a partner, a champion for human rights, and a genuine soul who would never be capable of what he was falsely accused of. He was the victim of an assault and then falsely blamed for his own attack. This morning truth has prevailed and he has been vindicated. All charges have been dismissed and his record expunged.”

There is no longer justice in America. The America I thought I once knew is gone and may be never was.

Update: Just after I published this post, it came to my attention that George Soros had donated $408,000 in 2016 to a super PAC that supported Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx, whose office prosecuted — and dropped — the Jussie Smollett case. (Breitbart)

Obama’s half-brother Malik asks if Michelle is really a man

Malik Obama is Barack Obama’s older half-brother. The two share the same biological father, Kenyan Barack Obama Sr.; Malik’s mother was Obama Sr.’s first wife, Kezia.

Born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya, Malik met Barack for the first time in 1985. The brothers were best men at each other’s weddings. Barack brought Michelle to Kenya three years later, and they met with Malik again while meeting many other relatives for the first time.

Although Malik lives in the Obamas’ ancestral home in Nairobi, he is a frequent visitor to the United States, and a consultant in Washington, D.C., for several months each year. Malik has dual citizenship in Kenya and the United States. In the 2016 presidential election, Malik was vocal in his support of Donald Trump, and attended the third presidential debate as one of Trump’s guests.

Given who he is, it is noteworthy that Malik Obama is publicly questioning whether former First Lady Michelle Obama is actually a man.

On March 14, 2019, Malik Obama tweeted a 3-word question: “Is Michelle Michael?

Regular readers of FOTM already know the answer to that question because we’ve seen with our own eyes Mooch’s “package” swinging in its pants while dancing on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, which was aired on CBS on March 16, 2015.

And then there’s Mooch’s package again swinging in his white camisole jumpsuit as he bounces down the stairs of daughter Malia’s Harvard University dorm on August 22, 2017. See “Michelle Obama is a man: See the junk moving in his pants“.

What’s that swinging in Michelle Obama’s pants?

It runs in the family: Half-brother Malik Obama himself is something of a fraud. See “Tax-exempt charity of Obama’s half-brother is a fraud“.

German intellectuals call for end to gender-pronoun tyranny

So many choices…

The Guardian archly reports, March 8, 2019, that in an “reactionary” open letter published by the Dortmund-based German Language Association, a group of German authors, academics and comedians are calling for a fightback against “ridiculous linguistic constructions” designed to make the German language more gender-neutral.

German Language Association, with over 36,000 members, is one of several institutions in Germany which that try to set standards on grammar and spelling.

The letter’s signatories include philosopher Rüdiger Safranski, novelist Peter Schneider, comedian Dieter Hallervorden, and the former head of Germany’s domestic intelligence Hans-Georg Maassen.

In the German language, nouns have either a male, female or neuter gender; words for mixed groups of people are traditionally based on the masculine form. If you are talking about a group of teachers, for example, you would say die Lehrer, not die Lehrerinnen.

Feminist linguists have made various proposals to make the language more inclusive, either by typographic trickery, such as LehrerInnen, Lehrer(innen) or Lehrer*innen, or by replacing them with nouns that make the gender more invisible. Those proposals have been accepted by a number of academic institutions and municipal authorities. As an example, since January this year, officials in the city of Hanover no longer use the generic noun Lehrer in their correspondence, but the more neutral Lehrende (“teaching ones”).

The protest letter, headed “An end to gender nonsense!” and published shortly before International Women’s Day, argues that the distribution of gender to generic nouns in German is too arbitrary for there to be a systemic sexist bias. As examples, in German, lions are male while giraffes are female and horses neuter. The signatories also dispute that masculine generic pronouns discourage women from entering certain professions, pointing out the fact that Germany’s constitution has 13 mentions of the “chancellor” in its masculine form “did not prevent the repeated rise of Angela Merkel to the post of chancellor”.

New Pentagon transgender rule to set limit on troops transitioning; must serve as their birth gender

From Fox News: The Defense Department has approved a new policy that will largely bar transgender troops and military recruits from transitioning to another sex, and require most individuals to serve in their birth gender.

The memo outlining the new policy was obtained Tuesday by The Associated Press, and it comes after a lengthy and complicated legal battle. It falls short of the all-out transgender ban that was initially ordered by President Donald Trump. But it will likely force the military to eventually discharge transgender individuals who need hormone treatments or surgery and can’t or won’t serve in their birth gender.

The order says the military services must implement the new policy in 30 days, giving some individuals a short window of time to qualify for gender transition if needed. And it allows service secretaries to waive the policy on a case-by-case basis.

Under the new rules, currently serving transgender troops and anyone who has signed an enlistment contract by April 12 may continue with plans for hormone treatments and gender transition if they have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria.

But after April 12, no one with gender dysphoria who is taking hormones or has transitioned to another gender will be allowed to enlist. And any currently serving troops diagnosed with gender dysphoria after April 12 will have to serve in their birth gender and will be barred from taking hormones or getting transition surgery.

The memo lays out guidelines for discharging service members based on the new policy. It says a service member can be discharged based on a diagnosis of gender dysphoria if he or she is “unable or unwilling to adhere to all applicable standards, including the standards associated with his or her biological sex, or seeks transition to another gender.”

It adds that troops must be formally counseled and given a chance to change their decision before the discharge is finalized.

In a statement Tuesday night, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called the ban “cowardly.”

“The President’s revival of his bigoted, disgusting ban on transgender servicemembers is a stunning attack on the patriots who keep us safe and on the most fundamental ideals of our nation,” the California Democrat said. “The President’s years-long insistence on his cowardly ban makes clear that prejudice, not patriotism, guides his decisions.”

Palm Center, a California research institute, protested the new policy Tuesday. Director Aaron Belkin said, “The Trump administration is determined to bring back ‘don’t ask, don’t tell,’ a policy that forced service members to choose between serving their country and telling the truth about who they were.”

The final legal injunction blocking the new policy was lifted last week, allowing the Pentagon to move forward. But restrictions on transgender troops are likely to face ongoing legal challenges and have been slammed by members of Congress as discriminatory and self-defeating.

The memo was signed by David L. Norquist, who is currently serving as the deputy defense secretary.

Rep. Jackie Speier, D-Calif., said in February that barring service by transgender individuals “would cost us recruits at a time when so few Americans are willing to serve.” She spoke at a hearing in which transgender troops testified that transitioning to another sex made them stronger and more effective members of the military.

Until a few years ago service members could be discharged from the military for being transgender, but that changed under the Obama administration. Then-Defense Secretary Ash Carter announced in 2016 that transgender people already serving in the military would be allowed to serve openly. And the military set July 1, 2017, as the date when transgender individuals would be allowed to enlist.

After Trump took office, however, his administration delayed the enlistment date and called for additional study to determine if allowing transgender individuals to serve would affect military readiness or effectiveness.

A few weeks later, Trump caught military leaders by surprise, tweeting that the government won’t accept or allow transgender individuals to serve “in any capacity” in the military. “Our military must be focused on decisive and overwhelming victory and cannot be burdened with the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgender in the military would entail,” he wrote.

His demand for a ban triggered a legal and moral quagmire, as the Pentagon faced the prospect of throwing out service members who had willingly come forward as transgender after being promised they would be protected and allowed to serve. And as legal battles blocked the ban from taking effect, the Obama-era policy continued and transgender individuals were allowed to begin enlisting in the military a little more than a year ago.

An estimated 14,700 troops on active duty and in the Reserves identify as transgender, but not all seek treatment. Since July 2016, more than 1,500 service members were diagnosed with gender dysphoria; as of Feb. 1, there were 1,071 currently serving. According to the Pentagon, the department has spent about $8 million on transgender care since 2016. The military’s annual health care budget tops $50 billion.

Last year, all four service chiefs told Congress that they had seen no discipline, morale or unit readiness problems with transgender troops serving openly in the military. But they also acknowledged that some commanders were spending a lot of time with transgender individuals who were working through medical requirements and other transition issues.

The five transgender troops who testified in February said their medical transitions took anywhere from four weeks to four months and they did most of it on their own time. All said they were fit to return to deploying afterward.

‘Child Abuse’? Massachusetts Therapy Ban Means Parents Could Lose Their Kids if They Try to Help Them

Massachusetts lawmakers are considering a therapy ban that would not only make it illegal to counsel children about unwanted same-sex attraction or gender confusion, but also punish parents who allow it by taking custody of their children.

Andrew Beckwith, president of the Massachusetts Family Institute, told CBN News that the bill “categorizes the treatment itself as child abuse.”

It appears that Massachusetts is the first state to consider defining such therapy as abusive and allow for the option of taking away parental custody.

“This is a bill that would allow the state to take, for example, your daughter, and make her someone else’s son,” Beckwith said.

According to the Human Rights Campaign, a powerful LGBTQ advocacy organization, 15 states and Washington, DC have already passed therapy bans for youth. Beckwith says Massachusetts could be the first to add the abuse definition. Lawmakers in Maine and Colorado are also considering therapy bans for youth right now. LGBTQ advocates have argued for years that therapy that allows youth to discuss their concerns about unwanted same-sex desires or gender identity issues is harmful.

Massachusetts lawmakers first introduced a youth therapy ban bill in 2013. Beckwith says proponents appear to have an “aggressive timeline” right now, because last year lawmakers couldn’t agree on the abuse provision and delayed a vote until the end of the session in June.

This year, according to Beckwith, they’re already taking action. Lawmakers held a hearing on March 5 to consider testimony from those the measure would impact.

Parental custody is already an issue in transgender cases involving children across the country. Recently, Ohio officials stripped parental rights from a couple that opposed medical treatment for their teenage daughter who wanted to become a boy. In Texas, a divorced father and mother are fighting over medical treatment for their 6-year-old son. The mother says he identifies as a girl and wants to pursue medical treatments to help him change. The father says the boy identifies as a boy and opposes the treatments.

The Massachusetts Senate’s bill S.70, titled “Relative to abusive practices to change sexual orientation and gender identity,” was reported favorably by committee Monday, March 11, and referred to the committee on Senate Rules.

Hearings on Massachusetts House Bill H.110, “An Act banning conversion therapy,” was extended for additional testimony. A new date for the extended hearings has not been set. The House version of the bill would “prohibit practices by health care providers that attempt to change sexual orientation or gender identity. Children, Families and Persons with Disabilities.”

Man who went from transgender to a third sex now admits he was mentally ill and that it was all a sham

Jamie Shupe is a biological male who, four years ago, went public declaring himself to be a MtF (male to female) transgender.

A year later, he declared himself to be neither male nor female, but a third sex, and even got an Oregon judge agreeing that he be identified as a “third sex” — the first American to obtain nonbinary status under law. He even managed to get the U.S. government issue him a new birth certificate that designates his sex as “unknown”.

Now, Shupe, a retired U.S. Army sergeant, has changed his mind again.

He now believes his “transgenderism” is really autogynephilia — men who are attracted to the thought or image of themselves as females — and that he simply wanted to dress as a woman. In other words, he’s a transvestite, not a transgender.

In an article for the Daily Signal on March 10, 2019, titled “I was America’s First ‘Nonbinary’ Person. It Was a Sham,” Shupe admits he was “severely” mentally ill (“psychotic”) and that he wants to live as a man again because “biological sex is immutable.” He blames the PC “transgender” propaganda (“out-of-control, transgender activism” of LGBT organizations like Lambda Legal and Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund, as well as activist judges) for intimidating the medical profession of nurses, therapists, doctors and hospitals who enabled his confusion.

Below are excerpts from his article:

Four years ago, I wrote about my decision to live as a woman in The New York Times, writing that I had wanted to live “authentically as the woman that I have always been,” and had “effectively traded my white male privilege to become one of America’s most hated minorities.”

Three years ago, I decided that I was neither male nor female, but nonbinary—and made headlines after an Oregon judge agreed to let me identify as a third sex, not male or female.

Now, I want to live again as the man that I am.

I’m one of the lucky ones. Despite participating in medical transgenderism for six years, my body is still intact. Most people who desist from transgender identities after gender changes can’t say the same.

But that’s not to say I got off scot-free. My psyche is eternally scarred, and I’ve got a host of health issues from the grand medical experiment.

Here’s how things began.

After convincing myself that I was a woman during a severe mental health crisis, I visited a licensed nurse practitioner in early 2013 and asked for a hormone prescription. “If you don’t give me the drugs, I’ll buy them off the internet,” I threatened.

Although she’d never met me before, the nurse phoned in a prescription for 2 mg of oral estrogen and 200 mg of Spironolactone that very same day.

The nurse practitioner ignored that I have chronic post-traumatic stress disorder, having previously served in the military for almost 18 years. All of my doctors agree on that. Others believe that I have bipolar disorder and possibly borderline personality disorder.

I should have been stopped, but out-of-control, transgender activism had made the nurse practitioner too scared to say no.

I’d learned how to become a female from online medical documents at a Department of Veterans Affairs hospital website.

After I began consuming the cross-sex hormones, I started therapy at a gender clinic in Pittsburgh so that I could get people to sign off on the transgender surgeries I planned to have.

All I needed to do was switch over my hormone operating fuel and get my penis turned into a vagina. Then I’d be the same as any other woman. That’s the fantasy the transgender community sold me. It’s the lie I bought into and believed.

Only one therapist tried to stop me from crawling into this smoking rabbit hole. When she did, I not only fired her, I filed a formal complaint against her. “She’s a gatekeeper,” the trans community said.

Professional stigmatisms against “conversion therapy” had made it impossible for the therapist to question my motives for wanting to change my sex.

The “Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders” (Fifth Edition) says one of the traits of gender dysphoria is believing that you possess the stereotypical feelings of the opposite sex. I felt that about myself, but yet no therapist discussed it with me.

Two weeks hadn’t passed before I found a replacement therapist. The new one quickly affirmed my identity as a woman. I was back on the road to getting vaginoplasty.

There’s abundant online literature informing transgender people that their sex change isn’t real. But when a licensed medical doctor writes you a letter essentially stating that you were born in the wrong body and a government agency or court of law validates that delusion, you become damaged and confused. I certainly did….

As a child, I was sexually abused by a male relative. My parents severely beat me. At this point, I’ve been exposed to so much violence and had so many close calls that I don’t know how to explain why I’m still alive. Nor do I know how to mentally process some of the things I’ve seen and experienced….

I believed wearing a long wig, dresses, heels, and makeup would make me a woman….

The best thing that could have happened would have been for someone to order intensive therapy. That would have protected me from my inclination to cross-dress and my risky sexual transgressions, of which there were many.

Instead, quacks in the medical community hid me in the women’s bathroom with people’s wives and daughters. “Your gender identity is female,” these alleged professionals said….

Think of the word “transvestite.” They’ve succeeded in making it a vulgar word, even though it just means men dressing like women. People are no longer allowed to tell the truth about men like me. Everyone now has to call us transgender instead….

Trauma, hypersexuality owing to childhood sexual abuse, and autogynephilia are all supposed to be red flags for those involved in the medical arts of psychology, psychiatry, and physical medicine—yet nobody except for the one therapist in Pittsburgh ever tried to stop me from changing my sex. They just kept helping me to harm myself.

Three years into my gender change from male to female, I looked hard into the mirror one day. When I did, the facade of femininity and womanhood crumbled.

Despite having taken or been injected with every hormone and antiandrogen concoction in the VA’s medical arsenal, I didn’t look anything like a female.People on the street agreed. Their harsh stares reflected the reality behind my fraudulent existence as a woman. Biological sex is immutable….

When the fantasy of being a woman came to an end, I asked two of my doctors to allow me to become nonbinary instead of female to bail me out. Both readily agreed.

After pumping me full of hormones—the equivalent of 20 birth control pills per day—they each wrote a sex change letter. The two weren’t just bailing me out. They were getting themselves off the hook for my failed sex change. One worked at the VA. The other worked at Oregon Health & Science University.

To escape the delusion of having become a woman, I did something completely unprecedented in American history. In 2016, I convinced an Oregon judge to declare my sex to be nonbinary—neither male nor female.

In my psychotic mind, I had restored the mythical third sex to North America. And I became the first legally recognized nonbinary person in the country.

The landmark court decision catapulted me to instant fame within the LGBT community. For 10 nonstop days afterward, the media didn’t let me sleep. Reporters hung out in my Facebook feed, journalists clung to my every word, and a Portland television station beamed my wife and I into living rooms in the United Kingdom.

Becoming a woman had gotten me into The New York Times. Convincing a judge that my sex was nonbinary got my photos and story into publications around the world.

Then, before the judge’s ink had even dried on my Oregon sex change court order, a Washington, D.C.-based LGBT legal aid organization contacted me. “We want to help you change your birth certificate,” they offered.

Within months, I scored another historic win after the Department of Vital Records issued me a brand new birth certificate from Washington, D.C., where I was born. A local group called Whitman-Walker Health had gotten my sex designation on my birth certificate switched to “unknown.” It was the first time in D.C. history a birth certificate had been printed with a sex marker other than male or female.

Another transgender legal aid organization jumped on the Jamie Shupe bandwagon, too. Lambda Legal used my nonbinary court order to help convince a Colorado federal judge to order the State Department to issue a passport with an X marker (meaning nonbinary) to a separate plaintiff named Dana Zzyym.

LGBT organizations helping me to screw up my life had become a common theme. During my prior sex change to female, the New York-based Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund had gotten my name legally changed. I didn’t like being named after the uncle who’d molested me. Instead of getting me therapy for that, they got me a new name.

A Pennsylvania judge didn’t question the name change, either. Wanting to help a transgender person, she had not only changed my name, but at my request she also sealed the court order, allowing me to skip out on a ton of debt I owed because of a failed home purchase and begin my new life as a woman. Instead of merging my file, two of the three credit bureaus issued me a brand new line of credit.

It wasn’t until I came out against the sterilization and mutilation of gender-confused children andtransgender military service members in 2017 that LGBT organizations stopped helping me. Most of the media retreated with them.

Overnight, I went from being a liberal media darling to a conservative pariah….

The truth is that my sex change to nonbinary was a medical and scientific fraud. Consider the fact that before the historic court hearing occurred, my lawyer informed me that the judge had a transgender child…. In my opinion, the judge in my case should have recused herself. In doing so, she would have spared me the ordeal still yet to come…. A sensible magistrate would have politely told me no and refused to sign such an outlandish legal request. “Gender is just a concept. Biological sex defines all of us,” that person would have said….

I do not have any disorders of sexual development. All of my sexual confusion was in my head. I should have been treated. Instead, at every step, doctors, judges, and advocacy groups indulged my fiction.

The carnage that came from my court victory is just as precedent-setting as the decision itself. The judge’s order led to millions of taxpayer dollars being spent to put an X marker on driver’s licenses in 11 states so far. You can now become male, female, or nonbinary in all of them….

In January 2019, unable to advance the fraud for another single day, I reclaimed my male birth sex….

There is no third gender or third sex. Like me, intersex people are either male or female. Their condition is the result of a disorder of sexual development, and they need help and compassion.

I played my part in pushing forward this grand illusion. I’m not the victim here. My wife, daughter, and the American taxpayers are—they are the real victims.

In February 2019, Jamie Shupe obtained a new military ID card designating his sex as male:

Libtard actress Debra Messing apologizes to men who identify as women for promoting the idea that women have vaginas

Biology is tough for Debra Messing…

International Women’s Day was last Friday, March 8. About the “big day” from Wikipedia:

“It is a focal point in the movement for women’s rights.

After the Socialist Party of America organized a Women’s Day on February 28, 1909, in New York, the 1910 International Socialist Woman’s Conference suggested a Women’s Day be held annually. After women gained suffrage in Soviet Russia in 1917, March 8 became a national holiday there. The day was then predominantly celebrated by the socialist movement and communist countries until it was adopted by the feminist movement in about 1967. The United Nations began celebrating the day in 1975.

Today, International Women’s Day is a public holiday in some countries and largely ignored elsewhere. In some places, it is a day of protest; in others, it is a day that celebrates womanhood.”

How did I celebrate the “big” day? I went to work and then to dinner at a Japanese restaurant.

How did libtard Hollyweird-type folk celebrate? By posting tales on social media about how “evolved” they are. Or if they aren’t, how they recognize their errors.

Case in point: Actress Debra Messing who posted this message on Instagram (with a picture of vagina-inspired cupcakes): “Happy International Women’s Day! Powerful, beautiful, and sweet.”

GAG. When I want a cupcake it looks like a CUPCAKE, not a body part. No one wants to partake in a sweet indulgence by eating a vulva. They want a CUPCAKE.

What a REAL cupcake should look like (sprinkles optional)

Apparently Ms. Messing didn’t properly recognize EVERY type of woman that progressives demand you acknowledge these days so she issued an update:

I want to apologize to my trans sisters. This photo was supposed to be light, & sassy. The first thing I thought when I saw this photo was “wow how wonderful. Each one is unique in color and shape and size. The porn industry has perpetuated this myth of what a “beautiful” vagina looks like and as a result there are women who feel shame or insecure about the shape of the vulva. I loved that this picture said “every single one is beautiful and unique and that’s powerful.” I did not, however, think “but there are innumerable beautiful, unique and powerful women who don’t have a vagina. And I SHOULD have. And for that I am so so sorry. Thank you for righting my wrong.”

My very simple message for Debra:

Pentagon, i.e., taxpayers, spent $8M on ‘transgender’ troops

In March 2016, the American College of Pediatricians, a not-for-profit national organization of pediatricians and other healthcare professionals, issued a statement on the new fad of transgenderism:

The American College of Pediatricians urges educators and legislators to reject all policies that condition children to accept as normal a life of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex. Facts – not ideology – determine reality….

The norm for human design is to be conceived either male or female. Human sexuality is binary by design with the obvious purpose being the reproduction and flourishing of our species….

No one is born with a gender. Everyone is born with a biological sex. Gender (an awareness and sense of oneself as male or female) is a sociological and psychological concept; not an objective biological one. No one is born with an awareness of themselves as male or female; this awareness develops over time and, like all developmental processes, may be derailed by a child’s subjective perceptions, relationships, and adverse experiences from infancy forward. People who identify as “feeling like the opposite sex” or “somewhere in between” do not comprise a third sex. They remain biological men or biological women.

A person’s belief that he or she is something they are not is, at best, a sign of confused thinking. When an otherwise healthy biological boy believes he is a girl, or an otherwise healthy biological girl believes she is a boy, an objective psychological problem exists that lies in the mind not the body, and it should be treated as such. These children suffer from gender dysphoria.

Under Obama, however, so-called “transgenders” were allowed into the U.S. military.

In July 2017, President Trump tweeted that he wanted to ban them from the military. In January 2019, the Supreme Court ruled that a modified ban could take effect while lower court challenges continue. Democrats, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, have blasted the Pentagon policy as bigoted. She invited transgender troops to Trump’s 2019 State of the Union address.

The American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association and American Psychological Association oppose the Pentagon’s ban, claiming that there is no medically valid reason to exclude those with the diagnosis of gender dysphoria from military service.

According to data obtained by USA Today, since 2016 through February 1, 2019, the Pentagon, i.e., U.S. taxpayers, has spent nearly $8 million ($7,943,906.75) to treat more than 1,500 “transgender” troops, including:

  • $5.8 million on 22,992 psychotherapy visits.
  • 9,321 prescriptions for hormone “therapy”.
  • More than $2 million on 161 surgical procedures that included 103 breast reductions or mastectomies, 37 hysterectomies, 17 “male reproductive” procedures, and 4 breast augmentations.

The Pentagon’s budget this year is $716 billion.

Data on the population of transgender troops have been closely held at the Pentagon. The number of transgender troops serving who have not sought treatment through the military is not known. Below are estimates of the number of identified “transgenders” (gender dysphoria) in the U.S. military:

  • The most definitive estimates of the population of transgender troops have come from a Defense Department-commissioned report by the RAND Corporation conducted in 2016, when the Obama administration lifted the existing ban on service for transgender troops and allowed them to seek treatment. The report estimated as many as several thousand among the 1.3 million service members on active duty in the Air Force, Army, Marine Corps and Navy.
  • The data obtained by USA Today are more up-to-date. As of Feb. 1, 2019, 1,524 service members have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria in the Army (500), Navy (442), Air Force (354), Marine Corps (101), Coast Guard (33) and Public Health Service on active duty and in the reserve force (90). Most of them are senior enlisted personnel, but there are 20 senior officers – majors and lieutenant commanders and higher – as well.

Brad Carson, former undersecretary of the Army and one of the architects of Obama’s transgenders-in-the-military policy who is now a professor of public policy at the University of Virginia, said that the number of transgender troops is smaller than anticipated, which indicates that recruits are not joining the military to receive transgender “medical” treatment. Carson airily dismisses the cost of treating transgender troops as minimal, considering the Pentagon spends about $50 billion per year on health care. He said:

“A few million spent here is dwarfed by the treatment cost of virtually any ache and pain you can think of,”

The current Pentagon policy on transgenders is confusing. Air Force Lt. Col. Carla Gleason, a Pentagon spokeswoman, said:

“We need every qualified patriot willing to serve in our armed forces. The 2018 update to the 2016 policy is not a ban on transgender service members; it is a policy on gender dysphoria. Any currently serving transgender service member with a diagnosis of gender dysphoria will remain under the 2016 policy. Any new policy will not apply to those individuals.”

Ex-transgender man now wants to live as sexless alien; had his/her nipples removed

PA Real Life image

This person has shuned human genders and wants to be accepted as a being from another planet. Who wants to tell him/her (?) that you can’t always get what you want.

From Daily Mirror: Jareth Nebula might live on earth but he firmly believes he belongs on another planet. The 33-year-old, who was born a woman but transitioned to become a man when he was 29, now believes he doesn’t fit into any human gender and is, in fact, an alien.

The barber’s shop receptionist has even had his nipples removed and shaves his eyebrows to “make him feel less human”.

Jareth, who has named himself after David Bowie ‘s character in Labrynth and Nebula like a space cloud, already has 78 stars across his body and hopes to increase this to 333 as “three has always been my lucky number”.

Living alone he now just wants people to accept who he is and admits be would rather be called ‘thing’ or ‘it’ rather than he or she.

Jareth, who legally changed his name four years ago, said: “After coming out as transgender and believing I had finally found myself, I realised I was wrong – I wasn’t male or female, or even human.

I don’t think or feel like humans. I can’t really explain it to others – I’m simply otherworldly. I didn’t feel comfortable as either gender or even anything in between. I know I’m stuck in a human form and that’s how I’m perceived by others – but to me, I’m an alien with no gender.”

Jareth first felt he did not fit in when he was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) – which is a rare lifelong condition affecting connective tissue and resulting in stretchy skin and an increased range of joint mobility. Although he was born with the condition, he was not diagnosed until he was 26.

Nicknamed ‘Mr. Elastic’ by his doctors due to his stretchy skin the condition can cause him chronic pain. Its one benefit is that his skin is wrinkle free, which makes him appear younger.

Jareth, who does not want to disclose his birth name, said: “The condition means I can pop my joints out on purpose, which was a fun party trick when I was a kid. Now I realise why I could do that. My pain in my joints got worse as I got older and I would find it harder to move day to day. I get to a chiropractor once every two weeks and see a physical therapist once a week, as well as smoking medicinal marijuana for the pain – but there is currently no cure for EDS.”

Luckily, Jareth’s work is very accommodating – but he claims his diagnosis made him realise he was completely different from other people.

Although he says he was once a “hyper-feminine female” and modelled in his teens, at 29, Jareth decided he was a trans male. He began taking testosterone injections, started to dress in a masculine way and had surgery to remove his breasts.

But neither gender seemed to fit his personality, so he decided to do further research into alternative gender identification.

He said: “I thought being a trans man would solve all of my issues and inner battles with finding out who I was, but I wasn’t as happy as I expected to be. I felt like I was trying to fit into someone else’s box. I didn’t want to be constrained – that’s when I discovered what agender was. I’d always been obsessed with aliens, too, and what it means to be extraterrestrial, so the idea of being an agender alien fit perfectly as an identity for me.”

Being agender, which is when a person does not identify themselves as having a particular gender, means Jareth does not want to look either male or female, but is happy to be called ‘he’ or ‘him’.

He said: “My family still see me as a trans man, because they don’t understand what agender or alien really means. I have online friends who support me but offline is harder. Not everyone understands – but that’s okay. I don’t expect them to get it, I only want acceptance.

As well as the difficulties he faces with friends and family, Jareth has also been trolled online by people who disagree with his alien identity.

He said: “People treat me like a freak because I’m an alien, but it’s a completely valid thing to call yourself. Who is anyone to tell you who you can or can’t be? If someone wants to identify as anything, even an animal, let them.

“I feel sorry for people who attack me online. I think they lack empathy and just want to target me, so I deal with it pretty well by brushing it off. I’m happy with who I am and will continue to become more alien-like every day.”

Robin Roberts on her interview with liar Jussie Smollet: “It was a no-win situation”

Smollett’s narrative was questionable from the start: Two white “rednecks” out in Chiraq at 2:00 am during freezing temperatures screaming, “This is MAGA country!”

Yeah, riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

From Hollywood Reporter: Robin Roberts on Monday revealed that she saw “red flags” in Jussie Smollett’s story and was subsequently hesitant about interviewing the Empire star on ABC’s Good Morning America. The sit-down, which aired Feb. 14, was Smollett’s first televised interview since his alleged hate crime attack and was broadcast one week before Smollett would go on to be charged with federal disorderly conduct for falsifying a police report.

The GMA anchor took a moment during her solo panel at The Cut’s first daylong “How I Get It Done” event to share details about the high-profile interview, including the details of how the ABC get unfolded and whether she believed Smollett during the process.

“All I wanted was to get to the truth,” Roberts told the intimate crowd, including The Hollywood Reporter, that had gathered at 1 Hotel Brooklyn. “All I wanted was to give the truth.”

While discussing details of the interview, which was shot two days prior to its airing, Roberts explained that the GMA booking department had initially reached out to her about sitting down with Smollett. Talks about the possible interview began shortly after the Empire star claimed he was attacked on a Chicago street in late January.

It was in those early internal conversations where Roberts first voiced her reluctance. “I’ll be completely honest, I said, ‘I don’t know if I’m going to do the interview or not,'” she said. “Let’s just wait and see, let’s see if more information comes in.”

There was rising speculation over Smollett’s account at the time, but it wasn’t until hours after the interview aired that a report hit that brothers Olabinjo and Abimbola Osundairo (who are now witnesses in the Chicago Police Department’s case) were allegedly paid by Smollett to stage the attack. The narrative around Smollett began to significantly shift, but the interview was already locked.

Roberts pointed to comments made by Smollett during a Los Angeles concert in the days following his alleged attack as another key moment where she questioned speaking with the actor. She was adamant that interviewing Smollett made “no sense” if he was just going to “lawyer up” or refuse to be candid.

Roberts clarified to THR that her decision to talk with Smollett was contingent upon him sharing details that hadn’t been previously reported, which would make the interview newsworthy. “If there wasn’t going to be anything new, I didn’t really want to do it,” she said.

It was after those internal GMA conversations that Smollett reached out, “outraged by people making assumptions about whether it happened or not,” Roberts told THR and the crowd. According to the GMA anchor, Smollett’s team said that the actor was OK with being challenged on what Roberts saw as “red flags,” but that he’d also say things he hadn’t already said elsewhere.

“I’m like — as a journalist and as a newsperson, this is his right,” Roberts said. “He’s going on the record for the first time. Yes, I’ll do the interview.”

Roberts noted that her GMA team went through the police report and conducted other research to prepare for the interview, which was originally set for 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12, but was ultimately pushed back several hours due to the actor’s filming schedule. Roberts admitted during the panel that she wasn’t sure how it was going to go or how Smollett was going to react, but that she consciously worked to be as neutral as possible. She also was aware of her own identity as a gay black woman and how reporting on Smollett, a gay black man, might be perceived.

“He’s saying that it was a hate crime,” Roberts said. “So if I’m too hard on him, then people in my LGBTQ community are going, ‘Oh, you don’t believe him.’ If I’m too light on him, then it’s like, ‘Oh, because you are in the community, you’re giving him a pass.’ So it was, like, it was a no-win situation for me.
