“When the righteous triumph, there is great elation;
but when the wicked rise to power, men go into hiding.” – verse 12
“When the wicked rise to power, people go into hiding;
but when the wicked perish, the righteous thrive.” – verse 28
Notice verse 28 repeats the 2nd part of verse 12, and advances the the subject of the wicked rising to power:
They rise to power, and people hide.
But then the second verse takes us to another conclusion:
when the wicked perish, the righteous thrive.
This copy may be harder for Google to take down.
But wait, there’s more:
1 Do you rulers indeed speak justly?
Do you judge people with equity?
2 No, in your heart you devise injustice,
and your hands mete out violence on the earth.
3 Even from birth the wicked go astray;
from the womb they are wayward, spreading lies.
4 Their venom is like the venom of a snake,
like that of a cobra that has stopped its ears,
5 that will not heed the tune of the charmer,
however skillful the enchanter may be.
6 Break the teeth in their mouths, O God;
Lord, tear out the fangs of those lions!
7 Let them vanish like water that flows away;
when they draw the bow, let their arrows fall short.
8 May they be like a slug that melts away as it moves along,
like a stillborn child that never sees the sun.
9 Before your pots can feel the heat of the thorns—
whether they be green or dry—the wicked will be swept away. c
10 The righteous will be glad when they are avenged,
when they dip their feet in the blood of the wicked.
11 Then people will say,
“Surely the righteous still are rewarded;
surely there is a God who judges the earth.”
Oregon’s governor, Katherine Brown, has just proven how far the Democrats will go in pursuit of their delusional global warming policies. With a sweeping bill aimed at giving the government far more regulatory power to combat “climate change,” Republicans in the Democrat-controlled State Senate have taken a stand against what they know will be a massive power grab; all the Republican members have left the Capitol to prevent the chamber from reaching the necessary quorum of 20 members needed to even hold the vote…
But this article on Sebastian Gorka’s website confirms that I had heard correctly. Just imagine this one being played out on a national stage if the DemonRats gain the white house.
If you ever again vote for a Democrat, you are a fool.
This is not intended to insult Bob Ross, who encouraged many people to pick up a paint brush, but to be a platform for some humor.
