Anti-vaccination nurses in Australia will be prosecuted

This news is more than two years old, but I only just found out about it.

Nurses in Australia are regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA), an agency under the government’s Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. NMBA members are appointed for three years by the Australian Health Workforce Ministerial Council.

In October 2016, NMBA released new vaccination standards cracking down on nurses and midwives who “promote” anti-vaccination to patients and the public via social media. The new standards are justified on the grounds that promoting false, misleading or deceptive information is an offense under national law — the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009and is prosecutable by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

On October 20, 2016, the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) released a statement threatening to take action against any nurse or midwife who promotes anti-vaccination via social media. The statement, “NMBA position clear, we will take action on anti-vaccination promoters,” reads:

The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and AHPRA take their responsibility of public protection very seriously, and will take regulatory action on nurses or midwives who promote anti-vaccination statements to patients and the public.

The recently published NMBA position statement follows the Board’s awareness that a small number of registered nurses, enrolled nurses and midwives have promoted anti-vaccination statements to patients and the public via social media which contradict the best available scientific evidence. Current evidence indicates that preventative measures such as vaccination are a clinically effective public health procedure for certain viral and microbial diseases….

The NMBA’s Social media policy also provide clear guidance to nurses and midwives when using social media and is unambiguous in stating that when using social media, in any context, the National Law, the NMBA’s code of ethics and code of conduct, and the Guidelines for advertising regulated health services apply….

If the NMBA decide to take action on a nurse or midwife’s registration they can issue a caution, accept an undertaking or impose conditions which limit their practice in some way. If a nurse or midwife’s registration is restricted, this will be published on the public online register of practitioners.

The NMBA refer allegations of the most serious examples of professional misconduct to tribunals. Once a matter is referred to a tribunal it usually becomes public, and decisions are published online.

The NMBA statement also urges members of the public to report nurses or midwives who “promote” anti-vaccination.

According to The Guardian, Dr. Hannah Dahlen, a professor of midwifery at the University of Western Sydney and the spokeswoman for the Australian College of Midwives, said vaccination was essential to public health and safety, and that it is “concerning” that some midwives and nurses “are taking to social media in order to express a position not backed by science.” However, Dahlen added she was worried the crackdown may push people with anti-vaccination views further underground: “The worry is the confirmation bias that can occur, because people might say: ‘There you go, this is proof that you can’t even have an alternative opinion.’ It might in fact just give people more fuel for their belief systems.”

The World Health Organisation claims that vaccinations prevent up to three million deaths every year from diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough and measles.

Whenever I go to the doctor’s office, for anything, they try to get me to take a flu shot. Every time I decline I ask them if they took one. I have yet to get an answer. Outside of places that “require” inoculations, most medical practitioners do not get these vaccines that they push on others. Most recently I had some pulmonary tests done and the MD I saw asked me about the “flu shot”. I asked him if he’d taken one. He just laughed and told me “we’re required to ask”. I restated my question. He said that was… Read more »

Lophatt . . . . I hate that these medical folks continue to pester me about flu shots, pneumonia shots, shingles shots, etc. etc. The answer will always be: NO!

It is scandalous that Big Pharma and their profits have been given a front seat, and all us peons are in the back seat.

As far as the Gates Foundation . . . .I have little doubt in my mind that a very special place in Hell has been reserved for them and their ilk.

I BEG EVERYONE WHO READS THIS TO TAKE THIS TO HEART AND SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT IT. As you may know from my previous posts, I rent a room in a boarding house. Carlos, his real first name, is a roommate of ours who lives upstairs. He is about a year older than I—still in his early 60’s. I saw Carlos about two months ago, and noticed his hands were shaking. I asked him what the problem was. Carlos told me then he just received a prognosis of Parkinson’s, and it was in the early stages. Carlos has always been… Read more »

When I had my last one, the site of the injection didn’t heal for months. It oozed and wouldn’t scab over. Then I developed pain and weakness in my neck and left shoulder. It got to the point where I couldn’t reach to hang a towel on a rack with my left hand. This started a round of doctor’s visits culminating in a trip to a neurologist. He noticed that I had tremors. I had never had them before but he was “certain” that my father had them. I assured him that my father did not have tremors. He looked… Read more »

Well, at least your symptoms seem to be localized to your arm, at least for the time being. Just wait until they roll out 5G—THEY WILL MICROWAVE US ALIVE.

And when the doctor gives you that weird look, it’s called GASLIGHTING. Yep, we’re on to that!

Feel better, Lophatt. I’m sorry to hear it.

P.S.: Stay away from silver fillings—they contain mercury as an amalgam, and they gave me a lot of trouble. (I’ve lost more than half my teeth, and I don’t miss ’em!)

Trust me, I get it. Sometimes we have to use them. It always gets me started. I understand their “dilemma”. That doesn’t make it any better. If they deviate in the slightest from the party line they become suspect and may lose their licenses. They are always worried about being sued. The “safest” thing to do is whatever Big Pharma says to do in an absolutely standard manner. Even if they suspect that the “treatment” isn’t suitable, they won’t do anything different out of fear of repercussions. Most (if not all) are terrified to even discuss alternative treatments. So basically… Read more »

Steven . . . . Bravo! I agree with you. I am so sorry that Carlos has fallen a victim to the medical community. We all need to remain vigilant, and keep refusing all these stupid vaccines.

Years ago, my husband and I had no choice but to take the annual flu shot because we were active duty. It was mandatory and if you refused you were brought up on insubordination. After we retired, we both stop taking the flu shots. Each year with our annual coeck up, we would tell them no thank you. The nurses would make little subtle smiles and say, are you sure? Oh! yeah, we are sure. It’s the worst thing for the elders. My husband was a pharmacist and I a nurse. We know how these inoculations are made and what… Read more »

Carmen . . . You are spot on. Unfortunately, far too many of the Washington, DC crowd would be pleased as punch if us “old folks” would drop dead, and yes you are correct they could then unabashedly shift the savings onto taking care of people who are not legal citizens of this nation!!!!!!

My brother did 26 years in the Navy, and they made him take the flu shot every year. He’s been very fortunate, so far, as he’s had no problems. Still no guarantee, though.

And you’re right on another thing, too: Stay away from statins. Talk show host Michael Savage shared his experience on statins about ten years ago; He said they really screwed him up terribly for a while.

BOTTOM LINE: Big Pharma = Eugenic extinction protocols!

This is quite unbelievable. Big Pharma sure got their hooks into Australia but it doesn’t surprise me they are idiots down under. The whole vaccination/flu shot racket is a scam. We are the guinea pigs there is no doubt about it. When I got my last check up I was asked to get a pneumonia, shingles & flu vaccination. I said NO to all. I’m quite healthy and intend to stay that way. A perfectly healthy female friend of mine all of a sudden has guillain barre syndrome. An auto immune disease-that’s what these vaccinations do they screw up your… Read more »

My heart goes out to each and every one in the medical profession who try to live lives of truthfulness, and endeavoring to not bring harm to any human beings. They are caught in a vise between their medical associations and Big Pharma.

You can’t even get a “doctor” to talk about homeopathy unless you initiate the conversation yourself and even then they may know nothing about it.

What happened to body autonomy and “my body my choice” that proggies love to promote?

Years ago I knew a woman who got a flu shot and she was sick for about two months. As in off work for two months. It was bad.

I’ve never had a flu shot and never will. My doctor asked me about flu shot last year & I said NO. Just saw him last week for my annual and he didn’t ask about the flu shot. Guess I clearly made my point last year…

Searching “irreproducibility” and “Dr. John P. A. Ioannides” (md/ scientist at Stanford) will return many scientific articles about his research showing that something like 40% of the findings in top-tier, peer reviewed journal articles in the medical sciences cannot be reproduced. In psychology and the social sciences, findings in the top-tier, peer reviewed journals are irreproducible in 51-89% of the cases when the findings are actually retested. Science like everything else in America is tainted with money and ambition. Independent, qualified whistleblowers are vilified by an msm with no stake other than serving big pharma, and the gaslighting is so… Read more »

Once one looks back at the uncensored history of biological, radioactive and chemical weapons testing in the U.S. it becomes quite clear that the government and the pharmaceutical corporations have no qualms with testing such agents on the public, without knowledge or consent. I’ve read about women who were dosed with radioactive iron to “study the effects”, while they were being told they were being given “vitamin supplements”, this killed, and maimed, both babies and women, some of whom also developed cancer as a result. Then there was the tuskegee syphilis studies, where black men were purposefully infected with syphilis,… Read more »
