Black comedian who claims America is racist lands $40 MILLION deal for just two shows

chris-rock-and-obama
Comedian Chris Rock, who has a net worth of $70 million, thinks the America that’s made him fabulously wealthy is an unregenerate racist country. Back in July 2012, Dr. Eowyn did a blog post about Rock’s tweet on the 236th birthday of America. He tweeted this message to his Twitter followers:
chris-rock-tweet
According to Yahoo, Netflix has nabbed Chris Rock for two new stand-up comedy specials, the streaming giant announced on Thursday.
The service shelled out the big bucks for Rock with insiders telling Variety the two-special-deal is worth a whopping $40 million. Amazon, Hulu and HBO — where he has a long history with his late-night series “The Chris Rock Show” — were also bidding for the specials.
The Netflix specials marks Rock’s return to stand-up after an eight-year hiatus. Most recently, the comedian hosted the Oscars this year.
Chris Rock is a beloved actor and director, and his remarkable stand-up makes him comic royalty. There is no one like him, and Netflix offers the global platform and creative freedom that will serve as a perfect home for someone with his incredible talent,” said Ted Sarandos, Netflix chief content officer.
Rock commented, “I’m very excited to be working with Ted and Lisa and all the good people at Netflix. I can’t wait to get back on stage.”

America gives you the freedom to spout off about how racist we are. A freedom which untold thousands have paid for with their lives. Yeah, you’re funny enough at times but also an ignorant, ungrateful, wise ass punk. And a hypocrite as Dr. says. Like Hillary you should be ashamed of yourself.

I used to like him…he was funny.
Now? He will lose a HUGE audience.

upaces88 . . . . . let’s just hope that they is a groundswell of viewers that deliberately tune out this joker. When you see the astronomical paychecks that some black entertainers, and athletes are getting, you have to ask yourself . . . if they were still in Africa, would these kinds of monies be thrown at their way? I rather doubt it. When we have individuals like him who keep this kind of dialog alive, it’s no different than someone who keeps picking a scab . . . how are we ever to heal as a nation?

This sounds way too simple…none-the-less, I do believe it. They CRAVE attention. Negative attention is better than NO ATTENTION. Obama has given them permission to hate white people, Christians and anyone who disagrees with them.
THEY DON’T WANT TO HEAL A NATION as long as they get attention.. They don’t care about our nation. They care about “who will give me stuff”! Who will give me excuses for what I do?”
“Blame White People!”

upaces88 . . . I believe that you are extremely astute in your summation of “negative attention is better than NO ATTENTION.” It is an absolute truth that Obama gave his blessings to black citizens that it was perfectly alright to hate white people. “Let’s just Blame White People for every ill that has befallen the children of those who came out of Africa hundreds of years ago!

I picked up Chris Rock in the neighborhood car service I used to drive for. I picked him up back in the early to mid-1990’s when he was a teenager. He worked in the Red Lobster on Queens Blvd. near 63 Drive, and I drove him home to near Lexington & Throop Avenues, where he lived. He was mild-mannered, shy and never spoke or engaged in conversation. I know Rock was a struggling teenager when he rode in my cab. But he never tipped. (Neither did Nora Jones, who was, to keep it short and sweet, nasty). All right, that… Read more »

I remember this day vividly. A friend of the family opened a daycare and after school care in Denton, TX. It was the day of 9/11. I had to pull off the highway to calm myself first. I walked in the door and our friend wanted me to take care of the “After School” children. The subject we were to teach (and learn about) is: “Which would you rather be, a Police Officer or in the “hood”? There were 6 Black boys arguing. I asked them, “What are you arguing about”? NOT ONE OF THEM WANTED TO BE A COP.… Read more »

You raise a very true point, Upaces88: Some black people hate Whitey for the injustices of the past, real, imagined or inflated. But, Yes, there are some black people—and they’ll never admit this in open court—who are mad as hell because—drumroll—they were not born white. That is the simple truth. I was not born rich. I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth. I don’t hate the rich because they have money: I hate those of them who want to keep their fortunes ON MY BACK, ON MY DIME. That’s FOCUSED hatred with a real and sound… Read more »

Bravo Steven. I NEVER liked Rock because I don’t find him funny and because of his screaming- just because you scream something doesn’t make it funny…….but then that’s how so many of the communicate in the first place. Too many don’t know how to have a conversation or an exchange of ideas- it’s all screaming and drowning everyone else out. I’m wondering how much of Rock’s fortune is from his fellow Blacks. I would bank that 99 percent of it is from all those racist Whities that patronize his shows. What a friggen hypocrite. The way I see the present… Read more »

Steven . . . you have hit on an undeniable truth . . . . . “blacks hating whites because they (the blacks) were not born white! You always seem to have the ability to “cut through the mist.” Look at the hair fashions for black women . . . of wealthy black women, probably fewer than 1% in this country are willing to wear their hair in its natural style. I had to laugh when watching some movie recently, it depicted a couple just waking up in the morning, the man was white, the woman black . . .… Read more »

Steven . . . I always love to read your offerings. They give the rest of us a perspective that we would not have otherwise. I believe you when you say the hatred of whites is taught by the parents to the children. I was in a store some years ago, there was a black woman with a very small boy–the little kid was spouting horrible racial slurs as they walked by white shoppers. A little kid under the age of three does not come up with this garbage, unless he has been coached by his parent(s.)

You are 100% correct. Oh! I just had another memory (I’m old now LOL…forgive me). I owned, promoted and/or did PR for Nightclubs. Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission (“TABC”) would call me sometimes to help a new nightclub owner who had never been in the business. I drove to Oakcliff, TX (at that time, it was an all Black Neighborhood.) I walked in and there was this BIG black man that the Chinese had given him a loan to buy the nightclub. My contract was a very simple contract. “IF I don’t have your club in the Black (“profit”) in… Read more »

Thanks, Auntie Lulu. And if I have anything to offer, I have my parents to thank: They were frank and candid, and they made it a point NOT to be “friends with the World” in the Traditional Catholic sense of the term. (A lot of criticism of the V-2 Jesuits can be maintained; My father was lucky enough to be educated by the Traditional Jesuits long before John XXIII!)

Steven, this will come to a screaching halt when a President, Congressmen and ALL OF US…say, “Enough!!”
They get a huge amount of attention playing “poor me, I am so discriminated against!” Then if they are caught in violence, theft, they blame it on White people!
They are not!! White people are being discriminated against. We aren’t running around moaning and groaning.

Chris Rock-of-Crock, though raised in a Christian home, is an atheist:
“A black Christian is like a black person with no memory.”

Wow. The guy really is a SCHMENDRICK: ANY man without God ought to look NO FARTHER than Jean-Paul Sartre or Albert Camus: He is a walking corpse with nothing to offer humanity but his own boring turmoil!
Stick a fork in yourself, Chris Rock: YOU’RE DONE.

This guy gives “Rock” a bad name.
He is seriously unfunny, and while he is peddling his “humor” I keep thinking what a hippocrit and fool he is.
I actually started avoiding listening/viewing him completely a long time ago when he went from a black potty mouth to hard core a**hole.
Like voting for Hillary, paying to watch him, or listening/viewing him at all is incomprehensible to me.
