In June 2011, mayors of both small towns and large metropolitan cities from across the nation attended their annual dog and pony show.  This time it was held in Baltimore.     This is all well and good, but who is going to pay for all this? I didn’t know that the mayors and leaders had this much money, personally, to do everything on this list. With all this help, Obama can just take a longer vacation, in fact, he doesn’t need to return to the White House at all. What will we do? We’ll manage quite well.
