POLITICO Breaking News

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) says the White House and Hill Republicans are “very close” to a $3 trillion debt ceiling deal/ that would include a two-step process to approve an immediate hike in the nation’s borrowing power and a second vote later that would require two-thirds of Congress to disapprove of a new increase.
The process, McConnell told CNN, would fulfill Obama‘s demand that any deal take him “through the next election” and include a bipartisan commission to recommend new cuts and revenue enhancement that would report its findings by Thanksgiving.
AND THAT MY FRIENDS IS SURRENDER. Excuse me, but “It Would Fulfill Skippy’s Demand?” That’s it. Skippy wins and we the people have just been pissed on again.
One Very Pissed Off Steve…and I hope the rest of the Country

  2. Am I The Only One?

So instead of owing a Grand Total of $129.3 Trillion Dollars, and counting; We would owe a Grand Toal of $132.3 Trillion Dollars, and counting!
“$3 MORE TRILLION IS CHUMP-CHANGE’ AT THIS POINT!
All my figures are a Total of the National Debt= $14.5 + $3 Trillion More!
And the Debt of Unfunded Lliabilities at around=$114.8 Trillion!
    Grand Total=$132.3, (and counting)

McConnell’s a RINO. He’s been begging to cave in from the get-go.

  5. GOP is a joke and I’m done with em. None of them has any balls to seriously deal with O and the fiscal issues we face.
Time to put a woman in charge (i.e. Bachmann) 🙂
