America’s Got Talent loves former Marine and his non-PC song about coal

Jimmy RoseFormer Marine Jimmy Rose

Willie Deutsch of NetRightDaily.com draws our attention to something remarkable — a non-PC song   sung by a non-PC 4-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps actually received rave reviews from all four of the America’s Got Talent judges.

Jimmy Rose’s original country music song, “Coal Keeps the Lights On,” is about the Kentucky coal mines where the former Marine got his first job. The song is also directly counter to Obama’s recently announced war on demonization of coal.

  1. This fella has a great country voice and I hope he’s able to have a successful career with it and possibly song writing too. Will anyone in DC pay attention to his lyrics? I doubt it.

  2. I just happened to catch this when he was on. He was very good!

  3. Semper Fi, Marine.
